Rob Kardashian to Kris Jenner: Pay Up Or I"m Not Doing The Christmas Photo!

You have to feel a little sorry for Rob Kardashian.

With three older sisters who have made millions, and two younger ones already making a name for themselves, Rob’s the only family member who hasn’t found professional success.

Instead, he’s become the target of tabloid fodder due to weight gain and refusal to attend filmed family events, like Kim Kardashian‘s destination wedding in June 2014 (Rob flew back to LA at the last minute, explaining his reasons to Kim via email).

Radar Online reports that Rob is not giving Kris Jenner a straight answer on whether he’ll be part of the annual Kardashian Christmas card (which the family usually shoots at the beginning of December).

“He’s confident that by Christmas he’ll be in a good enough condition to be front and center of the group shots, but he’s refusing to commit to the shoot until the very last minute,” a source told the site.

“Kris has torn into him for being so flakey and unreliable.”

Wait, there’s more.

Rob is allegedly demanding $ 250,000 to take part in the shoot.

His reasoning?  The sock designer claims he’s “the most marketable member of the family right now since he’s been out of the public eye for a long time now while he loses weight and cleans up his act,” the source explained.

“He’s developed a major ego, which, combined with his sisters’ diva tantrums, has made this whole saga a total nightmare.”

Honestly, you guys.  Just do a throwback card and call it a day.

Bristol Palin Defends Kylie Jenner Again

Bristol Palin has once again come to the defense of Kylie Jenner.

A few weeks after oddly praising Kylie for using lip fillers, Palin has jumped online to defend the reality star against Halloween costume haters.

Over last holiday weekend, Jenner got dolled up in a fur-trimmed, all-white costume with a platinum wig for a Halloween party.

The 18-year-old dubbed the look “Eskimo” and “Snow Princess” on Instagram.

(Jenner also dressed as some kind of sexy ninja for the occasion.)

Kylie didn’t receive all that much backlash for it, really, but some critics thought the outfit was inappropriate because the term “Eskimo” is generally considered a slur.

And also because the Inuit and Alaska Natives are actual people, not subjects for parody.

Bristol Palin thinks differently, however.

And she should know, the expecting mother argues.

“Well, as a person born and raised in Alaska (born on Alaska Day, no less) who is also part Yup’ik, let me say this. I’m not offended!” Palin wrote on her Patheos blog.

“In fact, I’m flattered that you think Eskimos looks [sic] this chic.

“I think “cultural appropriation” Halloween guides are a joke, I think people need to lighten up, and I think you look great!”

It is true that Palin’s father, Todd, has Yup’ik ancestry.

It’s also true that Bristol loves to butt in on seemingly random topics from time to time, such as when she went off on the IRS.

Palin, who is yet to reveal the identity of her second child’s baby daddy, is due to give birth in early 2016.

Michael Lohan, Kate Major BOTH Lose Custody of Kids!

Parents Of The Year nominees Michael Lohan and Kate Major are so crackers that they have lost custody of their two children, Landon, 2, and Logan, 10 months.

According to TMZ, the Florida Department of Children and Families put the boys in foster care after obtaining a video of Lohan and Major having a nasty fight in front of them. Lohan’s mother currently has temporary guardianship.

Lohan and Major went to court today in an attempt to win back custody from Lohan’s mother, but the judge was like, “Nah, you two are insane,” and upheld the decision.

Not only do the parents only have DCF-chaperoned visitation rights, but they also have to attend anger management courses.

Major entered rehab last June after a “drunken attack” on Lohan in April.  In 2014, Major got a DUI after leaving her home in a blaze of glory following yet another showdown with Lohan, who called the cops on her.

Other than those isolated incidents, they sound like really stable people.

Major and Lohan married in October 2014, after an on-and-off relationship that began in 2010.  Things moved towards marriage-town after Lohan completed a stint on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.  The couple welcomed Landon in January 2013.

Prior to that, Major (a former Star Magazine journalist) dated Jon Gosselin.

Famous Instagram Teen Exposes Harsh Realities of Modeling

We live in a world where filters and apps can alter our appearance to perfection with just the swipe of a finger, convoluting our concept of beauty and reality.

But one Instagram celebrity teen is using the social media site to expose the truth.

Australian model Essena O’Neill took once used Instagram to post bikini pictures of herself.  But now she is using the very site to reveal the staged nature of many Instagram photos.

“I found myself drowning in the illusion,” O’Neill wrote on her new site, Let’s Be Game Changers.

“Social media isn’t real. It’s purely contrived images and edited clips ranked against each other. It’s a system based on social approval, likes and dislikes, validation in views, success in followers … it’s perfectly orchestrated judgement. And it consumed me.”

“A 15 year old girl that calorie restricts and excessively exercises is not goals. Anyone addicted to social media fame like I once was, is not in a conscious state.”

Since opening up about the realities of modeling and social media, she has deleted thousand of posts.  She has even changed the captions on the remaining photos to explain the truth behind the pics.

One caption says,  “NOT REAL LIFE – took over 100 in similar poses trying to make my stomach look good. Would have hardly eaten that day. Would have yelled at my little sister to keep taking them until I was somewhat proud of this. Yep so totally #goals”

In another she wrote, ”NOT REAL LIFE – I didn’t pay for the dress, took countless photos trying to look hot for Instagram, the formal made me feel incredibly alone.”

O’Neill also shared the secret about brand deals:  “Was paid $ 400 to post a dress. That’s when I had maybe 150k followers, with half a million followers, I know of many online brands (with big budgets) that pay up to $ 2000 per post.

She added, “Nothing is wrong with accepting brand deals. I just think it should be known. This photo had no substance, it was not of ethical manufacturing (I was uneducated at the time). SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT REAL is my point. Be aware what people promote, ask yourself, what’s their intention behind the photo?”

Her expose’ on social media and modeling then took an emotional turn: “The only thing that made me feel good that day was this photo. How deeply depressing. Having a toned body is not all we as human beings are capable of.”

“This is what I like to call a perfectly contrived candid shot. Nothing is candid about this. While yes going for a morning jog and ocean swim before school was fun,” she wrote.

“I felt the strong desire to pose with my thighs just apart #thighgap boobs pushed up #vsdoublepaddingtop and face away because obviously my body is my most likeable asset. Like this photo for my efforts to convince you that I’m really really hot #celebrityconstruct”

Then, she reminded us of another truly disturbing fact. That thousands of Instagram users were ogling her body—her underage, 16-year-old body.

She wrote, ”and yet another photo taken purely to promote my 16 year old body. This was my whole identity. That was so limiting. Made me incredibly insecure. You have no idea.”

O’Neill has quit modeling and social-media sponsorships.  She is hoping to use her new site to spread healthier values of environment preservation, veganism, and “being present.”
