McKayla Maroney Flaunts Gold Medal Cleavage on Instagram
McKayla Maroney won America’s admiration with her spectacular gymnastic skills at the 2012 Olympics, winning an team Gold and an individual Silver medal.
Her adorable reaction to being awarded a Silver medal went viral, and won hearts all over the world.
These days, she’s older and she’s not shy about showing off her amazing body, as these new photos make very clear.
We cannot emphasize enough how much McKayla’s famous and very distinctive reaction of disappointment has overshadowed everything else about her in terms of how the public views her.
It’s hard to imagine someone taking a selfie with her without them both doing the “not impressed” face.
Hell, when President Obama met McKayla Maroney, the two took a photo together where they were both making that facial expression.

The second place belt at the trivia night that I attend is just called the “Maroney.” It also has a large photo of McKayla Maroney, front and center.
She’s a household name in a way that very few Olympic athletes ever are.
She’s also just … all kinds of hot these days, as you can see here:

McKayla shared a series of three photos via her Instagram story.
(Instagram stories, if you’ll recall, are said to be basically just Mark Zuckerberg’s plan to destroy Snapchat since they refused to let him buy them)
You can see her knee emerging from the rips in her jeans (she has those rips on both sides).
In case you’re wondering what that red stuff is around her hair, that’s a filter that’s giving her a crown of hearts.
Understandably, that might not be what people first notice about this image.
Clearly McKayla isn’t feeling shy about baring her cleavage.
And there’s no reason for her to be, because she’s a shockingly gorgeous young woman.
There have been some McKayla Maroney boob job rumors over the years, but … those just look like natural breasts to us, folks.
Some people might be wondering why they didn’t notice how hot McKayla Maroney was back in 2012, when every camera was on her.
The answer is because she was sixteen, you guys.
Sixteen.
She turns twenty-two later this year (December 9th, almost one month after Taylor Swift’s new album comes out).
Her youth has come up before, if you’ll recall.
It’s not that 16 is an unusual age to be an Olympic gymnast — it’s basically standard, right?
But some awful person hacked McKayla Maroney’s nudes.
That’s terrible enough on its own.
(No one deserves to have their intimate photos stolen, and no one is “asking for it” by having those photos in their possession or by having taken them in the first place)
It wasn’t until later that we learned that McKayla Maroney was underage in those pics, which makes a bad situation worse.
But we’re glad that McKayla hasn’t been so scarred by the experience of having her nude photos leak that she wants to retreat from being a public figure.
Or even just shy away from taking alluring photos.
Not for our sake (though the world enjoys her pictures), but for hers.
She deserves to get to live her life, unobstructed by unwelcome opinions or fear at being hacked again.
And if she wants to post thirst traps, she’s welcome to do so.

Tanya Callau: I"m Not a Gold Digger, I Wanted to Have Alan Thicke"s Baby!
We were all shocked last December when Alan Thicke died suddenly from a ruptured aorta.
And now we’re shocked all over again that his surviving family members are getting into a nasty court battle over what Alan left behind.
As we heard yesterday, Alan’s two oldest sons, Brennan and Robin Thicke, have filed a petition to protect Alan’s legacy from the scheming ways of his greedy widow, Tanya Callau.
At least, that’s how their side of the story goes.
According to court documents, Alan had a living trust, and he left 40% of his estate to Tanya and the other 60% to be split equally between his three sons.
He left his home, his ranch in California, to his children, but specified that Tanya could continue living there if she maintained the property.
Tanya also received the money from Alan’s life insurance policy, all of his benefits and pensions, and 25% of his personal belongings — his sons got the other 75%.
Sounds fair, right? It also sounds like Alan was very specific about what he wanted to happen to his fortune after his death.
But according to the petition, Tanya has been claiming that there are issues with the trust, as well as with the prenup she signed when she married Alan.
She is allegedly demanding more of Alan’s estate, and has been threatening to take her story to the tabloids if Brennan and Robin don’t give her what she wants.
Because of all of this new information, Tanya has been raked through the mud by pretty much everyone who’s read the story.
She’s been called a filthy gold digger, a money-hungry bitch … all kinds of nasty things.
So it makes sense that Tanya went to TMZ with her own story.
As she tells it, she’s not a gold digger at all — she loved Alan deeply throughout their 11-year marriage.
She loved him so much, she says, that they were planning on having a baby together before his untimely death.
The plan was for her to get pregnant this year after Alan’s youngest son, 19-year-old Carter, moved out of the house. They’d had her eggs frozen three years ago, and 2017 was to be the year for a new Thicke baby.
At the beginning of December, what had to be just days before his death, they brought an architect to the ranch to begin work on a nursery.
Tanya also says that she never threatened to go to the tabloids as Brennan and Robin claim, and TMZ adds that “she’s calling BS” on the claims that she’s being greedy.
It’s unclear if she actually is trying to win more than what Alan set aside for her in his trust.
Just when you thought this story couldn’t get any sadder, right?

Steven Holcomb Dies; Former Gold Medalist Was 37
Steven Holcomb, a former Olympian Gold Medalist in the bobsled, was found dead in his room at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York on Saturday.
He was 37 years old.
As of this writing, the cause of Holcomb’s is unknown.
No foul play is suspected and it is believed he died in his sleep, although we’ll know more about an autopsy is performed.
“The entire Olympic family is shocked and saddened by the incredibly tragic loss today of Steven Holcomb,” Scott Blackmun, United States Olympic Committee CEO, said in a statement.
He added: “Steve was a tremendous athlete and even better person, and his perseverance and achievements were an inspiration to us all.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with Steve’s family and the entire bobsledding community.”
Holcomb, a native of Park City, Utah, won a total of three medals while representing the United States at the Olympics.
He took home a Gold in 2010 after piloting the four-men sled that broke the United States’ 62-year first-place drought in the event.
And Holcomb also won two two bronze medals in 2014; the five-time world champion was training for the 2018 Games at the time of his death.
“The only reason why the USA is in any conversation in the sport of bobsled is because of Steve Holcomb,” U.S. bobsled pilot Nick Cunningham, who roomed next to Holcomb in Lake Placid, told the Associated Press.
“He was the face of our team. He was the face of our sport. We all emulated him.
“Every driver in the world watched him, because he was that good at what he did. It’s a huge loss, huge loss, not just for our team but for the entire bobsled community.”
Holcomb battled depression in the past and even attempted suicide inside of a hotel room in 2007.
He wrote honestly and emotionally about this period in his life as part of his 2012 autobiography, “But Now I See: My Journey From Blindness to Olympic Gold.”
The memoir chronicled how Holcomb was diagnosed with the eye disease keratoconus, which slowly degenerated his vision until a surgery saved his sight and, as a result, his bobsledding career.
“After going through all that and still being here, I realized what my purpose was,” Holcomb said in a 2014 interview with the AP.
Said USA Bobsled & Skeleton CEO Darrin Steele said in a statement on Saturday:
“It would be easy to focus on the loss in terms of his Olympic medals and enormous athletic contributions to the organization, but USA Bobsled & Skeleton is a family and right now we are trying to come to grips with the loss of our teammate, our brother and our friend.”
We send our condolences to the family members, friends and loved ones of Steven Holcomb.
May he rest in peace.
