Bridalplasty Murder: Man Convicted of Killing Lisa Marie Naegle
In December of 2016, former Bridalplasty contestant Lisa Marie Naegle was found brutally murdered.
It has been nearly two years, but the murderer has been convicted.
He was the last man with whom she was seen alive.
People reports that a man named Jackie Jerome Rogers has been found guilty of Lisa Maria Naegle’s appalling murder.
The court found that on the night of December 18, 2016, he murdered Naegle in his car.
Investigators believe that he killed her by striking her at least eight times with a hammer while the two of them were both in the vehicle.
He then buried her body in a shallow grave in his own backyard.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office confirmed the results of Rogers’ trial.
Naegle and Rogers had been having an affair at the time.
Rogers was 34 and her former student.
Just hours before her grisly murder, the two attended a friend’s birthday party at a restaurant in Torrance, California.
That, investigators discovered, was the last time that anyone but Rogers saw Naegle alive.
On Monday, September 24, Rogers was charged with First-Degree Murder.
Though Naegle became famous for her role as a reality star contestant on Bridalplasty, in real life, she had a job.
She worked as a nurse.
When she did not show up for work the following, that set off alarm bells with her coworkers and family.
Friends attempted to file a missing person’s report right away.
Unfortunately, they were told that they needed to wait 72 hours before an adult’s absence became an emergency.
As we now know, Naegle was already dead at the time.
Still, even before the police investigation began, friends and family had a lot of questions for Rogers.
He claimed to have left Naegle at the restaurant because he felt tired.
That did not add up.
Then, video surveillance showed that Naegle had left the restaurant with Rogers.
Rogers changed his story, claiming to have dropped off Naegle at a gas station.
No one was buying it.
Rogers became visibly upset at this point.
It can seem cruel that it took nearly two years for Naegle’s murderer to be convicted, but the justice system rarely moves swiftly.
We hope that this news gives her family the closure that they need.

Marie Avgeropoulos, Star of The 100, Arrested for Domestic Violence
Marie Avgeropoulos has a last name that is difficult to pronounce.
But it’s easy to see the sort of trouble she may now be in.
The actress, who has been a regular on The CW’s The 100 since its premiere in 2014, was arrested in Los Angeles last week and charged with domestic violence against her boyfriend.
According to TMZ, who broke this news, a man called the police early on the morning of August 5 and claimed that he had been struck by his girlfriend during a verbal dispute.
The the cops arrived on the scene, the man had marks on his body and Avgeropoulos was taken into custody.
As you can see in the mug shot above, it appears as though Avgeropoulos reacted in tears to the incident.
She reportedly urged the police not to take her away once it became evident that an arrest was likely imminent.
An insider also told TMZ that Avgeropoulos was on a new medication and mixed it with wine at dinner prior to the couple’s alleged altercation.
This mixture “resulted in a bad reaction.”
This same boyfriend had called the police in the hopes that officers would “diffuse the situation rather than arrest her,” TMZ reports, revealing he also “begged cops not to take her away” and “even bailed her out.”
That may be true, of course.
But it may also still be true that Avgeropoulos broke the law.
The 32-year-old Canadian actress has yet to address the alleged incident via her social media accounts.
She did not attend the 2018 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, where The 100 was nominated for Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show.
Avgeropoulos was released on $ 50,000 bond.
The 100 chronicles the surviving population living on a space station, called the ARK, which sends a group of 100 delinquents down to earth.
These individuals set out to see if earth might still be inhabitable because supplies are running low on the ARK.
Avgeropoulos has also appeared on such other television programs as Cult, Human Target, Fringe, Supernatural and Eureka.

Alice Marie Johnson Thanks "War Angel" Kim Kardashian
She"s been a sex tape star, a fashion maven and an Instagram model.
But Kim Kardashian now has a new title:
HERO.
It"s not one we ever thought would be bestowed on her and it"s not one we"re using facetiously.
On Wednesday afternoon, President Donald Trump commuted the setence of Alice Marie Johnson, a 63-year old from Alabama who was jailed for life back in 1997 due to a first-time drug offense.
Kardashian learned of this punishment in October and has since dedicated a significant amount of time to helping free Johnson from jail.
She even met President Trump at the White House last week in order to talk about Johnson and prison reform.
This is a real issue and Kardashian just produced a real result: Johnson is a free woman.
Talking to reporters after leaving prison for the first time in over two decades yesterday, Johnson said tthe following:
“I feel like my life is starting over again."
She later referred to Kim not just as her "angel," but as her "war angel," adding:
"She has truly been relentless in her fight for me… this is not a publicity thing for her. She has never stopped fighting for me. She"s an incredible woman, an amazing woman."
Johnson also details in the video below how Kardashian was actually the person who told her she was about to go free, a stunning development for someone who thought her life was over forever.
"BEST NEWS EVER," Kim Tweeted after learning Johnson would be released from jail, later adding:
I’m so grateful to President Trump, Jared Kushner and to everyone who has showed compassion and contributed countless hours to this important moment for Ms. Alice Marie Johnson.
Her commutation and forthcoming release is inspirational and gives hope to so many others who are also deserving of a second chance.
I hope to continue this important work by working together with organizations who have been fighting this fight for much longer than I have and deserve the recognition.
Says a very emotional Johnson below, having been reunited with her family
"I will not waste this second chance in life."

Scheana Marie: Getting Dumped By Rob Valletta Was Harder Than My Divorce!
If you watched the Vanderpump Rules Season 6 reunion show on Monday, then you bore witness to some instances of genuine emotion – and of course, some truly cringe-inducing melodrama.
Naturally, most of the moments in the latter category belonged to Scheana Marie, who should really 86 the four pounds of fake eyelashes if she’s gonna keep crying nonstop at these things.
Before Jax’s tantrum sent Scheana running from the stage in tears, she welled up over a different conversation.
And if you watched the show all season, you’ll probably have no trouble guessing the single syllable that sent her into an emotional tailspin.
At the mere mention of the word “Rob,” Scheana lapsed into a bittersweet daydream about being ignored while watching some dude mount a flatscreen on the wall.
Though the split wasn’t featured on the show, the world learned right before the Season 6 premiere that Scheana and Rob had broken up.
More specifically – and bluntly – he dumped her.
The reunion was really the first time that Scheana spoke publicly and at length about the split – and many viewers were very surprised by what she had to say.
“I was head over heels in love with [Rob],” she told host Andy Cohen.
“I was for a really long time and it didn’t work out but I’ve loved Rob for 12 years and he broke my f-cking heart. For the first time, that genuinely broke me.”
She added:
“The divorce, there were some many things that I was able to justify, we shouldn’t be together for this, this, that, and the other, but Rob genuinely broke my f**king heart.”
There’s a lot to unpack there, but fans mostly focused on two things:
The fact that Scheana claimed to be in love with Rob for 12 years, and the revelation that it was the first time a relationship “broke” her.
We suppose it wouldn’t be so odd to say those things, were it not for the fact that until last year, Scheana was married to Mike Shay.
In other words, she was in love with another guy the whole time and the end of her 4-month relationship with Rob was harder than her freakin’ divorce!
Here’s the thing – we believe her.
Normally, the idea that being dumped by a casual fling could be harder than the end of a marriage would seem absurd, but Scheana is a creature of pure ego.
With Mike, she was in the driver’s seat, and at the time of their split, she seemed to have definitively “won” the breakup.
(Although the revelation that she was pining for another dude the whole time definitely casts that relationship in a whole new light.)
With Rob, however, we saw her a reverse of the reacher/settler dynamic.
Rob was very clearly just not that into Scheana from the start, and despite her desperate efforts to make it work, in the end, she suffered the humiliation of a public dumping.
On social media, both Mike and Rob had their say during the reunion show.
Asked if Scheana ever thinks about anyone other than herself, Mike replied simply, “No.”
For his part, Valletta was warned by a fan that he was “about to get dragged tonight.”
He responded, “I know. That’s why they didn’t invite me to the reunion.”
Interestingly, the reunion revealed that Scheana is single for the first time in a very long time.
For her sake, she might want to stay that way for a while.

Jax Taylor Flips OUT, Drives Scheana Marie to Tears
Jax Taylor has had a rough year.
Granted, many of his problems are self-created, such as the drama that ensued when he was caught cheating on Brittany Cartwright.
But Taylor has also encountered some misfortunes that were not of his own doing.
In December, for example, Jax’s father died following a long battle with cancer.
Though the Vanderpump Rules star and his co-stars have had their share of ups and downs over the years, Jax’s friends, former friends, and even ex-girlfriends rallied around him in his time of need.
In fact, the entire Vanderpump cast was in attendance at one or both of the two memorial events held in the elder Taylor’s honor … with one notable exception.
Yes, Scheana Marie not only failed to attend either funeral, according to Jax she couldn’t even be bothered to offer her condolences.
Granted, Scheana had a lot on her plate what with her fixation on Rob Valletta’s ability to mount a flatscreen on the wall in seven minutes flat, but she still could’ve taken ten seconds to fire off a text.
Of course, it’s a classic he said, she said situation, with Jax claiming he never heard from Scheana, and Scheana insisting that she texted him as soon as she heard the news.
We may never know for sure who’s telling the truth (smart money is on Scheana, obvi), but the situation made for some major fireworks during the first part of this season’s Vanderpump reunion show.
It all started when Jax aptly pointed out that it was sort of messed up of Scheana to try and set Brittany up on dates
(Encourage your friend to dump her problematic boyfriend all you want, but don’t getting third parties involved in an already messed-up situation.)
It didn’t take long for Jax to leap from one sore subject to another,
“You didn’t even call me when my father died,” he shouted.
Scheana became visibly upset, but as we learned earlier this season, once Jax loses his cool, it’s not easy to reign him in.
“F-ck you! You can’t even keep a boyfriend for more than five minutes,” he screamed, causing Scheana to run off stage.
Of course, Scheana’s absence didn’t bring an end to Jax’s tirade:
“Once in a while be a human being and don’t be an ‘I’m on a TV show all the time.’” he went on.
“Maybe that’s why half of her relationships have gone down the sh—ter.”
We can’t help but think there’s more going on between these two than social faux pas from six months ago.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro: Moving on With Scheana Marie? Already?!?

This motto may have been applicable to the first version of Jersey Shore, but Ronnie Ortiz-Magro clearly has a new tagline for the revived version of this MTV series:
Insult, Cheat, Dump.
The controversial MTV personality has been in the news for all the wrong reasons this week, having broken up with girlfriend Jen Harley in the most public and cruel way possible.
Over the course of numerous social media messages, Ronnie…
… slammed Harley as a “cum dumpster.”
… accused of her keeping old sex tapes she made with an ex-boyfriend.
… alleged that she cheated on him with a friend.
… called her a “hoe.”
The pair went at it over Instagram this past weekend, prior to Ronnie apologizing for taking his issues public.
Except then Ronnie deleted his Mea Culpa and bashed Harley even harder.

“I am done with all this drama,” Harley told Instagram followers yesterday, adding:
“I am a grown woman with a beautiful little girl and a little boy.
“I don’t need a cheating abusive man in my life who’s only tearing me apart not building me up. From now on it’s just me and my kids.”
One of those kids belongs to Ronnie, as he and Jen welcomed a girl named Ariana into the world early last month.
Ronnie, however, doesn’t seem too broken up over the break-up.
Last night, in fact, he seemed downright giddy while spending time with … Scheana Marie?!?
Oh yes.
The Jersey Shore star apparently hung out yesterday with Marie and many others for a Vanderpump Rules season finale viewing party.
In videos posted to Marie’s Instagram Story, Ronnie can be seen hanging with fellow MTV stars Chester Lockhart and Kailah Casillas, as well as Kailah’s boyfriend, Mikey P.
“I mean, while watching the Vanderpump Rules finale, like we have our own reality show in my condo,” Scheanna says in one piece of Instagram footage.
Now, just because Ronnie was chilling with Scheana, does this mean they’re an item?
Or at least that they’re hooking up?
No, not necessarily.
But we know Marie is single, considering she basically invented a romance during this past season of Vanderpump Rules.
And we also know that Ronnie would knock proverbial boots with anyone that has boobs, so… it’s a match made in drunken reality television heaven!
Mikey P, meanwhile, defended his boy with the following caption last night:
“There are two sides to every story,” he wrote, clearly referring to the Harley mess and adding:
“I don’t give a f-ck what you think you saw or heard or whatever. I’ve been one of @realronniemagro’s best friends for 10 years now.
“Don’t come at me with some bullsh-t, I ain’t tryna hear it. PIPE DOWN. #rideformydogs.”
We’re gonna stay away from comment on that passionate defense and instead cite an E! News source who claims that Ronnie and Scheana are just friends.
That may be true.
But it doesn’t mean they can’t be friends with some sexual benefits.
As for Ronnie’s ugly split from his baby mama?
This was the final thing he told fans about it this week:
“I want to apologize to my family, friends and fans. This is a private matter that should have never been made public.
“I remain focused on my daughter and she is my number one priority.”

Scheana Marie Explains Rob Valletta Obsession: I Was on Drugs!
If you’ve been watching Vanderpump Rules this season, then you may be under the impression that Scheana Marie has had one thing and one thing only on her mind.
We’re talking, of course, about Rob Valletta and his uncanny ability to count a TV on the wall in 7 minutes flat.
Scheana’s obsession with Rob has reached the level where some fans are genuinely concerned about her mental health.
But despite all appearances to the contrary if you scanned Scheana’s brain, the monitor wouldn’t show an endless loop of shirtless Rob securely attaching a 32-inch Samsung above a fireplace.
No there would also be interludes in which Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson hang on Scheana’s repeat the same boring-ass anecdotes ad nauseum.
You see, Scheana isn’t just obsessed with Rob; she’s also obsessed with the devil’s lettuce.
And she says the reason she’s prattled on about Rob literally every freakin’ time she’s been on camera this season is that her weed-addled brain simply can’t keep track of which stories she’s already told.
Appearing on Heather McDonald’s podcast this week, Scheana responded to the inevitable question of why she was perpetually unable to up shut about Rob, despite the fact that her friends weren’t even pretending to be interested in what she had to say.
“I watch it and I just want to reach in the TV, grab Scheana on Vanderpump Rules and strangle her and be like ‘Shut up!’” joked Scheana.
“Here’s my excuse. Look y’all, I smoke a lot of weed. I tend to repeat myself a lot. I forget things a lot. And I think I was just so impressed by him that I just kept saying it over and over again.”
Here’s the thing:
We appreciate that the cast of Vanderpump is showing their progressive side by openly talking about their love for the jazz cabbage, but Scheana blaming her stalker mentality on too much THC is quite lame.
These days, Rob and Scheana are broken up, and while she says she’s still holding out hope for a reconciliation (of course), she’s also finally willing to discuss the specifics of their split.
And naturally, she blames the whole thing on her castmates.
As you may recall, one of the first dust-ups of this drama packed season had to do with allegations that Rob cheated on Scheana with a random hostess.
While he denied the accusations and she believed him, Scheana says she now believes that confrontation was the beginning of the end of their relationship.
“I stepped outside and I called him. I was like ‘look, I just got to tell you something, obviously I don’t believe it,’ thinking that he’d be like these girls are so silly. But no,” Scheana recalled.
“Sadly, like literally, his switch just went to off in that moment on that phone call,” she revealed. “And when he got back, nothing was ever the same.”
Sheana and Rob continued to date for several months, but from the way she describes t, that period consisted of her clinging to the corpse of a long-dead relationship:
“I kept telling myself that everything was fine and he would get over it, that he just needed a little bit of time. And then a week [passes], and then two weeks, and he just never became himself again,” she told McDonald.
“And after filming wrapped, about two weeks later, he broke up with me.”
As for the specifics of how he cut loose – well, it’s unfortunate that it dumping wasn’t caught on tape because this is a textbook case of “he’s just not that into you.”
“I was over there [at his place], it was fantasy football time and that was priority that night,” Scheana said.
“So he was literally doing his drafts and I’m just sitting there like are we going to talk? Like what’s going on? And finally he finished picking his players and I was cut and traded.”
We assume that joke was followed byu an extended crying jag.

Rob Valletta Opens Up About "Obsessed" Scheana Marie
If you’ve been watching Vanderpump Rules recently, then you know the season’s most compelling storyline revolves around the doomed relationship between Scheana Marie and Rob Valletta.
Now, before we go any further, it’s important to note that sometimes, reality stars become the victims of bad editing and are portrayed in a fashion that’s inconsistent with their real life behavior.
But that’s not what happened with Scheana.
It couldn’t have happened with Scheana.
Unless she was forced to read scipted lines at gunpoint, or what we’ve seen this season is a flalwess CGI rendering of Scheana, then those words really formed in her brain and came out of her mouth.
Which means the aspiring pop star went through a period of time in which she was deeply, troublingly obsessed with Rob Valletta.
Fortunately, Valletta got out before coming home to find an al denté pet rabbit waiting for him on the stove.
Yes, Rob dumped Scheana just a few months into the relationship that she was so sure would end in marriage.
(Homegirl even named their future kids after a few weeks of dating, which we’re pretty sure is literally a scene from that movie where Kate Hudson tries to scare off a pre-McConnaissance McConaughey.)
The breakup didn’t surprise anyone, but the fact that Rob hasn’t since changed his name and relocated to the Alps is downright shocking.
Not only has Rob decided to roll the dice by remaining in the States, he’s even been openly discussing his breakup on social media.
Fortunately, Rob is aware that the first rule of dealing with potential psychopath is “don’t say anything that might set them off.”
Asked by a fan if he’s happy he broke with Scheana, Rob went the diplomatic route, replying:
“No one is ever happy when they break up with anyone if they truly care.”
That’s good. This dude might have to give up his career in TV wall-mounting to run for office.
Rob was considerably more terse (and less truthful) when asked if he believes Scheana was obsessed with him.
Rob replied simply, “No.”
He went on to dash any hopes for a reconciliation, however, saying that he rarely speaks with Scheana these days.
Asked about The Divorce Closet, the website that he planned to launch with Scheana that would enable divorced couples to sell their items online, Rob said he’s planning to ahead with the project, but Scheana has chosen not to invest.
Sadly, he didn’t answer any questions about why the hell divorced couples can’t just sell their sh-t on eBay.
