Louis Tomlinson Finally Addresses Harry Styles Rumors: Were They Lovers?
Louis Tomlinson is here to set the record straight.
Literally, more or less.
In a wide-ranging interview with The Sun, the singer finally opened up about rumors that he and Harry Styles are no only bisexual…
… but that the artists carried on a romantic relationship with each other while both were members of One Direction.
Chatter over this alleged hook-up grew so strong at one point that fans came up with a couples’ nickname for the handsome superstars: Larry Stylinson.
It all seemed a tad bit ridiculous, yet the rumors have persisted for such a long time that Tomlinson felt a need to address them in his chat with this British newspaper.
“I’m so protective over things like that, about the people I love,” Tomlinson told The Sun, explaining of the chatter:
“It created this atmosphere between the two of us where everyone was looking into everything we did. It took away the vibe you get off anyone. It made everything a little bit more unapproachable.
“I think [what’s happened since] shows that it was never anything ‘real,’ if I can use that word.”
Tomlinson went on to say that the stories “kind of happened naturally for me and Harry because a certain amount of the fans drew up this conspiracy.”
Look… we don’t actually think Tomlinson ever had sex with Styles.
And we don’t think they ever even kissed.
But this was all a very long, introspective, drawn-out and just plan odd way to discuss what were clearly just a bunch of random fan fiction from back in the day.
Why not just laugh hysterically and say no romance ever existed between him and Styles?
Perhaps because Tomlinson says the rumors really did have an effect on his relationship with girlfriend Eleanor Calder. They aren’t a laughing matter to him.
“It’s a funny thing. I mean, look, people can believe what they want to believe,” the singer told The Sun.
“But I just think it comes across sometimes a little bit disrespectful to the ones that I love, you know, Eleanor. Sometimes it comes across a bit disrespectful.
It’s like anything. Genuinely, if you Google ‘Conspiracy on iPhones,’ you’re going to get a conspiracy.
“I think it’s one of these things that people just love to buy into, but in reality – obviously – there’s no truth to it. Obviously.”
Tomlinson recently said his mother’s dying wish was for him to make up with Zayn Malik, and he says the artists are now on solid terms.
What about Styles?
Is he still tight with his former bandmate?
“I have forever had a very, very high level of respect for Harry,” Louis says in conclusion. “He’s great in this situation, he’s great on stage, he’s a great musician and artist.”
But is he great in bed?
We guess we’ll need to ask Taylor Swift.

Louis Tomlinson: THIS Was My Mother"s Dying Wish
In December of 2016, Louis Tomlinson was forced to say goodbye to his mother.
At the young age of 42, Johannah Deakin died of cancer.
In a statement at the time, the family said it was filled with “immeasurable sadness” as a result and “respectfully [requested] that the [they were] given time and space to grieve in private.”
A few months later, however, Tomlinson has spoken out about his late mother, talking to The Sun about one of the final things she said to him before passing away.
“My mum said, ‘You’ve got to get back in contact with Zayn. Life’s too f-cking short,"” Tomlinson told the British newspaper, adding:
“A mother’s intuition is just f-cking crazy. It always felt supernatural to me. My mum always knew what I was feeling and what I wanted.”
The artist, of course, is referring to Zayn Malik, his former colleague in One Direction who quit the boy band back in March of 2015.
Since that departure, Malik hasn’t exactly spoken positively about his time in One Direction, either, once slamming the quartet’s music as “generic.”
He and Tomlinson even got into a Twitter dispute shortly after Malik’s announcement, prior to the entire group taking a hiatus.
But that was then.
Now, Louis says he’s taken his mother’s pleas to heart and reconciled with his former friend and fellow singer.
“I can’t stand to hold a grudge with anyone. It doesn’t sit with me right,” Tomlinson told The Sun.
“If there is any animosity, just clear the air. I met up with him and it was nice.”
Describing Malik as “just a little misunderstood,” Tomlinson says he and Zayn were especially close just a few years ago.
He doesn’t think they’ll ever be besties again, but at least they are on solid terms now.
“I could always break the rules a little bit with Zayn,” he told The Sun this week.
“So after that whole thing, it was that brotherly love. We will always have that love for each other. I can’t speak on behalf of him but we really care about each other.”
As for how he’s holding up overall in the wake of his parent’s death?
“Throughout the time after my mum died I felt the support,” he told publication, adding:
“It stretched past the fan base. People did have my back, it was a really nice feeling…
“I’m thankful that my mum pushed everything onto me because I know I’m dealing with it really well.”

Louis Tomlinson: Arrested for Attack on Paparazzo

Allegedly.
We don’t mean that the One Direction crooner has posed shirtless on Instagram or whined about how his fans don’t let him wax poetic about life on stage.
Instead, we mean that Tomlinson actually got arrested on Friday night for an alleged attack against a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport.
The incident took place at the airport baggage area.
According to TMZ insiders, the 25-year old star was with his occasional girlfriend, Eleanor Calder, when he got into a confrontation with the unnamed paparazzo.
These sources claim that Tomlinson responded to the photographer’s aggression by pulling the alleged victim to the floor by his legs.
The man fell backwards and hit his back and head on the floor.
Tomlinson, who has just touched down after a flight from Las Vegas, was subsequently placed under misdemeanor citizen’s arrest.
A female witness, meanwhile, started recording Calder as she attempted to leave the vicinity. The two women allegedly then got into a physical altercation themselves.
In response to the allegations, Tomlinson’s lawyer, Martin Singer, told the media:
“The paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with Louis.
“It’s not the first time that a paparazzi has created an altercation with a celebrity.”
“While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during this incident and he came to her defense.”
The singer was taken into police custody just after midnight and released after an hour after posting a $ 20,000 bond, official records prove.
He is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
Tomlinson and Calder dated for four years before they broke up in 2015.
They fueled reconciliation rumors last month after they interacted a few times on Instagram.
Neither has not commented on the status of their relationship nor on what transpired at LAX.
It is not believed that Calder was arrested for her actions.
We’ll update this story with more news as it breaks.
The important thing to remember, however, is that no hair on Tomlinson’s very handsome head was permanently damaged in any way as a result of the confrontation.

Louis Tomlinson Receives Support, Condolences in Wake of Mother"s Death
Tragedy has struck Louis Tomlinson and his family.
As previously reported on The Hollywood Gossip, Tomlinson’s mother, Johannah Deakin, died on Wednesday after a battle with Leukemia.
She was only 42 years old at the time of her passing.
Following two days of private mourning, Tomlinson’s family released a statement that confirmed this horrible news.
It reads as follows:
“It is with immeasurable sadness that Johannah Deakin’s family said goodbye to Johannah in the early hours of Wednesday 7th December 2016.
“Earlier this year Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukemia that required immediate and continuous treatment. We respectfully request that the family are given time and space to grieve in private.”
Along with the beloved One Direction member, Deakin is survived by six other kids: Lottie, 18, Felicite, 16, twins Daisy and Phoebe, 12, and twins Ernest and Doris, 2.
Our hearts goes out to all of them.
And not just our heart, but the hearts of nearly everyone who knows Tomlinson well.
In the wake of this terrible development, many stars have reached out via social media and sent Tomlinson their condolences.

Liam Payne: “I’m so sorry for you my brother my heart aches for you, just know I love you the same from a million miles away as I do right next to you. I’m always here for you through everything as you have been for me.”

The most moving message of all, though, came from Tomlinson’s own sister, Félicité, who simply posted the image of a broken heart.
What else was there for her to even say, right?
Tomlinson will reportedly go through with his previously scheduled appearance on The X Factor on Saturday as his mother’s final wish.
We cannot imagine the pain he and his siblings are experiencing right now and we will continue to send them our thoughts and prayers.
