Josh Duggar Re-Surfaces on Facebook For First Time Since Sex Scandals

It’s been over a year since the world learned that when he was in his teens, Josh Duggar molested five young girls, four of whom were his sisters.

During that time, Josh was involved in a second sex scandal when it was revealed that he used an Ashley Madison account to help him cheat on his wife.

The Duggars shipped Josh off to a faith-based rehab center in Illinois, and they clearly hoped that the press and their detractors would forget that the family had harbored a child molester once he was out of sight. 

To the surprise of no one whose name doesn’t start with “D” and end with “-uggar,” the ploy didn’t work.

Josh is still reviled by many former Duggar fans, and it’s not surprising that his first post-scandal appearance in public (at a freakin’ mini-golf course, no less) did not go well.

(Picture angry villagers chasing Frankenstein into the quick sand with torches and pitchforks, and you’ll have some idea of the reaction.)

But the Duggars remain determined to get fans to forgive (or at least forget) their son’s many indiscretions, and yesterday, they reintroduced him to their social media followers via the first family photo featuring Josh since he was released from rehab:

Yes, that’s the Duggar men at an airshow in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and b’gosh, there’s Josh on the far left, wearing a brown shirt and looking like he’s packed on a few pounds.

“It was such a joy to spend 3 days with my 10 sons and 2 of my grandsons at the 2016 EAA Oshkosh Airshow,” family patriarch Jim Bob captioned the above pic.

“We all love aviation and being together. Thousands of planes flew in, and hundreds of thousands of people will attend. It is amazing!”

Obviously, it looks like the Duggar women weren’t invited, but in this case, that might be for the best.

Niall Horan SLAMS Fan Who Took Picture Of Him

Niall Horan is not impressed with a fan who decided to take pictures of him while he slept on a plane. 

The One Direction singer previously made it clear to the fan that he didn’t want to take pictures. 

Add in the fact that Niall was sick, you can understand why he would want to just rest and have the flight be over. 

How would you feel if someone took a picture of you while you were sleeping?

The fan crossed a line. 

Everyone is entitled to privacy. 

Horan is super popular, so he must get picture requests every single day of his life. 

All he wanted was to take a break, but one fan took it upon herself to take a picture anyway. 

She then hit social media boasting about her time in Europe and the fact that she met Niall on her plane. 

She wrote, “And to sum up the PERFECT European adventure, I sat directly next to Niall from One Direction for 9 hours on my flight home from London last night.”

“He was sick and asked for no selfies, but here is a pic I snapped while he was sleeping lol he was so friendly!”

“Talked about Ireland LSE, lolla, and more. Not a British duke… But an Irish Popstar will do. thanks for treating me so well Europe!”

Niall was quick to speak out after the fan posted the picture. 

“I think this sh*t is unreal. I mean if you can’t sleep on a plane without people taking photos of you, what can u do?”

It’s not very often that celebrities blast fans like this, but it’s clear that this was only the first of many similar instances for the One Direction star.

Justin Bieber FaceTimes with Kanye West, Taunts Taylor Swift

Justin Bieber has made his allegiances very clear.

The singer jumped (handsome) head in first to the feud between Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Taylor Swift on Monday evening, sharing a photo of him and Kanye on Facetime.

But that wasn’t the noteworthy part.

No, the noteworthy part of Bieber’s post was the caption he attached to the image of himself, West, manager Scooter Braun and another unnamed individual who was on the other end of the call.

“Taylor Swift what up,” Bieber wrote.

Ouch. Cold, Justin. Also: unnecessary.

We’re not really sure if anyone who is wearing sunglasses indoors ought to be taunting anybody else.

Swift, of course, has been on the receiving end of endless slams, insults and slights over the past couple weeks.

It all started when Kardashian released footage of her husband on the phone with Swift, running by her a few lyrics from his song, “Famous.”

Swift appeared to give approval to various lines, even one that referred to Kanye thinking he and Taylor “might still have sex.”

Kim shared this video to show the world that Swift is not nearly as innocent as she pretends to be, as the artist had previously acted all shocked and offended when West’s song went viral.

A week after Kim dropped this evidence on the world, she took to Snapchat again in order to hurl more shade at Swift.

This time, she filmed herself and a friend singing along to “Famous,” specifically the lyric in which Kanye raps about possibly banging Taylor in the future.

Yes, for some reason, Kim thought it would offend Swift to sing about her own husband considering intercourse with another woman.

Bieber and West, meanwhile, are long-time pals.

They previously worked on a remix of the young star’s 2011 track, “Runaway Love.”

In September of last year, Bieber opened up about the collaboration, telling MTV News:

“Kanye’s a talker. You get him in a room and he starts talking and ranting, I just sit and I listen.

“He’s been through a lot of stuff and he’s not just talking to talk, he has something to say from his heart. I just sit and listen because he’s really smart.”

That doesn’t explain why Bieber would go ahead and slam Swift, but perhaps this does:

Taylor has long been critical of Justin, stemming from all the ways in which Bieber has led her best friend, Selena Gomez, on.

As recently as December, Swift told Selena to stay away from Bieber; while she also warned Gomez to kick Bieber out of her life this past spring.

A source previously told Us Weekly that Swift “hated him” while Bieber dated Gomez.

In 2013, she refused to answer a question about Bieber at the Billboard Music Awards press room … and stuck out her tongue when she saw him smooching Gomez backstage.

Back in May, though, the feud between these superstars appeared to be over when Bieber shared via Instagram a video of himself singing “Teardrops On My Guitar.”

Swift went ahead and Liked that post, but so much for the peace offering, we suppose.

It’s back on once again between these two.

Robby Hayes: I Was Convinced JoJo Would Pick Me!

Every viewer dreads the moment that a contestant officially becomes a Bachelor/Bachelorette “runner-up.”

Such was the case for Robby Hayes, whose proposal JoJo Fletcher did not accept on last night’s finale.

“I was so caught off guard,” Hayes told People Magazine, adding that he was sure he was the only suitor left in Thailand. 

“I was so confident in our relationship and my feelings for her. I had already been dreaming about our future together.”

While Hayes insists there are no hard feelings, he is bummed that he went through the whole proposal process, only to return home with a fiance.  Which is kind of ridiculous, given what show he signed up for.

“The only thing I’m upset about is what was taken from me,” he said.

“I come from a very traditional family where marriage is a one time thing.

“But it’s not just the marriage. It’s the picking of the ring, the asking the parents for permission, giving the speech before you get down on one knee. JoJo took that from me and I can’t ever get it back.” 

Again, The Bachelorette is a dating competition.  If it makes Hayes feel any better, the universe is offer a do-over.  In private. With just one girl and not a bunch of other guys.

“Everything I said was honest and from the heart,” Hayes said. “If I didn’t tell JoJo I loved her, I would have been lying.”

“JoJo will always hold a portion of my heart,” he continued. “I fell in love with her, and in falling in love, I attached strings. One of them was unconditional care for her. I want JoJo to be happy and if I’m not the guy, I understand.”

Hayes has nothing but love for Jordan Rodgers, the suitor Fletcher ultimately choose.

“I respect the hell out of that kid. I think he’s sincere. And if JoJo couldn’t find happiness with me, I wanted her to find it with someone else.”

Call me, Hayes.  I’ll overlook the whole “proposed to another girl in Thailand” incident and we can go ring shopping.
