Lamar Odom Overdosed on Drugs, May Have Suffered Stroke, Doctors Report

Last night, Lamar Odom was found unconscious after several days of partying at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada.

Odom is currently comatose, and until recently, there were conflicting reports about how he wound up in his present state.

Now, E! News is reporting that Odom has overdosed on several different drugs, and he may have suffered a stroke and permanent brain damage.

“He was doing crack cocaine all weekend and he choked on his mucous,” the insider explains. “They’re now having to fix all the damage it has done.

“So, likely there’s brain damage, but they’re not sure how much. Virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system.”

Doctors add that it appears Odom suffered from an “ischemic stroke,” which is the result of a clot preventing proper blood flow to the brain.

Ischemic strokes are often the result of prolonged cocaine use.

“The long term effects of his drug use have taken a toll on his body and the binge this time was too much to handle,” the source says.

The insider adds that while doctors are “treating this as an overdose situation,” they do not believe that it was a suicide attempt.

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani: Wedding in the Works?!?

A recent report claimed Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are dating.

But this is erroneous, according to the hilarious new cover of Life & Style. Because Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are actually engaged!!!

Shelton and Stefani are both judges on The Voice, of course.

The country star divorced Miranda Lambert this summer, while the former No Doubt singer split from husband Gavin Rossdale.

So, naturally, this must mean the stars are now an item themselves, right? A very serious item, no less?

“It’s more than a hookup,” an anonymous source says of this supposed couple, adding that Shelton will likely propose during “an upcoming tropical getaway.”

Despite the proposal having not taken place yet, and despite no wedding having therefore been planned yet, the magazine somehow knows exactly what’s about to take place.

It writes that Shelton and Stefani will have “a small ceremony at a neutral location on the beach, in Hawaii or the Carolinas” and that only “close friends and a few family members” will be invited to the “barefoot and casual’ occasion.

Wow. That’s quite the forecast.

Will it end up being accurate? No, because Shelton isn’t even dating Stefani.

But if these two were a couple? We could think of a pretty great nickname for them. How about… Shelton? Or… Stefani?!?

The Flash Trailer: Help Freezes Over

Help is about to freeze over.

Following the return of Harrison Wells on The Flash Season 2 Episode 2, viewers of this CW favorite will be in for another treat on Tuesday, October 20.

Titled "Family of Rogues," The Flash Season 2 Episode 3 will find Barry and the team discovering Captain Cold has been kidnapped. This prompts then to make an unholy alliance with his sister.

However, Barry will then get double-crossed when he learns something else: Snart is working with his father, Lewis Snart. And they aren"t exactly working on a charitable endeavor.
