Jinger Duggar Squashes Feud, Congratulates Jill Duggar on Baby
For all the controversies and scandals surrounding the Duggar family, we rarely hear about any major feuds within the tight-knit clan.
Part of the reason for that is that the Duggars adhere to a strict patriarchal power structure:
Men hold all the cards and are not to be questioned, so husband-wife, father-daughter disputes are unheard of.
As for mother-daughter, sister-sister rows, well, if the Josh Duggar sex scandals taught us anything, it’s that the Duggars know how to keep a lid on anything that might tarnish their reputation.
Interestingly, however, the family was unable to keep news of the Jill vs. Jinger Duggar feud under wraps.
We may never know exactly what sparked the disagreement, but there’s no doubt that Jill and Jinger weren’t getting along at one point.
Not only did the sisters unfollow one another on social media, their husbands cut digital ties as well.
When fans noticed that all four were not linked on Instagram in any way, they concluded that something must be amiss.
The most widely accepted theory is that the girls’ husbands, Derick Dillard and Jeremy Vuolo, found themselves at odds with regard to religious doctrine, after Vuolo delivered a sermon criticizing unqualifies missionaries.
Now, however, it seems that both couples have decided to bury the hatchet.
As you may have heard, Jill gave birth to her second child this week, and Jinger and Jeremy decided to extend an olive branch by offering their public congratulations.
Jill and Jeremy make their home in Laredo, Texas, a long way from where the rest of the family resides in Arkansas, so they took to the Internet to offer some kind words in a video addresses to the Dillards:
“We’re so excited for you guys and your new addition, little Samuel,” Jinger says.
“We wish we could be there to meet him in person, but we look forward to that day.”
Jeremy offers a similar sentiment, adding:
“Hopefully soon we’ll be able to come and visit and meet the little guy. But we’re so happy for you, and we’ll be praying for you. Love you so much! Hopefully see you soon!”
Certainly sounds like all is well between the formerly feuding sisters.
Some fans were hoping that the video would contain some new info regarding the Jinger Duggar pregnancy rumors, but maybe Jinge didn’t want to steal her big sister’s thunder.

Tiny Harris Squashes T.I. Breakup Rumors
Tameka “Tiny” Harris would like you to listen up.
She’d like you to really focus. She’d like you to put everything else aside for a moment and closely read what she’s about to say.
Okay? Are you ready? Are you all set?
Here goes: SHE AND T.I. ARE NOT BREAKING UP!!!!!!
With rumors abounding that she and the rapper are headed for a divorce, Harris has released a statement through her rep.
“Tameka Harris has read so much about her marriage in the past few weeks that it’s time to set the record straight and really educate everyone on the facts,” it reads.
“Certain blogs have ‘reported’ that she’s going to be a single mom, she’s getting a divorce, she has a new residence and everything in between.”
Hey, The Hollywood Gossip is not one of those blogs. For the record and everything.
Last month, however, chatter did circulate around these Internet parts that Harris and T.I. had been separated for months.
“On behalf of Mrs. Harris, this is the truth – Tameka and T.I. are good,” the statement continues.
“They love each other and they have a beautiful family with seven amazing children. For them it will always be family over everything.”
Harris and T.I. are actually one of the most underrated couple in Hollywood, in terms of tandems you rarely think about that have lasted many years.
They got married in 2010.
They are parents of daughter Heiress and sons Clifford and Major, while T.I. is also the father of sons Messiah and Domani and daughter Deyjah from previous relationships.
Harris, meanwhile, shares daughter Zonnique with ex Zonnie Zebo Pullins.
But they’ve made this large and diverse family work.
They’ve even made it work through five seasons of T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle on VH1.
They even remained together when T.I. completed 11 months in prison for drug charges in 2011.
Do they have a secret to their success? Not really.
“We are just taking it one day at a time. Everything is looking good,” Harris told Us Weekly in 2014.
“For us, we spend a lot of time together and we have a lot of love for each other and we … try to cater to each other in different ways.”

Jessa Duggar Squashes Michelle & Jim Bob Divorce Rumors
For weeks now, rumors that Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are headed for divorce have been circulating non-stop on social media.
Some have even gone so far as to suggest that Jim Bob and Michelle are already separated.
The fertile couple has yet to respond to the rumors, which is no great surprise, as the elder Duggars have been in the habit of keeping a low profile in recent months.
In the wake of the Josh Duggar sex scandals, the task of maintaining and defending the family’s public image has been left up to Jim Bob and Michelle’s offspring, primarily daughters Jill and Jessa.
Thus far, the sisters have proven that they’re up to the task.
Their reality show was recently renewed for a second season, and they’ve become pros when it comes to quietly suppressing scandals without addressing them directly.
Take Jessa’s latest Instagram post, for example:
She shared the photo above, along with a caption reading:
“HAPPY 51st BIRTHDAY, DADDY! I love you so much!!!”
On the surface, it’s a simple birthday shout-out.
But it also serves as a dog-whistle confirmation to the Duggar faithful that all is well in Jim Bob and Michelle’s marriage.
Jill also wished her father a happy birthday, but she didn’t include a coupled-up picture.
Of course, it’s worth pointing out that Jill is still performing missionary work in El Salvador and has frequently reminded us that wifi is hard to come by in the village where she and her husband and son are living.
In fact, it’s possible she hasn’t even heard the divorce rumors.
Yes, you might know more about what’s going on in the Duggar family than Jill Duggar herself.

Brandi Glanville Squashes Beef, Wishes LeAnn Rimes a Happy Stepmom"s Day
After years of public barbs and occasional Single White Female-style creepiness, the feud between LeAnn Rimes and Brandi Glanville is officially at an end.
Against all odds, the ladies seem to have buried the hatchet and put the needs of Brandi’s kids (and LeAnn’s stepkids) ahead of their own differences.
The first sign that tensions had soothed came last month, when Brandi wished LeAnn a happy wedding anniversary on Twitter.
Not the kind of thing that would normally be a big deal, but when the woman you’re congratulating is married to your ex-husband, whom she started dating while the two of you were still married…
Well, you can see why Brandi didn’t offer any kind words on any of LeAnn’s previous anniversaries.
Rimes and Glanville have hammered out short-term truces in the past, but this time, the women appear to be committed to forming something that almost resembles a friendship.
These two both live on social media, so perhaps it’s not surprising that the evidence is written all over their Twitter pages.
Apparently, Sunday was Stepmother’s Day, and not only did Brandi spend it watching her boys play soccer with LeAnn, she later gave Rimes a public shoutout:
“Jake just told me its step moms day! So happy step moms day @leannrimes I didnt know or I would told u at soccer-thanks for luv n my boys!” Brandi tweeted.
“@BrandiGlanville thx! I love them with all my heart,” LeAnn replied.
There was a time when we would’ve assumed they were both being sarcastic, but this appears to be the new normal for Brandi and LeAnn.
We don’t know what prompted them to make up, but we suppose it’s a good thing.
Brandi and LeAnn’s social media accounts are sure to be much less interesting now, but that’s just something we’ll have to learn to live with.
