Kim Zolciak Bares Butt to Show Off Latest Cosmetic Procedure
Kim Zolciak has an awful lot in common with that other reality star Kim:
They both like to show off their backsides; they’ve figured out how to maintain steady incomes despite never doing any real work; and they both tend to be a little less than honest about what sort of cosmetic procedures they’ve undergone:
Just last week, Zolciak claimed she’s never had any plastic surgery. Today, she posted this video:
As you can see, that’s Kim getting ass injections to combat cellulite.
She captioned the photo:
“Had to make a stop by @simonourianmd1 office last week while in LA! I can’t believe how much better my little dimples look,” she captioned the video.
“I’m sooooo excited. No negative Nancy’s please I love to share my ‘secrets’ with you guys. I do it because it works and It makes me feel better about me.”
In fairness, it’s not technically plastic surgery.
And Kim only claimed that she hadn’t had any work done on her face.
Naturally, fans responded by circulating before-and-after photos all over social media, and being all,”Oh, reeeeeeally?”
In all likelihood, she’s probably well aware that the average person doesn’t make much of a distinction between plastic surgery and implants/injections/whatever the hell else Kim has had done.
So she can claim she’s never had any plastic surgery and we guess she’s technically sort of, kind of telling the truth.
But the fact remains cosmetic procedures are still a very big part of Kim’s life.
Fortunately for us, she enjoys showing off the results on social media.
There’s no denying she looks good.
And, hey, even better is the fact that we know this pic is consensual.
Unlike when Kim posted a nude photo of Kroy Biermann without his knowledge.
Yes, as long as Kim keeps her TMI weirdness to herself it’s all good.
She can do whatever she wants to her own body, and really, lying about it is just a waste of time, because no one really cares.
It’s when Kim talks about plastic surgery for her 2-year-old daughter that people get concerned.
Yes, sadly, that’s a thing that actually happened.

Kim Kardashian: Baby No Longer Breech After Painful Procedure
Kim Kardashian’s second pregnancy is turning out to be even more complicated and difficult than her first.
Last week, we learned that Kim’s baby is breech, meaning that he’s in the wrong position for delivery, and would likely require a C-section.
Yesterday, however, Kim revealed on her website that her baby is no longer breech following a painful and difficult procedure:
“This weekend, I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an external cephalic version (ECV), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position,” Kim wrote.
In the article (hilariously titled “My Baby Boy is Turnt!”) Kim goes on to say that she was given an intravenous medication to relax her uterus while three doctors worked to re-position the fetus.
She was warned beforehand that there was a chance who water might break or that the baby’s heart rate would drop. Either scenario would have required an emergency C-section.
Thankfully, everything went according to plan, and Kim says she’s currently resting comfortably at home.
Obviously, the best news here is that the baby is no longer breech, and Kim will now hopefully have her choice of delivery methods.
But as a bonus, this should put a rest to those rumors that Kim is faking her pregnancy problems.

Kim Zolciak Undergoes Another Procedure Following Her Mini Stroke — What"s Going On?
We still can’t believe that Kim Zolciak-Biermann suffered a mini stroke!
On Friday, Kim took to Instagram to update her followers on the status of her health following a scary and life threatening experience on September 23.

While the pic shows oxygen tubes over the reality star’s face, fans shouldn’t be alarmed. The mom of six explained:
“Going in for one more procedure, things are looking up! Don’t let the oxygen scare you it’s just protocol. I wanted to THANK all of you for the love! I feel so overwhelmed with all the texts, comments, etc. I’m so grateful to have all of you! #TheyDontCallMeToughieForNothing.”
Phew, we’re glad the situation isn’t more serious! Not to mention we’re thrilled that Zolciak is feeling the love — she needs all the support she can get right now!
We just wonder if the Tardy For The Party singer will be rejoining the cast of Dancing With The Stars following her stroke. We guess we’ll have to wait and see!
