Harvey Weinstein Accused of Raping Asia Argento, Forcing Himself on Rosanna Arquette, Mira Sorvino
Last week, the New York Times published an exposé detailing three decades of sexual misconduct allegations against Harvey Weinstein, the wildly successful and influential film mogul who rose to power as co-founder of both Miramax and the Weinstein Company.
The piece contained a number of shocking revelations, such as the fact that Weinstein settled out of court with no fewer than eight women who accused him of sexual assault or harassment.
Within days of the report going public, Weinstein was fired from the company he helped to build after a board of directors meeting that reportedly devolved into a screaming match.
In the days leading up to his dismissal, Weinstein sent letters to many of his most powerful allies begging for them to help save his career and restore his reputation.
We may never know who responded to the 64-year-old’s pleas, but those who ignored him are likely glad they did, as a new report published today by the New Yorker paints an even more appalling portrait of Weinstein as an unrepentant sexual predator.
Over the course of a ten-month investigation, journalist Ronan Farrow claims to have spoken with 13 women who were harrassd or assaulted by Weinstein.
He also interviewed 16 current and former executives and assistants at the Weinstein Company who say they have witnessed verying degrees of sexual misconduct from Weinstein.
The piece also an incriminating audio recording from an NYPD investigation in which Weinstein attempts to coerce a reluctant woman into entering his hotel room.
When she protests and accuses him of grabbing her breast without consent, Weinstein responds that he is “used to” engaging in that sort of behavior.
Most shocking of all is the article’s revelation that Weinstein raped or attempted to rape several women over the years, including famed actresses Rosanna Arquette, Mira Sorvino, and Asia Argento.
Argento says that Weinstein forcibly performed oral sex on her when she was just 21 years olf.
“‘He asks me to give a massage. I was, like, “Look man, I am no f–king fool,"” Argento tells The New Yorker.
“But, looking back, I am a f–king fool. And I am still trying to come to grips with what happened,” she adds.
Argento says she kept the encounter to herself for fear that Weinsteinwould “crush” her and ruin her career.
“I know he has crushed a lot of people before,” Argento said.
“That’s why this story—in my case, it’s twenty years old, some of them are older—has never come out.”
Sorvino says she was able to rebuff Weinstein’s advances, but she believes doing so resulted in irrevocable damage to her career.
“There may have been other factors, but I definitely felt iced out and that my rejection of Harvey had something to do with it,” she tells the magazine.
Thus far, Weinstein and his legal team have yet to respond to this latest round of allegations.

Kim Kardashian: Forcing Kanye West to Sign Divorce Agreement?!
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have gone through more than their share of rough patches in the past year.
Beginning around the time Kim got robbed at gunpoint in Paris, the couple seemed to make tabloid headlines once a week due to a succession of speed bumps in their marriage.
The low point seems to have come when Kanye was hospitalized following an emotional breakdown.
The emergency forced West to cancel several tour dates, a move that caused the rapper to take a serious financial hit.
Currently, Kanye is involved in a messy lawsuit with the company that insured his tour, and legal experts say the outlook is bleak for the rapper.
West’s financial troubles are well-documented, and coupled with the loss of tour funds, the expected counter-suit from Lloyd’s of London could leave him on the brink of financial ruin.
So perhaps it’s not surprising that Kim is taking steps to ensure that if Kanye goes down, he won’t bring the whole family with him.
According to Radar Online, Kim has requested the Kanye sign a “mid-nuptial” agreement in order to ensure that
“They have a tentative arrangement in place, but it’s still a grey area if one of them incurs debts or lawsuits during the marriage,” says an insider close to the couple.
“Kim wants it all ironed out and water tight, so she isn’t responsible for any of Kanye’s problems in the even they divorce.”
Sources say the despite appearances to the contrary, this is not a matter of Kim being petty.
Rather, the mother of two is simply looking out for herself and her children.
After all, being twice-divorced, Kim is likely all too aware of the various ways in which a marriage can fall apart – and how financially disastrous the fallout can be.
“Kim wants him to do something about the hole in his bank balance, but in the meantime, it’s all about protecting herself,” says one insider.
“If Kanye doesn’t comply, she will have no option but to initiate divorce proceedings again.”
Sounds like Kim wants to ensure her husband won’t be engaging in any gold-digging.
If only there were a song that Kanye could turn to for lyrics that address this very topic.

Mariah Carey: Forcing Producers to Edit James Packer Out of Mariah"s World?
Mariah Carey is getting very tired of the old, so she has decided to only care about the new.
In this instance, that old is her ex-boyfriend, James Packer.
As you probably already know unless you’ve been living under a rock, Mariah is in a new relationship with Bryan Tanaka.
Viewers have been wondering about the lack of James Packer in the E! reality series.
When the show was filmed, Mariah was still very much in a relationship with the billionaire.
One of the odd things about the new series is the emphasis that has been put on Bryan.
It would make anyone think Mariah was being a little too flirty while in a relationship.
However, we’re now hearing that James’ scenes have been mostly cut out, with scenes of Bryan being inserted into the show.
“They want the focus of the show to be Mariah finding love, not getting dumped,” says the insider.
Okay then.
It would be pretty silly to have us root for Mariah and James. It would not feel current and would probably make viewers tune out of the show altogether.
I mean, what’s the point of rooting for a couple we already know is doomed?
Thankfully, the producers seemed to agree with Mariah and have basically ousted James from the whole thing.
The interesting thing about all of this is that the report even claims Mariah and Bryan got busy filming Thanksgiving scenes that found Mariah getting hot and heavy with Bryan over Thanksgiving.
We all love a good love story, but it sounds like things are going to get a little bit too convoluted… even for reality TV.
Viewers like romances that don’t seem forced, but something about Mariah’s latest romance seems like it’s trying too far to be a thing.
Time will tell, but you can watch Mariah’s World online over at TV Fanatic to see how much James has been edited out of the show.
Maybe it can become a drinking game, or something.
Hey, at least it would make the show more interesting.

Kris Jenner: FORCING Rob Kardashian to Get a Paternity Test??
While still no member of the Kardashian-Jenner family has publicly congratulated Rob Kardashian on his baby news, we know behind the scenes, they’re saying something.
And what Kris Jenner is allegedly saying is a doozy.
The momager, we’ve learned, is suggesting that Blac Chyna’s baby might not be Rob’s.
She is insisting her son get a DNA test to prove he is (or isn’t) the father, according to InTouch magazine.
“Kris was freaking out when she heard the news and is forcing Rob to get a paternity test,” a source tells the tabloid.
However, Rob, who is clearly smitten with his fiance and their fetus, is not having it.
“Rob refused and insisted that this is without a doubt his baby,” adds the source.
“But Kris is fearful it’s not his child [because she says] Chyna was with other guys when they started dating.
“She just doesn’t trust Chyna.”
Does Kris know something about Chyna that we don’t?
We’ve not heard reports of the model hooking up with anyone else this year, so we’re curious where Kris is getting her intel.
It’s widely assumed that Blac is just using Rob for his family’s fame and fortune, but she does seem to be treating Rob well and he’s happier than he’s been in years.
Regardless, Kris isn’t the only suspicious one in Rob’s brood.
Last month, his sister Kim Kardashian brought Blac to her OB/GYN, which many took as a sign she was nurturing her soon-to-be sister-in-law.
However, a source told Heat magazine that Kim’s real motive was to make sure Blac wasn’t faking the pregnancy.
“Kim doesn’t trust Chyna, so she acted like she was taking her under her wing and offered to pay for her to go to the same OB/GYN as she used when she was pregnant with Saint,” claimed the source.
As it turned out, Blac was very much pregnant, so it seems the family is now resorting to plan B of Operation: Destroy Rob’s Will to Live.
We’ll share test results if they ever transpire, but we’re not holding our breath.

Kris Jenner: Forcing 8 Months Pregnant Kim Kardashian to Keep Working?
Kris Jenner didn’t get to be the world’s most (in)famous momager by going easy on her kids/clients.
Obviously, her strategies have paid off financially, as in addition to being independently wealthy, the Kardashian sisters are now fighting over Kris’ $ 125 million fortune.
But despite the fact that Kris’ daughters are often derided as entitled do-nothings, all that kash hasn’t come easy.
The Kardashian gals rarely get a day off, and even their vacations are documented by E! camera crews.
According to Radar Online, that 24/7 work schedule is beginning to cause problems, particularly with the very pregnant Kim Kardashian.
“Kim wants to take it easy at the end of her pregnancy,” says one insider. “She has been going non-stop the whole time and she wanted to cut back on her commitments but Kris just won’t let her.
“Kris wants to make sure that Kim is doing everything she can to stay in the public eye and get paid for appearances and increase her brand awareness.”
Yes, Kris is reportedly concerned that Kim doesn’t get enough media exposure. Apparently, no one has informed her that it’s impossible to use the Internet without seeing Kim Kardashian naked.
But it’s not just the nudity that Kris wants to cash in on. It seems that while Kim hates being pregnant, Kardashian fans love to watch her suffer – a fact that Kris is fully aware of:
“Kris knows that Kim is her cash cow, won’t let her slow down now. She is always aware of when the family’s brand is doing well, and Kim’s pregnancy is a prime time.”
“Kim doesn’t want to do anything to jeopardize the baby, and she wants to relax. But Kris just keeps reminding her that she has a responsibility to her whole family and she really never takes no for an answer.”
“She is going to make sure that Kim gets every dime she can from this pregnancy.”
So the next time you’re feeling jealous of Kim’s wealth or fame, remember that she has to have Kris Jenner as a mom for the rest of her luxurious life.

Amber Heard: Forcing Johnny Depp to Sell Yacht Named After His Ex?
Johnny Depp owns a lot of nice things.
He has a private island, houses in several different countries, approximately 47,000 raggedy scarves – but one thing he doesn’t own anymore is a 156-foot luxury yacht.
The reason? Depp’s new wife Amber Heard didn’t like its weird name.
The yacht was called Vajoliroja, which sounds like an STD that Johnny contracted while he was dating Kate Moss, but is actually inspired by the names of Johnny’s kids, Lily Rose and Jack, and their mom, Vanessa Paradis.
“Johnny loved that yacht. But he bought it for Vanessa,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “And Amber is still jealous of her.”
We guess between talking about killing and eating his dogs and revealing his desire to beat people with bricks, selling a boat is not one of the weirdest things Depp has done in recent weeks, but it still seems odd that Amber would make such a big deal out of something so petty.
We guess a little childishness comes with the territory of marrying someone 23 years your junior.
Of course a yacht sale is a big, public thing that will only reinforce the rumors that Johnny and Amber are having problems, but maybe she thinks it’s essential if they’re going to move on together.
Whatever the case, it sounds like these two are a long way from smooth sailing.
