Getting sued comes with the territory of being a high-profile and wealthy celeb.
Take Kim Kardashian West, for instance — the reality star has been the victim of numerous and CRAZY lawsuits.
In one case, a man alleged that he caught Kim and Minnesota Republican Michelle Bachmann making out at an Iowa Wendy’s. The accuser went onto add that the two were sipping on Frosty’s while wearing “Dalmatian t-shirts”.

After confronting the “lovers”, Kim threw her used panties at the man’s head and he subsequently caught an STD.
The claim in the legal docs was truly priceless:
“Kim Kardashian threw her used underwear at me — I got a STD from it.”
While we’re not medical experts, we have a feeling that’s just not possible. Needless to say, a judge agreed with our assessment.
