Blac Chyna: A Protective Order Against Rob Shouldn"t Cost Me My Job!
The Kardashians and Blac Chyna, through the precious and innocent Dream Kardashian, will always be linked. Right now, they’re also linked through a couple of major legal battles.
You know how the Kardashians are saying that it’s Blac Chyna’s own fault that her reality career didn’t take off, because her restraining order made it impossible to film scenes with Rob?
Well, Blac Chyna thinks that the argument is hogwash (not her word) and sends a horrible message to survivors of abuse.
Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian both accuse each other of drug-fueled violence, which is honestly pretty horrifying on its own.
(Domestic violence should never happen, folks)
Blac Chyna claims that she was only violent in self-defense, while Rob claims that she went on a destructive rampage that caused about $ 100,000 in damages to the house he was renting from his sister Kylie.
These very serious accusations aren’t just a huge factor in why the infamous couple broke up.
They’re also a huge factor in Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against the Kardashian family.
See, Chyna is suing the family, claiming that they blacklisted her with E! and killed her potential reality career, starting with the show that she had with Rob.
She’s reportedly seeking a 7-figure amount in compensation for what she could have made in wages and also what she could have made in endorsements.
Apparently, however, the Kardashians aren’t worried about Blac Chyna’s lawsuit … because they claim that it’s Chyna’s own fault that her show got canceled.
Those domestic violence accusations we mentioned?
They included a restraining order against Rob Kardashian. He couldn’t go near her because, well, Chyna was afraid of what he might do.
The Kardashian argument seems to be that the show’s cancellation wasn’t part of some conspiracy, but simply because two stars can’t film a show (not easily, anyway) if one has a restraining order against the other.
At the very least, they can’t film scenes together like that.
TMZ reported that the Kardashian team was making that argument, and is now reporting exactly what Chyna thinks of it.
Apparently … she’s not a fan.
In fact, Blac Chyna reportedly believes that this sends a message that women who suffer domestic violence like she did shouldn’t get a protective order, or it might later be used against them.
While her circumstances — filming a reality series with her baby daddy who became her alleged abuser — are pretty unusual, there are plenty of women who work with their partners.
Should our world be one in which women who get protective orders against their abusers have to fear professional consequences?
What if a woman gets a restraining order from her husband and, say, the office job where they both work fires her in order to resolve the problem of their cubicles being too close?
At least, that’s what we think that Chyna is getting at.
Of course, TMZ notes that there’s arguably one hiccup with Blac Chyna’s argument.
She dropped her order of protection after she won big time in her custody fight.
So … it might appear that, by example, she’s promoting the use of restraining orders as a bargaining chip.
But maybe she dropped it as a sign of good faith, in the hopes that Rob is no longer a threat to her.
And to make custody trade-offs a little easier between the two.
Not everything has to be a calculated ploy, right?
Not even when we’re talking about Blac Chyna’s legal struggle with the Kardashians.
Probably.

Christina El Moussa"s Son Falls Into Pool, Child Protective Services Question HGTV Star
In a word? YIKES!
In another word? PHEW!
Earlier this week, the 20-month old son of HGTV stars Christina El Moussa and Tarek El Moussa took a frightening tumble.
While being watched by a nanny at Christina’s home, young Brayden fell into the family pool.
The nanny immediately jumped in after the toddler, but Christina decided to take her child to the hospital anyway, just to be sure everything truly was okay.
And it is, according to an E! News source who said on Tuesday night:
“Thankfully all is fine and Brayden is doing great.
“He’s his happy, healthy self and Christina was being overly cautious by taking him to the hospital to be checked out.”
Despite very little harm coming out of what was clearly a mistake, Child Protective Services actually questioned the Flip or Flop and the nanny at the hospital.
However, according to this same source, “CPS being called is part of protocol for water-related issues.”
About six weeks ago, meanwhile, Christina was actually criticized after sharing a photo (below) of her six-year old daughter, Taylor, some of Taylor’s friends and little Brayden playing in and around her above-ground pool.
A few critical Instagram followers called El Moussa out for taking this sort of risk.
“No one is a hater, but as a mother it is scary to have a toddler being that close to a pool!” wrote Instagram user luvmyhub3.
Christina shot back at the time with sarcasm and anger.
“OMG 1. It’s a beach entry if he fell in it’s only a foot high, he would be ok 2. It’s not his first time in or around the pool,but thanks for your “concern” aka judgment,” she wrote in March, concluding:
“AND most importantly I am right there and could be to him in 3 seconds SMH at this …..!!!!”
Fast forward to yesterday and it was the nanny who had to jump in and rescue Brayden in these three seconds.
But even Tarek El Moussa doesn’t see much of a concern over what transpired in his former backyard.
A rep for the reality star describes this accident as “a non-incident” to Radar Online, adding simply of the infant:
“He fell in the pool, and he went to the hospital as a precaution. Everything is fine.”
Christina had just returned from a trip to Santa Barbara (where she got a tattoo of her kids’ birthdays on her wrist) when Brayden took his tumble.
She has received flak in the past for posing with her daughter in a bikini, but overall, she and Tarek have maintained throughout their break-up that serving as responsible parents is all that matters to them.
“Our primary focus is and always will be our kids,” Christina told Good Morning America’s Michael Strahan in February, adding:
“We continue to work together and there’s a lot of false stories and a lot of hype, but, in the end, we’re just normal, nice people who just want to be the best parents.”
And Tarek echoed this sentiment when speaking the same week with The Today Show.
“The number one goal is to co-parent our children,” he said at the time. “We have to make sure we remain friendly because we know how important it is for them to have good parents.”
We’re just glad little Brayden is safe and sound.
That’s the important thing here.

Kailyn Lowry Gets Protective Order Against Javi Marroquin as Pregnancy Drama Turns Nasty
Kailyn Lowry’s ugly split from Javi Marroquin keeps getting uglier, as the Teen Mom 2 star was granted a protection from abuse order.
That mostly means what you think, though Javi claims he didn’t actually abuse his former wife, in spite of her taking this legal action.
The pregnant Teen Mom 2 star requested and was issued the protection from abuse order, offering a safeguard from her ex-husband.
Why would such a move possibly be necessary?
“She said it’s because I harassed her via text about all this divorce and guy stuff,” Marroquin told celebrity gossip site Radar Online.
By now you’re likely aware that Kailyn is pregnant with her third child, and that Javi’s response to the pregnancy has been … unimpressed.
That’s as politely as we can put it, and if you take at face value the fact that Lowry sought legal protection against him for any reason?
Doesn’t give you the impression that Javi has been at all supportive, or even diplomatic for her kids’ sake, in private. Does it?
Javi says it sounds a lot worse than it is, telling Radar:
“I signed a consent PFA, which means there’s no evidence of abuse. I just can’t contact her unless it’s in regards to Lincoln for a year.”
The father of her son Lincoln, 3, insisted their fights never turned physical and that the PFA – which he admits he signed – is “pathetic.”
“Her and the world know I would never threaten or put my hands on her,” he adds. “As a man, I have my proof and will get out of it.”
As a man, I have proof? What does that even mean?
There are two sides to every story, of course, and an insider close to Lowry claims the PFA is for more than just harassing text messages.
Kailyn’s camp claims she is indeed afraid of the guy.
“Kail filed a PFA against Javi for harassment and showing up at her home aggressively,” the source said, citing Marroquin’s attitude.
“She doesn’t want that around the boys.”
A rep for Lowry adds in Javi’s defense that “they didn’t look for abuse” and “it wasn’t even a question since Javi signed the consent.”
“Kail’s first priority is and always will be her children … we ask all to please respect Kail’s privacy during this difficult time.”
Tensions have been high for the exes ever since Lowry announced their divorce last year, and then exploded within the past week.
If you watch Teen Mom 2 online, you saw Marroquin and Lowry get into an altercation after he caught her with another man in their home.
It’s not clear what was going on between the two, and Kailyn and Javi had agreed to end their marriage by then, but this didn’t sit well.
Only days after he returned from deployment, Javi – who accused her of cheating several times – was far from pleased to say the least.
The revelation that Kailyn is pregnant and the question of who is Kailyn’s baby daddy came as a betrayal to Marroquin in several ways.
After nearly four years of marriage, they divorced in part because she didn’t want to have another child, which really has to sting now.
Lowry admitted she kept him in the dark about her pregnancy even though she told her first baby’s father, her ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.
“I didn’t have a conversation with Javi because we won’t know how to have a healthy conversation,” she said on the Teen Mom after show.
While speculation as to the baby’s father has centered on producer JC Cueva (above), Tyler Hill and Jordan Wenner, Javi’s not spilling.
If he even knows, that is. He may be as clueless as we are, though it seems fair to say that he’s not handling the situation well at all.
We understand it’s complicated to say the least, but when you’re focusing on tell-all payback books rather than amicable co-parenting?
No one at THG thinks Javi would hurt Kailyn, but if he behaved differently in response to this news, would we be talking about this?
If he’s being honest with himself, he knows the answer to that.
Family Court in Dover, Delaware refused to comment on the claims as of press time; Kailyn has yet to address them personally either.

Taylor Swift Stalker: Arrested For Violating Protective Order!
Taylor Swift is yet another celebrity who is having some serious stalker drama.
The 26-year-old and her family members have been hounded by the stalker over the past few months and it allegedly came to a head at her October 22 performance at a Formula 1 race.
The stalker is called Frank Andrew Hoover and he sounds like a piece of work. If true that he’s been hounding both Taylor and her family, he should be locked up.
It’s difficult enough for stars, worrying about their own safety. Pursuing her family is completely despicable and it should not go unpunished.
The deluded 39-year-old was spotted tailing Taylor from the track to the airport, managing to get as close as 25 feet to the superstar.
It’s seriously scary stuff and there can never be such a thing as too careful. When confronted by Swift’s bodyguards, the man claimed he wanted to get a picture and “possibly accompany Taylor wherever she goes.”
The dude seriously sounds desperate, but it’s clear he needs some help in order to realize that he’s going the complete wrong way about getting in contact with Swift.
If that was not bad enough, the man also took to emailing Taylor’s father and some of the messages he sent were just downright creepy.
One of the messages went like this: “Without her, I walk the earth alone forever and she’ll continue to experience failed relationships that break her heart.”
The guy sounds like a right loser.
Taylor already had a restraining order against Hoover and that one stated that he was to stay 500 feet away from her. The scary thing about all of this is that he just can’t seem to stay away from her.
Thankfully, he was arrested on Thursday for repeated violation of the protective order and is being held on $ 100,000 bail.
Hopefully Taylor and those closest to her will be able to rest easier knowing that the man is now behind bars. It must be horrible for Swift and everyone close to her, having to look over their shoulder.
Hoover is not the first stalker Taylor has butted heads with. If you recall, a deranged fan showed up at her home earlier this year, distraught about her relationship with Tom Hiddleston.
She has had her fair share of people pursuing her over the years.
