Jacob Roloff to Make Little People, Big World Return?!?

Jacob Roloff didn’t merely quit Little People, Big World in the summer of 2016.

He did so in epic fashion.

The 20-year old son of Amy and Matt Roloff resigned from his family’s reality show via an Instagram rant that slammed pretty much everyone involved in it.

“For the sake of ‘the episode’ and ratings I’ve seen a lot of STORYLINES drawn up (loosely) about our lives,” Roloff wrote just over a year ago, exposing the series as scripted and phony.

This is the case for every reality show out there, of course, but you rarely hear anyone at the center of it cop to such staged nonsense.

“The family that is filmed is not my family,” Jacob said defiantly, concluding at the time:

“They are the Roloff Characters and I have scarcely anything in common with them, nor do I want to be a character myself.”

With that, Roloff stopped removed himself from Little People, Big World.

He has spent a majority of the past few months driving around the Pacific Northwest with his girlfriend and two dogs and he’s clearly gained some perspective.

Nearly 11 months to the day since he walked away from the TLC program, Roloff spoke out on how he “rebelled” in a “flamboyant” manner last year.

Jacob went on to admit that he’s learned that he doesn’t need to hold such hatred in his heart, saying simply in June:

“I grew up.”

Kudos to him for acknowledging and explaining his past mistakes.

Ever since, Roloff has spent a lot of time with his family, visiting his dad’s farm in Oregon and gushing over his nephew online.

An insider even tells Radar Online that Jacob may return to the show that made his loved ones so famous.

He hasn’t signed any kind of new contract with TLC or anything, but “Jacob was very involved in helping to get the farm ready” for Molly Roloff’s wedding last week, an insider says.

This same source says Jacob played a key role in the “logistics of the [event]”and that “TLC cameras were rolling the whole time.”

We’re guessing Roloff had to sign some kind of waiver that gave producers permission to show his face, meaning – at the very least – he may appear in the background of new episodes this fall.

“Jacob drove Molly and her bridal party around in the mule and the cameras were right on them,” the insider tells Radar, saying it “would be impossible” to edit him out of the footage.

We’re guessing they won’t even need to try, not with the way he’s been so open when talking about his family in a positive light these days.

Wrote Roloff as a caption to a photo of himself and the bride on his sister’s special day:

Today was on a whole other level. “Just like everyday life except about two feet off the ground.”

My beautiful, sweet, genius sister got married. Simple as that, but with a lotta love. I’m still taking it in reviewing the pictures. Molly Jo Silvius.
