It’s been over two months since Kourtney Kardashian dumped Scott Disick, and it seems that relations between the exes have improved significantly in that time.
In the weeks after Scott was allegedly caught cheating with Chloe Bartoli, Kourtney reportedly refused to have any contact with Disick and wouldn’t allow him to see the couple’s three kids.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that Scott and Kourtney have worked out a custody agreement that’s agreeable to both parents, and reflects that the happiness of their children is their top priority.
“Kourtney has granted Scott legal joint custody of their three kids together, but they are still ironing out the visitation rights situation,” a source tells the website.
While Kourtney reportedly had no problem agreeing to Scott’s request regarding custody, the insider says visitation rights may still present a problem.
“Scott wants to be able to come and get them whenever he wants and that is not something that Kourtney is willing to budge on,” says the source.
It seems part of the issue is that Scott is still drinking, and until he sobers up, Kourtney wants his visits with the kids to be supervised.
“She already hates that he is asking to take the kids out without supervision,” the insider claims.
Fortunately, thus far, Kourtney has no reason to suspect that Scott has been drinking while watching the kids.
“She knows that every single time those kids see their daddy he has been sober,” the source says. “Mason does not let anything get by and he tells Kourtney if Scott is acting even a little bit strange.”
Hey, it sucks when kids are forced to take sides, but in the case of Scott Disick, a sobriety spy is sadly a necessity.
