Travis Rudolph: FSU Star Eats Lunch With Lonely Autistic Student
We have good news.
Your faith in humanity will be restored immediately upon reading this article.
Florida State University"s football team visited a local middle school on August 30th, and during lunch, wide receiver Travis Rudolph saw one student eating lunch on his own.
Rudolph sat down across from the boy, who has autism, and the two chatted while they enjoyed their lunch together.
The boy"s mother, Leah Paske didn"t know that this viral photo included her son until a friend sent it to her.
Paske shared the photo on Facebook, along with a tearjerker of a message.
"A friend of mine sent this beautiful picture to me today and when I saw it with the caption "Travis Rudolph is eating lunch with your son." I replied "who is that?" He said "FSU football player" then I had tears streaming down my face," she wrote.
"Travis Rudolph, a wide receiver at Florida State, and several other FSU players visited my sons school today.
"I"m not sure what exactly made this incredibly kind man share a lunch table with my son, but I"m happy to say that it will not soon be forgotten."
Paske said she worries about her son on a daily basis and whether or not he"s eating lunch alone, but yesterday was different.
"This is one day I didn"t have to worry if my sweet boy ate lunch alone, because he sat across from someone who is a hero in many eyes.
"Travis Rudolph thank you so much, you made this momma exceedingly happy, and have made us fans for life!"
Reporters asked Rudolph what prompted him to go sit with the boy, and the West Palm Beach native"s answer was nothing short of endearing.
Rudolph said he saw him sitting there, so he grabbed some pizza and asked if he could sit down.
"He said, "sure, why not,"" Rudolph told reporters.
"I just felt like we had a great conversation.
"I was just a kid not too long ago and I remember what the impact was of guys that played in college and in the NFL coming back to us," he continued.
"So I feel like maybe I can change someone"s life or I can make someone a better person or make someone want to be great or be like me, or even better."
It sounds trite, but it"s pretty incredible what a simple act of kindness can do.

The Lonely Island Pays Amazing Tribute to Will Smith
As previously documented, there will plenty of memorable moments at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.
But Andy Samberg and his two good friends who comprise comedy troupe The Lonely Island were responsible for what had to have been the best two minutes of the entire ceremony.
Prior to Will Smith coming out to accept the Generation Award, Samberg and company paid tribute to the actor… by hearkening back to when he was a rapper.
In the following clip, we see the group bust out some serious moves to such classic tracks as "Parents Just Don"t Understand" and "Summertime."
Not to mention the theme song from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air because… come on. Of course. it had to be in there.
There were also colorful shirts… some overalls… some Men in Black… and lots of people on stage getting jiggly with it.
"I released my first record when I was 17," Smith later said in acceptance.
"This June marks 30 years in this business for me. I really want to say I’m humbled, and I just want all of you to know I’m dedicated to being a light in this world.
"There’s a lot of suffering – a lot of people are suffering in this world. When you see my material, and when I present myself in public, and what I’m trying to build with my family and friends, I just want all of you to know I’m dedicated until I die to light and to love. So thank you all."

Kendra Wilkinson: I"m Lonely and Horny!!!!!
Being a horny lonely woman and being in a gay bar totally mixes well together.
So says Kendra Wilkinson in the following sneak peek from Kendra on Top, which centers on Kendra and a gay friend celebrating their 30th birthdays at a gay bar.
After meeting many patrons, Wilkinson talks at length about how badly she needs some sex… despite the fact that she"s still married to Hank Baskett. We assume he"d be willing to bone her any time she desires.
But Kendra is angry at Baskett for sort of cheating on her with a transgender model, and Hank is angry at Kendra this season for getting way too close to another man.
So it"s safe to say the marriage isn"t going very well.
Then again, some say Kendra and Hank are faking their divorce drama for the sake of ratings. No way, right?!? They"d never do that!
Check out the sneak peek here and then go watch Kendra on Top online if you need to catch up.
