Jenelle Evans: Ex-BFF & Ex-Boyfriend BOTH Jailed Alongside Courtland Rogers

Jenelle Evans may not be a favorite among Teen Mom 2 fans, but when compared to the folks she came of age with in North Carolina, the morther of three is a freakin’ Nobel Prize winner.

Longtime viewers might remember the names Courtland Rogers, Josh Miller, Victoria “Tori” Rhyne, all of whom were locked up in Brunswick County Jail this weekend.

For those who forgot or never knew about Jenelle’s loosely organized goon squad, here’s a brief refresher course, along with a full explanation of what landed them all behind bars:

The first to fight the law and lose was Jenelle’s ex-husband, Courtland.

Rogers served three years for various drug-related charges, but was released in March of 2017.

He seemed committed to getting his life back on track.

Rogers married his longtime girlfriend and fathered a child — but he quickly gave in to the violent tendencies that caused him so much trouble in the past.

In August, Courtland was arrested for assaulting his wife, and he’s been back in the clink ever since.

Next up is Jenelle’s former flame Josh Miller.

Josh is one of the biggest f-ck-ups Jenelle ever dated, which is really saying something.

As you may recall, Miller was arrested in 2016 for stealing a car with a 3-year-old girl in the back, leaving the girl in the middle of the street, and fleeing the scene.

Somehow, he only served two years for that crime, but he was arrested again last Tuesdayl, and is currently doing time on resisting arrest, probation violation, and multiple counts of financial card (aka credit card) fraud.

Like we said, the guy is a real keeper.

Rounding out the list of Jenelle’s incarcerated homies is Tori Rhyne.

Rhyne was arrested for a DWI earlier this year, and the judge allowed her to serve her time in a series of short sentences so as not to cost her her job.

By this point, being booked and released has become routine for Rhyne, but it seems her latest stint concluded in particularly harsh fashion:

“So I go to jail to do my weekends for the DWI I got last year and I have a set date and time I go in and get out … So why is it that the one person I count on the most doesn’t even show up to pick me up or better yet even answer their phone when I call,” Tori wrote on Facebook.

“That sh-t hurts my feelings more than anything,” she continued.

“If you knew you weren’t going to be here to get me, you could at least set something else up for me. Knowing I can’t do it myself. I’ll make sure to have someone reliable to come get me next time. Thanks for nothing.”

Yikes. Leaving someone to stand outside the jailhouse on Sunday night when all they want to do is get home in time to catch Shameless before bed is pretty damn low.

Sounds like Ms. Rhyne is still having trouble filling her life with quality people.

Courtland Rogers: Arrested! Yes, Again!

Courtland Rogers is in trouble with the law.

Yes, again.

The ex-husband of Teen Mom 2’s Jenelle Evans, Rogers is no stranger to run-ins with the police, nearly always do to a penchant for narcotics.

In March, for example, he was arrested on one felony account of possession of a schedule III drug with intent to manufacture, sell, or distribute.

This arrest came about a year and a half after Rogers was booked for heroin possession.

At that point, he had already been divorced from Jenelle for several months, but his name will always be associated with the Teen Mom veteran due to their shared history of drug abuse.

It’s a history that Evans would not say is in the past…

… but about which Courtland cannot make the same claim.

Scroll down to learn why:

According to TMZ, Rogers was hauled off to a North Carolina jail on Tuesday after being indicted last month.

The troubled Z-Lister is facing a pair of drug-related charges:

1. Selling and delivering schedule III substances.

2. Possession with intent to sell and distribute schedule III substances.

These are serious allegations, both of which stem from a drug possession-related arrest back in November.

(It can be hard to keep up, we know. But the general theme here is that Rogers gets caught with a lot of big-time drugs on him. Often.)

Rogers was also hit with an habitual felon charge because he’d been arrested and convicted for his third felony in the state in 2013.

Courtland was released from Brunswick County Jail on a $ 15,000 bond, but may very well face prison time for this latest arrest.

Thankfully, Rogers had no kids with Jenelle; the pair were married for fewer than two years.

However, Rogers did welcome a son named Camryn into the world just 10 days ago, courtesy of wife Lindsey.

He does come across like a doting dad on social media, sharing a picture just last night of himself and his newborn, along with the caption: “me and my boy.”

We just hope Rogers makes a strong commitment to being this boy’s father, although it may already be too late.

In December, Courtland took to Twitter to insist that he was finished using drugs, writing at the time:

“So NOW with 2 and a half years of sobriety & preparing for my son’s birth I am focused on my family because in the end… that’s ALL THAT MATTERS.”

Alas, drug addiction is no joke.

We very much hope Rogers finds the help that he seems to need, even if it means he sits in jail for a long period of time.

Courtland Rogers: Jenelle Evans" Ex Arrested AGAIN!

Courtland Rogers has had quite a tumultuous year.

Just 12 months ago, it looked as though things were finally looking up for Jenelle Evans’ troubled ex.

Courtland was released from prison, and he stated on social media that for the first time in his adult life, he was clean, sober and determined to turn his life around.

Sadly, Courtland’s period of self-improvement turned out to be short-lived.

In February, Rogers was arrested on charges of possession with intent to distribute.

He spent a little time behind bars, but at some point, he was released on bail awaiting trial.

However, Courtland was apparently unable to keep his nose clean yet again.

According to Starcasm, Rogers is currently being held in North Carolina’s Brunswick County Detention Center on charges of parole violation and being a habitual felon.

The jail’s site says there was “no bond” in his case, so it’s safe to assume Courtland is still locked up.

“The probation board has up to 10 days to have a hearing with Rogers for the violation,” says a BCDC spokesperson.

“He will be released depending on what the probation board rules.”

So it sounds as though Courtland won’t be held until his trial.

However, it also seems unlikely that he’ll get out of this mess without serving some hard time.

Starcasm was able to speak with Courtland’s pregnant wife, Lindsey Rogers.

She says there’s not much she can reveal about the specifics of her husband’s case, but she’s confident that everything will work out in her family’s favor.

“I don’t want to say too much as of now,” Lindsay tells the site.

“The whole situation is a misunderstanding and a lot more to the story than what people read online

“In the end, the truth will come out. We have hope that he will be home before our son is due. I love my husband and I know the facts and God is in control.”

Here’s hoping Court is able to turn things around for the sake of his wife and child.

Courtland Rogers: Jenelle Evans" Ex Is Headed Back to Jail!

Back in March of 2017, Jenelle Evans’ ex-husband, Courtland Rogers, was released from prison after three years behind bars.

For a while, it looked as though Courtland might succeed in turning his life around.

Unfortunately, it now seems the addiction that initially landed him behind bars might once again prove to be his undoing.

According to several media outlets Courtland has been arrested in Brunswick County, North Carolina.

He is reportedly being held without bail while he awaits trial.

Police records indicate that Rogers was arrested with one felony account of possession of a schedule III narcotic with intent to manufacture, sell, or distribute.

Schedule III narcotics include anabolic steroids, ketamine, and some barbituates.

Rogers’ past struggles with heroin addiction were documented during his time on Teen Mom 2.

While a first offender in Courtland’s position might be able to avoid jail time, Courtland is still on probation, which means he’;; most likely be serving some time.

Though he and Evans divorced back in 2013, Courtland was recently re-introduced to TM2 fans following a series of major developments in his life.

In January, Courtland married Lyndsey Frazier, and the couple announced soon afterward that they’re expecting their first child.

Shortly thereafter, Courtland was featured in an MTV special about Jenelle’s exes.

Though the show didn’t shy away from his past indiscretions, Courtland’s efforts to rebuild his life were prominently featured, and he was widely applauded by fans.

Rogers comeback was so impressive that he was even invited to the wedding of Debra Danielsen, mother of Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham.

Just last week, Courtland earned further praise from Teen Mom fans for angrily criticizing homophobic remarks made by David Eason, Jenelle’s current husband.

Needless to say, news of Rogers’ arrest comes as a considerable shock to many.

Earlier this month, Courtland tweeted about the joy he’s found in his new life and revealed that he’s in a job program tailored to the needs of recovering addicts.

“Workin in Sobriety is a great job to have,” he wrote.

“Getting to work with others that are just like me & get paid to do it?? PERFECT.”

Rogers’ wife is reportedly due to give birth sometime in the next few weeks.

We’ll have further updates on Courtland’s legal situation as more information becomes available.

In the meantime, watch Teen Mom 2 online to relive the rocky road that brought Courtland to his present situation.

Farrah Abraham vs. Courtland Rogers: Bizarre Teen Mom Feud Alert!

There have been many epic feuds in the long and storied history of the Teen Mom franchise:

Jenelle Evans vs. Kailyn Lowry, Jenelle Evans vs. Nathan Griffith, Jenelle Evans vs. common decency – but this latest might be the most unexpected battle yet.

And of course, it involves Jenelle Evans.

This week’s episode of Teen Mom OG included an unexpected pseudo-cameo from Jenelle.

Yes, her awfulness is such that Teen Mom 2 can no longer contain it.

Back in November, Farrah Abraham’s mother, Debra Danielsen got married, and it seems the wedding had quite an unusual guest list.

Longtime TM devotees will remember Courtland Rogers as Jenelle’s ex-boyfriend.

If you’re having trouble remembering him, Courtland was the heroin addict who went to prison.

Fortunately, these days, it seems Courtland has turned his life around.

He’s out of jail; he’s sober, and he’s BFFs with Debra.

Okay, BFFs might be a bit of an exaggeration, but for some reason, Courtland was invited to Deb’s wedding.

On this week’s episode of Teen Mom OG, Farrah learned that her mother had invited Courtland to her wedding

“When we got back from Italy, Jenelle from Teen Mom 2 reached out and told me that one of her exes is invited to my mom’s wedding,” Farrah says to her father, Michael Abraham.

“She for some reason texted me that Courtland is going to my mom’s wedding.”

Farrah adds:

“But she was like, ‘Courtland is a criminal, this, this, this, and this.’”

“Jenelle obviously feels that there’s an issue there, that’s why she contacted you,” Michael says.

“I mean, your mom has a sweepstakes, is going to invite fans, blah blah-blah blah-blah.”

Michael then pointed out that Farrah’s co-star, Amber Portwood, was also invited to the wedding, which is more than a bit strange, considering Farrah and Amber fought during the taping of a Teen Mom OG reunion show.

Farrah responded with some Farrah-style word salad about how Deb sucks, and she sympathizes with Courtland, but he also sucks.

“I think that’s pathetic,” Farrah concludes.

“And that’s not what a wedding’s about. I mean, honestly whatever she wants her wedding to be — which is a three-ring circus — I’ll send a clown, but, like, I’m not going to be there or my daughter. And I don’t want to be around anyone who is an issue.”

Farrah adds:

“I’m not even a criminal, but I have people who try to condemn me or make me out to be a bad person every day, so if anyone understands, it’s me, but and now, from what Jenelle is telling me, horrible — horribleness, I don’t think that person’s changed and I still think she’s in denial about that.”

Yeah, as usual, we’re not really sure what she’s trying to say.

Later in the episode, Farrah calls Deb to confront her about her decision to invite Courtland.

“You know what? Anybody who has to call other people criminals are nothing but afraid of facing reality that everybody sins,” a combative Deb argues.

“So mom, why don’t you shut up so you can un-confuse your brain?” Farrah replies, unexpectedly dropping another classically dumb quote on viewers.

From there, Farrah points out that it’s weird Deb invited Courtland but not Jenelle.

At this point, our minds are blown because it’s a conversation between Farrah and Deb in which both parties actually make good points.

Next thing you know, Jenelle will enter anger management.

Watch Teen Mom OG online to witness the cross-over insanity for yourself.

Jenelle Evans" Ex-Husband Courtland Rogers Got Married!

Jenelle Evans sure can pick ‘em.

While fans wonder if Jenelle Evans and David Eason had a secret breakup, one of Jenelle’s exes with a troubled legal history has gotten remarried. Hint: it’s the ex who referred to Jenelle as a “hurricane.”

And Courtland Rogers’ new wife is pregnant. What advice, we wonder, would Jenelle give her?

Jenelle Evans is … well, she’s not many people’s favorite Teen Mom star.

Jenelle’s custody battle with Nathan Griffith goes further than just nasty Twitter squabbles.

Both have accused the other of abusing their son, Kaiser. No matter who’s right, that poor boy deserves better.

In fact, accusations of abuse seem intensely common around Jenelle. Her current husband, David Eason, being only the latest.

It’s difficult to think of adults in Jenelle’s story who haven’t faced accusations of these serious and unforgivable offenses, either against children or partners or both.

One of those alleged abusers is none other than Courtland Rogers. And he has the criminal record to show for it.

In 2013, Courtland was faced with three different arrest warrants. The first states:

“The defendant named above unlawfully and willfully did assault and strike Jenelle Rogers, a female person, by grabbing her by her hair and slamming her against the wall.”

She was pregnant, folks.

“The defendant named above unlawfully and willfully did commit a battery on a pregnant woman named Jenelle Rogers.”

There were other accusations, including a warrant that mentioned that he had allegedly slammed her head against the floor in an effort to take her keys.

Jenelle Evans also wrote about Courtland’s alleged abuse in her memoir, writing:

“Courtland slapped me around a few times, then started punching me in the gut.”

It was then, she says, that she started to miscarry.

“My mother rushed me to the emergency room, where they explained to me that I had suffered a miscarriage due to my recent altercation with Courtland.”

It should come as no surprise to anyone that Courtland has denied having ever hit Jenelle.

And now, Courtland Rogers has married his pregnant girlfriend, Lindsey Frazier.

This isn’t a secret — Lindsey posted the marriage certificate on social media.

And she got some celebratory congratulations in response:

“Congrats! Court needed and finally got a WOMAN with a good head on her shoulders! Wishing you 3 the very best and a loooong happy marriage.”

Another wrote:

“Congratulations to you both! It’s great to see Courtland happy and in a good place after all he’s been through.”

Still, some who are familiar with Courtland’s history of domestic violence accusations can’t help but worry about a woman putting herself in Courtland’s hands.

Considering that Jenelle Evans says that Courtland beat her so badly that she miscarried, some worry that Lindsey’s putting herself in danger but also her future child.

Others point out that Jenelle has many problems, including a history of drug abuse and her own accusations of abuse, and that her accusations can’t be taken at face value.

In fact, some Teen Mom fans would point out that they wouldn’t trust any ex of Jenelle’s as far as they could throw them. They say that Jenelle has a type, and it’s nothing good.

(One of Jenelle’s exes just got busted for running a meth lab, folks)

All things considered, it’s difficult to congratulate Lindsey on tying the knot. But we do genuinely wish her the best.

Jenelle Evans: Ditching David Eason For Courtland Rogers?!

Rumors that Jenelle Evans and David Eason are headed for divorce have been circulating for several weeks now.

The couple insists all is well, but the fact that David recently changed his relationship status on Facebook before deleting his account entirely suggests something is amiss.

Now, new information has emerged regarding exactly what may have caused the Easons" latest squabble.

And it seems Jenelle"s most troubled ex may have played a role in the drama…

1. Trouble In Paradise?

Jenelle evans with david eason

Earlier this week, some bizarre social media activity sparked a new round of rumors about a rough patch in Jenelle and David’s marriage. Jenelle attempted in vain to squash the speculation.

2. "It’s Complicated"

Late at night, while Jenelle was sleeping, David changed his relationship status to “It’s complicated.” He later deleted his Facebook account altogether.

3. Jenelle Explains

Evans assured fans that all is well … and also invited them to mind their own damn business. “I’d appreciate it if you’d stop assuming sh-t,” she wrote.

4. Mrs. Eason Has a Way With Words

In one of the most bizarre interviews of her career, Jenelle explained the situation thusly: “If I have sex with my husband, it’s my business. If I go skydiving with my husband, it’s my business. If I want to sh-t on my husband’s hand, it’s my business.” Well, okay then…

5. The Ex Files

Dave and jenelle eason

Fans are speculating that David got upset following a recent TM2 special that focused on Jenelle’s past relationships. Rumor has it, Eason was not happy about the glowing terms Jenelle used to describe some of her exes.

6. Jenelle and Courtland

Jenelle and courtland rogers

Long before she met David, Jenelle was married to Courtland Rogers, a self-destructive addict who eventually wound up behind bars. Courtland was released from prison earlier this year, and some believe he’s found his way back into Jenelle’s heart…

Courtland Rogers: Jenelle Evans is a Monster Who Destroyed My Life!

Jenelle Evans doesn’t exactly have the best track record when it comes to her love life.

And if you know anything about the girl, then you know that that’s probably the biggest understatement of all time.

In the seven years since we were first introduced to her, Jenelle has literally never had a solid, healthy relationship.

She was impregnated for the first time by Andrew Lewis, a serious douchebag who treated her badly and abandoned her and Jace.

From there, we saw her get with Kieffer, who was a horrific influence on her and who eventually introduced her to heroin.

Then there was Gary Head, who was arrested for assaulting her, then Kieffer again, then probably some more Gary.

We’re painfully familiar with Nathan Griffith and his history of assaulting girlfriends — he was arrested for assaulting Jenelle, too — and her current guy, David Eason, also has a history of assault.

And in the middle of all those lovely specimens, there was Courtland Rogers.

Courtland and Jenelle’s torrid affair happened while Teen Mom 2 was taking a break from filming, so we never had the opportunity to see much of their dynamic on camera.

But we do know that they both loved heroin, they got married, and they got into a whole mess of trouble together.

And thanks to Jenelle’s new memoir, Read Between the Lines: From the Diary of a Teenage Mom, we also have more details on one of the most appalling moments of their relationship:

Jenelle’s miscarriage.

In the book, she wrote that while she was pregnant, Courtland found some texts that she exchanged with another guy — possibly Gary.

She said that he became upset and began questioning if he was even the father of her child, and then he “slapped me around a few times, then started punching me in the gut.”

The next day, she lost the baby — and as Courtland said at the time, she banned him from her hospital room as she was being consoled by Gary.

It’s a pretty horrific story, right?

And according to a new interview Courtland just did with Radar Online, it’s not even true.

“Dude,” he begins. “When I read that she’s getting married to David, I thought ‘This is her second wedding. You were married to somebody who you destroyed their life and left."”

“Jenelle’s done it to every one of us,” he continues. “Jenelle is like a hurricane. She is horrible. Everybody gets destroyed.”

“If people don’t know that now it’s sad. It happened to me.”

He has a little bit of a point — as we said, the girl has never dated a good guy, probably in her whole life.

But it’s not like she cast some magical spell on them that turned them from nice people into abusive, drug-addled jackasses. Everything can’t be blamed on her.

About her abuse allegations, Courtland says “I never in my life have hit her. I never even touched her.”

“If we were ever fighting I made sure she wouldn’t hit me. I never swung or hit her or anything. That is the God’s honest truth.”

And just in case you’re not getting his point here, he clarifies that “No, I never hit her in a million years. I never ever physically hit her in that type of manner.”

“I swear to God. Not drunk. Not high. Not sober. It never happened.”

What actually happened, he claims, is that Jenelle faked her miscarriage.

“She was with Gary,” he says, “and she sent me that picture of food coloring in her bath tub and tried to say it was her drug use at the time that cause her to have a miscarriage.”

“She was cheating on me with Gary.”

“We were arguing, she left,” he recalls. “She ended up not coming back. She called me and let me know she was with Gary and then sent me the picture.”

“She was with him for three days. The next day Gary called me and told me she took the abortion pill.”

But, as bad as their relationship was, Courtland says that “I ain’t gonna lie. I miss her sometimes.”

Who are these people and why are they the way that they are?

Thankfully, even though he still misses her, he says that “It ain’t nothing like that. I don’t miss money. I’ve always had money.”

Still, “I actually loved her. Like, a lot. It wasn’t MTV I loved, or the shoes I was wearing. It broke my heart.”

“I would have never thought this is what she would have thought or that or that she would have put about me in her book.”

So what’s the truth here? Did he beat Jenelle and cause her miscarriage? Is he totally innocent like he says — did Jenelle even have a miscarriage at all?

It’s hard to say, because it’s not like anyone in this situation is exactly trustworthy.

Really, the only thing we know for sure is that this is a remarkably terrible situation — but we wouldn’t expect anything else when it comes to Jenelle Evans.

Courtland Rogers to Jenelle Evans: I Still Love You! Take Me Back!

Shortly after Jenelle Evans welcomed her third child, there was a brief period of time in which it looked as though the Carolina Hurricane might be changing her ways.

Fortunately for fans of batsh-t drama, she quickly proved to us that Super Storm Jenelle won’t be downgraded to a tropical depression any time soon.

The most bonkers Jenelle development (or, Jenelle-opment, as we like to say) in recent weeks involved Ms. Evans’ feud with David Eason’s sister.

Eason, of course is Jenelle’s fiance and the father of her third child, which makes his sister an unusual target for a flame war.

Perhaps Jenelle realized that the situation was ludicrous even by her lofty standards, because she ended her feud against David’s sister earlier this week.

We’re pretty sure that’s the first time a Jenelle Evans feud ended without police and paramedics involved, so we’d like to take a moment to applaud her progress.

Anyway, it wasn’t long before Jenelle found herself at the heart of a new social media spectacle, but in fairness, this one is in no way her fault.

Back in 2012, Jenelle was briefly married to Courtland Rogers.

Courtland was released from prison back in March after serving 18 months on charges of heroin possession.

He re-launched his old Twitter account, and fans immediately began asking if he would attempt to reconcile with Jenelle.

At first, Rogers laughed off the suggestion, but now it looks as though he’s given it some very serious thought.

Rogers deleted his account at some point last night, but not before The Ashley’s Reality Roundup caught sight of his final tweets:

“I can’t sleep and I have a confession to make..I miss Jenelle so freaking much…like more than anything in the world.. I MISS MY WIFE,” Courtland wrote.

“I MISS JENELLE LAUREN EVANS SO MUCH THO .. no matter what has happened in the past…ughhh I have to sleep…goodnight.”

Yes, it sounds like Courtland is having a hard time letting go of the past.

We’re sure he’s feeling haunted by his mistakes these days:

Maybe he shouldn’t have married Jenelle moments after being booked for a felony at the same courthouse.

Perhaps the two of them shouldn’t have had their reception at Olive Garden.

Oh, and he almost certainly shouldn’t have done all that heroin with his new bride.

Sigh … reflections on young love lost.

Watch Teen Mom 2 online to remind yourself of just how many upstanding young gents Jenelle has dated over the years.

Courtland Rogers: Jenelle Evans" Ex-Husband is Out of Prison & Back on Twitter!

Back in November of 2015, Courtland Rogers was arrested for possession of heroin.

The ex-husband of Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was sentenced to three years behind bars and would reportedly be ineligible for early release to his status as a repeat offender.

But after participating in rehab and agreeing to a supervised release program, Rogers was released from prison ahead of schedule earlier this month.

There were rumors that Rogers would attempt to win back Jenelle, but it seems that at this point, he’s more focused on keeping his nose clean and living a drama-free life.

Over the weekend, Rogers logged back into his old Twitter account.

“Been dreaming about this day for a longgggggg time now,” Rogers tweeted.

Later that day, he tweeted about the joys of sleeping in his own bed after 18 months on a prison cot:

“How wonderful it feels to b in my bed …. Goodnight,” Rogers wrote.

He also posted a short, bitterwseet video of his daughter, captioning it:

“Just cried my eyes out to this …this was the night before I went away for a year and a half.”

Yes, it seems Court is content to enjoy the simple pleasures in life these days.

It’s probably for the best that those rumors about his desire to get back together with his ex appear to be groundless.

After all, Jenelle just welcomed her third child and got engaged to David Eason.

Like her first husband, she seems to be very gradually settling down, which is all to the good.

Of course, Court isn’t entirely living like a monk these days.

In fact, it seems he has a clear idea of the direction in which he’d like to take his dating life.

Among the tweets Rogers posted in his first hours back on social media was this one:

“What is Hailie Mathers official twitter page???? Anybody???”

Might not want to go there, Court.

Hailie is 21 now, but we’re guessing her dad warned her about angry tattooed guys with lots of substance abuse and unhealthy relationships in their past, ya know?

Jenelle Evans to Courtland Rogers: STAY AWAY From Me!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has a warning for her drug-addicted convict ex-husband Courtland Rogers when he gets out of prison:

You’re dead to me, bruh.

After serving two years of a three-year prison sentence following a drug conviction, Courtland Rogers is set to walk free on March 18.

He’s indicated, according to reports, that he plans on getting in touch with his Teen Mom 2 star ex-wife once he’s finally a free man.

This has obviously sparked concerns about how Jenelle, who just welcomed her third child by her third different guy, might respond.

Fortunately, whatever you think of her life decisions and antics over the years, the 25-year-old seems to have her head on straight lately.

“Hell no,” Evans said when asked if she planned to reconnect with Courtland, with whom Evans had an abortion after getting pregnant.

“I’m staying far away from him.”

“And he better do the same,” Evans added of her plan to stay as far away from Rogers as she possibly can, next week and forevermore.

The two were only married 18 months, but that felt like a lifetime for Evans, who suffered a miscarriage, then became pregnant again.

In 2013, both Jenelle and Courtland were arrested on charges of possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in a domestic dispute.

After that, she aborted the child.

Ironically, Jenelle is engaged to David Eason, the father of her new baby girl, and Rogers is quite familiar with him for unsavory reasons.

Both served time together in North Carolina at the Nuese Correctional Institution, where Eason was held on drug and larceny charges.

An officer from the Tabor City Correctional Institution in North Carolina where Rogers is now being held confirmed his imminent release.

Part of Rogers’ November 2015 sentence for heroin possession was for being deemed a repeat offender, a habitual felon by the state.

However, “there is an advanced supervised release program,” the officer remarked when asked how Rogers is being released early.

“They have to meet a certain criteria and not get certain infractions and be in classes to have a reduced sentence,” which he has done.

After a video of him injecting himself with heroin in 2014 surfaced online, Courtland confirmed, “I did relapse, see all my track marks?”

He was then jailed in the fall of 2015 after he failed to show up for a court date on charges of speeding (seriously) and reckless driving.

Rogers also starred in the documentary In the Vein: Hooked on Heroin, which was produced by a local North Carolina TV news station.

He and Jenelle divorced in June 2014, after spending a year separated as required by North Carolina state law before making it official.

Evans and Eason seem to be doing well, but she’s involved in a nasty custody battle with mom Barbara Evans over her first son Jace.

“My mother is ruining our relationship as mother and daughter,” she tweetd recently in response to that conflict. “It’s only getting worse.”

“If you guys only saw the texts messages between my mother and I. Shows a lot of truth to why I freak out on her so suddenly.”

“My feelings are extremely hurt and this is why I do not attend the live shows. My mentality is very important for my three children.”

Jace’s father, Andrew Lewis, is MIA; Jenelle’s second baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, was engaged to her briefly, and now sort of hates her.

She and Nathan share custody, contentiously, of son Kaiser; Jenelle and David welcomed daughter Ensley to her brood back in January.

Courtland Rogers: Out of Jail, Hoping to Win Back Jenelle Evans?

Back in November of 2015, Jenelle Evans’ ex-husband Courtland Rogers was arrested for possession of heroin.

A month later Rogers was sentenced to three years behind bars.

A habitual offender with a rap sheet a mile long, Rogers didn’t seem to be a candidate for early release, but it seems the parole board has taken mercy on the 31-year-old, possibly as a result of his long battle with addiction.

Radar Online is reporting today that Rogers will be released from Tabor County Correctional Institution on March 18.

“There is an advanced supervised release program,” a prison authority tells the site.

“They have to meet a certain criteria and not get certain infractions and be in classes to have a reduced sentence.”

Naturally, Rogers’ release has raised one looming question in the mind of Teen Mom 2 fans:

Will Courtland try to get back in contact with Jenelle?

The idea might seem ridiculous, as Jenelle is engaged to David Eason these days, but she and Courtland shared a deep connection at one point.

It probably seems like a different life to Jenelle at this point (It was, after all, two baby daddies ago.), but it’s been less than three years since Evans and Rogers divorced.

Of course, things move awfully fast in the Carolina Hurricane’s world.

When Rogers went to prison, Jenelle was yet to get pregnant by Eason, and now the couple has a one-month old daughter together and are in the process of planning a wedding.

If it were any other Teen Mom cast member, or for that matter, anyone else on reality television, we’d say these are all signs of stability pointing toward a future of quiet domesticity.

Jenelle courts chaos, and nothing would throw her life into disarray like ditching her fiance for her deeply troubled ex.

We’re not saying that’s what’s going to happen, mind you.

We’re just saying when it comes to Jenelle, no possibility should be ruled out.

The fact is, Jenelle and Courtland were both pretty terrible to each other, but they were also both in the grips of debilitating addictions.

We hope for the sake of everyone involved that Jenelle doesn’t try to rekindle her romance with Rogers, but we also hope she’s open to the idea of getting back in touch with Rogers.

Exchanging hugs and apologies could prove tremendously beneficial for both of them.

And as a bonus, their reunion would make for a solid Teen Mom 2 special.

Courtland Rogers: Jenelle Evans" Ex Sentenced to 3 Years in Prison

Last month, Jenelle Evans’ first husband, Courtland Rogers, was arrested for heroin possession, failure to appear in court and multiple probation violations.

Now, Radar Online is reporting that at a hearing held this morning, Courtland was sentenced to 36 months in prison.

Rogers was married to Jenelle for just 18 months beginning in 2012.

At the time, they were both in the grips of serious drug addictions, and they experienced several brushes with the law during their short time together.

The couple was arrested on a slew of charges just five months after they married. Courtland and Jenelle got divorced just over a year after that incident.

While Jenelle’s life remains tumultuous, she’s reportedly been sober for over a year. Courtland, however, is evidently still struggling with addiction.

With good behavior, Rogers could be released from prison in as little as 20 months.

Insiders who attended his hearing today say that the troubled 29-year-old assured the judge that he has not used heroin in 45 days.

Jenelle completely severed ties with Courtland after their 2014 divorce, and she has yet to comment on his current troubles.

Here’s hoping Courtland gets the help he needs, so that he might avoid racking up a mug shot collection the size of Jenelle’s:
