N.Y. Man Stabs Floor of McDonald"s, Fears Wild Animal Attack
A New York man has been arrested after reportedly hallucinating and going on a knife-wielding rampage inside a McDonald"s on Black Friday.
Fortunately, only the floor of the restaurant was harmed.
Hancock, N.Y., police and New York State Police arrested the knife-wielding man who was reportedly hallucinating inside the McDonald"s.
Police say on Friday at around 10:00 p.m., Braden Rose, 40, was seen stabbing at the floor of the restaurant in a violent state of paranoia.
Officers disarmed the man without incident and said it was determined he was hallucinating, believing he was being attacked by wild animals.
After being evaluated, it was determined that he was under the influence of drugs, and was taken to Delaware Valley Hospital for treatment.
The man had ingested drugs at McDonald"s, apparently.
Moreover, in his possession, he had approximately one ounce of cocaine, 1.7 ounces of heroin, various pills and hypodermic needles.
Rose is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and more.
A lot more. So much more that he was arraigned in the Village of Hancock Court and remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $ 25,000.
The approximate value of the drugs seized is $ 10,000.

Lamar Odom"s Kids: PISSED OFF That He Snubbed Them in N.Y.!
Fans were thrilled to see Lamar Odom back on his feet last week, but two of his biggest fans weren’t pleased after he snubbed them.
Hard.
His trip to Kanye West’s New York Fashion Week show last Thursday was his first official appearance since being hospitalized last year.
Odom’s recovery has been somewhat miraculous, and there are even rumors of Lamar and Khloe Kardashian back together for real.
Pretty amazing stuff, right? Not for Destiny Odom and Lamar Odom, Jr.
“He didn’t see his kids when he was in NYC and the kids were upset,” an insider says. “They were supposed to come out and see him.”
However, “Lamar has been embarrassed to call, and they are angry.”
Destiny and Lamar Jr., the two surviving children from his relationship with his ex-girlfriend Liza Morales, “were very upset” about this.
The 36-year-old’s NYC trip was very brief – he flew back to L.A. on Friday, February 12 – but it reflects an ongoing issue with Morales.
There’s no love lost between Khloe, Lamar’s wife and the woman who was making medical decisions for him, and his children’s mother.
Morales and the kids rushed to the former NBA star’s side when he was hospitalized following an overdose at a Las Vegas-area brothel.
They also spent Christmas with him, celebrating the holiday in his hospital room at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai before he was discharged.
So to be snubbed as soon as Odom’s feeling better – even if that wasn’t his intention, which we can’t speak to – has got to really sting.
As for the status of Lamar’s health – physically and romantically with Khloe – reports differ from one day to the next, so stay tuned there.

God Isn"t Fixing This: N.Y. Daily News Cover Slams "Coward" Politicians in Wake of Massacre
The New York Daily News’ cover in the wake of yesterday’s San Bernardino, Calif., massacre is both provocative and highly political. By design.
The publication calls out those it feels could do something to end the plague of gun violence, but instead revert to useless platitudes, time after time.
The tweet of the Daily News front page, which hits newsstands in print form this morning, is already the most retweeted of 2015 for the paper.
Beneath the headline God Isn’t Fixing This, the cover reads:
“As latest batch of innocent Americans are left lying in pools of blood, cowards who could truly end gun scourge continue to hide behind meaningless platitudes.”
U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan and GOP presidential candidates Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush and Lindsey Graham all responded with “prayers.”
Four pull quotes from the Republican political leaders are plastered on the publication’s front page in eerily similar, arguably meaningless glory.
Think that means a lot to the victims of San Bernardino – 14 dead and 14 wounded – and the victims of the inevitable next mass shooting?
For their part, and by contrast Democratic presidential hopefuls Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders pointedly called for “action” to stop gun violence.
President Barack Obama, meanwhile underscored the need for stronger gun control laws in the United States after Wednesday’s mass murder.
It’s a message he has stressed repeatedly in recent years, and weeks, as he is forced to address tragedies like this with alarming frequency.
While the Daily News is obviously in the business of selling papers and ads and benefits from the viral sensation that is this cover, you tell us:
Is it a viral sensation at least in part because it says what so many people are thinking but are afraid to, and so jarringly hits the nail on the head?
