Kim Kardashian: Forcing Kanye West to Sign Divorce Agreement?!
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have gone through more than their share of rough patches in the past year.
Beginning around the time Kim got robbed at gunpoint in Paris, the couple seemed to make tabloid headlines once a week due to a succession of speed bumps in their marriage.
The low point seems to have come when Kanye was hospitalized following an emotional breakdown.
The emergency forced West to cancel several tour dates, a move that caused the rapper to take a serious financial hit.
Currently, Kanye is involved in a messy lawsuit with the company that insured his tour, and legal experts say the outlook is bleak for the rapper.
West’s financial troubles are well-documented, and coupled with the loss of tour funds, the expected counter-suit from Lloyd’s of London could leave him on the brink of financial ruin.
So perhaps it’s not surprising that Kim is taking steps to ensure that if Kanye goes down, he won’t bring the whole family with him.
According to Radar Online, Kim has requested the Kanye sign a “mid-nuptial” agreement in order to ensure that
“They have a tentative arrangement in place, but it’s still a grey area if one of them incurs debts or lawsuits during the marriage,” says an insider close to the couple.
“Kim wants it all ironed out and water tight, so she isn’t responsible for any of Kanye’s problems in the even they divorce.”
Sources say the despite appearances to the contrary, this is not a matter of Kim being petty.
Rather, the mother of two is simply looking out for herself and her children.
After all, being twice-divorced, Kim is likely all too aware of the various ways in which a marriage can fall apart – and how financially disastrous the fallout can be.
“Kim wants him to do something about the hole in his bank balance, but in the meantime, it’s all about protecting herself,” says one insider.
“If Kanye doesn’t comply, she will have no option but to initiate divorce proceedings again.”
Sounds like Kim wants to ensure her husband won’t be engaging in any gold-digging.
If only there were a song that Kanye could turn to for lyrics that address this very topic.

Johnny Depp to Silence Amber Heard With Confidentiality Agreement?
By now, you’re probably aware that the divorce between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has been one of the ugliest celebrity splits in recent memory.
But if Depp has his way, you may not be hearing any more about the ongoing and increasingly messy drama.
E! News has obtained court documents revealing that when it comes to the legal aspect of his separation, Depp seems more concerned with protecting his privacy than his assets.
The docs contain the following response from Depp’s lawyers to Heard’s request for financial information:
“Johnny does not dispute that Amber is entitled to the majority of the information sought in her discovery requests and subpoenas. He willing to produce the documents necessary for Amber’s evaluation,” the papers read.
“He has asked, however, that a confidentiality agreement be executed prior to the production of documents in order to protect the parties’ privacy.”
We’ll overlook the weirdness of the fact that Depp’s lawyers call him “Johnny” and focus on what’s really important here, which is that this serves as yet another reminder that the iconic actor is very eager to put this chapter of his life behind him.
The latest from his attorneys goes on to complain about the public nature of the divorce:
“This case has been extraordinarily public since its inception. There have been daily articles in the domestic and foreign press about this proceeding and the parties’ lives.
“Every detail of this action has been chronicled by the media and it has become one of the most heavily publicized celebrity divorces in recent memory.”
That’s certainly true and while Heard has done little to discourage the publicity, Depp has made it clear that he’d prefer to handle the matter as privately as possible.
He’s repeatedly refused to answer questions about Heard, and it seems likely that his eventual settlement with Heard will include a non-disclosure agreement.
So if you were hoping to see Depp answer to assault charges in court, you may be out of luck.
In all likelihood, the former couple will reach an agreement without setting foot in court, and we’re guessing that going forward, Depp will make every effort to confine the drama in his life to his onscreen performances.

Kim Kardashian & Kanye West: Working on Divorce Agreement Just in Case?
It’s been a bizarre week in the life of Kanye West.
We’re the first to admit that you could say that about any week that the rapper/provocateur has been alive, but this was really one for the books.
As you may have heard the music video for Kanye’s “Famous” stirred up the one millionth controversy of his career over the weekend!
(Cue the marching band and drop the balloons!)
As with so many of West’s mini-scandals these days, the clip involved his ongoing feud with Taylor Swift, who we’re beginning to think he’s a smidge obsessed with.
The video featured wax figures of Swift and several other nude celebrities lying next to Kanye in imitation of Vincent Desiderio’s painting “Sleep”, because when you’re Kanye, it’s important to make your revenge porn as pretentious as possible.
Anyway, despite the fact that Kim and Taylor are feuding these days, she’s made it clear in the past that she’s not crazy about her husband throwing shots at celebs whose social circles might overlap with her own.
In fact, in the past, insiders have claimed that Kim was so embarrassed by Kanye and his antics that she threatened to leave him.
So perhaps it’s no coincidence that Radar Online is reporting that the Wests consulted with a divorce lawyer the same week that Kanye made waves with his latest low-blow aimed at Swift.
“They’ve figured out a mid-nuptial agreement, where Kim gets primary custody of the kids and Kanye holds onto most of his cash,” says one insider.
We’ve heard this news before, but this time there’s a twist …
The source says Kim and Kanye are not getting divorced just yet.
They’re just preparing in case they happen to call it quits in the near future.
“They’re both adult enough to realize that divorce is always a possibility and to their credit they wanted to figure out arrangements ahead of time,” says the insider.
Hmmm … it would be the first level-headed think Kanye ever did, but we guess we could see it happening.
After all, the Wests really, really, really love their stuff.

Jenelle Evans & Nathan Griffith FINALLY Reach Custody Agreement
Jenelle Evans pretty much lives in court, so at this point she probably thinks nothing of standing in front of a judge and defending her competency as a mother.
For most people fighting two custody battles at once would be a deeply strange experience that might trigger some serious self-examination.
For Jenelle, it’s just another day as the Carolina Hurricane.
Fortunately, it looks as though she’s now back to fighting a war on only one front, as Radar Online is reporting that Jenelle and Nathan Griffith have reached an agreement for shared custody of 1-year-old son Kaiser.
The settlement reportedly calls for joint custody, with Kaiser spending most of the week at Jenelle’s house.
Yes, Jenelle has been granted primary physical custody of a human child. What an age we live in!
“Both parties have signed the agreement,” an attorney for Evans tells Radar.
Evans and Griffith first squared off in court back in March, and those familiar with the case say it was a particularly ugly one.
Jenelle was reportedly reduced to tears on several occasions, once while telling the court that Nathan gave Kaiser his first haircut without her knowledge or permission.
The incident was captured on an episode of Teen Mom 2:
Sources say she also tearfully told the court about an incident in which Nathan took Kaiser out of state without her permission.
Interestingly, while all of this was going on, Jenelle testified against Nathan in a larceny case that stemmed from him allegedly stealing her car earlier this year.
The charge was eventually dropped, and the incident appears to have had no impact on the custody hearings.
Now Jenelle just has to get custody of 6-year-old Jace back from her mom, and she’ll be all set.

Bristol Palin Slams Baby Daddy Following Custody Agreement
Bristol Palin has taken aim at her baby daddy on Instagram.
Oh, right. Sorry. We need to clarify which baby daddy, don’t we?
Earlier this week, Levi Johnston finally won the custody battle over the seven-year old son he has with Bristol, Tripp.
Way back in 2009, Palin’s former fiancé filed legal documents that alleged Bristol and her family were barring him from seeing his child.
He and Bristol then agreed that Levi could see his son twice per week, but no formal agreement was ever signed in court.
The case was dismissed due to inactivity in 2012, but Johnston filed a petition a year later for equal custody. And a judge has now granted it to him.
“I’m so happy to have my son in my life, and to put all of this back in forth in the courts behind me,” Johnston wrote on Facebook on Tuesday.
“It might have taken me 7 years and cost me around $ 100,000 in lawyer fees, spread out among 3 different lawyers, as well as a lot of patience, but it was all worth it.”
Bristol – who gave birth to a child fathered by her second former fiance, Dakota Meyer, in late 2015 – proceeded to respond to the situation on Instagram.
In seemingly bitter fashion, Palin screen-capped the image of the following quote:
Always be careful of what you hear about a woman. Rumours either come from a man that can’t have her or a woman who can’t compete with her.
A short while later, however, Bristol shared the sweet family photo posted above, referenced the bible verse Matthew 5:11 and wrote this on her Instagram page:
These babies are my world and I will always be doing what is best for them.
Every child deserves two loving parents, so I will continue to encourage that no matter what. I have never, and will never, keep them from having a positive relationship with their fathers.
I did not “lose” any custody case – my son has always spent most of his time with me and he will continue to do so, he is happy, healthy, and knows both of his parents love him.
That’s the most well-reasoned, grounded, mature thing we’ve ever heard Bristol Palin say.
We may need a few minutes to digest it.

Beyonce & Jay Z: Working on Post-Nuptial Agreement Ahead of Divorce?
Rumors of Beyonce and Jay Z getting divorced have been circulating for about as long the A-list couple has been married.
Obviously, they’ve all turned out to be bogus thus far, but that doesn’t mean the Carters don’t want to be prepared in the event that they do eventually call it quits.
Several media outlets are now reporting that Jay and Beyonce are working on a “post-nuptial” agreement. The rich are different than you and me:
“They have a pre-nuptial agreement already in place, but so much has happened in terms of their empire that it’s needed updating for some time,” says one insider.
“When they went through their roughest period last year, they both agreed it was time to re-clarify certain aspects of their agreement, but it’s taken months to go through all their assets with a fine-tooth comb.”
Yes, it seems like even Jay and Bey were shook by all that talk of $ 1 billion divorces.
Some have gone so far as to suggest that this is the first sign that a split is on the way. We wouldn’t go quite that far.
The bad news is that it means these two have considered divorce as a very real possibility.
The good news is, having to draft a second prenup because you’re bringing in so much cheddar might be the most baller thing in the history of marriage.

Leah Messer & Corey Simms: FINALLY Come to Custody Agreement
The never-ending custody battle between Leah Messer and Corey Simms has finally reached an end.
And a peaceful one, at that.
In a court hearing that took place yesterday, the two agreed to share equal custody of their six-year-old twin daughters Ali and Aleeah, reported Radar Online.
“The hearing went very smoothly,” a source close to Simms told the site. “They both finally came to an agreement that was best for everyone.”
This of course is terrific news for Leah, who lost custody of the girls last October following a nasty divorce from Jeremy Calvert and news of her prescription drug addiction becoming public.
However, after completing rehab, Leah fought back and was able to secure another hearing after the courts learned that Corey lied about his income.
The Teen Mom 2 star also accused her ex of tampering with their daughters’ school attendance records in order to frame her.
She convinced school supervisors that the records were inaccurate, and the girls were marked late or absent when they were actually present in the classroom.
Her efforts have evidently paid off, and amazingly, both parties seem to be satisfied.
“Everyone is getting along for the first time in a long time,” an insider told the site. “It’s what’s best for the twins.”
It’s no secret that Leah has made some epically bad parenting decisions over the years, but we sincerely hope these two can get their acts together and behave like responsible adults so their kids can have a fighting chance at a normal life.

Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick Reach Custody Agreement
It’s been over two months since Kourtney Kardashian dumped Scott Disick, and it seems that relations between the exes have improved significantly in that time.
In the weeks after Scott was allegedly caught cheating with Chloe Bartoli, Kourtney reportedly refused to have any contact with Disick and wouldn’t allow him to see the couple’s three kids.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that Scott and Kourtney have worked out a custody agreement that’s agreeable to both parents, and reflects that the happiness of their children is their top priority.
“Kourtney has granted Scott legal joint custody of their three kids together, but they are still ironing out the visitation rights situation,” a source tells the website.
While Kourtney reportedly had no problem agreeing to Scott’s request regarding custody, the insider says visitation rights may still present a problem.
“Scott wants to be able to come and get them whenever he wants and that is not something that Kourtney is willing to budge on,” says the source.
It seems part of the issue is that Scott is still drinking, and until he sobers up, Kourtney wants his visits with the kids to be supervised.
“She already hates that he is asking to take the kids out without supervision,” the insider claims.
Fortunately, thus far, Kourtney has no reason to suspect that Scott has been drinking while watching the kids.
“She knows that every single time those kids see their daddy he has been sober,” the source says. “Mason does not let anything get by and he tells Kourtney if Scott is acting even a little bit strange.”
Hey, it sucks when kids are forced to take sides, but in the case of Scott Disick, a sobriety spy is sadly a necessity.
