Crystal Harris Shares Bikini Photo: This is "The New Me!"

Crystal Harris got something off her chest last week.

Actually, she got two somethings off her chest last week.

As previously reported, the wife of Hugh Hefner recently took a step rarely seen in the world of Playboy, actually getting the size of her breasts reduced via plastic surgery.

Harris penned a message on Facebook titled “My Implants Slowly Poisoned Me” as a way to explain why she took this step.

While the fake boobs may have made Harris more attractive to men, they were causing serious health problems for the centerfold.

“Intolerance to foods and beverages, unexplained back pain, constant neck and shoulder pain, cognitive dysfunction (brain fog, memory loss), stunted hair growth,” Crystal wrote.

Combine these issues with “incapacitating fatigue, burning bladder pain, low immunity, recurring infections and problems with my thyroid and adrenals” and Harris had no choice but to go under the knife again.

So the woman who exchanged vows with the Playboy founder on New Year’s Eve in 2012 shared the following post-surgery photo of herself from the July 15 procedure.

She wrote that she felt better afterward, but knew she wouldn’t feel “100% overnight.”

That may still be the case, but Harris is clearly very happy with how things have turned out.

“The new me. Happier and healthier,” Harris wrote as a caption to the following bikini photo on Instagram yesterday.

She added:

“Using 2016 to reclaim my health and embrace and love myself for the real me. Thank you for the overwhelming support on my post yesterday, I love you.”

You still look great, Crystal.

But that’s not even what matters here, of course.

What matters is that Harris made a responsible decision that placed her health above her outward appearance. Gotta admire her for that, don’t you?

And it’s not as if she’s alone in choosing this path…

Michelle Obama Sings Carpool Karaoke: WATCH NOW!

Michelle Obama didn"t have time to worry about Melania Trump stealing her words this week.

That"s because the First Lady was a bit busy… singing some carpool karaoke with James Corden!

At the outset of this segment, we saw Corden pick Obama up from The White House and make funny small talk with her until the two broke into a few versions of a few major hits.

They danced along to ​Stevie Wonder"s "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I"m Yours" and Beyoncé"s "Single Ladies," for example, and then sang "This Is For My Girls."

The latter is the power anthem inspired by the Let Girls Learn initiative and the 62 million girls around the globe who do not have access to education.

"We just dropped the mic into the hive," Obama said in response to their take on Beyonce, hilariously adding:

"We were making honey in the Beyhive. We were making honey to put in our Lemonade."

Obama also admitted it was only the second time in seven-and-a-half years that she"s "been in the passenger seat, listening to music, rocking out like this."

(The other time? A few months ago when daughter Malia was learning to drive.)

After discussing the First Couple"s Secret Service code names (she"s Renaissance, her husband is Renegade) – along with the First Lady joining Snapchat to document a trip to Liberia, Morocco and Spain in support of her Let Girls Learn initiative – Missy Elliott suddenly appeared in the back seat.

Yes, Missy Elliott!!!!

The unexpected trio sang "This Is for My Girls" before launching into the singer"s 2001 hit "Get Ur Freak On."

Simply put, it was awesome.

Previous stars to have joined Corden for Carpool Karaoke have included Selena Gomez, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato, Adele and Justin Bieber.

Ted Cruz: Booed Off Stage at Republican National Convention

Just when you thought the Republican National Convention could not get any stranger…

Just when you thought Scott Baio opening the event and Melania Trump plagiarizing Michelle Obama were the most unlikely happenings to take place in Cleveland…

… enter Ted Cruz.

The runner-up to Donald Trump in this year’s race for the Republican nomination, Cruz took to the stage on Wednesday night to address thousands in attendance and millions watching at home.

He then proceeded to get booed off said stage after refusing to actually endorse Trump for the Presidency.

“I congratulate Donald Trump on winning the nomination last night,” Cruz said in the beginning of his speech.

“And like each of you, I want to see the principles that our party believes prevail in November.”

This would be the only time during his speech that Cruz said Trump’s name.

Instead of telling individuals why they ought to vote for Trump, Cruz went on about his ideological brand of conservatism, telling folks to not to “stay home in November” and to “stand and speak and vote your conscience.”

Once it became clear he was not going to say anything about the candidate himself, those inside Quicken Loans Arena started to boo Cruz.

And in case THAT wasn’t dramatic enough, Trump actually appeared in the crowd at one point during the speech.

Diverting attention away from his rival, Trump join his family in a VIP area and flashed a thumbs-up while Cruz spoke, a gesture that transmitted obvious anger at the Texas senator’s behavior.

From there, as delegates started to protest, Cruz’s wife, Heidi Cruz, was heckled by Trump supporters who yelled “Goldman Sachs!” at her.

She had to be escorted out by security.

Trump and Cruz, of course, exchanged major insults on the campaign trail for months.

In response to Cruz’s speech, Trump Tweeted a reference to the pledge all GOP candidates signed awhile back, saying they would support the nominee… whoever he ended up being.

“Wow, Ted Cruz got booed off the stage, didn’t honor the pledge!” Trump Tweeted in reply to the craziness, adding:

“I saw his speech two hours early but let him speak anyway. No big deal!”

New Jersey Governlor Chris Christie – a former presidential candidate and now a Trump supporter – slammed Cruz’s speech in an interview with CNN.

“I think it was awful,” Christie said. “And quite frankly, I think it was something selfish. And he signed a pledge. And it’s his job to keep his word.”

Trump attorney Michael Cohen, meanwhile, said on CNN that “the only way to describe it is political suicide.”

Sure, that. But also standing up for one’s moral beliefs as well.

An insider close to Cruz said the Senator didn’t exactly expect to receive a standing ovation.

“He expected people to not approve,” the source said. “Not surprised at the reaction.”

As for Hillary Clinton?

The front-runner’s campaign seized on Cruz’s speech, Tweeting: “Vote your conscience” with a link to her website soon after it ended.

This is all truly remarkable.

Bethenny Frankel Has Huge Meltdown: Find Out Why!

Bethenny Frankel hasn’t had the best of seasons on The Real Housewives of New York City. 

If you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online, you’ll know that she’s been at the center of several arguments with her co-stars, while battling with several health issues. 

The arguments with the other housewives didn’t exactly show the 45-year-old in a good light and that’s what apparently pushed the star to the edge. 

During a 12-hour shoot of the reunion show for the most recent season of the Bravo smash, Frankel was said to have had an “epiphany” about the way she was portrayed. 

“She was genuinely upset by how she came across onscreen,” the insider explains.

“Often, she doesn’t realize how she comes across.”

She clashed with the likes of LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Jules Wainstein. That’s probably the reason producers fought so hard to get her back on the show. 

Frankel is a slam dunk if you want controversy. She leads an interesting life and is not afraid to open her mouth if there’s opportunity for an argument.

She always comes across as tough as nails, so she must be genuinely shocked by her behavior. 

It was bad, but not THAT bad. All of the arguments were caused by petty things. 

What could have sent her down her path to breaking point?

“Bethenny was sobbing,” the source confirmed. They then went one step further to declare, “she had a complete meltdown.”

The reality star could have still been in shock at her divorce from Jason Hoppy finally happening after three years. 

Yeah, that’s a pretty long time to try and end a link to someone. Right?!

Frankel must be ecstatic that chapter is officially over.
