Karlie Kloss Marries Josh Kushner! (And Gets Snubbed by Taylor Swift?)

Karlie Kloss is a married woman.

But is she also a scorned friend?

The 26-year-old supermodel exchanged vows this week with her 33-year-old businessman boyfriend, Joshua Kushner, sharing a photo from the couple’s special day on social media.

“10.18.2018,” she wrote as a very simple caption to the above image on Instagram.

A represenative for the stars has confirmed to People Magazine that Kloss and Kushner held a small, Jewish ceremony in upstate New York on Thursday, with fewer than 80 people in attendance.

(They will also host a larger celebration for friends and loved ones some time this spring.)

The Project Runway host donned a custom Dior gown for the ceremony and was “beaming with happiness,” claims a friend who was in attendance.

But this friend was NOT Taylor Swift.

Swift was not at her close friend’s wedding, raising many questions among fans who have been wondering if these two are still close.

Kloss’ new husband, it ought to be noted, is the brother of Jared Kushner.

Jared Kushner is married to Ivanka Trump, who is the daughter of President Donald Trump.

President Donald Trump is an evil, mentally imbalanced human being who is feuding with Swift due to the latter’s endorsement of two Democratic candidates in Tennessee.

So, it’s only natural to wonder whether Kloss’ connection to the Kushner family has caused a rift in her friendship with Swift.

Heck, maybe Swift was afraid a member of the Trump family would actually be in attendance at the ceremony.

It turns out that Taylor was simply in Australia on Thursday, as she noted herself on Instagram.

This trip was likely planned for several weeks, if not months, in advance, but we still can’t help but speculate over why she couldn’t cancel the visit in order to attend Kloss’ wedding.

Something does seem to be amiss here.

Kushner proposed back in July with a high-carat cushion cut diamond in a platinum solitaire setting with a diamond pavé band.

As you can see above, Kloss was not shy about showing the rock off at the time.

But she also said some nice things about Kushner, focusing on who he is as a person more than just the diamond he could afford to get for her.

“I love you more than I have words to express,” Karlie wrote this summer as a caption to the picture immediately above.

She added:

“Josh, you’re my best friend and my soulmate. I can’t wait for forever together. Yes a million times over.”

In September, Kloss opened up about her engagement a bit more, telling Vogue:

“The proposal was romantic and sweet. We spent the weekend in upstate New York, just the two of us.”

Congratulations to the newlyweds!

But not to Karlie’s new brother-in-law.

That guy sucks so very much.

Taylor Swift Fans Fire Back at MTV: You Snubbed Our Girl!

Excuse Taylor Swift supporters, MTV.

They’re gonna let you finish promoting your upcoming Video Music Awards, but first they have something to say:

You suck! Our girl rules! And you totally snubbed her!

Earlier this week, MTV announced its long list of nominees for this year’s VMAs, which will air live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

And Swift was included on this list.

But the singer only received only three nominations: best art direction, best visual effects and best editing for her “Look What You Made Me Do” video.

For Taylor Swift? Someone who has dominated this exact ceremony for years and someone often considered the most successful solo artist of all-time?

Three lowly nominations, especially for a video that marked her musical comeback, was simply stunning and unacceptable to her loyal fans.

This debut single and video from Swift’s “Reputation” album was much heralded and anticipated because Swift had been almost entirely silent for a year prior to its release.

There’s no way she can’t be disappointed by its reception.

Using the hashtag “VmasAreOverParty,” many Internet users made it abundantly clear that they assuredly are.

“EXCUSE ME?” asked one Instagram commentator after the nominations were confirmed, addressing the account @vmas and adding:

“Taylor Swift did not just bathe in diamonds, drag other artists, use a plane, rode a motorcycle, bring back her old personalities, serve us amazing choreo, and break the 24 hour Vevo record for you to just snub her like that.

“she clearly had the video of the year.”

Others agree:

taylor reasponse

If you remember, Swift disappeared for several months after being called out as a phony and a liar by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

She returned last August in classic Taylor Swift form, calling out Kim and Kanye and her numerous other critics via the aforementioned video and song.

Some folks adored the revenge-themed track, as you can tell from the posts above.

But others have grown tired of Taylor’s act, wishing she would stop playing the victim and stop using every little slight as the basis for her albums.

It’s actually a somewhat interesting debate.

As for the singers who beat Swift out in the lead categories at this year’s VMAs? Here’s a rundown…

VIDEO OF THE YEAR
Ariana Grande — “No Tears Left to Cry”
Bruno Mars ft. Cardi B — “Finesse (Remix)”
Camila Cabello ft. Young Thug — “Havana”
The Carters — “APES**T”
Childish Gambino — “This Is America”
Drake — “God’s Plan”

ARTIST OF THE YEAR
Ariana Grande
Bruno Mars
Camila Cabello
Cardi B
Drake
Post Malone

SONG OF THE YEAR
Bruno Mars ft. Cardi B — “Finesse (Remix)”
Camila Cabello ft. Young Thug — “Havana”
Drake — “God’s Plan”
Dua Lipa — “New Rules”
Ed Sheeran — “Perfect”
Post Malone ft. 21 Savage — “rockstar

And then here’s a look at the Taylor Swift music video in question:

Kourtney Kardashian Snubbed By Maxim: Sofia Richie Is Hotter Than You!

There weren’t many surprises on this year’s Maxim Hot 100 list.

Kate Upton topped the list, and in the crowd of runners-up, there were many familiar faces, including Emily Ratajkowski, Demi Lovato, and a whole slew of Kardashians and Jenners.

In fact, the only member of the Kard clan that was left off the list was Kourtney Kardashian.

Now, Kourtney’s hotness is undeniable, so we doubt she’s too torn up about it.

In fact, she’s assumed a role as sort of the thinking man’s Kardashian, the sister for individuals of discerning taste and sophistication — but not so much sophistication that they’re above devoting serious thought to which reality star’s butt they like best.

When you claim Kourtney as your favorite, it’s like when everyone at the party is debating Beatles vs. Stones, and you bust in like, “Nah. Zeppelin.”

The point is, Kourtney is probably okay with her sisters being judged as hotter than her by the editors of Maxim, who are probably just four guys named Chad who discuss these matters during beer pong tournaments.

But the inclusion of Sofia Richie on the list has gotta sting just a bit.

As you’ve no doubt heard, Sofia is dating Scott Disick, the man who spent the better part of a decade making Kourtney’s life more obnoxious.

And what was initially dismissed as just a fling has recently and unexpectedly developed into a serious relationship.

The couple just celebrated their first anniversary, and there have even been rumors that Scott and Sofia are planning to get married.

Scott never proposed to Kourtney despite ten years and three kids together.

We’re not saying that’s what she wanted, and obviously, she dodged a bullet by never becoming Mrs. The Lord.

But still … it can’t feel great to see the father of your children turn his life around for his future teen bride in a way that he never would for you and your kids.

And it can’t feel great to see her dude’s new boo rated objectively more attractive by a panel of Chads.

There are older honorees on the list (like Heidi Klum) and there are other mothers of three (hey there, Kim Kardashian!), so no one is claiming that Kourtney has been discriminated against.

And we’re sure at the end of the day Kourt really couldn’t give a sh-t about how she stacks up against Sofia.

We’re just pointing out that these lists are all about exclusion, and it’s a little weird they still exist in 2018.

Oh, and the Chad Selection Committee’s definition of hotness is sorely lacking.

These are the guys at the party arguing for Nickelback.

Oscar Nominations 2018: Who Was Honored? Who Was Snubbed?

It’s that time of year again.

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences announced the 2018 Oscar nominations this morning, and as always, there are a few surprises on the list of the honorees.

Unlike in years past, no clear frontrunner for Best Picture has emerged, though The Shape of Water leads the pack in terms of nominations with a whopping 13 noms.

Get Out joins the very short list of horror films that have earned a Best Picture nod, and the film’s director, Jordan Peele, is just the fifth black director to compete or the Oscar.

Greta Gerwig, whose work behind the camera for Lady Bird has earned universal critical praise, is just the fifth woman to receive a directing nom.

Both Peele and Gerwig were controversially shut out of this year’s Golden Globe and BAFTA races.

Elsewhere on the list, Mary J. Blige made history as the first person nominated in both the Best Supporting Actress and Best Original Song.

James Franco was not nominated for his acclaimed role in The Disaster Artist, a move that may have been at least partially prompted by the numerous allegations of sexual misconduct against the actor.

The film, once regarded as one of the year’s top contenders, received only one nomination, for Best Adapted Screenplay.

Due to the Winter Olympics, this year’s ceremony will take place on March 4, a bit later than usual.

Grammy Awards: Who Got Totally Snubbed?!?

The Grammy Awards will be held on January 28, 2018 in New York City.

Based on the nominations, we can look forward to a big night for Kendrick Lamar and Jay-Z, among other major artists.

But which singers and songs did NOT get nominated? Which were the most glaring snubs and surprises?

Good question! Let"s analyze, scrutinize and complain down below…

1. Sheeran an Also-Ran?

Sheeran an also ran

Ed Sheeran’s album, ÷ (Divide), was one of the biggest albums of the year. Heck his “Shape of You,” was one of the streamed song of all time on Spotify. Still, the 26-year-old crooner only received two GRAMMY nominations and neither were in the top categories.

2. Look What the Grammys Made Taylor Swift Feel Like

Look what the grammys made taylor swift feel like

Sheeran’s good friend woke up unhappy as well. Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” song was the only single off her new album that was eligible for a nomination… and it received none.

3. First, Selena Left Him for Justin…

First selena left him for justin

… then, The Weeknd only got nominated for Urban Contemporary Album for his popular album Starboy.

4. No Love for Lovato

No love for lovato

We loved Demi Lovato’s “Tell Me You Love Me” album. But the Grammy voters did not. Zero nominations!

5. Or for Harry!

Or for harry

They may find him handsome, but voters didn’t show any love for Harry Styles’ solo album, either.

6. The Hunt for… Hunt

The hunt for hunt

Sam Hunt’s “Body Like a Back Road” set a record for most weeks atop the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. But it coudn’t earn a nod outside of a country category.

Derick Dillard: Snubbed By the ENTIRE Duggar Family?!

Derick Dillard has a lot on his plate these days.

He’s a father of two, a reality star, an aspiring preacher, and now, it appears he’s fashioning himself into some sort of social media firebrand.

Yes, apparently encouraged by the response to his attack on Jazz Jennings, Derick has begun rebranding himself as a professional social media jackass.

Derick is forver trying to raise money for the esteemed Derick Dillard Doesn’t Want to Work a Full-Time Job fund, so it’s not hard to see why he would relish the attention.

The more eyes on his posts, the more potential donors to his “cause.”

But telling your followers that there’s no racism in America and condemning vanity and greed while simultaneously starring in a reality show and begging for money are actions bound to attract negative attention.

And it’s not just the usual Duggar critics who are coming down hard on Derick.

In fact, there are rumors that no one is more upset with Derick’s latest actions than the Duggars themselves.

Derick married Jill Duggar back in 2014, and for the most part, he’s been the sort of compliant (read: spineless) son-in-law that Jim Bob prefers.

But the rumblings out of Tontitown these days indicate that Derick’s efforts to make a name for himself are not sitting well with his in-laws.

According to the Duggar-centric Facebook page Life Is Not All Pickles and Hairspray, relations between Derick and the Duggars (great band name, btw) have deteriorated to the point that Jill and her husband were seated separately from the rest of the family at Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell’s wedding in September.

The seating arrangement is being widely interpreted as a massive snub, but there’s some disagreement as to why Derick might be on the outs with his in-laws.

Most believe it’s the result of his recent political ravings, but there’s another theory, as well.

Many Duggar fans are now wondering if there’s some legitimacy to the recent rumors that Derick was caught cheating on Jill.

Derick’s been working closlely with college students as part of his outreach efforts for his church in recent months.

Reports of an inappropriate relationship with a female student were recently bolstered by a series of tweets Derick posted about the importance of marital fidelity.

Given the Duggars’ knack for keeping skeletons in the closet, we may never know for sure just what Derick did to anger his family.

But it’s clear he’s not exactly Jim Bob’s favorite son-in-law these days.

Jenelle Evans Wedding Guest List Revealed: Who Got Snubbed?

We’re just one month away from Jenelle Evans and David Eason’s wedding, and while reality stars usually keep the details of their big days a secret, so as to ensure a maximum ratings share later on, the soon-to-be Mrs. Eason just can’t contain her excitement.

Jenelle has already confirmed the date of the big day, and she’s documented just about every step of the preparation process.

We’ve seen Jenelle buy her dress and take her fiancee and sons for their tux fittings, and we’ve even gotten some insights into her mindset as she put together her guest list.

Not surprisingly, that mindset was one of intense, seething rage.

Equally unsurprising is the fact that Jenelle’s mother, Barbara Evans, will not be invited to the wedding.

Jenelle and her mother haven’t gotten along for years (In fact, it’s possible they’ve literally never seen eye-to-eye.), and the Evans women have spent the last several yeats locked in a custody battle for Jenelle’s eldest son, Jace.

So it’s long been hinted that Babs shouldn’t hold her breath waiting for an invitation.

And now the snub has been confirmed.

“Her mother wasn’t invited to the wedding,” a source close to Jenelle tells Radar Online.

It’s a bummer, as many saw the wedding as an opportunity for Jenelle and Barbara to finally begin the long process of burying the hatchet.

But hey, at just 25 years old, Jenelle has already been married once and engaged an astonishing five times, so maybe Babs will get a chance to attend another one of her weddings.

And it seems Barbara won’t be the only immeidate family member to be brutally snubbed by Jenelle and David.

If you follow her online, you probably know that Jenelle feuded with David’s sister earlier this year.

The whole thing played out on Facebook, with enough threats of violence and accusations of drug use and infidelity to fuel an entire season of Teen Mom 2.

So to the surprise of absolutely no one, Jessica Eason Miller will also not be in attendance.

We’re sure the list of people who won’t be invited to the wedding because they made the mistake of running afoul of Jenelle is quite the lengthy one.

Jenelle has a lot of beefs, and she likes to retaliate against anyone she feels did her wrong in the pettiest of fashion.

So it probably goes without saying, but it’s still nice to have a source confirm that none of Jenelle’s Teen Mom 2 co-stars will be invited to the wedding.

Asking the Carolina Hurricane to be cordial to her colleagues who live in different states would obviously be asking far too much.

Watch Teen Mom 2 online to remind yourself of how unstable Jenelle really is, then start making bets on how long her marriage will last.

Kailyn Lowry: Snubbed By Javi Marroquin After Giving Birth?!

As you may have heard, Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry welcomed her third child over the weekend.

Not surprisingly, Kailyn’s famous friends and her tens of thousands of fans were quick to offer their congrats on social media.

But one high-profile person in her life remained surprisingly silent.

Lowry’s ex-husband Javi Marroquin didn’t react to news of the birth on social media, and in 2017, that’s enough to earn him the condemnation of obsessive TM2 fanatics.

Of course, that doesn’t mean he’s not acknowledging his ex’s new addition at all.

Marroquin spoke about Lowry’s big news in a new interview with Radar Online … but Kailyn devotees probably won’t like what he had to say.

“I’m glad everything went well for her.” Javi told the outlet.

Referring to himself and son Lincoln, he added, “And we haven’t seen the baby yet.”

It’s that second part that’s got some fans in an uproar.

Even though it’s been just two days since Kailyn welcomed her third child (We think. Lowry has been uncharacteristically tight-lipped about the details.), some fans are pissed that Javi hasn’t brought her second son to see the baby.

That may have changed in the short time between when the interview took place and when it was published, but don’t tell that to the fans who are currently spewing venom in Javi’s direction.

Some have blamed his absence on the fact that Marroquin is in a new relationship with Lauren Comeau, but in all likelihood, he’s just watching Lincoln for a couple days while Kailyn recovers.

Lowry revealed earlier in the pregnancy that she is no longer in a relationship with the baby’s father, Chris Lopez, and she doesn’t expect him to play any role in the kid’s life.

We imagine becoming a single mother of three is a bit daunting, and Kailyn is probably happy to have a little time to bond with her new bundle of joy while her other two sons are with their dads.

In any event, it doesn’t seem like Kailyn will have any trouble finding babysitters.

Both Chelsea Houska and Leah Messer offered heartfelt congratulations on Twitter.

Yes, Jenelle Evans has remained silent on the matter, and many fans have jumped to the conclusion that it’s because of a past feud with Kailyn.

We may never know for sure.

And anyway, we’re guessing Kailyn has enough on her plate these days without worrying what Jenelle is thinking.

Watch Teen Mom 2 online to relive the frequently rocky road that brought Kailyn to where she is today.

Emmy Nominations 2017: Who Got Snubbed?

We now know which shows and stars have been nominated for Emmy Awards in 2017.

Which means one thing only: It"s time to discuss and debate who did NOT nominated for Emmy Awards in 2017.

Which actors, actresses, comedies and/or drama got snubbed from contention this year?

In our opinion… the following ones!

Scroll around to find out how we"d change around some categories, inserting certain nominees over others and honoring what and who has been truly best about television over the past year…

1. Transparent

Transparent

How did practically every star get nominated and yet not the series itself? Like it’s not a much better show than Modern Family, which hasn’t really been funny in years?

2. The Americans

The americans

Like Modern Family, House of Cards continues to receive nominations just… because? Because it’s been around for awhile? The Americans is probably the best show on TV.

3. Orange is the New Black

Orange is the new black

Orange is the New Black also deserved a spot (in Best Drama) over Westworld, which may air on HBO, but which focuses way too much on its mysteries over its character development.

4. Justin Theroux, The Leftovers

Justin theroux the leftovers

Look, we all adore Anthony Hopkins. He’s a legend. And he did not put on a better performance in Westworld than Justin Theroux did on Season 3 of The Leftovers.

5. Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Fargo

Mary elizabeth winstead fargo

She was the only reason to keep watching Fargo Season 3. We’d have included her over Judy Davis from FEUD.

6. American Crime

American crime

We all adore FX. But it’s a…. well… crime that FEUD was nominated for Best Limited Series over American Crime.
