Chrissy Teigen Perfectly Live-Tweets Jesus Christ Superstar
Jesus Christ Superstar is a decades-old musical (specifically, a rock opera).
The latest iteration of the trend of networks big, star-studded live performances of famous musicals was NBC putting on this show, which depicts the final weeks of Jesus" life, as an Easter special.
While Jesus Christ Superstar is sometimes controversial, particularly for its depiction of Judas as a tragic and even sympathetic character, the musical enjoys a great deal of popularity among both Christian and non-Christian audiences.
For this show, the titular role of Jesus fell to the phenomenal John Legend.
His wife, Chrissy Teigen, has been tweeting about this for weeks. Naturally, she livetweeted the entire show.
As always, her tweets are absolutely golden.
1. Chrissy Teigen was hyped, folks
She is also very straightforward about how little she knows about the story of Jesus.
2. Most of the show is music, with very little spoken dialogue
So there are a lot of songs for her to find exciting.
3. Chrissy can be a little mean sometimes
No one deserves to be compared to Milo.

No offense but … she’s right.
5. Ah, a birkenstocks joke
Though the show is traditionally full of anachronisms (part of the fun of musical theater), they are all wearing sandals.
6. Chrissy wasn’t super familiar with the plot
But that’s okay — watching any show for the first time can be an eye-opening experience.

Event the best TV shows suffer from terrible characters sometimes.
And in one way or another, these 17 TV characters managed to ruin (or nearly ruin) shows that we otherwise loved.

1. Jo Wilson (Grey’s Anatomy)
Ugh. Grey’s Anatomy has had its share of annoying characters, but Jo is pretty much the worst. Her character is not only whiny and unlikeable, but focus on her has taken away from characters we’d rather pay more attention to.
2. April Nardini (Gilmore Girls)
The addition of April Nardini as Luke’s daughter on GIlmore Girls was WEIRD, and it felt like a forced way to throw a wrench in Luke and Lorelai’s relationship.
3. Stuart Bloom (The Big Bang Theory)
There was nothing wrong with Stuart when he first appeared on The Big Bang Theory, but after a while, his presence just become depressing… and creepy.
4. Piper Chapman (Orange is the New Black)
The thing about Piper is, we liked her at first. She’s the lead character we followed into Litchfield, and we watched as she adjusted to life in prison. But after the first season? Ugh. She changed for the worse, and now her stories just take away from the rest of the cast.
5. Marissa Cooper (The O.C.)
Marissa Cooper was a problem for The O.C. from the very beginning. Even though she was unbearable to watch, other characters managed to keep us coming back.
6. Connor (Angel)
Things on Angel really took a turn when Angel and Darla’s son Connor returned as a fully grown teenager, and not in a good way.

Tom Hardy (Perfectly) Cuts Off Question About His Sexuality
Think Tom Hardy lip-sync videos are awesome?
Okay, fine. They are.
But the following Tom Hardy video is pretty darn awesome as well.
During a press conference at the Toronto International Film Festival, a reporter from a LGBT outlet brought up an interview Hardy gave years ago to the magazine Attitude.
"Your sexuality seems a bit more ambiguous," the reporter asks in this video. "Do you find it hard for celebrities to talk to media about their sexuality?"
After asking what "on earth" the man was talking about, Hardy quite simply answer no… he does not find it hard for celebrities to talk about their sexuality.
After a moment, Hardy asked, "Are you asking me about my sexuality?"
Sure, the man replied, to which Hardy said in absolutely perfect tone: WHY?
Watch the full exchange here and, as if it matters, take note: Hardy is expecting a child with wife Charlotte Riley. She"s a woman.
