Calvin Harris on Taylor Swift Split: SHE Dumped ME!

Calvin Harris is no longer a member of Taylor Swift’s romantic squad.

And the DJ has now given us a pretty clear idea how he feels about that.

Shortly after news broke that his 15-month relationship with Swift was over, Harris took the high road.

He issued a Tweet in response to rumors and innuendo that said simply:

“The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect.”

Sweet re-Tweeted this message and it seemed like an amicable break-up between the stars.

But then…well…. Swift was caught kissing Tom Hiddleston in public, mere weeks after she and Harris called it quits.

Asked about her ex-girlfriend’s immediate rebound, Harris was a bit less respectful, telling a paparazzi member last week:

“All good, she’s just doing her thing.”

Doing her thing. That’s a casual, passive aggressive way of saying Taylor’s “thing” is to go from guy to guy.

Now, based on screenshots of his account taken by fans, the producer/DJ, 32, has opened up even more about what things were like as Swift’s boyfriend.

In response to a few follower questions, Harris wrote that Swift “controlled the media and this situation. I had no idea what was going on.

“So that kind of makes it a lot worse from my perspective.”

When a fan asked why Calvin unfollowed Swift on social media, only to follow her again on Wednesday, he explained:

“I cared too much and then I didn’t care at all. I am a real person remember.”

With talk circulating that Swift cheated on Harris with Hiddleston, the musician didn’t do much to quell those rumors.

“Not jealous sir, FREE,” he responded to someone who claimed he could be jealous of Taylor having moved on so quickly; and then Harris added the most revealing comment of all:

“Bro I didn’t leave anyone and she’s def not sad. It’s all good.”

There’s also been chatter that Swift dumped Harris over the phone, a pretty harsh and immature way to end any long-term relationship.

Calvin did not confirm this piece of gossip, but he did credit fan account @butikeepswifting for seemingly getting the story right.

“For all we know Taylor broke up with him to be with another man and this is quite upsetting. I would be hurt by that too. He’s not being mean,” the account shared last night, adding:

“He deserves to feel free while he’s single and not feel jealous.”

Harris responded to this post by writing the following:

“@butikeepswifting you’re the only smart one at this point.”

Kris Humphries: Will He Get Revenge on Kanye West?

Kris Humphries is totally not impressed with Kanye West. 

Remember that time Kanye went on Kocktails With Khloe (now kanceled) and dissed Kris Humphries? 

He made several jibes about the way Kim Kardashian’s life would have turned out if she stuck with Humphries. 

It was not pretty. 

“I started sending her pictures of, like, certain basketball players that used to be cool that now they wear their pants all the way up to here,” West revealed.

“Like, ‘This is your future.’”

Talk about putting someone on blast. If the rumors of Kanye West’s debt were true then she would have probably been more financially stable with Humphries. 

Kanye prides himself in causing controversy to ensure that he remains in the public eye. 

Might that be the only thing that he and Kim have in common?

Quite possibly.

It may have taken some time, but it now appears that Kris Humphries is planning the ultimate revenge against his former wife’s current husband. 

“Kris has way more dirt on Kim than anyone realizes, she told him all the family secrets when they were together,” an insider told Radar.

“They had a deal to stay quiet about each other, but now he’s saying she broke her word by speaking via Kanye so he’s entitled to do the same.”

Kim will no doubt be quaking in her louboutins, wondering about what Kris could possibly dredge up. 

It seems like Kris is ready to come forward with some of the details about his 72-day union with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. 

According to the source, Humphries is still annoyed with the way he was treated by Kim and is now weighing up his options “with the goal in mind of doing a full TV sit down and even a book that would hang Kim Kardashian and her family out to dry.”

It’s about time, right?!

Big Brother Recap: Nicole Is So Over The Newbies!

You’d be forgiven for thinking that we were way further in the game if you tuned into Big Brother tonight, but we’re actually right at the beginning. 

It felt like one of those episodes in the middle of the season in which alliances are being shook right up. It all resulted in a thrilling hour of television and I can’t wait to see how the rest of the season plays out.

I was skeptical about the multitude of twists that were introduced in the premiere, but the pay-off has been fantastic. 

Nicole started the hour stressed as she knew that she was the target to be evicted first. This is essentially her third chance at the money, so it wasn’t that much of a shock that she would be targeted.  

The SOS Competition was really tense. Nicole done her thing and managed to secure a first place finish, which put her straight into the safe zone for the week. 

Tiffany wasn’t far behind and I’m now wondering why more of the houseguests haven’t guessed that she’s Vanessa’s sister yet.

It’s so freaking obvious. Haven’t they watched the show before?!

Corey and Glenn fought it out to save their game life, but Glenn lost out.

Glenn was evicted instantly.

The dude was obviously a bit miffed at being the first to go, but he noted in his exit speech that the amount of love he received from the other houseguests made it much easier for him to go. 

One thing that really bugged me about the competition was that the newbies were all chanting for their side of the house to win.

They made it crystal clear that they did not want Nicole to eke out a victory for the veterans.

It’s like they think because they have the numbers now, they’re going to get all the veterans out, but they couldn’t be more wrong.

After debating who should be the first HOH, Nicole made an alliance with Corey and Tiffany the three of them agreed not to put one another up.

Nicole is the first HOH of the summer!

Victor, Jozea and the rest of the new houseguests looked miserable at the thought of one of them going home. 

Da’vonne went to see where Jozea’s head was at after managing to get Tiffany on board earlier. Jozea was very abrupt with her and claimed that the game is his to win. He’s so damn full of himself that he’s unbearable to watch.

He also revealed to her that the newbies are going to get the veterans out. 

Okay then, Jozea. It’s not like you haven’t already blown your game up.

Da’vonne cut the conversation short and reported back to the group. Nicole told them about Victor telling her that she’s the biggest target in the house and they all agreed that they need to take Jozea out. 

YES!

Da’vonne is playing a much smarter game than she did last year. She’s really going out her way to interact with both sides of the house and I’m certain she’ll get much further this time. 

That’s if she manages to keep her rants for the DR. If she blows up like she did last year, she’ll be out like that a shot.

Nicole then went for a shower and James played the first prank of the season. He pretended to be Victor and it was hilarious. Nicole was none the wiser and just continued her shower.

She then pulled Paulie into the room to have a chat and let him know about the plan to go after Jozea. Paulie was disappointed at the thought of going on the block as a pawn and I can’t blame him.

It didn’t actually make sense to put him up, but Nicole went full steam ahead and put him up next to Jozea!

There we have it. We’re two episodes in and the drama is already making everyone go crazy!

Another twist will shake up the game this coming Sunday.

Lindsay Lohan: Releasing A New Album?

Lindsay Lohan might be making a return to the music industry. 

Lindsay said as much when she took part in a live video chat with her Mean Girls co-star, Rajiv Surendra. 

She revealed that she still HAS to release another album for Universal Motown. 

“And I will,” she added

There is no definite release date for the album as of yet, but it appears that it all depends on what her sister, Ali Lohan’s career.

“My sister is signed with EMI and she is recording a record, and out of respect for her and her true career choice, which is all she wants to do is make music,” she said, referring to her younger sister Ali.

“Her voice is like Etta James meets Adele. I want to respect her in that lane.”

There are a LOT of celebrity families that have more than one person with the same profession, so it’s a very odd thing to say. 

It’s sweet and all, but it doesn’t seem like we’re getting the full story here. 

There’s no denying that Lohan has had her ups and downs, but she seems to have turned a corner in recent years. 

Her acting career never quite recovered from her hiatus due to what was going on with her. 

A move back to the music industry would be a good step, but there’s a good chance that her hiatus from singing would probably make it difficult for her to achieve much in the way of chart success. 

It’s not like the star is doing much else at the moment. 

There was word recently that she could be marrying Egor Tarabasov without a prenup in place.

Obviously it’s a crazy decision, but it’s not like Tarabasov isn’t worth a decent chunk of money. 

The fact of the matter is that Lindsay shouldn’t be passing up opportunities that could better her financial situation. 

Releasing another album might not make her much, but it would be something. 

Her fans are not going to be rooting for a new album forever. Her last single was released in 2008!
