Madison Beer: Here"s Why I Stayed with Jack Gilinsky After Emotional Abuse!
So, YouTuber Madison Beer was “discovered” by Justin Bieber a few years back, and she recently made headlines when audio leaked of her then-boyfriend, fellow YouTuber Jack Gilinsky, berating her with a series of vile insults that everyone was quick to point out constituted emotional abuse.
In a now-deleted post to her fans and followers, Madison Beer spoke out and explained why she stayed with Jack — and issued a warning to her young followers about repeating her mistakes.
When the initial audio recording broke, fans were outraged — and others were worried.
Twitter even through one of its famous over-parties (as in, Jack Gilinsky Is Over).
Jack has since posted a huge apology, because that’s what happens when people find out what sort of person you are.
A lot of people couldn’t understand why Madison stayed with Jack so long.
It’s easy to look at something like that and not understand how it went on.
But only people who’ve been in abusive relationships seem to truly understand.
Madison Beer, however, posted something that should hopefully help others to wrap their heads around why she stayed with Jack.
And no, it wasn’t “because he’s hot.”
There’s no amount of hotness that makes abuse of any kind okay.
Madison is only 18, but her now-deleted words show that she’s grown into a level of wisdom that’s beyond her years:
“This message is for my fans, friends, and people who have sent me so much love and support over these past few days. You guys being here for me has brightened my world more than you can ever know.”
That’s a good, tasteful start.
It’s very likely that not all of Madison’s friends and family had any idea of what was going on.
“Jack and I having to face this yet again has been so hard.”
You might think that Jack would be the only one suffering now that this has come out, but many people who’ve been targets for abuse feel a serious sense of shame.
“Many of you [have been] asking me ‘why would you stay with him if it happened last year?"”
That’s always the question, but Madison does a fairly good job of explaining it.
“My theory was, and as horrible as this is, is that if I left him, he’d do it to the next girl. I tried to fix him.”
That’s how it happens. Love, a desire to fix them, a desire to protect others. It doesn’t work out so well.
“We have both grown and changed so much at this point and it has been an extremely difficult to relive/even go through what you have all heard in the first place and I hope ALL my fans learn from my foolishness.”
We don’t think that it was foolish — just naive.
She doesn’t need to be blaming herself, basically.
“If someone is mistreating you in ANY way please speak up.”
That is such a good message.
Notice how she keeps it vague and isn’t just talking about verbal abuse. We’ll get to that.
“It is NEVER okay and I was blinded by love and much too afraid to come out and say anything in fear I would be broken up with/not taken seriously by someone I told.”
That’s the fear that holds everyone down.
Unfortunately, as we all know from the world’s reaction to Amber Heard, people fearing that they won’t be believed is far too often justified.
People are still defending Johnny Depp after those Amber Heard text messages came out, so yeah.
“SPEAK UP. Don’t make the same mistakes I did, your safety is never worth it. No matter what, nobody deserves to be treated that way. You deserve the world and respect from EVERYONE and ANYONE. Be strong and thank you again.”
The fact that she kept her wording so vague about the nature of her mistreatment, and her use of the word “safety,” could have two meanings.
One could be that she’s just speaking to fans and knows that people go through all kinds of abuse. A lot of her fans are young enough to be abused by parents or teachers.
Some also wonder if she might have been referring to the situation with Jack Gilinsky escalating beyond verbal abuse.
That’s sort of a reach, but the fact that Madison deleted the post only adds fuel to that speculation.
We’re glad that she’s in a better place now.
We’re even gladder that she’s using her horrible experiences to educate her fans.

Josh Duggar Lawsuit: Ashley Madison Cheating Site Gets Involved!
It was just over two years ago that the world learned Josh Duggar molested five young girls and was assisted by his parents in hiding the crime from authorities.
Shortly thereafter, as the Duggars were still in damage control mode, it emerged that Josh had used the website Ashley Madison website to find willing cheating partners.
The site specializes in facilitating affairs between married people, and hackers revealed that Josh had used two paid accounts to try and cheat on his wife.
(It’s believed his attempts at infidelity were unsuccessful.)
On one of those accounts, Josh attempted to “catfish” potential fellow cheaters by misrepresenting himself with a fake profile picture.
The photo belonged to a Los Angeles-based DJ named Matthew McCarthy.
Now, McCarthy is suing Duggar, claiming that his unwitting involvement in the cheating scandal negatively affected his business.
As widely hated as Josh is these days, the suit is still something of a long shot.
It seems extremely unlikely that a judge will find in McCarthy’s favor, and it looks as though his attorneys have adopted the strategy of turning the situation into enough of an ugly, high-profile legal battle that Josh will settle out of court in order to make it go away.
As a result, their casting a wide net and hoping to involve as many well-known names in the suit as possible.
Radar Online is reporting today that the founders of Ashley Madison have been subpoenaed by McCarthy’s lawyers and may be forced to testify if the case goes to trial.
It could be that McCarthy’s legal team believes the CEOs are in possession of information that could prove valuable to their case.
Or, it could be part of an effort to put Josh’s sexual misconduct back in the tabloid headlines, however briefly.
Back in 2015, Josh was sued by Danica Dillon, a former sex worker who claims she was injured and traumatized during a paid sexual encounter with Duggar.
The case was eventually thrown out due to a lack of evidence, and Josh is no doubt hoping for a similar outcome this time around.
So McCarthy may be out of luck, as the Duggars might see the Dillon case as setting a precedent.
Either way, Josh will likely continue to face legal challenges from those hoping to cash in from his downfall.

Javi Marroquin: Here"s the REAL Reason I Dumped Madison Walls!
Back in March, Teen Mom 2 fans were more than a little surprised to learn that Javi Marroquin was dating Madison Channing Walls.
It wasn’t that Javi had moved on so quickly from his marriage to Kailyn Lowry that caught them off guard, but rather the unique set of problems raised by Walls’ checkered past.
For starters, Walls is an MTV pseudo-star in her own right, having starred in a single season Real World spinoff titled Real World: Skeletons.
The show focused on its cast members’ secrets, bringing them to light on national TV, which sounds like the stuff of mattress-soaking nightmares.
TM2 obsessives were surprised not only that Javi would get involved with another reality star after having vocally complained about the negative effects the spotlight had on his marriage, but also that he seemed unconcerned about his new girlfriend’s particular “skeleton.”
You see, Walls is a recovering heroin addict and her long history of substance abuse and petty crime were explored in-depth on Skeletons.
Considering Marroquin is still gearing up for what might well be an ugly custody battle with Kailyn, many found it strange that he would involve himself with a woman who had recently endured such tremendous difficulties.
Now, we know that Javi wasn’t worried about Walls’ addiction issues for the simple reason that he didn’t know about them!
Yes, it’s hard to believe that in an age in which you can find out the name of your Tinder date’s first grade teacher before you even meet them, but Javi entered a relationship with a reality star without ever watching an episode of her show!
Marroquin made the mind-blowing reveal during a sit-down with Teen Mom 2 after-show host, Nessa:
“The biggest thing was I had a hard time reading motives and intentions, so when things started coming out in the tabloids, there were a lot of things I didn’t know about,” he explained.
“I didn’t watch her season, so I guess she had a past, she overcame that past, and she didn’t tell me about.”
He went on to offer some nonsense about incompatible “intentions”:
“I didn’t know if her intentions were the same, as they were in the beginning, if that makes sense.”
The confession is surprising for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that MTV stars aren’t usually in the habit of admitting they don’t watch other MTV shows.

Josh Duggar to Testify in Ashley Madison Lawsuit
Since it pales in comparison to the news that Josh Duggar molested five young girls, it’s easy to forget about the disgraced reality star’s second sex scandal.
Just months after the world learned that shocking news, a hack on the affair-facilitating website Ashley Madison revealed that Josh used the site to try and cheat on Anna Duggar.
Now, it seems that despite his best efforts, Josh is still unable to move on from his paid attempts at infidelity.
Last year, Josh was sued by Matthew McCarthy, a Los Angeles-based DJ whose picture Duggar used for his dating profiles.
Now, despite the Duggar family’s reported attempts to settle out of court, the suit is going to trial.
Last month, we learned that Josh had been served with papers to ensure that he shows up to court.
Today, we learned that lawyers for McCarthy have every intention of calling Josh to the stand in order to testify.
Attorney Michelle Iarusso tells Life & Style that Josh will be called to testify, so that the court will “know the extent of the fraudulent conduct.”
Iarusso says Josh’s testimony is key to determining the extent of the damage he did to McCarthy’s public image.
“We need to know if there are people out there who think that they have been in touch with our client because Josh was pretending to be him,” she says.
While Josh’s history of child molestation will not be central to the case, Iarusso says the scandal will be brought up as part of plaintiff’s case:
“That makes my client’s forced association with Duggar all the more painful for him,” she explains.
“He certainly would rather not have been associated with a child molester. And prospective employers didn’t like it, either.”
McCarthy maintains that Duggar’s use of his photos resulted in irreparable harm to his business and reputation.
In his own testimony, he will reportedly tell the court that he suffered “loss of work and harassment” as a result of his unwitting involvement with the Duggar sex scandals.
No word yet on when the trial will take place.

Javi Marroquin: Why Did He DUMP Madison Channing Walls?
It was just last month that we first learned Javi Marroquin and Madison Channing Walls were dating, but within days of the news going public, cracks began to appear in the couple’s facade.
Just two weeks after they gleefully revealed their relationship on social media, Javi and Madison broke up, leaving a lot of fans with a lot of questions.
The earliest theories held that the decision to part ways had something to do with Madison’s checkered past.
(Walls is a former heroin addict, who opened up about her struggles with substance abuse during her time on The Real World: Skeletons.)
Now, however, it seems the end of the relationship had more to do with Walls’ vision for her future.
According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Javi became concerned when Walls went public with news of their relationship almost immediately after they made it official.
Marroquin became even more worried about her intentions when he learned that he was not the first of Madison’s boyfriends to be introduced to her 1-year-old daughter, Harper.
“This will be the third guy that Madison has introduced to Harper within a year,” Madison’s baby daddy, Tony Raines, told E! News prior to the breakup.
By contrast, Javi’s announced that he intended to hold off on introducing Madison to his son, Lincoln, so as not to emotionally confuse the boy with too many grownup “friends” parading in and out of his life.
Friends say Javi decided that the difference in parenting approaches combined with Madison’s desire to cash in on the relationship left him with little choice but to call it quits.
For her part, Madison was reportedly livid about the decision.
She’s taken to Twitter to express her frustrations passive-aggressively, a style that will likely be recognized by anyone who’s ever been pissed that a relationship ended, but it didn’t last long enough to justify a full-blown social media tirade:
“Our generation has lost the value of romance, the value of trust and the value of conversation. Sadly, small talk is the new deep.”
She later added simply, “Ouch.”
So it looks like Javison was never meant to be.
Although The Ashley points out that MTV is working on a new season of Are You the One that focuses on famous exes.
These two don’t have a ton going on career-wise, so a resurrection could be in the making.

Javi Marroquin and Madison Walls: It"s Over Already!
We hope you can make it through this article in one piece, but Javi Marroquin and Madison Walls have just ended their brief relationship.
They were together two weeks … but what an intense two weeks!
E! News confirmed the breakup Monday, as did Radar Online, with both celebrity gossip sites saying the two just got along better platonically.
Translated: Madison totally broke up with him.
She’s introduced her one-year-old daughter to three new guys already, so this is sort of her thing, plus Javi craves female attention like it’s his job.
Also … have you seen Madison?
Javi’s sticking to the company line publicly, anyway, saying “we just decided being friends is better off” when asked by Radar why they split.
Rumors of the duo’s demise began circulating almost as quickly as they got together when they scrubbed each other from social media.
Ah, love in the late 2010s.
The Real World: Skeletons star was previously in a relationship Tony Raines, with whom she shares aforementioned daughter Harper.
Marroquin, meanwhile, was married to Kailyn Lowry.
Kailyn is expecting her third child, and has yet to publicly name the dad, a point of contention with Javi (the father of her second son).
Before divorcing Marroquin, Lowry insisted she didn’t want more kids, making her surprise third pregnancy sting even more for him.
Raines, for his part, says things are all good with Walls, though he expressed his reservations about the couple’s relationship as well:
“It was really sudden but with Madison, we have a really good relationship … she’s just awesome with Harper. I am really thankful for that.”
“I find it kind of interesting. I’m really happy for her.”
“Interesting” isn’t what we’d call a ringing endorsement, but it doesn’t sound like he was too upset (nor does he have to worry now anyway).
Raines said of Marroquin, “I’ve seen Javi a few times on the show and as far as I can tell, you know, he’s a military guy and that’s awesome.”
“I see how he is with children and that’s very commendable. So, I’m pretty excited for Madison. I think she deserves a good guy and happiness.”
“I think with this the sky is the limit for them.”
Apparently not, but unlike Javi’s breakup with Lowry, he told Radar that they ended it on good terms, and he’s handling the split “great.”
Nor has he wasted any time getting back out there, as he spent the weekend celebrating his graduation from Airman Leadership School.
As for Lowry, she’s focusing on welcoming her third child with the mystery baby daddy this summer, and hopefully, with Javi in her corner.
They may not be together, but there has been a thaw in the icy relations between them (at least until his or her new books come out).
Javi recently clapped back at Twitter trolls who were dragging Kailyn, saying, “At the end of the day that isn’t cool. That’s my sons mother.”
“We’ve put everything behind us to raise our son the right way.”
That was pretty big news to those who watch Teen Mom 2 online … or anyone who keeps up with Marroquin and Lowry in general.
“I’m disgusted when I look at her,” Marroquin confessed just last month, but you know what they say, time heals all wounds? Or something?

Tony Raines: Madison Channing Walls" Ex Jealous of Javi Marroquin?
Real World alum Tony Raines opened up about his ex-girlfriend, Madison Channing Walls, dating Teen Mom 2 cast member Javi Marroquin.
Is he concerned about it?
Tony says he wishes Madison, the mother of his child, only the best. He’s open about how the new romance gives him pause, though.
“For me, it was really sudden, but with Madison, we have a really, really good relationship,” Raines told E! News of Walls dating Marroquin.
“Things were rocky for a long time but we co-parent so well and she’s just awesome with [our daughter] Harper. I’m really thankful for that.”
“I find it kind of interesting … I’m really happy for her.”
Hmm. “Interesting” is an … interesting word choice.
The Louisiana native was Madison’s roommate on The Real World: Skeletons and is familiar with the other members of the MTV family.
In other words, the Teen Mom 2 star is on his radar.
Their parallel lives offer both reassurances and red flags.
Marroquin’s personal life and relationship with ex-wife Kailyn Lowry, with whom he also shares a child, has played out on TV like his own.
“I’ve seen Javi a few times on the show and as far as I can tell, you know, he’s a military guy and that’s awesome,” Tony said of Javi.
“I see how he is with his children and that’s very commendable,” Raines adds, echoing a familiar sentiment about Marroquin.
“So, I’m pretty excited for Madison,” he reiterates. “I think she deserves a good guy and happiness and all that good stuff.”
“I think with this [relationship] the sky is the limit for them.”
If it sounds like there’s a “but” coming, though …
Raines admits he thinks about how his kid will be impacted by this, and not all of his thoughts on the topic are positive or all that optimistic.
“If I have to see another guy potentially help raise my daughter and it’s on TV, it’s in the public eye, I don’t know how I’m going to feel about that.”
“This will be the third guy that Madison has introduced to Harper within a year,” he adds. “I’m her dad so we’ve got to talk about this.”
Tony continued, “They call it reality television for a reason!”
“It’s no make believe… He might come home from work and pick her up and it’s filmed, and he’s picking her up in the air and he goes to kiss her.”
“I’m like, ‘Whoa, man.’ I might jump through the screen!”
“That’s my only concern,” Raines said. “That’s my only worry. I don’t know if that’s childish or petty of me but that’s my only thing with it.”
Tony says he believes Javi would get it, 100 percent.
“Eventually if they do work out, I’m sure I’ll get to meet him and stuff,” he said. “I think he would side with me on that [regarding] his son.”
“If I was dating [Kailyn Lowry] or something and his son was going to be coming into my life I’m sure he would feel the same way I feel.”
“There’s no bitterness there toward that guy; it’s just the situation,” he reiterated. “It’s just a little tough when you have babies involved.”
Madison confirmed she is dating Javi earlier this month, saying, “Javi and I are definitely together. We are definitely boyfriend and girlfriend.”
The Real World: Skeletons alum made the first move, direct messaging Marroquin on Instagram after fans noted their similar life situations.
Walls and Raines share daughter Harper, 13 months, so his comment that this is already her third boyfriend since they split was eye-opening.
Javi is on at least his second new relationship since divorcing Kailyn, having dated (and introduced Lincoln, 3, to) Cassie Bucka last year.
While Kailyn is pissed about Javi dating her, according to reports, he says they’re doing their best to put the past behind them and go forward.
“We’ve put everything behind us to raise our son the right way,” Javi said after fans started dragging his ex, saying they should move on too.

Madison Walls Confirms: Javi Marroquin is My Boyfriend!
Looks like the rumored, rebound romance made in MTV heaven is in fact the real deal, as the worlds of Teen Mom and Real World collide.
Madison Channing Walls has confirmed that she and Javi Marroquin are indeed dating, while providing more details about their relationship.
After experiencing private – and public – heartbreak on their respective reality shows, Javi and Madison are giving love another chance.
“Javi and I are definitely together,” she tells E! News.
“We are definitely boyfriend and girlfriend.”
How did girlfriend and boyfriend meet?
In very 2017 fashion. According to the duo, Madison direct messaged Javi on Instagram after some of her fans brought up their similarities.
Walls’ social media followers noted that the reality stars had similar stories about exes and babies, and suggested that they get together.
Amazing, right?
That initial DM conversation turned into nonstop talking, which ultimately turned into a relationship that both are over the moon about.
“I love that he is a gentleman,” Madison said of Javi. “I like his core values and that he has morals and just what he stands for.”
Rumors of Javi Marroquin dating Madison Channing Walls first surfaced earlier this week when they made it Instagram official.
As for their first in-person meeting before they went public, it happened in Philadelphia, over a romantic meal at Javi’s favorite restaurant.
“We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine,” Javi recalled, “and then later I had my friends come out to meet her and we all went out and danced and drank.”
“We just had a really good time. It was awesome.”
It’s a long-distance relationship, but Javi already has plans to visit Austin, Texas next month to experience Madison’s hometown in person.
As for their exes, and kids? Javi’s son with Kailyn Lowry and Madison’s daughter with Tony Raines have stayed out of this … for now.
That could change with with time, however.
“I know better now,” Javi explained to E!
“I haven’t introduced [Madison] to [my son] Lincoln yet. I learned from my past mistakes where I introduced him way too early on in a relationship.
Walls seems more gung-ho about it.
Madison added, “I’m really excited for him to come to Austin next month. I’m going to introduce him to my friends and family and [my daughter].”
“It should just be a really good time,” Walls adds, adding that she and Marroquin are “already making plans for this summer together.”
For her part, Kailyn Lowry is pissed about the pair’s relationship, we’re told, though it’s unclear how serious her opposition is.
As Javi acknowledged, introducing Linc to Cassie Bucka right after they began dating last year was likely not the best idea.
Kailyn could be concerned about a repeat of that, or worried about Javi being less available for their son, without any ill will.
Along those lines, Marroquin says he has nothing but good things for his ex, who is expecting another child at the moment.
“Kail knows about the relationship for sure,” Javi said.
“I wish her nothing but the best and health and wellness and all of that stuff, you know? I’m happy for Kail. I’m here for her.”
“We actually are in a good place and I just want health for her and the baby. Lincoln is actually the one who told me she was having a baby.”
“He knows what’s going on,” Marroquin says.
“He’s excited to have another sibling.”
Quite an about face from what we’ve seen when we watch Teen Mom 2 online lately, but that drama was filmed many months ago now.
Here’s hoping that Kailyn and her ex-husband really have turned a page and can move forward amicably, because man, it was ugly.
Considering Javi broke into her house like a psycho, and her getting a protective order against him, they’ve already come a long way.

Josh Duggar: Headed to Court For Ashley Madison Lawsuit!
It’s been almost two years since news of the Josh Duggar sex scandals first began to go public, and the 28-year-old reality star-turned-used car salesman is still feeling the fallout.
Shortly after the world learned that Josh used the Ashley Madison dating website to find willing cheating partners, strange details about his two paid accounts with the company began to emerge.
Not surprisingly, Josh used an alias and a number of fake photos in his catfishing efforts, and now it seems the guy whose pics were stolen for Josh’s failed attempts at infidelity is following through on plans to sue.
In Touch is reporting today that Josh was served with a subpoena at work on March 13, and unless he and accuser Matt McCarthy are able to reach a settlement out of court, Duggar may soon be forced to explain himself in front of a judge.
McCarthy, who works as a DJ and photographer in LA, says he can prove that his unwitting involvement in the Duggar scandals has negatively affected his career.
He claims that Josh stealing his photo caused his likeness to be permanently associated with one of the ugliest celebrity scandals in recent memory.
As a result, McCarthy says, potential clients in image-obsessed LA shied away from hiring him for fear of sending the wrong message.
It’s a dubious argument, but if McCarthy can prove his business ventures have suffered as a result of his unwanted association with the Duggars, Josh may have to pay up big time.
Of course, he many never have to plead his case to a judge, as Josh and his family may decide to simply pay him off in order to avoid further negative publicity.
There was a time when that outcome would have been all but guaranteed, but the Duggars have survived so many controversies over the past two years they’re probably feeling bulletproof these days.
A copy of the subpoena shows that Josh was served at his workplace in Siloam Springs, Arkansas on March 13.
The document does not indicate when he’ll be required to appear in court.
A spokesperson for Josh’s family recently revealed that his wife, Anna Duggar, is pregnant with the couple’s fifth child.
We’ll have further details on this developing story as more information becomes available.
Javi Marroquin Defends Madison Channing Walls: She"s NOT a Drug Addict!
Earlier this week, the world learned that Kailyn Lowry’s ex-husband, Javi Marroquin is dating Madison Channing Walls.
MTV fans didn’t have to do much digging with regard to Walls’ past, as the 26-year-old starred on MTV’s Real World: Skeletons, an iteration of the long-running reality series that mined its cast past secrets for drama.
In Madison’s case, producers didn’t have to delve very deep into her past to uncover some deeply troubling trauma.
Walls struggled with heroin addiction not long before being cast on Skeletons.
Her addiction led her down a dark path toward to petty crime, resulting in an arrest for larceny in 2013.
These days, Walls is clean, sober, and a mother to a 1-year-old daughter, but it’s not hard to see how her recent struggles might be a matter of concern for Lowry, who shares a 3-year-old son with Marroquin.
Javi has already been heavily criticized for his behavior on the most recent season of Teen Mom 2 (most notably when he entered Lowry’s house without permission), so it’s not surprising that fans have taken him to task for his decision to get involved with Walls.
But Javi is standing by his woman and encouraging fans to examine their own pasts before taking shots at others.
“Someone’s past isn’t who they are today if they’ve learned and become better,” Javi tweeted today in defense of Walls.
The remark may have been partially prompted by reports that Lowry is upset with Marroquin for dating Walls.
Marroquin’s words were met with both support and further derision from TM2 fans.
Obviously there’s no way of knowing what the future holds for Javi and Chelsea, but those closest to the 26-year-old mother of one say they have no reason to fear a relapse.
Speaking of her addiction on The Real World, Walls remarked:
“I’m a recovering heroin addict. I am scarred for life from it. I just feel grateful to be alive.”
She’s stated that she considers the process of getting clean a transformative one, and that she believes she’s a different person from when she first got involved with heroin.
Walls’ friends and family say that she’s fully devoted to being the best mother that she can be and has no intention of letting anything prevent her from achieveing that goal.
Kailyn Lowry: PISSED at Javi Marroquin For Dating Madison Channing Walls!
Earlier this week, we reported that Javi Marroquin is dating Madison Channing Walls.
The news drew a decidedly mixed reaction from fans, largely due to Walls’ checkered past.
The former Real World: Skeletons star has openly admitted to struggling with heroin addiction.
She now says she’s been sober for more two years, but apparently there are some in Javi’s inner-circle who don’t believe Walls is not an ideal mother figure for Marroquin’s son, Lincoln.
Not surprisingly, one of those skeptics is none other than Lincoln’s mother, Kailyn Lowry.
Sources tell Radar Online that Kailyn found out about her ex-husband’s new romance the same way the rest of the world did.
Lowry reportedly felt “blindsided” when Javi and Madison announced their relationship on social media.
“Kail doesn’t know anything about a new girlfriend,” an insider Radar on the day of the bog announcement.
Of course, that may not be entirely Javi’s fault.
Javi is forbidden to contact Kailyn due to a protection from abuse Lowry obtained in February.
Kailyn says it’s because Javi entered her home without permission.
Javi has a different story:
“She said it’s because I harassed her via text about all this divorce and guy stuff,” Marroquin told Radar at the time of the filing.
“I signed a consent PFA, which means there’s no evidence of abuse. I just can’t contact her unless it’s in regards to Lincoln for a year.”
We suppose finding out from Twitter that your ex is dating someone new is one of the downsides of protective order.
Anyway, now that she’s been informed of the relationship, Lowry is reportedly less than pleased.
And apparently it’s not only Madison’s past substance abuse issues that have Kailyn upset.
Madison has had at least one recent brush with the law, having been arrested for shoplifting from a CVS in 2013.
Walls claims the theft was one of many mistakes she made as a result of her addiction.
Walls insists that she’s completely turned her life around since welcoming a daughter last year.
Sources close to Kailyn say she’s not happy that Javi will have another child in his life, as she feels it may draw his attention away from son Lincoln.
Of course, Kailyn is pregnant with her third child at the moment, so she can’t really say much on that score.
