Lisa Marie Presley: Twins In Custody After Disturbing Photos Found On Ex"s Computer

Lisa Marie Presley’s twin daughters have been placed in the custody of child protective services in California in the wake of images of children being found on her ex-husband, Michael Lockwood’s computer.

According to court documents obtained by People, Presley was “shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach” at the apparent discovery which has turned her life upside down.

According to the report, “Respondent [Lockwood] was discovered to have hundreds of inappropriate photos of children and is facing allegation of sexual abuse and neglect. While Respondent has yet to be convicted of crimes related to his possession of these photos, that he possessed them is documented evidence of conduct that has destroyed the mental or emotional calm of Petitioner [Presley]… Accordingly, Respondent’s request for spousal support must be denied by reason of his conduct alone.”

Lockwood’s lawyer, Jeff Sturman seems to think the claims are dumbfounded and thinks Presley is not giving up all of the details.

“Mr. Lockwood and his lawyers believe that it is very unfortunate and inappropriate that Ms. Presley chose to file a one-sided, inaccurate version of the facts in the Family Law Court’s publicly accessible files,” he tells PEOPLE in a statement.

“Ms. Presley and her lawyers undoubtedly knew that their highly sensational, inaccurate and unproven claims would be of great interest to the media, which would disseminate Ms. Presley’s inaccurate story as a result. To make matters worse, Ms. Presley failed to disclose very important information in the papers she filed in the Family Law Court and the things she failed to disclose are directly related to her inflammatory claims against Mr. Lockwood.”

“Mr. Lockwood is not going to publicly disclose very negative information about Ms. Presley to retaliate. Mr. Lockwood and his lawyers did not choose to litigate these personal matters in the press. Therefore, while Mr. Lockwood denies the truth of what Ms. Presley chose to put in the press, he has no further statement at this time.”

Presley says in the documents that there is a trial in March about the “the hundreds of inappropriate photos that I discovered that Respondent had taken as well as disturbing video footage and behavior. When I discovered the photos on Respondent’s computer, and viewed the videos, I was shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach. I had no idea that Respondent had taken these photos.”

At this stage, there is no clarity on why the children have been removed from Presley’s custody and it does not appear as if she’s going to open up about it.

It must be a really difficult time for her. The 49-year-old daughter of Elvis Presley had been staying in a treatment facility until the date of the filing.

Presley originally married Lockwood in 2006, but Presley called everything off last June after claiming Lockwood was using her for her finances.

What do you think of all this?

Mark Salling: Could His Computer Have Been Hacked?

Mark Salling has a shady incident in his past.

He was once accused of sexual assault, settling the lawsuit out of court for millions of dollars.

Mark Salling has a reputation as a ladies’ man.

“He loves going out and has always been a big flirt – constantly hitting on women at parties,” a Hollywood insider tells People Magazine of the actor, adding:

“He came across as skeezy.”

But still.

Despite these facts and claims, those close to the former Glee star still cannot wrap their heads around the star’s arrest this week.

Early Tuesday morning, Salling was arrested on charges of child pornography.

Partly based on an interview with an ex-girlfriend of Salling’s, police obtained a search warrant and used it to comb through Salling’s desktop computer, along with his tablet and cellphone.

According to TMZ, they discovered hundreds of images on the computer, many of which featured kids under the age of 10 in sexual situations.

Could some kind of mistake have been made, though?

“This isn’t the guy I know at all,” a friend of Salling tells People. “I have to believe his computer was hacked.”

It’s understandable that someone close to Salling would think this, of course.

The actor was booked in downtown Los Angeles and later released on $ 20,000 bail on Tuesday.

A court date for the actor behind the Glee character of Noah Puckerman has been set for January 22, 2016, according to L.A. County Sheriff’s Department records.

Mark Salling: What Did Police Find On His Computer?

WARNING: The following story contains disturbing information about the arrest of Mark Salling.

As previously reported, Salling was arrested at his California home early Tuesday morning after authorities executed a search warrant and found a countless number of inappropriate pictures on his computer.

The former Glee star was booked on charges of child pornography.

According to TMZ, the police were 100% certain they would find incriminating evidence against Salling, due, in part, to an interview with an unnamed girlfriend.

That evidence now allegedly includes hundreds of photos of children under the age of 10 years old, depicted in sexual situations of some kind.

The LAPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has seized Salling’s desktop computer, cellphone, tablet and laptop and are in the process of carefully combing through each device to see what else it can find.

The actor was released on $ 20,000 bond on Tuesday afternoon.

The maximum sentence in California for someone having more than 600 images of child pornography is five years in prison.

Salling, whose reps are yet to comment on the arrest, was sued in 2013 for sexual assault and battery by a woman who claimed he had unprotected sex with her against her will.

The lawsuit was eventually settled.

Salling is best known for having played Noah “Puck” Puckerman on Glee, a character who started out the show’s run as somewhat of a bully, but who evolved and joined the Air Force by the time the series concluded.
