Maci Bookout: Please Pray For My Sick Daughter!

Maci Bookout and her husband, Taylor McKinney, are considered one of the quieter couples of the Teen Mom world.

Sure, the McKinneys have endured their fair share of ups and downs over the years, but most of it has had to do with Ryan Edwards" addiction issues.

Left to themselves without any drama-prone exes interfering, the couple keeps things pretty low key.

And so, when Maci revealed that her daughter had been hospitalized, fans knew this was no cry for attention of the sort some of her castmates are prone to.

In fact, many have jumped to the conclusion that whatever left 3-year-old Jayde laid up must have been something serious.

Take a look:

Jesse Meester: Darcey Silva is a Liar and a Sick, Twisted Person!

Of all of the 90 Day Fiance couples, none seems to thrive on constant fighting like Jesse Meester and Darcey Silva.

Recently, viewers saw them explode after Jesse told Darcey she’s an alcoholic. But that’s one incident among many.

Now, Jesse is exposing Darcey on social media — telling fans that she takes money from everyone, then lies about it.

Right now, 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days couple Darcey and Jesse looks like their terrible romance is on its last leg.

That’s on TV, and filmed months ago.

Right now, it looks like their quarreling is once again spilling over into social media.

After one of Jesse’s sycophantic fans (sorry, but it’s the truth) spoke about how she couldn’t stand the way that Darcey treats him, Jesse wrote back.

He thanked his fan — and then put Darcey on blast, painting her as a liar with some sort of pathological money problem.

“That she’s exploiting her ex-husband, now me and others is the least thing she should do to make herself look better,” Jesse says in slightly broken English.

“She’s adding fuel on her issues,” Jesse writes. “Especially after her restaurant situation last week.”

That would be the restaurant fight so intense that police were called. Classy.

“It’s not my problem anymore,” Jesse writes, though he’s said that before. “Although I kinda felt sad she was still dealing with the same issues.”

“But after people sent me screenshots of her behavior with the most disgraceful lies and classless statements,” he says.

Those screenshots were “about that we had sex in a hotel room I paid for, that I gave to her when she started drama.”

“And then say how she was not treated right and she payed for a trip? Lol,” Jesse writes. “My last bit of empathy is gone.”

“To claim you paid for a trip to Greece I paid for you is despicable,” he says. “That was a surprise I arranged for her.”

“Oh and the (business class) tickets and your free acces to my company’s guidance and so many more things I helped you with,” Jesse adds.

“And then acting like this is a total disgrace!” Jesse declares. “Just when you thought she couldn’t go any lower….”

“Just not over my back after doing everything for you and going above and beyond,” he writes.

One detail of Jesse’s comment really caught the attention of a number of 90 Day Fiance fans.

“When you sell my rings (which is totally fine) and complaint about not having money or not being able to pay off your debt,” he writes.

Jesse continues: “when a lot of people help you out financially there is something else going on you need to take a closer look at.”

In other words, he is accusing her of having some sort of underlying problem of spending money, asking for financial help, and then overspending again.

Jesse also notes that: “Her false accusations need to stop.”

“This is all I gotta say about this really,” Jesse says.

Anyone want to take bets on whether or not Jesse will talk about Darcey again in the future?

“Pure disgust how someone can go that low after all you did,” Jesse laments.

Again, he implies that she has some sort of pathology or compulsion.

Jesse concludes: “Like she just can’t stop it.”

Jesse Meester isn’t exactly the best guy in the world, either.

He and Darcey are toxic as a couple, but both are toxic as individuals.

(After all, this is the guy who shares private details, true or not, with random fans who say nice things to him)

To be brutally honest, folks, a lot of Jesse’s fans are older women who refuse to see past his hotness.

They despise Darcey but seeing him with an older woman makes them think that they could be so much better for him.

We’re not speculating — they write this out, more or less, in his Instagram comments. He knows this.

Javi Marroquin to Kailyn Lowry: I"m So Sick of Your Sh-t!

Javi Marroquin may finally have had it with Kailyn Lowry.

The MTV veteran sounds like he"s sick and tired and truly done with his ex-wife.

What has prompted Javi to arrive at this point?

Why does he sound angrier than ever at the woman with whom he shares a son named Lincoln?

Marroquion is more than happy to explain down below, as both he and The Hollywood Gossip give readers some background on why the exes are – yes, once again – at major odds…

1. A Letter of Love?

Letter of love

More like excerpts of hate! This is what Marroquin thinks of Kailyn’s new book, the cover of which we’ve posted above. He has Tweeted his response to a few passages in it.

2. Wait, What is This Book About?

Kailyn lowry at home

“The book was an apology letter to [third son] Lux for basically the mess he was born into and how bad I feel,” the mother-of-three told Radar Online in January, adding of her other sons and motivation in general: “But now it’s to all three of them. I feel bad and I’m nervous about how a lot of my decisions will impact them or affect them. So I’m apologizing to all of them and I want them to know how much I love them and I’m working now to pick up the pieces.”

3. Okay, Fair Enough. What Does This Have to Do with Javi?

Sorry kai

A lot, considering he’s the father of Lincoln. The couple was married from September of 2012 through December of 2015, having been through many ups and downs in their marriage and then afterwards as well.

4. But Weren’t They on Pretty Good Terms of Late?

Javi and kailyn on mtv

It seemed that way. Heck, they even HOOKED UP earlier this year!

5. So, Why Are They Feuding Now?

Javi kailyn and kids

Lowry writes in her new book that she knew her marriage to Javi was doomed from the start, saying at one point: “I knew going into the marriage with Javi that I would regret it.” Harsh, right? Also: pretty stunning.

6. What Else Did She Write?

Kailyn and javi arguing

“We were fighting constantly and not even sleeping in the same bed. I was overcome and filled with doubt at all times. I was trying to convince myself that things would get better in time, but they never did.”

Duggar Kids Demand Time Off: We"re Sick of Living In Front of a Camera!

Often when the fine denizens of the internet are spewing invective against reality stars in some sort of online forum the phrase “get a real job” is bandied about.

Far be it for us to defend the Kardashians and Snookis of the world — people who could buy and sell us despite never having set foot in an office in their adult lives — but life as a reality star can actually be quite demanding.

And as the Duggar family is now learning the hard way, it’s particularly tough on young people.

According to a new report from Radar Online, the Jim Bob and Michelle’s offspring have essentially formed a union.

Their sole demand?

No more round-the-clock filming.

Yes, apparently, the Jana, Jill, Jessa, et al. are fed up with living their lives in the presence of a camera crew.

They don’t want to give up the gig entirely, mind you — it still beats the hell out of punching the clock at a 9 to 5, after all — they’re just sick of feeling like slaves to Counting On‘s demanding production schedule.

“The kids just don’t want to be in front of the cameras 24/7,” one insider tells Radar.

“They have a big break in between filming to carry on with their lives.”

Apparently, the driving force behind this mini-mutiny is second-eldest son John David Duggar.

John David is currently courting Abbie Burnett, and it seems he doesn’t want his first romantic relationship to be painstakingly documented by a full camera crew.

At first, it seems, he kept his relationship on the down-low, and now that it’s out in the open, he insists that he and Abbie be allowed some time away from the cameras.

“John David kept his relationship quiet and hidden so he could enjoy time without press,” says the source.

The other Duggars, apparently inspired by his example, have reportedly also demanded more private time.

But if you’re concerned about the future of Counting On, fear not.

The insider says the Duggar kids are planning to keep working for TLC for the foreseeable future.

“They will keep doing the show for a while,” the source says.

Sounds like they have at least a few more seasons left in them.

But just to be safe, you might want to watch Counting On online while you still can.

David Eason Goes OFF on MTV: You Make Me SICK, Liberal Hypocrites!

Do Jenelle Evans and David Eason have any hobbies or anything?

Jobs, household responsibilities, just anything that could possibly keep them off social media?

Because it kind of doesn’t seem like it.

And it also seems like they could really, really use something to do besides ranting on Twitter and Facebook.

Yesterday, Jenelle got her morning started by making a series of tweets about how unfair it was that people thought David is wrong for being homophobic.

She actually tried to say that he was just “a very Christian man” who has been raised “with certain morals, values, and standards.”

For real, that was her argument.

She said that hating gay people was simply his opinion, and he has the right to his own opinion.

And if you didn’t agree with her opinion, then she had a nice little “f-ck you” to share.

It’s not clear what inspired her little outburst, but it sure sounds like something went down, because right around the same time she started going off on Twitter, David typed up a little something on Facebook.

It’s … well, it’s almost as delusional as a Jenelle rant, and that’s saying a lot.

“WOW MTV I’ve kept my mouth shut for too long!” he began.

“MTV is such a hypocritical liberal network that you still keep racists, drug addicts and potential rapists on you shows as long as it meets your political beliefs?”

As a sidenote to that, he added “Yet you are against gun rights which protects my family from those kind of people,” because goodness knows he had to fit something about guns in there somewhere.

What racists, drug addicts, and potential racists are on MTV shows, you may be wondering.

Well, let David explain it all for you.

“I’m sickened to hear that Cheyenne Floyd said she hates white people and wants to kill him all!” he wrote, referring to those old tweets of Cheyenne’s in which she did pretty much say just that.

“Yet I received death threats from you morons?” he asked.

“Come on people, MTV still works with Nev Schulman from Catfish even though he tried to sexually assault his timid vulnerable cast members!”

“Not to mention,” David continued, “Teen Mom young and pregnant cast member Jade Cline who took a picture with cocaine on the table in her selfie!”

Right, because who could imagine anything worse than a Teen Mom star doing drugs?

Does he even know anything about Jenelle’s history? Because here’s a hint: there were a whole, whole lot of drugs, and plenty of arrests.

Lots of assaults, too, though none of them were sexual.

To wrap up his little fit, David said “Get your head out of your ass MTV, I’m not the problem YOU ARE!”

“I mean why else would the head producers be the ones spreading all the lies on the internet with media outlets? Huh Morgan?”

That’s obviously directed to Morgan J. Freeman, Teen Mom executive producer best known for being Farrah Abraham’s archenemy.

“Just for the record,” he finished, “THE VIEWS, OPINIONS OR DEPICTIONS OF MYSELF BY MTV DOES NOT REPRESENT MY BELIEFS OR MORAL VALUES AND STANDARDS.”

What a wild ride.

It sounds like he’s trying to say that all of these other people on MTV shows have done worse things than him, but he’s the only one that’s been fired.

Except David’s been accused of assault, like Nev, he’s had more than a few arrests on charges related to substance abuse, which is a bit more serious that Jade’s selfie.

And while he hasn’t made bigoted remarks about race, he’s made plenty about gay and transgendered people.

So maybe David actually is the problem after all, you know?

Chris Brown: Wendy Williams Deserves to Be Sick!

When controversial talk show host Wendy Williams announced her illness and leave of absence, a number of people couldn’t help but take a little satisfaction.

That might be unfair — even though Wendy Williams makes her living by gleefully relishing in the misfortunes of others. And she’s made a number of enemies along the way.

But … does Chris Brown, of all people, have any room to talk?

It was with a heavy heart (given the circumstances, we’ll withhold jokes about Wendy Williams not having a heart) that Wendy Williams broke the news to her fans.

“My doctor has prescribed — are you ready? — three weeks of vacation.”

Plenty of folks would love a three-week break from work, but when a doctor is ordering that, you know that it’s serious.

She makes a joke about coming back after only two weeks because, thanks to her humble origins, she’s concerned over who will pay her bills.

(Wendy Williams’ net worth is estimated to be about $ 60 million. We sincerely hope that she’ll be able to use those meager funds to keep the lights on for a few weeks)

The reason for this doctor-instructed break from making cruel jabs at suffering celebrities and concocting wild theories about the motives behind new romances and breakups?

She suffers from both Graves Disease and hyperthyroidism. (Graves Disease being the most frequent cause for hyperthyroidism)

Symptoms can include nervousness, irritability, increased perspiration, a racing heartrate, hand tremors, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, thinning of the skin, fine brittle hair, and muscular weakness.

Wendy has experienced pressure behind her eyes and irritability along with trouble sleeping. Naturally, she may not have divulged all of her symptoms.

Some can’t help but wonder if this condition played a roll in her scary collapse on live television.

Obviously, we wish Wendy Williams the best.

As inexcusable as some of Wendy’s statements have been — she’s declared that she’s sick of the #MeToo movement, among many other things — there are much worse celebrities out there.

Speaking of whom … Chris Brown has some thoughts on Wendy Williams’ health condition, according to HollywoodLife‘s source.

“Chris feels bad Wendy is suffering an illness, but he can’t help but think bad karma is to blame for her poor health.”

Of all of the people in this world to believe that a person’s bad actions lead to cosmic consequences … you’d think that Chris Brown would not be among them.

You know, because of the very famous domestic violence thing. Upon Rihanna. Upon Kerrueche Tran. And, let’s face it, many believe that Chris Brown may have a long list of victims.

Yet he reportedly believes that Wendy has earned this illness flair-up by, get this, judging him.

“Chris has been the target of Wendy’s criticism and judgment many times over the years so he has a hard time feeling too bad that she will be off the air for a few weeks.”

“Chris is a big believer in the energy in the universe and he thinks cosmic karma may be partly to blame for Wendy’s problems.”

Many people have beliefs like that. We’d imagine that most of them might mold their actions accordingly.

“Chris feels that it’s because Wendy spends so much time dissing him, and others, that she has gotten so sick.”

Victim complex much?

“Chris thinks that when she recovers, Wendy will think twice before she continues to bully people on her TV show.”

That’s her whole brand, though.

“Chris is hoping her struggles with her health will make her a nicer person on the other side.”

Honestly? The idea of Chris Brown so totally lacking moral clarity and self-awareness shouldn’t surprise me, but it’s kind of blowing my mind right now.

If he believes that people who say unkind things on television deserve illness, what does he think that Wendy Williams would deserve if she, to picka  random example, made a habit of beating the crap out of young women she claimed to love?

We joke, but it may be that he truly doesn’t believe that he’s done anything “that bad.” That’s a standard attitude for domestic abusers and other monsters.

Wendy Williams is not kind, but she’s not a monster.

She doesn’t deserve her illness. Criticism, sure. Not a chronic ailment.

And Chris Brown, who has never gotten what he deserves in his life, has no high ground against Wendy Williams or anyone else.

Wendy Williams: Ugh, I Am So Sick of the #MeToo Movement!

Wendy Williams has had it, people.

She’s sick and tired, alright?!?

She just can’t handle any more women coming out and feeling empowered and calling out men who have sexually harassed or assaulted them.

Seriously… enough already with this nonsense!

We wish we were being sarcastic and silly, but the obnoxious talk show host really did say essentially this during her ridiculous “Hot Topics” segment on Friday.

“So there’s a grassroot movement to remove R. Kelly’s music…or remove R. Kelly from the music industry forever,” Williams explained to her audience, asking:

“What is this 10 years too late? Really?”

For the record: R. Kelly is an awful human being.

Videotapes exist of him urinating on underage girls in bed and he’s basically running a sex cult as we type.

So… yeah. Maybe this movement to bring the artist’s hideous behavior to light is a little bit late, but better than never, no?

Continued Williams on this subject:

“Two Atlanta women are really upset that R. Kelly has had a career despite decades of troubling accusations…so they have now created a hashtag #MuteRKelly.

“It’s not gonna work. Black people aren’t really good at protesting. Not since the King march…it’s not going to work.”

Black people aren’t really good at protesting.

We’re just gonna leave that sentence there and let Wendy’s message sink in.

Why even bother trying, African-Americans? There’s no need to stand up for anything you believe in, according to this sage talk show host.

Williams then returned to the topic of protesting a few minutes later, setting her sights on the courageous women who have come out to take down such sexual deviants as Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer, Louis CK and countless others.

“I’m sick of this #MeToo movement,” she said, in all seriousness, explaining thusly:

“I love that people are speaking up for the first time and coming out and everything, but now it’s got…I look at all men like, ‘You’re a #MeToo.’

“All of ‘em, all of ‘em, which is not fair.”

There’s a really simple answer to this problem, Wendy.

Are you ready for it? Okay, here goes…

Actually listen to the stories of these women and then determine which men deserve to wear such a label and which do not.

Yes, listen to other people. That’s all you need to do here.

We know it’s asking a lot.

This isn’t the first time Williams have stated a cruel and misguided opinion just to make headlines.

It isn’t the 279th time, either.

It’s all she knows how to do. It’s the only reason she exists.

Earlier this month, Williams bashed Oprah for being fat, called Carrie Underwood a liar and told Kylie Jenner her baby would be ugly.

She is a terrible human being.

The sooner the world comes to this obvious realization, the better.

Ami Brown Cancer Update: Is She Too Sick to Film?

Following Discovery’s Alaskan Bush People Christmas special, fans and viewers couldn’t help but wonder how Ami Brown’s cancer battle is going.

And whether that special might be the last time that they see the Brown family matriarch on their televisions.

Let’s look at what we know.

Ami Brown has been battling lung cancer.

She finished her second round of chemo before Thanksgiving and the family sounded optimistic during the Christmas special (which was also filmed before Thanksgiving).

Positivity is great, but Ami Brown was not miraculously cured of cancer. Even though we all wish that she had been.

Instead, comments that she was no longer “sick” were references to the fact that she was over her chemo treatments.

Chemo, of course, can horribly ravage the body — the idea being that it also horribly ravages the cancer and that the cancer, not being a whole person, will die but the body itself will tough it out.

Ami Brown is still fighting her cancer, of course, but she needs to take rests to recover between rounds of chemo.

And, of course, she reportedly suffered a setback.

As we mentioned, the non-fan page Alaskan Bush People Exposed shared the context of the Christmas special.

“Last night’s show was filmed before Thanksgiving and Ami was doing fairly well after finishing chemo.”

They also shared an unhappy update.

“Shortly after Thanksgiving she suffered a brief setback and was very ill.”

But there’s good news.

“She is doing better now and back on the mend. They are still in Los Angeles, and she is recuperating.”

And they offer a dose of reality for those who need it.

“There has been no miracle cure and unfortunately this will be a long battle for her. She has lost a lot of her hair, wears a hat most of the time and very frail.”

Even as a non-fan site, they’re trying to remain optimistic.

“Hopefully, after the holidays she will get strong enough to start filming the upcoming season.”

RadarOnline reports that Ami Brown will be heavily featured in the eighth season of Alaskan Bush People.

While those are, again, rumors, that’s welcome news.

Especially after so many of the show’s fans had feared that the family would film season 8 without Ami Brown.

Interestingly, there are conflicting reports about how much of this season of Alaskan Bush People has actually been filmed, with some suggesting that they’ve pretty much wrapped.

Considering how little time Ami Brown has spent in Colorado — where the family’s new homestead is — we have to figure that either they have more filming to do, or she won’t appear in this season that much.

No one knows what Ami Brown’s future will bring.

In a heartbreaking confession, (now) 15-year-old Rain Brown admitted that she doesn’t know if her mother will make it.

“My mom and I spent all morning making our favorite peach tea and our own mix of essential oils together (frankincense, eucalyptus, pink grapefruit, and spearmint) with coconut oil as a carrier and a touch of shimmer.”

This was during Ami’s second chemotherapy treatment.

“She is now going through her second round of chemo, sadly I can’t say how she is doing just yet, but we are all hopeful and faithfu.”

As the Brown family’s de facto spokesperson in recent months (because of her social media presence), Rain is more aware than anyone of all of the support, prayers, and well wishes that Ami and the Browns have received.

“Thank you all so much for your support and love in this harsh time.”

Ami Brown is battling lung cancer. It wasn’t caught in early screening. She and her husband have been known as serious smokers.

(Billy Brown’s been slammed by fans for not giving up smoking despite his wife’s cancer)

So, though Ami’s been getting first-rate health care and a filming schedule that revolves around her health and ability to film, prospects have looked grim from very early on.

That doesn’t mean that there’s no reason to hope for her to make a recovery, however.

Selena Gomez, 13 Reasons Why SLAMMED, Called "Sick" by Grieving Father

As you know, 13 Reasons Why has been renewed for a second season, even though the Netflix series is incredibly controversial for its graphic portrayal of suicide.

Well, the father of a girl who took her own life immediately after watching the first season is railing against Netflix — and against Selena Gomez.

His distress is understandable, but calling Selena Gomez “sick” and “disturbed” is … well, that might be going a little too far.

Before we get into the father’s controversial comments, here’s a little very important background on why 13 Reasons Why is controversial.

There are graphic depictions of upsetting material like suicide and sexual assault.

Now, that doesn’t mean that 13 Reasons Why necessarily glorifies suicide. Some feel that it does, others feel that it shows the damage done by taking your own life and the grief that it causes.

However, there are certain things to do and to not do when you’re telling a story about suicide.

Namely, don’t highlight the method for it. Don’t provide step-by-step instructions on screen. Don’t include graphic depictions of suicide or self-harm.

If you’re thinking that you wouldn’t see such things and suddenly feel the urge to follow in a suicidal character’s footsteps, well, congratulations. I wouldn’t either. I can also eat peanuts with impunity, but some people can’t be in the room with peanuts or they’ll literally die.

But people who do experience suicidal ideation and are plagued by thoughts of suicide — because, folks, suicidal depression is an illness — are vulnerable to these images and messages.

Parents and school officials have been alarmed by what they describe as an increase in self-harming behavior and suicide attempts — and, in the saddest cases, successful suicides — which they believe are directly related to 13 Reasons Why.

Selena Gomez is an executive producers of 13 Reasons Why. She’s one of seven executive producers, which does not make her some sort of autocrat who controls the series, but she’s definitely the most famous name attached to the show.

John Herndon is a father who discovered his 15-year-old daughter hanging in her closet after apparently having binged 13 Reasons Why. Though Bella was rushed to the hospital, she died 10 days later.

And Selena Gomez’s famous name and famed compassion … well, they’re probably why John Herndon is calling her out in his statement to RadarOnline. And he’s not mincing words, either.

“I’m still completely disgusted. Selena makes me sick.”

Though we can only imagine Herndon’s level of grief, that’s a very strong statement.

“She is an extremely disturbed individual to think that this show has any kind of redeeming social value at all.”

Clearly, she signed onto this project with the best of intentions.

Despite Herndon’s anger, he shows that he understands what suicidal teens are experiencing. But not everyone does.

“Remember that there are teens out there that are in a little darker place and these could be your friends, your sisters.”

And he worries that the intended messages in 13 Reasons Why might be misintepreted.

“Selena Gomez and Netflix need to understand that not everybody’s going to understand this very well.”

He goes on to explain exactly what can happen when someone struggling with suicidal depression witnesses a show that handles the subject this poorly.

“Some people who are battling with depression, this could catch them at the wrong time, creating what is called the trigger event.”

For someone with PTSD, exposure to harmful content would be unpleasant or even awful. For someone with suicidal depression, it could be lethal.

Herndon talks about having written to Selena more than once … on her website.

“I asked that she remove her support and get Netflix to stop,” Herndon complains. “I received no response.”

Well, yeah. Selena Gomez doesn’t personally monitor her website. Honestly I forgot that she even has one. This isn’t 1996. Also, in 1996, Selena was 4.

He’s also calling out Netflix.

“They made those decisions to make themselves look like a socially responsible company yet they are making a product about people who are hurt and how they can hurt themselves.”

We’re sure that the intentions behind the series were just the opposite.

“I’ve seen too many posts by the creators who indignantly say it’s helped more people than it’s hurt.”

Sometimes people double down instead of admitting that they’re wrong. Perhaps this is one of those situations.

“How many people have to be hurt before somebody aside from me stands up and says, ‘You know, this is wrong.’”

Please remember, folks, that Selena Gomez’s involvement does not amount to creative control. And that just because you send her a message does not mean that she’s received it.
