Sister Wives Preview: Meri Brown Catfish Drama Ahead?!

Things are about to get all sorts of real on Sister Wives, based on this sneak preview of Sunday"s episode of the hit TLC reality program.

The teaser wraps up with a very dramatic, vague clip that makes it seem like we may be seeing the Meri Brown catfish scandal play out.

There"s crying, tension and dialogue that certainly suggests as much, although we have been fooled by these masters of editing before.

We"ve been had by so many reality TV hoaxes that we can"t say with any certainty whether or not this has to do with Meri"s online affair.

The timeline seems to fit, as do the snippets, that could simply be TLC knowing people are interested in this topic and conning us all.

Yet Meri says, "they have no idea how bad it is, they don"t know what I brought into the family." Did she bring in a really bad flu virus?

We"re guessing not. And after all the Browns fought for via the adoption and Sister Wives divorce "restructuring," this had to be tough.

Rob Kardashian Resurfaces, Gives Shout-Out to Kendall Jenner

There’s been another Rob Kardashian sighting!

Just about the only thing more rare than a picture of Kim Kardashian in clothing, the reclusive former reality star jumped back on Instagram this week in order to wish a certain relative the happiest of birthdays.

“Kenny!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU” Rob captioned a snapshot of a bikini-clad hanging over his back.

It’s unclear whether the Instagram picture is new or old.

We’re guessing it’s old, however, as Kendall was thrown a 20th birthday party on Monday night by friends and family members, with everyone close to her in life on the guest list.

Rob did not attend, however.

He’s scarcely spent time with his family and spent pretty much no time at all in the public spotlight for nearly a year and a half at this point.

In the straightforward opinion of Khloe Kardashian, her brother is wasting his life away.

“Rob is such a great guy,” Khloe told People Magazine last week.

“He’s charming, charismatic, everything. That’s what’s so infuriating. I’m like, ‘Where is your will to live life? Let’s be around people!’

The 28-year-old is reportedly ashamed of all the weight he’s gained, having missed out over the past couple years on events such as Kim Kardashian’s wedding; family vacations; and the aforementioned Kendall birthday bash at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood.

But Rob has supposedly shed 15 pounds and may appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 11.

According to his contract, after all, Rob won’t be paid if he doesn’t film scenes for the show.

Man Calmly Gives Interview While Stuck in Tree

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new contender for Most Bizarre Television Interview of the Decade.

In the following video, Austin, Texas resident Kenny Packer gets on the phone with a couple of anchors from local station KVUE.

They"re asking him about his experience driving around in the recent floor and what he went through upon getting stuck in a tree while out driving.

Packer explains that he was able to escape his vehicle and climb up said tree in order to await rescue and… wait! WHAT?!?

The anchors are then taken aback (very far aback!) when they learn that Packer is still stuck in the tree!

He"s very calm, however. He"s just "a little cold" and looking all around, seeing nothing but water in all directions.

"I did Boy Scouts for 20 years, so I know how to keep my energy up and keep warm, so I’m doing fine," Packer calmly tells the reporters.

There"s video included in the following footage from inside Packer"s car, provided to the station by Packer"s wife, who was not with him on this adventure.

Following the interview, Parker was rescued by authorities after a few hours and brought to safety.

So he"s fine. No harm, no foul, right?

Khloe Kardashian has a lot to share with the world.

The reality star has come out with a memoir titled "Strong Looks Better Naked," passing along advice to fans that range from weight loss techniques to relationship goals.

What are the book"s main takeaways?

To save you time and money, we"ve already read the book and we"ve taken away the following six lessons from it…

1. Khloe Hated Kris Humphries

At one point, she references her “least favorite” ex of sister Kim and writes of how this person started “started complaining about life at home,” adding: ‘Why don’t you cook for me?’ he told Kim. ‘Khloe cooks for Lamar all the time.’ This happened in front of me, and it really upset me. I told him, ‘That is so rude! How dare you compare our relationships? And why are you being so aggressive? The right thing to do is to ask Kim if she’d consider cooking for you from time to time.’ He didn’t treat Kim with respect; he wasn’t kind, and unfortunately, he didn’t get my point, which I guess is one of the many reasons he is an ex.”

2. She Couldn’t Accept Her Father’s Death

She was in denial about her dad’s death: “At the funeral, though, when I saw my father in his casket, I completely fell apart. I don’t remember the details, but apparently I was an emotional wreck, and I’m told that I was so distraught I actually passed out. At one point I fell to the floor kick and screaming, and I had to be sedated. It was really intense. I refused to believe my father was gone. I just wanted to believe it was all just a bad dream.”

3. She Went Through a Wild Phase

Following the previously-listed entry, Khloe wrote: “That’s when the partying started.” She goes into detail about her hard-drinking ways not long after her dad’s passing.

4. She Loves Rob, But…

“I love him and he knows I love him, but he fell into a deep, dark place and couldn’t find his way back. I’ve tried to help him, as has the entire family, but our efforts have largely been in vain. From time to time, though, he decides he’s going to fix things his way, and he plunges in headfirst. Inevitably, it doesn’t work.”

5. She Sympathized with Her Stepfather, But…

Upon learning Bruce wanted to become CAITLYN Jenner, Khloe struggled to accept the change: “I had lost my father, and now I was losing Bruce. Bruce wanted to be a woman and I could only imagine the battle raging inside of his soul. My heart went out to him. But, I saw the transformation as a huge loss.”

6. She Will Always Love Lamar Odom

We all know ups and major downs she’s been through with Lamar Odom, but she ended the book with this acknowledgement: “Thank you to Lamar for giving me some of the best years of my life and for everything you taught me about being strong. Before I met you I felt invisible, and after I felt seen.”
