Nasim Aghdam: YouTube Shooter Identified as Disgruntled Vlogger

On Tuesday afternoon a shooting at the YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California left four employees badly injured.

The shooter has now been identified as 39-year-old Nasim Aghdam, a YouTube user who felt she had been unfairly discriminated aganst by the company.

Aghdam is believed to have taken her own life after the shooting.

A self-described “vegan activist” whose videos often contained radical views about the treatment of animals by the meat industry, Aghdam felt she was being silenced by the company due to her political views.

“I’m being discriminated against on YouTube, and I’m not the only one,” Aghdam says in a video discovered by TMZ today.

“If you got and check my videos, you’ll see that my new videos hardly get viewed. And my old videos that used to get views have stopped getting views.”

“This is what they are doing to vegan activists, and many other people who try to promote healthy human and smart living,” Aghdam alleged.

“People like me are not good for big businesses, like for animal business, for medicine business and for many other businesses. That’s why they are censoring us.”

Aghdam captioned one of her most recent videos with a written tirade condemning the company’s practices:

“There is no free speech in real world & you will be suppressed for telling the truth that is not supported by the system,” she wrote.

“Videos of targeted users are filtered [and] merely relegated, so that people can hardly see their videos!”

She added:

“There is no equal growth opportunity on YOUTUBE or any other video sharing site, your channel will grow if they want to!!!!!”

Aghdam was particularly irritated by the revelation that an exercise video of hers had been flagged for age-inappropriate content.

She likened the clip to music videos by Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus that had not been flagged despite what she claimed was far more risqué content.

As for reports that Aghdam knew one of the victims, police say they are still gathering information.

“We know very, very little right now, and we probably won’t know more until tomorrow morning,” says a police spokesperson.

One witness claims that Aghdam could be heard shouting “‘Come at me, or come get me!"” during the rampage.

We’ll have further updates on this developing story as more information becomes available.

The Voice Recap: Who Was Sent Home?

Night two of the Knockouts turned up the heat on the latest episode of The Voice, and that meant more people sent home.

Team Adam got to have a break on the latest episode which found Team Alicia, Team Blake and Team Kelly playing out their latest Knockouts.

But who managed to fight their way to the next stage of the competition?

Let’s break down the latest three Knockouts!

Team Kelly: Brynn Cartelli singing “Here Comes Goodbye” vs. Jamella singing “Girl Crush”

Brynn and Jamella going against each other was a foregone conclusion. Brynn did the best she possibly could with such a weak song choice, but she delivered a better performance than Jamella did.

Brynn emerged with the win, and that meant Jamella was the latest contestant to depart the competition. However, Brynn does not have the vocal range to make it much further in the competition.

Expect her to be cut in the next few weeks because, well, she’s got nothing on some of the other singers.

Winner: Brynn

Team Blake: Pryor Baird singing “Will It Go Round in Circles” vs. Jaron Strom singing “Grenade”

Pryor took to the stage and wowed the audience with his rendition of the Billy Preston song. He delivered one of the best performances of the night.

The same could not be said for Jaron, who murdered this Bruno Mars classic. Everything that could go wrong went wrong, and it was unsurprising that he was the one sent home.

Song choice is key, and it makes it seem like the producers are meddling when certain people are given horrible songs to work with.

Team Alicia: Terrence Cunningham singing “Tell Me Something Good” vs. Christiana Danielle singing “Elastic Heart”

Christiana’s performance was spectacular. She managed to get everyone on her side with her striking rendition of the SIA classic.

There’s something about her performance that elevated her above the others. She was confident throughout and delivered in her performance.

Terrance was similarly confident, but his vocals were lacking. He needs to establish what sound he’s going for, and stick with it.

By this time, we should know what to expect when an artist takes to the stage.

Winner: Terrence

Save: Christiana By Alicia

Okay, what did you think of the latest twists and turns for your favorite The Voice contestants? Who should not have advanced to the next stage of the competition?

Little People, Big World Recap: Is Amy Outta Here?

Little People, Big World returned with new episodes on Tuesday night.

And with major new drama to boot!

Is one cast member about to make a major move? Are Jeremy and Audrey ready for parenthood? What issue does Zach have with his adorable first child?!?

All of these topics were touched on throughout the premiere, which most definitely did highlight the tension that exists between Amy and Matt.

Is this tension real? Or has it been manufactured a bit by producers, as Matt recently implied and complained about?

All we can go by right now is what we saw on screen yesterday… and what we saw on screen was Amy actually stating she may move off the family farm in order to get away from her ex-husband.

(Matt and Amy divorced two years ago, yet live a mere few hundred feet apart still, operating this property and business together.)

“I like where I live,” Amy told boyfriend Chris Marek during a motorcycle ride on this spring premiere. “Whether I’m able to stay here the whole time remains to be seen.”

“Are you worried about that?” Marek asked.

“Oh, well, yeah,” she replied.

Why is this a concern for Amy, who has always gotten along well with Matt on camera at least?

“I definitely have a lot of uncertainty going on in my life, and I’m not sure how long I’ll be here at the farm,” she told the camera during a confessional, adding a bit more specifically:

“Matt and I are both here, we’re existing, but we may just decide we don’t want to do this anymore. I don’t think it’s very clear yet.”

Matt, of course, is dating former farm manager Caryn Chandler.

So the whole set-up is a tad awkward and unusual.

For his part, Matt didn’t sound too excited about the ongoing arrangement, either.

It may finally be taking its toll on both reality stars.

“I just want my own path away from farm, away from Amy,” said Matt. “It’s always going to be awkward. I’m by Amy’s house.”

Later on, Matt and Amy sat with sons Zach and Jeremy and admitted that the future was a little uncertain.

“We’ve been talking a lot about the farm,” Matt said. “Trying to figure out how to keep it or not keep it.”

We don’t know whether or not the producers edited things to ramp up the suspense here, all we know is that we’re now very anxious to see where this goes.

On the parenting front and the prospective parenting front:

Jeremy was stressed about finishing his home in time for his baby, who was clearly close to being on the way when this was filmed, based on Audrey’s appearance.

She was VERY pregnant, is all we’re saying.

Not so much for Tori, though, who welcomed her and Zach’s first baby last May.

The couple opened up to the camera about what things have been like so far.

“It’s definitely been a huge adjustment,” Zach admitted, explaining why:

“I love it so far but those first couple of weeks were rough. I’m up ‘til 4 in the morning, trying to put this guy to sleep while [Tori’s] getting some rest.

“I don’t do well with little sleep!”

Few of us do, man.

Tori also discussed her biggest obstacle at the outset of motherhood:

“For me, the hardest part is breastfeeding. It took everything I had not to quit breastfeeding. He had trouble latching, but we stuck it out … Being a mom’s really fun but it’s exhausting.”

The premiere was filmed last June, right around Zach’s first Father’s Day as an actual father, back when Jackson was just over a month old.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 8 Episode 16 Recap: Holy Schnitzel

These ladies are never going to be able to get along for more than a few scenes.

That much became clear on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 8 Episode 16 as the group continued their big trip to Berlin.

When the episode got underway, we moved on from all of the drama with Nanny Kay. Lisa Vanderpump, surprisingly, let it all go.

There was no way Lisa and Kyle would ever engage in a fight, but their relationship seems to be all over the place of late.

Dorit, LVP, and Erika made their way to the mall as the episode got underway to indulge in some shopping. While that was going down, Teddi, Lisa Rinna, and Kyle went to get themselves some breakfast.

Surprisingly, the division seemed to do the women some good. There were no bitchy comments, and they all seemed to be in a good place.

Things took a wild turn when the ladies went to do some horse riding. Erika was the one who advocated for this, and it became clear she only did it to get Teddi on her side.

If you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online, you will know that the two women almost fought a few weeks before.

Say what you want about Erika, but she has time for a total of zero BS. She speaks her mind, and that’s the best part about her.

Kyle got all dramatic when she admitted that she was allergic to horses. That’s good to know … especially after Kyle mounts a horse.

Like, why would someone who knows they are putting their life in danger mounting a horse? In any case, even LVP recognized that her frenemy was telling the truth.

But that was enough for Kyle and production rushed her back to the stable, gave her an allergy pill and that was that. She was out of it.

All seemed right in the world until the women met up for dinner and Dorit opened her mouth. Dorit claimed that she was mad at Kyle for what happened in New York.

“I may be high on allergy medication, but it sounds like Dorit is really looking for sh– again,” she said with a look that would scare anyone.

That’s when LVP chimed in and went on Dorit’s side. This irked Kyle because she felt like Lisa was always trying to take Dorit’s side and never stood up for her.

Teddi opened up with some thoughts of her own and essentially said that everyone would continue to bicker if they talk smack about each other.

“Teddy stop,” wailed LVP.

“If you’re not on her side, she tries to shut you up — it’s gotta stop,” Lisa Rinna said in a confessional about LVP.

“So, it’s my fault you gave the panties and upset Erika?” Kyle ultimately said when snapped at Dorit.

Yeah, there’s still a whole lot of animosity in this circle of friends, and that’s going to continue to cause problems.

They went sightseeing and managed to keep things civil to close the episode, but how long will it be before more drama kicks off?

What did you think of all the drama?

Sound off below.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills continues Tuesdays on Bravo.
