Taylor Swift: Skipping VMAs Because of Kanye, Squad Problems?
At last year’s MTV Video Music Awards, Taylor Swift secured her place as arguably the most dominant and beloved performer in the music world.
Taylor took home 4 Moon Men; she introduced the video for “Wildest Dreams” during the pre-show, and the red carpet was one of the most visible demonstrations of the size and power of Taylor’s squad to date.
Of course, a year later, what most viewers remember is that it was also the night that Taylor buried the hatchet with Kanye West, years after the rapper famously interrupted her acceptance speech.
It was a triumphant night for Taylor and her carefully-curated chick clique – but oh, what a difference 12 months makes.
These days Taylor’s squad problems are well-documented.
She’s had highly-publicized beefs with other A-listers like Katy Perry and Calvin Harris, and more often than not, it’s Taylor who’s come off looking like the mean girl in the situation.
Her most embarrassing defeats, however, have come at the hands of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, the couple she publicly praised in front of an audience of millions in 2015.
After Taylor claimed to be shocked by the lyrics to Kanye West’s “Famous”, Kim called Swift out as a liar and posted video that appeared to show the singer on the phone with West, approving the offending line.
The official reason that Taylor won’t be attending this year’s ceremony is that she wasn’t nominated for any VMAs (in something of a shocking snub).
But many believe that there’s more to the singer’s decision to stay home (especially since the awards take place in Manhattan, where she spends most of her time anyway).
The VMAs have always been Kanye’s playground, and this year, the rapper will probably be more outrageous than ever.
The network recently announced that Kanye will basically have free-reign over the stage on VMA night, which is like holding a birthday party for toddlers and telling one of them that he can decide who’s allowed in the bounce house.
Couple that with the fact that Taylor can no longer rely on the support of her loyal squad, and it’s not hard to see why Swift decided to sit this one out.
We’re sure she’s already plotting her triumphant 2017 return.

Kris Jenner: PISSED at Rob Kardashian For Skipping His Own Birthday Party!
Yesterday, Rob Kardashian turned 29, and he celebrated his birthday with Blac Chyna and her 3-year-old son at Legoland outside of San Diego.
That sounds nice and all, but it seems that Rob may have forgotten he had a prior engagement:
It’s a known fact that Kris Jenner goes all out when it comes to throwing birthday parties (and graduation parties, anniversary parties, sex tape release parties, etc.), and sources are saying she’s pissed at Rob for skipping town when he knew full well she’d spent weeks planning a celebration in his honor.
According to Radar Online, Rob didn’t show much interest in the party from day one, and he tried to get out of it by bluffing – telling Kris that he wouldn’t attend because Blac wasn’t invited.
When Kris told him Blac totally was invited, he bailed anyway:
“Rob told her that he was not going to celebrate his birthday without his girlfriend,” says a source close to the situation.
“Kris told him that she would absolutely like Blac to come, but that she would also have to invite the rest of Rob’s family, including all of his sisters.”
Not surprisingly, Rob balked at the situation to have his birthday turn into some sort of big-bootied battle royale:
“He was not about to have his birthday turn into a dramatic situation, or an opportunity for Kris to let cameras roll on Kylie and Blac Chyna’s first face-to-face encounter,” says the insider.
Kris is reportedly unhappy with Rob, and frankly, she’s not alone.
Rob, you denied us what would’ve been one of the great reality TV scenes in history, and we may never forgive you.
Just kidding. A showdown is bound to happen at some point, as Blac reportedly plans to continue coming between Rob and his family.
In fact, Rob considers himself an orphan these days, probably because Blac told him to feel that way.
Take note: when you date someone who hasn’t seen the sun in two years, they’ll pretty much think whatever you tell them to.

Katy Perry: Skipping the Grammys Because of Taylor Swift?
At this point, it seems that the feud between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry will never be settled.
Both women have passed up multiple opportunities to bury the hatchet, and it seems they’ve now reached the point where they’ve ceased taking shots and are simply avoiding one another.
Last week, there were rumors that Taylor would be invited to Katy’s pre-Grammys party.
Sources said Katy had decided to get Taylor’s back in the wake of Kanye West’s misogynistic diss, and offer an olive branch as a show of feminine solidarity.
Now, however, it looks like Katy and Taylor are still at war, as not only will Taylor not be attending Katy’s party (which will likely be the year’s most star-studded), but Katy is skipping the Grammys, reportedly because she knows the night will be “all about Taylor.”
We imagine it would be tough to sit in the crowd and force a smile while your peers heap praise on your sworn enemy.
So Katy skipping the ceremony isn’t that surprising, but the fact that Taylor declined Katy’s invitation is a pretty clear indication that the music industry’s sweetheart doesn’t forgive as easily as you might think.
Looks like the bad blood between these two won’t be going away any time soon.

"Love & Hip Hop" Momma Dee -- Arrested For Allegedly Skipping Out On Bill

Law enforcement tells TMZ Dee was arrested Saturday morning in Milwaukee for, “fraud on inn keeper – nonpayment.” AKA … skipping out on a bill somewhere.
It was reported that Momma Dee was out with friends to celebrate her birthday and when a bill of around $ 500 came to the table, no one wanted to cough up the cash.
Dee was held behind bars for a few hours and released after posting a $ 250 bail.
