The Real Housewives of Atlanta Recap: South Peach

It was only a matter of time.

Porsha continued to gush over her new man on Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but Kandi Burruss had some intel on Dennis that she kept very private from her frenemy. 

When Porsha started talking about Dennis during a meeting, she was adamant that she was not all about waiting for a long time to get married. 

“We don’t have to wait forever!” Porsha said regarding marriage. “The whole two years, you wait a year, you’re engaged a year — I will do it.”

If you watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online, you know that Kandi and Porsha have been at odds for over a year, and while they’ve made a peace treaty, they’re still dragging each other behind the scenes. 

It makes sense then that Kandi would insert herself into Porsha’s Dennis drama. 

“Is he already talking about marriage?” the Xscape hitmaker quipped. 

“Well,” Porsha replied with a stern look. “A little here and there.”

“Okay, I know we ain’t been tight, but I’ll just say, don’t always put out how badly you wanna be married,” Kandi said to her former BFF. “Kinda let him put it out there.”

“I think the advice that Kandi’s giving me is pretty general,” Porsha said to the Bravo cameras. “She probably would say that to anybody, but thank you.”

Kandi later intrigued viewers in a confessional by saying the following:

“Keep him under wraps, honey — if you can!”

Okay then. Does this mean Dennis cannot be tamed, and will not settle down any time soon? Quite possibly. 

In any case, Kandi elaborated further when she FaceTimed her husband to let him know about the trip to Miami. 

“After all the girls came back to the hotel, Porsha was telling us about her new boo,” Kandi said.

“She’s dating that dude that owns Cru. You know what I’m talking about?”

Todd was adamant that he had never been to the place, but his wife delved deeper into the drama. 

“I mean, I already knew that she was dating him, but I didn’t wanna say that you know what I mean?” Kandi continued.

“I didn’t wanna be like, ‘I got tea on somebody!’ She’s trying to be really hush-hush about it, so I’m just gonna let her tell what she wants to tell in her due time.”

That’s when Todd confirmed she needed to stay the hell out of it. Their relationship is not in the best place, but they’re somewhat tolerable towards each other of late. 

That’s a start, we guess. 

“Yes, I’ve heard things about her new boo,” Kandi dished in a later confessional. “I just know a few different women who have — you know — dated him. Just pace yourself, girl.”

Elsewhere, NeNe Leakes started to get back to work following Gregg’s cancer diagnosis. 

Cynthia, Kandi, Eva, and Marlo all decided it was a good idea to visit NeNe in Miami to support her, but when they arrived, Gregg was open and honest. 

He was struggling to eat and hadn’t been able to keep anything down for three days. His health continued to deteriorate at the opening of NeNe’s boutique, but the ladies were on hand to help him through it.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 Episode 18 Recap: Nightmare on Peach Street

Another season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is in the can, and we can’t help but feel like the series is running out of steam. 

On The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 Episode 18, the ladies were all looking to the future after a season of crazy developments. 

When the episode kicked off, Sheree was excited about a lot of things: She had a boyfriend who was incarcerated, and she was finally getting her basement completed, so she had somewhere to hide him when any of her friends stopped by.

We’re kidding about the “hiding” part, but seriously, it’s crazy that Sheree is still pressing on with this relationship despite all of the uncertainty. 

“I am super excited to finally just be able to show off my basement,” said Sheree to the audience about her basement. 

If you watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online, you will know fine well these women have a knack for showing off their houses. 

That’s sort of what happens when you appear on TV on a regular basis. It becomes a competition about who has the nicest house.

Yes, these housewives are that shallow, but maybe that’s what the producers (and viewers!) like, or like to hate about them.   

One person, who probably isn’t getting invited to the basement is Porsha. Sheree learned that Porsha was running her mouth about all of the women to Shamea when she left Spain. 

The big kicker for Sheree was that Porsha allegedly said that she could not trust any of the other women on the show, and that included Sheree.

Sheree was blindsided because she felt like things were going good for them as friends. Sheree decided to skip Porsha’s performance on some tour in retaliation. 

Cynthia and Kenya were the only women who went to support her, but Kim could not stop running her mouth about both Porsha and Vivica. 

“I can’t tell you how much it warmed my heart,” says Porsha. “Knowing all we’ve been through in the past, them being here erases all that.”

Yeah, we’re going to bet things will change at the reunion because this is pretty shady of Kim. 

The final big event of the episode focused on Eva and Kandi bonding and throwing a Halloween party together. 

The drama kicked up a few notches when Porsha learned from Kim and Sheree that Shamea ‘fessed up about Porsha’s comments.

“After hearing what Porsha said, I don’t think she really knows how to be a friend,” Sheree said in a confessional. It makes sense because Porsha cannot seem to stop running her mouth.

NeNe tried to recruit Porsha to her side of the division among the housewives when she ran off. 

“What if all the girls came and stood right here and you apologized and took full accountability for whatever it is that you have done,” NeNe asked her. “No,“Because they’re fake.”

Yeah, we’re going to be watching the hell out of the reunion because things are going to be crazy!

Ariel Winter: Wanna Bite My Peach?

Ariel Winter doesn’t just use Instagram to share embarrassing throwback photos — Most of the time, the photos that she shares are fresh and gorgeous.

Whether she’s hanging out in daisy dukes or wearing a bikini and posing on a pizza, Ariel Winter’s entire Instagram is pretty much one elaborate thirst trap. And she’s just added some more.

This time, it takes the form of an Instagram story, a skimpy bikini, and a very appropriate use of the peach emoji.

So, given context and Ariel’s “before and after” caption — followed by the peach emoji, it looks like these three photos are a behind-the-scenes look at a photoshoot of hers.

In the first photo, Ariel herself is off to the side.

(Don’t worry, she’s featured much more prominently later)

She’s wearing a super skimpy bikini.

Like, the bottom is just an elaborate thong.

A friend of hers or member of her entourage leans in to get a picture.

(Almost upstaging Ariel with those very deliberate slashes in their own jeans — that’s a good look)

Ariel is sitting down, which puts her butt at a great angle to be photographed for maximum flattery … as you’ll see below.

But first, Ariel shares this photo of the kind of look that she was serving for this photoshoot.

Her body is mind-blowing.

Like, we already knew that, but it’s good to be reminded sometimes.

We don’t know what kind of filter that pic was using, but the effect gives everything a dreamlike quality.

Not like a real dream, but like how dreams look on television.

The effect, with the lights reflecting in the water, makes a great backdrop.

Ariel Winter’s skin is positively glowing and her hair is catching the light.

Even though these are behind-the-scenes shots, she still looks amazing.

And yes, it’s definitely Ariel Winter even though we don’t see her face.

First of all, this story is on her Instagram.

Second of all, in that pic of her from the front, you can see what is clearly Ariel Winter’s butt tattoo.

This one reads: “Love is everything and asks for nothing.”

But third of all … remember when we mentioned how appropriate the use of the peach emoji was?

Yep.

Ariel Winter’s butt is unmistakable.

It’s like a fingerprint, but better.

The peach emoji, of course, represents butts.

Particularly excessively shapely ones — like Ariel’s.

Now, look, there is so much more to Ariel Winter than her badonkadonk.

She’s a brilliantly well-spoken young woman, she’s courageously overcome so much, and she’s a talented actress.

Ariel feels confident in her amazing body and clearly enjoys showing it off, on her terms.

She wants people to appreciate how she looks — again, on her terms.

We don’t know exactly what photoshoot this is from.

We imagine that her face was cropped out of the photos that she shared in order to not spoil the entirety of the photoshoot.

In fact, there might even be video taken from that night.

We’ll have to keep an eye out on Ariel Winter’s Instagram page and elsewhere to see when the official photos from that night crop up.

Christina "Peach" Pietrobon to Kailyn Lowry: You Totes Cheated on Javi Marroquin!

Kailyn Lowry’s divorce from Javi Marroquin continues to get uglier by the day as the ex-couple’s warring over social media continues.

This time with a third party involved in the shade-throwing.

Javi’s been running his mouth left and right, passive-aggressively telling anybody and everybody how Kailyn is to blame for the split.

The Teen Mom 2 star recently gave an interview in which Javi says Kailyn knows what she did, strongly implying that she’s a cheater.

Now Marroquin’s relationship with mutual friend Christina “Peach” Pietrobon (above) is once again being called into question – by Lowry.

To recap: Javi and Kailyn are divorcing after separating while he was overseas with the U.S. Air Force. He moved out as soon as he returned.

The status of their relationship these days is tense, at best.

“Unless it has to do with the boys, we don’t talk. I have nothing to say to her,” he said of his soon-to-be ex-wife. “We co-parent, that’s it.”

But he has plenty to say about her if you get him going at all.

“I don’t wanna put too much out there, but she knows what she did. It’ll come out,” he told Us. “What’s done in the night will show in the light.”

“It’ll all unravel. I just gotta keep my mouth shut and watch.”

He didn’t go further than that in terms of naming names or specific things she did, but he did say she’s a different person these days:

“To be honest, [Kailyn]’s changed a lot. I left for six months and a lot has changed, so sometimes I don’t even know if I know who she is.”

“She’s living a different life than I thought we were going to.”

Javi also claimed that Kailyn filed for divorce last December, but they worked it out … only she never actually nixed the divorce filing. 

He said that he figured it out while overseas, along with a lot of other things Kailyn allegedly been doing. Marroquin says he has proof.

Enter Peach, the couple’s longtime friend.

Javi raised more than a few eyebrows – and rumors of cheating with Kailyn’s best friend – after he returned from deployment this summer.

“Missing @Javimarroquin9,” Peach wrote, as Marroquin responded, in tweets he had to know were flirty and would get under Kailyn’s skin:

“So soon! So freaking soon!”

Soon after Kailyn announced their divorce, Peach tweeted:

“Really disappointed in you. You’ll blame someone for not being there yet you won’t even give them the chance to choose to be there.”

“You decided for them when you neglected to tell them all the information to make their own decision,” she wrote in a scathing indictment.

Fast forward to this week, when someone asked Javi why he and Peach – who are clearly close – don’t get together now that he’s single.

He replied by saying that she’s just a friend, and therefore it would be weird … but Kailyn stepped in to say “they did date in high school.”

Javi shut that down, as the latest war of words escalated:

Peach agreed, then turned things around on Lowry, hard.

She seemed to allude, as Javi has, that Kailyn was the one behind their marriage unraveling, telling a fan there is more to this.

Specifically, that the fan isn’t ready for the “real” explanation:

At that point, Kailyn clearly got nervous and tried to nix this.

The mother of two hilariously chastised Peach to put a lid on it and that social media is “not the place” to air this dirty laundry.

Pot … have you met kettle? You two should get together!

The queen of passive-aggressive tweets and terrible communication skills giving lectures on social media tact is just hilarious:

Bottom line: In all likelihood, this is going to get worse before it gets better, and we’ll have a front row seat online if nothing else. 

We really hope the MTV cameras are rolling for at least some of it, because we’re looking at ratings gold if ever there were any.

Sure, it’s challenging to film a Twitter beef for TV, we realize.

But even so, few things would make us want to watch Teen Mom 2 online more than watching their reactions to this on camera.

As for Javi’s new girlfriend, he says she’s just a friend too.

Guy either has a lot of female friends that he enjoys flirting with openly, or really enjoys needling the mother of his child … or both.

Who says they have to be mutually exclusive?
