Amber Rose: Masturbation Did THIS to My Face!

Amber Rose has some pretty unconventional — albeit fun! — beauty advice for y’all.

It has nothing to do with cucumbers (the sliced, spa-type ones, anyway), exfoliation, or whatever other protein-based things that are — ahem — rumored to be good for the skin.

In an interview with Glamour, Amber Rose confessed that the secret to her glowing complexion is … wait for it …

Masturbation.

Yeah, you read that correctly — Amber Rose simply masturbates to achieve that freshly-bangedwashed look of hers.

She revealed, “I wish I had the time to masturbate every day in reality, but I don’t.”

“I say a lot of those things on [The Amber Rose Show] because I am very sex-positive,” she continued. “I do say those things in a way where I am very serious, but it’s also a joke.”

So is she kidding? Probably not — and she’s probably not being very honest when it comes to not masturbating every day.

Come on.

With that gorgeous skin, she must do it several times a day, and that’s how she’s skirting — no pun intended, OK pun totally intended — the “not doing it every day” thing.

(Hint: because she does it multiple times a day. That’s the theory we’re gonna work with today.)

Other celebrities who’ve admitted to copping a feel — of themselves — include “Teen Mom” Farrah Abraham, who admitted to masturbating to her own sex tape, which is horrifying.

Then, there’s ABC Family’s breakout star Shailene Woodley, whose LOL name explains why she wants to teach masturbation in schools, which would be a trip, and last, but not least, Kanye West, who tries not to wake Kris Jenner with his nocturnal efforts.

Hey, whatever works, right?

From explicit photos, to her “Slut-Walk, to admitting that making sex tapes are “healthy,” Rose definitely puts it all out there for the world to see.

Good for you, Amber, for being so “sex-positive,” or whatever you’re calling it these days. The more you know and all that.

And hey — if sex tapes are so “healthy,” and masturbation is so great for your skin, maybe Amber Rose should put her money where her … uh, mouth is, and do it all up, as we know only Amber could.

Anna Duggar: I Still Cry About My Marriage

During last night’s episode of Counting On, Duggar fans finally got to enjoy the moment they’ve been waiting for all season.

Yes, after eight weeks of televised courtship, Jeremy Vuolo popped the question to Jinger Duggar.

Considering that’s about how long the couple courted in real life, it was considerably longer than fans expected to wait, but better late than never, right?

But while Jeremy’s rooftop proposal in NYC is dominating this morning’s discussion of the episode, there were smaller, more unexpected moments that left their marks on fans as well.

One of them involved the close bond between sisters-in-law Jana and Anna Duggar.

The two women are often identified as the most obvious victims of the Duggar clan’s outmoded patriarchal society.

In addition to the fact that she almost certainly suffered sexual abuse at the hands of brother Josh, Jana has been made to stay home and help care for her younger siblings while her sisters leave the nest to make lives of their own.

Anna, of course, has been pressured to stay with her philandering husband in the wake of the Josh Duggar sex scandals, and while she’s proven her ability to smile for the cameras on countless occasions, on last night’s episode, she offered viewers a glimpse at her inner turmoil.

During a scene at the Duggar compound back in Arkansas, Anna opened up about how grateful she is to have Jana in her life.

“She will make an amazing wife one day,” Anna told the camera.

“But selfishly right now, I’m so thankful I’ve had her as a shoulder to cry on.”

Obviously, it stands to reason that Josh and Anna have a long way to go in repairing their marriage (or at least that Josh has a long way to go in convincing Anna not to leave him).

But since it’s so rare that we see Anna open about the difficulties she’s endured over the past 18 months, it’s easy to forget how painful her home life must be.

Anna talking about Jana’s future marital prospects and her own sadness and desperation in the same sentence made for one of the most moving scenes in of reality television that the Duggars have offered up in recent memory.

Of course, like the network that made them famous, the Duggars prefer to focus on shiny, happy moments like Jinger and Jeremy’s wedding, and it’s not hard to see why.

Still, we applaud the producers who decided to take a moment to acknowledge those who have crushed by the inexorable Duggar baby-making machine.

Watch Counting On online in order to get caught up on Season 2.

It may be that while viewers were waiting for the big moment between Jinger and Jeremy, a smaller, much more compelling story was unfolding all along.

Ben & Lauren Premiere Recap: Not Happily Ever After?

Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell were pretty much always fated to be together.

That much was made abundantly clear during their season of The Bachelor. It was one of the better seasons of the reality hit, but it was pretty predictable.

What about now, though? Can they make love last?

We’ve always wondered just how well these reality TV relationships function without the lavish trips, private concerts and just generally away from The Bachelor.

That’s probably why Freeform felt the need to make a series about it. If you still don’t know what the heck Freeform is, it’s the new name for ABC Family.

The network is struggling to find a hit, so considering The Bachelor performs well for their parent network, they probably assumed this iteration would be guaranteed ratings.

Ben and Lauren are just like the rest of us. We picked up with the two of them at the taping of The Bachelorette‘s After the Final Rose.

In an instant, it was pretty clear that Lauren was nervous about being there. This was because she and JoJo competed together on Ben’s season of The Bachelor.

Ben even told JoJo he loved her throughout filming, so there was always going to be some beef between JoJo and Lauren. It makes perfect sense that we would pick up with them at this taping.

It immediately puts a sense of jeopardy on the relationship. Lauren feels like Ben could just easily ditch her and move on to JoJo.

Ben and Lauren had their first argument of the night, but Ben did admit they probably should not have attended the taping. There’s a great chance that Ben did not even want to go at all.

Ben then revealed to Lauren that he wanted her to be happy, but taking her within 15 meters of JoJo Fletcher was most definitely not the best way to show that.

There is always going to be tension with JoJo. Poor Lauren probably squeals every time she reads reports of JoJo Fletcher breaking up with Jordan Rodgers.

For all we know, the couple could be on a strict itinerary to get content for the show. That’s sort of what happens in reality TV, but I guess they knew what they were signing up for before signing on the dotted line.

We were treated to a flashback of the couple being invited on the show with JoJo. Lauren knew immediately that there was something amiss.

It’s hard to imagine that the scene was genuinely filmed one month before, either. Flashbacks in reality TV makes them seem even more fake, so they’re best ditching them.

Poor Lauren could not escape JoJo and that’s probably because the couple could binged The Bachelorette. It’s all pretty ridiculous.

Lauren made the observation that JoJo has a clear type of men. They also shaded some of the contestants. Don’t they realize that they are being filmed?

Lauren reeled in Haley and Emily Ferguson for some advice about going to the After the Final Rose taping. They were very neutral about the whole thing, but said that if she went, it would prove they have all moved on.

The ladies took a trip to the toilet store and went completely crazy. They were running around the store like children. It was actually pretty obnoxious.

All of the drama from the day resulted in the women trying to install a new toilet in the bathroom, but Ben swooped in to save the day.

Later, Ben and Lauren had yet another bust up when JoJo called, inviting he and Lauren to lunch with her and Jordan.

Lauren went off on one because she was not consulted before he made the decision. To be fair to the dude, he was sort of put on the spot by JoJo.

We then returned to the scene that opened the show, with the couple on After the Final Rose. Ben gave his speech to JoJo and it Lauren was blatantly pissed off about the whole thing.

If we want to see what went down on the lunch date, we have to tune in to Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After? Season 1 Episode 2, but we get the feeling that a lot of viewers will not return.

As a standalone episode with some more footage would probably have had a bigger impact with viewers, but keeping up with the bickering on a weekly basis will probably be cumbersome for most.

They are no Sam and Ronnie from Jersey Shore

What did you think of Ben & Lauren?

Dance Moms Season 6 Episode 28 Recap: Abby, You"re Fired!!

Did Abby Lee Miller finally change her ways and show us something new? Dance Moms Season 6 Episode 28 set out to answer that.

Spoiler alert: She’s still Abby Lee.

If you watch Dance Moms online, you know that Miller is out of control nearly all of the time … when she bothers to show up, that is.

Well, it could really start to cost her.

Tuesday, we saw the controlling Miller punish the minis for their poor performance and give the first solos of the season to the elites.

Playing both sides, often abrasively, carries is own elements of risk, however, and there are plenty of individual conflicts to go around.

For one, Jill is worried that Kendall’s music is not being distributed as she would like, so she wants to terminate her contract with Miller.

You can imagine how that goes over.

“We have to be prepared for a messed up pyramid,” Jill warns all the moms, “because I had my attorney send Abby’s lawyer a letter.”

Because she had to tell Miller via her lawyer that she will be “terminating her contract as Kendall’s music manager,” well … watch out.

Abby then unveils the the mini pyramid and moves on to the elite pyramid; Jojo is at the bottom and Jessalyn is not happy about this.

What. So. Ever.

As the dust settles from that, Abby tells the team that the will be doing a group routine inspired by the video game craze known as Minecraft.

Abby also tells them that there will be three solos: Kelani, Jojo and … Kendall. Jill didn’t see that one coming, and wonders what the catch is.

“Something is up,” she says.

“We dissolve our contract with Abby and she gives my child a solo? However, this is a gift and I refuse to look a gift in the mouth.”

Good attitude there.

Abby then moves on to destroy the minis, telling them flat out, “You only won the competition because there was no one else to compete.”

“Had there been others there with you you would not have won. Because of your poor performance you will not be dancing this week.”

DAMMMMMN!!!!!!!!!!!!

The minis are shocked, and crushed. The elites? Elated that they will be getting all of Abby’s attention. Not that it’s all gonna be positive.

It never is … and it’s not like the mini moms are going to go quietly, either. Jill eventually tells them to “leave so that we can work with Abby.”

Not mincing words, Jill Vertes. So cold and cutthroat.

As elite girls are rehearsing their group routine, the moms are concerned that they’re being set up to fail, as time and preparation are short.

Ashlee asks Jill, “When has Abby ever given Kendall the solo that you wanted with the music that you wanted? Why do you think she did that?”

It’s a fair question.

Having let that sink in for a second, Jill asks her, “Why?”

Ashlee says, “She wants to stay on your good side.”

Good luck with that. Follow the above links to watch Dance Moms Season 6 Episode 28 in full and see how it all played out from there.
