New details have emerged in regard to the latest lawsuit filed against Usher.
And they don’t paint a very positive picture of the singer, whose reputation has taken a major hit over the past week or so.
That’s what happens when the Internet learns you settled a lawsuit back in 2012 with a woman who claims you gave her Herpes.
As previously detailed, Usher reportedly gave a former sexual partner $ 1.1 million to settle her legal case against him about five years ago, after this woman sued the singer for not disclosing his STD diagnosis to her prior to their naked relations.
She contracted Herpes as a result of nailing the artist, according to documents that went viral late last month.
Ever since this bombshell story was made public, a handful of women who have slept with Usher over the past few years have come forward and basically asked the same question:
WTH, dude?!?
Along with one man (yes, one man), these alleged victims feel duped by Usher.
Even if they didn’t contract Herpes as a result of their sexual contact with the star, they believe he was legally obligated to share his diagnosis with them prior to any bedroom shenanigans.
On Monday afternoon, a woman named Quantasia Sharpton held a press conference in which she outlined how Usher picked her out of a concert crowd two years ago and eventually took her to Pound Town.
She does not have Herpes.
But her lawyer thinks she may have a legal argument to make against Usher for his lack of STD-related honesty and the dangerous situation he knowingly placed Sharpton in.
TMZ has since obtained the documents from a new lawsuit against Usher, one filed by three plaintiffs, all of whom say they had sex with Usher “because [he] was a revered celebrity in their eyes who they believed could be loved and trusted.”
(They probably found him very handsome, too.)
The lawsuit is based on the aforementioned report that Usher is carrying Herpes and all three victims say they were NOT informed of this fact prior to agreeing to sexual activity with the superstar.
Two of the plaintiffs are women. They claim they engaged in vaginal sex with Usher.
One of the plaintiffs is a man. He claims to have engaged in oral sex with Usher.
The lawsuit alleges the two women and the man have each suffered significant emotional distress, depression and anxiety.
It also says they have experienced embarrassment, shame, anxiety and revulsion.
It’s unclear just when these people had sex with Usher. We also don’t know the amount of damages they are seeking.
Attorney Lisa Bloom is representing all three individuals and says one of them does, indeed, have Herpes.
The documents ask a judge to order Usher to dislocate whether or not he has this sexually transmitted disease.
Neither the artist nor anyone in his camp has responded to any of these allegations or accusations, but we’ll let you know when they do.
