Chris Brown: Did His Constant Smoking Give Royalty Asthma?!

Back in March of last year, the world was shocked and a little horrified to learn that Chris Brown is a dad.

The shock stemmed from the fact that he’d kept little Royalty a secret for several months. The horror was mainly out of fear that he would do terrible Breezy-esque things like get his daughter sick by constantly smoking weed around her.

At least that’s the allegation being made by Chris’ baby mama, Nia Guzman, who claims that Brown smokes in Royalty’s presence so often that she’s developed asthma.

According to TMZ, Nia made the shocking allegations in recently-filed court papers

Guzman is petitioning the court to restrict Brown’s visitation rights. She’s also requesting that the singer’s child support payments be upped from $ 2,500 to nearly $ 16,000.

She claims that after a period of sobriety, Brown has relapsed and frequently smokes weed and drinks sizzurp while watching his daughter.

Guzman tells the judge that Royalty returns home reeking of smoke after visits with her dad.

Chris (sort of) denied the allegations in an Instagram post that he quickly deleted.

“I quit cigarettes on New Year’s,” Brown wrote. “NO ONE smokes around my daughter.”

He went on to call Guzman’s allegations “obviously a play to get some sort of increased income,” but did not address the drug use allegations.

This is not the first time that Brown’s parenting habis have been called into question.

The controversial performer was criticized for his decision to take Royalty on tour with him last summer.

Farrah Abraham Fights With Yet Another Celeb, Remains Horrible

Back in September, Farrah Abraham was one of the contestants on Celebrity Big Brother.

For those tuning in to this season of Teen Mom OG, Abraham keeps talking about her “business trip” overseas, making it sound like she heading out of state to broker deals.

Not so much.

She actually took part in a cheesy reality show that pitted her against model Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, and things came to a blow when the two women filmed Celebrity Big Brother Bit on the Side.

Abraham was answering a question about anger management when Horgan-Wallace interrupted her.

“Hag, be quiet” Abraham said to the model.  “Hag, be quite.”

A fuming Horgan-Wallace then threw her champagne glass at Abraham, and the cameras immediately stopped rolling.

Chairs were thrown, someone was sent to the hospital, and a case was opened to investigate the champagne glass that started it all.

Now, the Crown Prosecution Service has issued a verdict on the investigation, according to the Daily Mirror, stating that there was not enough evidence to prosecute Horgan-Wallace.

The model then took to Twitter to celebrate, while simultaneously slamming Abraham (who retaliated):

Before the fight broke out, Horgan-wallace was asked if she would miss Abraham in the Big Brother House.

Nope.

“She was just horrible. She never took accountability for anything she did. She’s a silly little girl, it’s just pathetic. She’s just nasty.

It’s one thing standing up for yourself and being a strong woman and it’s one thing being a nasty horrible bitch, “Horgan-Wallace said as she sat directly across from Abraham.

“You’ve got your cheque, you’ve had your cheque now get on the plane and f*** off.”

Steven Avery Issues Statement to Supporters: I Am Innocent!

Even if you haven’t watched Netflix’s wildly popular documentary series Making a Murderer, you’re probably at least passingly familiar with the strange story of its subject, Steven Avery.

Steven Avery

After being falsely convicted of sexual assault in 1985, Avery served 18 years behind bars before his conviction was overturned on the strength of new DNA evidence.

Before he was able to follow through with his planned $ 36 million civil suit against law enforcement officials in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, Avery was arrested for the 2005 murder of Teresa Halbach.

Following a controversial trial that prompted countless allegations of corruption, Avery was found guilty and has been behind bars ever since.

Bizarrely, prison officials have prevented Avery from speaking to the press in the weeks since Making a Murderer renewed the public’s interest in his case, but the 53-year-old has found ways to make his voice heard.

Avery has filed an appeal, and he may soon get a chance to testify on his own behalf, but in the meantime, his new lawyer, Kathleen Zellner, is doing the speaking for him.

Last week, a letter that Avery wrote to a local reporter was published in a Wisconsin newspaper and quickly went viral.

Perhaps noting the overwhelmingly favorable response online, Avery decided to issue his first formal statement since Murderer aired.

Unable to address the public directly, Avery apparently passed a handwritten note to Zellner during their most recent visit.

She posted a photo of the note on her Twitter page on January 29. It reads simply:

“To my supporters: I want every forensic test possible done b/c I am innocent.:

Along with the image of the note, Zellner tweeted, “Third visit WCC: SA thrilled about chance of new forensic testing — like innocent men always are. #MakingAMurderer.”

The same day the note was posted, Zellner was interviewed for a Dateline NBC special about the Avery case, in which she stated that she’s confident that advances in forensic science will exonerate her client.

Jenelle Evans: Is Anxiety Making Her Sick?

She was hospitalized three times in one week, but doctors still can’t diagnose Jenelle Evans’s mysterious illness.

Radar Online has confirmed the visits, and has spoken with sources who say that Evans’ symptoms point towards “anxiety.”  The Teen Mom 2 star decided to get a third opinion and test for any thyroid issues.

“They told her it was anxiety once again and said they would call her back with her thyroid tests in a day or two,” the source said.

At first, Evans thought it was her ongoing fight with ex, Nathan Griffith, who stole her car (and with it, all her belongings) while Evans was in Miami.

“She thought it was Nathan’s drama, but now it just keeps happening,” the source added.

“Nothing else is going on at all, so Jenelle is confused.”

Over the weekend, Evans got a new car, posing next to it for an Instagram with the caption “Its all good I’ll live.”

She’s filed charges against Griffith for larceny, and a warrant is currently out for his arrest.

“She got a new car, so she is more than happy,” the source explained.

“And Nathan has a warrant out for his arrest, so that makes her happy too. So she doesn’t know what is causing the issue.

“Evans is getting Jace this weekend too so she is happy abut that,” the source said.

“Something is causing all of this.  She feels like she is going insane.”

MTV cameras were see filming both Evans and Griffith over the weekend, so all will be revealed when Teen Mom 2 returns.
