Jenelle Evans: Let the Wedding Countdown Begin!

If you’re a Teen Mom 2 fan who somehow hasn’t heard, Jenelle Evans is engaged to David Eason.

She’s been gushing about her lavish wedding plans pretty much non-stop since the day that Eason put a ring on it, so the news has been pretty hard to miss.

Jenelle and David are set to get married this weekend, so naturally the Carolina Hurricane has ramped up the wedding talk in recent days.

In fact, the soon-to-be Mrs. Eason has launched a full-blown wedding countdown, and she’s inviting fans to share in her excitement.

All week, Evans has been taking to Instagram today to remind her followers just how soon she’ll be getting hitched.

First, it was t-minus 5 days, and Jenelle marked the occasion with Boomerang clip featuring some heart-shaped lighting.

“Love is in the air.  the countdown is on…5 more days ! #EvansToEason can’t wait to show @easondavid88 his wedding gift and thanks @celestecall for making this awesome shoot happen!!!!” Evans captioned the video.

The clip received a mostly positive response from Jenelle’s followers, but there were a few nay-sayers in the comments section.

Some skepticism is natural, considering Jenelle has been engaged five times, and it seems some fans are concerned that she’s falling into a gold-digger trap.

“I hope you open your eyes girl. This marriage won’t last long,” wrote one follower.

“He’s using you for your money . He doesn’t work your money will be gone fast. I really hope you had him sign a prenup.”

Never one to be deterred by … well, anything, Jenelle kept the countdown going today with another vaguely wedding-y pic.

This one shows her putting on some makeup in wedding night attire, alongside a couple random prescription bottles.

Like everything she does, Jenelle’s wedding is shrouded in controversy.

Not only is there the small matter that–and we can’t repeat this enough–she’s been engaged five freakin’ times at the age of 25, there’s also the sad fact that Jenelle is not inviting her mother to the wedding.

“She’s been saying she’s having her wedding, running around with her family of friends, but you know what she says? ‘My mother Barbara is not invited,’” Barbara Evans said in a recent interview.

“She’s not inviting me to her own wedding. It’s very painful,” a brokenhearted Babs reiterated.

Look on the bright side Babs – if that’s the worst thing Jenelle does this week, it’s been her best week in years!

Watch Teen Mom 2 online to relive Jenelle and David’s road to the altar.

Taylor Swift Albums: The Official Countdown!

Taylor Swift is a global superstar who stops the planet from rotating once every two years when she releases a new album.

This cannot be denied or debated.

But which of these smash hit albums represent Swift"s best work? Which would we prefer to forget?

Weigh in below on our rankings of Taylor Swift studio albums…

1. A Decade and Counting…

A decade and counting

Taylor Swift release her first studio album ever back in 2006. Yes, it’s been 10 years, people! Can you believe it?!? Ready to find out how we’d rank each record? Let’s do this…

2. Fearless

Fearless

Released in 2008, Fearless became the best-selling album of 2009 in the United States. There’s no denying its commercial success. But while “Love Story” and “You Belong with Me” are probably the two most memorable tracks off the record, both are pretty harmless and, really, pretty forgettable in the long run/big picture.

3. Taylor Swift

Taylor swift

The album that started it all. This record peaked at number-five and each one of its tracks – “Tim McGraw,” “Teardrops on My Guitar,” “Our Song,” “Picture to Burn,” and “Should’ve Said No”- charted within the top 40 in America. Look how young and innocent Swift is in the above photo!

4. Speak Now

Speak now

This is when Taylor really started to get personal. The album debuted atop the U.S. charts and include hits (“Mine,” “Back to December,” “Mean” ) that we knew were about her ex-boyfriends. It was great.

5. Red

Red

Swift’s fourth studio album Red became her first number-one in the United Kingdom. It also topped the charts in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and United States and it included two of her catchiest songs: “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and “I Knew You Were Trouble.” Good luck getting them out of your head now!

6. 1989

1989

And speaking of catchy songs! Swift’s full-on pop album sold 1.287 million copies, making her the first artist to release three albums with sales of one million within a single week. Amazing. One could almost argue that “Shake It Off” “Blank Space” and “Bad Blood” are her three best tracks of all-time.

Dancing with the Stars Recap: It"s the Final Countdown

Part one of Dancing with the Stars’ two-night finale event aired Monday night, and who can even guess how the results might shake out.

The way this season has gone, no Dancing with the Stars results make any sense, so we may well be poised for an upset Tuesday.

Heading into the finale, we really should be looking at three of these four dancers competing: Nancy, Simone, Heather, and Normani.

Instead, we have Normani Kordei against … Rashad Jennings and David Ross. So she should walk away with the title easily, right?

Don’t bet on it, after a slew of perfect scores Monday, and Dancing with the Stars’ viewers propensity to vote based on … who knows!?

Anyway, each of the three remaining celebrities erned a chance for redemption on a previous dance, as well as a freestyle last night.

Let’s break down how they all did, shall we?

Rashad Jennings and Emma Slater

Redemption Rumba: 40/40

Freestyle: 40/40

Total: 80/80!

Rashad and Emma took the top spot in terms of scores, as the NFL pro’s contemporary routine was a perfect mix of soft and powerful.

His freestyle was so on point that it’s too bad he couldn’t get more than the maximum 40 points. Maybe the voters will find the means.

Normani Kordei and Valentin Chmerkovskiy

Redemption Quickstep: 38/40

Freestyle: 40/40

Total: 78/80!

With no Simone Biles left, the judges were forced to call out Normani and her body suit/pants, but even then they struggled to complain.

A simple but mesmerizing freestyle helped maintain her status as the woman to beat on the finale tonight … we think. And we hope.

David Ross and Lindsay Arnold

Redemption Viennese Waltz: 33/40

Freestyle: 40/40

Total: 73/80!

David Ross can’t win, can he? Proof that personality and smile can get you anywhere in life, he earned a spot in the finals. Due credit.

His first score of 33 may be tough to overcome, even with a freestyle that used up every baseball gimmick out there to join the 40/40 club.

So? Who do you think will win Dancing With the Stars and join this illustrious list of winners tonight? Hit the comments and let us know!

The Bachelor: Countdown To Nick Recap: Who HATES Nick Viall?

If you were looking for The Bachelor spoilers on ABC’s pre-season special, you were likely disappointed, but the network did succeed in hyping up the new season last night.

Nick Viall is the new bachelor and there’s going to be a whole lot of drama during his season of the ABC hit.

The dude is on to his fourth attempt at finding love on national TV, and not everyone is happy about his presence.

We kicked things off with a montage of the three women from the franchise Nick had fallen for over the years. As you probably know if you watch The Bachelorette online, all of his prior relationships never quite stood the test of time.

Things got pretty tense when the producers thought it was a good idea to send Nick to a booth in which fans lined up to give him a piece of their mind. Nick’s casting was met with a polarizing reception from fans of the show.

Most of the reaction stemmed from the way Nick had acted in previous seasons. There was very little positive reception and that will probably worry the producers of the series. Might this be the year the series craters in the ratings?

Time will tell.

If you thought that couples from the Bachelor franchise never really stood the test of time, then the producers certainly went all-out to prove that there were some successful pairings from the show out there.

Ashley and J.P Rosenbaum were first up and they were quick to point out that their life was great. Despite what some may think, there are some of these couples that are not only together for the cameras.

Desiree and Chris Siegfried are new parents and are loving every minute of it. Having kids is a huge step for any relationship, so they must be really in it for the long haul.

As you probably know if you watch Ben and Lauren online, the pair are still happily together, but they have yet to be married, with Ben worrying that they were both in the relationship for the right reasons.

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth are busy planning a wedding in Nashville and revealed that they are really ready to start thinking about starting a family.

Finally, Carly Waddell and Evan Bass are loving the new dynamics in their relationship. Carly revealed that she is very much enjoying playing step mother to Evan’s children.

It’s pretty great when you think that all of these couples became a thing because of the show, will Nick’s fourth and probably final attempt be the one that finds him a partner for life?

The episode concluded with scenes from the season ahead and it sure looks like viewers in for a treat. The most notable scene involved Nick crying, speculating whether his engagement was going to come to fruition.

Okay, ABC, we’re intrigued!

What did you think of the special?

Sound off below!

American Country Countdown Awards 2016: List of Winners!

Luke Bryan was named Artist of the Year and Chris Stapleton won Album of the Year at Sunday’s American Country Countdown Awards.

Meanwhile, Brooks & Dunn reunited outside of their Vegas show to accept the Nash Icon award and perform their smash “Red Dirt Road.”

Ronnie Dunn’s response? “So here’s how it goes.”

“I wake up in a parking lot tomorrow in a brown, whiskey haze at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas with this Icon award sitting next to me.”

“I go, ‘You ain’t no icon. You ain’t no Johnny Cash.”

“You ain’t no Merle Haggard. You ain’t no George Jones. You got a lot long way to go skinny boy with a record deal.’ I’m proud of this, thank you!”

Speaking of the late Merle Haggard, Toby Keith, along with Haggard’s band the Strangers, and Haggard’s youngest son Ben, performed.

Keith sang a montage of Haggard hits including, “Mama Tried,” “I Think I’ll Just Stay Here and Drink” and “Fightin’ Side of Me.”

The gorgeous Carrie Underwood (above) showed off her moves – and vocal chops, as always – with a live rendition of “Church Bells.”

Usually high-energy Florida Georgia Line took it down a couple of notches for a performance of “H.O.L.Y.” as their wives looked on adoringly.

Jennifer Nettles, Cam and Martina McBride performed the latter’s 2003 hit “This One’s for the Girls” in an awesome shout-out to women.

A good time was had by all, to state the obvious. Here’s the full list of winners from the American Country Countdown Awards 2016:

Artist of the Year: Luke Bryan

Male Vocalist of the Year: Luke Bryan

Female Vocalist of the Year: Carrie Underwood
