Jared Leto: Slammed by Suicide Squad Actress!

Jared Leto might be a hit with the world, but he just didn’t get on well with a cast member on Suicide Squad. 

If you’ve been keeping up to date with the news for Suicide Squad, you’ll know the movie has been panned by critics. 

But in a strange turn of events, it’s hitting the high notes at the box office. 

A lot of fans have been pretty vocal about the reviews not giving a true representation of the movie. 

Jared Leto plays The Joker, but moviegoers were shocked when they realized his appearance in the movie was pretty scarce. 

According to Leto, a lot of his scenes were cut at the last minute, but there was no reason given for it. 

They will no doubt make their way on to special edition version of the movie for home entertainment. 

One of the scenes that were cut, involved Ariane Bellamar, who played the Joker’s muse in a strip club. 

The actress alleges that Leto got a little too creepy during production. 

He went as far as rubbing his crotch between takes and it made her feel uneasy. 

“He wasn’t hiding it or anything,” she tells Radar.

“He did it every time he walked past me.”

That’s totally not okay and it must have been such a horrible experience for Bellamar. 

This is not the type of behavior you’d expect from an Oscar winning actor. 

“I’m not a prude, I’m easy-going,” she insists. “But it was creepy. It took me completely off guard.”

There’s even word that he was gloating about how famous he is.

“He would go around and yell that they were lucky to be in his presence,” Bellamar claims.

“He ran the set.”

This is a truly horrible story.

Kathleen Steele, a 62-year old who appeared on a reality show titled “I’m Pregnant and 55 Years Old,” has been charged with aggravated manslaughter.

And the details of the case are simply incomprehensible.

According to Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri, Steele’s six-year-old son beat his newborn sister to death while the kids and their three -year old brother were left alone.

The victim was 13 days old.

The incident took place on Monday afternoon after Steele left the three children inside her minivan while she visited a cellphone store in St. Petersburg.

“It was one of the worst things I’ve ever seen,” Gualtieri said during a press conference yesterday, per The Tampa Bay Times.

Officials have confirmed that Steele’s two youngest children were born through artificial insemination, using her husband’s frozen sperm.

The husband died of cancer in 2011 at age 66.

As a result, Steele has been raising the kids on her own.

The newspaper went on to write that the Florida native had taken the baby to a doctor Monday morning because she was not eating properly.

The pediatrician found nothing wrong with the little girl and later said there were no signs of bruising or trauma at the time of the visit.

A few hours later, Steele went into the cellphone store.

Investigators say the six-year old boy was trying to calm the crying baby, as the toddler actually used a doll to show police how he went about doing this.

In front of the authorities, he repeatedly slammed the newborn’s head into the minivan’s ceiling and showed how he bludgeoned her to death.

Steele then returned to the van… her son tried to tell her something was wrong with the newborn… she she ignored him and even made another stop before returning home.

She did not notice the baby’s injuries until then.

“The baby was beaten and traumatized,” the sheriff said. “There was gross swelling in her face. Her skull was cracked in numerous places.”

Authorities went on to say that Steele didn’t even call 911. Instead, she contacted a neighbor, who is a nurse.

This nurse performed CPR until paramedics arrived.

The six-year-old boy will not face criminal charges, although hopefully he will receive some psychiatric treatment.

“The mistake is with the adult Kathleen Steele, not a six-year-old boy,” Gualtieri said.

Steele was already being investigated by child protection investigators due to a minor brain bleed that the baby suffered following a fire.

She was scheduled to be evaluated by investigators on August 1, but she canceled and then rescheduled.

Her sons have been placed in foster care, according to the Florida paper, and she is being held on $ 100,000 bond.

Well… how often do you hear about these two when folks list their favorite tandems in Tinseltown? Not often, right?

Perhaps that will now change.

Yesterday marked the 10-year anniversary of the film Step Up hitting theaters, an event especially memorable for Channing and Jenna because the met and fell in love on its set.

In honor of the occasion, Jenna shared the above (amazing!) throwback photo of the couple.

She wrote as a caption to the image:

“#tbt to on set of Step Up I cannot believe it"s the 10 year anniversary of the release today!! Ahhhh where does the time go??

"Love you all and thanks for all the love all these years."

The actor and actress got married July 2009, years after meeting on the set of the dance flick.

During an interview with GQ in July 2015, Channing thoughts back rewatching the movie with his wife.

"Me and Jenna just saw Step Up on TV, and we watched it for two seconds," he said.

"We made that 10 years ago or something. It was hard because you"re like, "Wow, I remember it being so much better." Then other times you"re like, "I remember it being worse."

The parents of a three-year old daughter also shared their first kiss in the movie.

"We were basically together on the movie," Tatum told Redbook in October 2014.

"It’s interesting now, because we can watch it and see; we can go, "Oh, wow, that was actually our first real kiss." As soon as the movie wrapped, we went back to L.A. and were together, and together ever since – never broken up."

Pretty awesome.

Also awesome? The fact that the Tatums recreated the most famous scene from Step Up as a tribute to the movie.
