Ailing 5-Year Old Marries Best Friend, Is Too Precious for Words

It"s all but guaranteed.
But we still think it"s worth your time to read about a five-year girl named Sophia Chiappalone.
She hails from Connecticut and she was born with a serious heart defect.
Prior to going in for her fourth surgery, Sophia told her parents that she wanted to marry her best friend, a four-year old named Hunter.
With the assistance of photographer Marisa Balletti-Lavoie, Sophia"s parents turned this dream into an amazing reality.

Leah Messer: IGNORING Doctor"s Orders About Ailing Daughter?!
Earlier this week, MTV released a preview for the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2 that showed Leah Messer receiving some devastating medical news about her daughter Aliannah, who suffers from muscular dystrophy.
In the clip, a doctor informed Leah and her first husband, Corey Simms, that Aliannah’s trouble with walking will likely only increase as she gets older, and that she should begin using her power wheelchair on a regular basis both to get accustomed to the controls and to minimize her risk of injury.
Now, an insider tells Radar Online that Leah and Corey have not followed the doctor’s orders, and Aliannah continues to walk on her own, both at home and at school.
“Ali has her wheelchair available, but she only uses it for long distances,” says a source close to Leah. “She’s usually on her feet.”
The insider adds that the sad situation is made even more difficult by the fact that Aliannah’s twin sister, Aleeah, is healthy and incredibly active, and Aliannah wants to participate in all of the same activities she sees her sister enjoying.
Leah reportedly doesn’t have the heart to tell Aliannah to stay off her feet and use her wheelchair, and frankly, we don’t blame her.
It’s hard to imagine a more heartbreaking thing for a young mother than being asked to confine her 6-year-old to a wheelchair when the child is (for the time being, at least) capable of walking on her own.
Rumors that Leah is depressed and neglecting basic duties such as keeping her house clean have been circulating for weeks, and now it looks as though we may now the cause of her lethargy.

Kris Jenner Rushes Home to Be with Ailing Son
Kris Jenner has cut her tropical vacation short, for an unfortunate reason.
The reality star was off on trip to St. Bart’s with long-time boyfriend Corey Gamble over the weekend when son Rob Kardashian grew very sick.
He ended up going to the hospital and, following a battery of tests, was diagnosed as having Diabetes.
“Rob had stomach problems over the weekend and didn’t feel well,” an insider tells People Magazine.
“He has to take medicine now to control his blood sugar level. He was also told he needs to rethink his whole lifestyle. He needs to see a dietician and change the way he eats.
“If he doesn’t change his lifestyle, he was told that it could have serious consequences.”
As a result of this incident and this diagnosis, Jenner flew home on Wednesday to spend time with Rob.
Kardashian’s struggles have been well-documented.
He has remained almost entirely off social media and almost entirely out of the spotlight for a year-plus now, with sources saying he’s gained over 100 pounds in that time.
It got to the point where family members had to acknowledge his issues.
“He’s OK,” Kris recently told Maria Menounos of E! News.
“He’s just working on himself a little bit and trying to be a better Rob, so I just have to trust that he’s good…We’re all him to support him for whatever he needs.”
Let’s all hope this diagnosis is the wake-up call Rob Kardashian requires.

Khloe Kardashian: Blocking Lamar Odom"s Kids From Ailing Father?!
Is Khloe Kardashian going out of her way to restrict access to the ailing Lamar Odom, to the point where even his two children can’t see him?
Destiny and Lamar Jr., his children by Liza Morales, flew all the way from New York to L.A. to visit their dad in the hospital this past weekend.
But Khloe tried to block them from seeing him, according to Radar; Odom’s condition is currently dire, but was her decision going too far?
According to a Kardashian family insider, “Khloe tried to stop them from visiting their dad and only wanted things to be on her schedule.”
“But their mom [Liza] stepped in and made sure they had time with [him].”
Previously, the teenagers were by Lamar’s side in Las Vegas hospital where Kardashian ran the show and dictated who could see him.
The Vegas hospital was even more of a “sh!t show,” a source said.
Kardashian and her family members tried to take over, forcing Odom’s children to schedule visits around the reality stars’ schedules.
“Destiny and Lamar Jr. are back in New York now,” the source said, adding, “Their mother is doing everything she can for them.”
“She’s so supportive through all of this terrible situation.”
Some believe Khloe is exploiting Lamar already with her new People cover and amid rumors that Odom will be on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Still, jumping to the conclusion that she’s more interested in her own fame and her own life than making sure the needs of Lamar’s kids are met?
It’s certainly possible, and given the nature of the Kardashians’ very existence, we can see how people might at least wonder a little.
The evidence is awfully thin here, however. At least so far.

Lamar Odom: Fans Offer to Donate Kidneys to Ailing NBA Star
Lamar Odom may have recovered miraculously after nearly dying from an overdose last week, but the former NBA star is still far from out of the woods.
The 35-year-old has emerged from his coma, but he’s still in a dangerous place, as several of his organs are reportedly not functioning as they should be.
Just last night, it was reported that Odom is in a “fragile mental state” after having undergone several invasive procedures in a short period of time.
Hospital sources say Odom’s most severe issues stem from damage to his kidneys. He remains hooked up to dialysis machines and will almost certainly require a transplant at some point.
Fortunately, a legion of devoted fans has Lamar’s back – and maybe his kidneys.
Yes, TMZ is reporting that dozens of supporters have contacted Odom and Khloe Kardashian through social media in order to offer up their kidneys.
Naturally, many have jokingly (we hope) tweeted that they’d like to sell Lamar a kidney, but even more have simply provided their contact information and blood type in hopes of helping to save Odom’s life.
Reps for Odom have not yet replied to any of the offers, but there may come a time when Lamar will need to reach out to a fan and accept the gift of life.

Khloe Kardashian: OUT of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Due to Ailing Lamar
Khloe Kardashian will not be keeping up with her filming schedule for Keeping Up with the Kardashians in light of recent events in her life.
Lamar Odom‘s ongoing medical crisis is the first and only priority in Khloe’s mind right now, and she’s told Momager Kris Jenner as much.
Kardashian accompanied Odom, her estranged husband, in a medical helicopter from Las Vegas to L.A., where he remains hospitalized.
Says an insider close to the famous family:
“She has no plans to resume filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and will continue to be at the hospital every day with Lamar.”
“Kris wasn’t happy about Khloe’s decision because she is a huge part of the show. For now, she’s hoping Khloe will change her mind.”
The insider adds, “Kris isn’t ready to play hardball with her daughter by reminding her that she is contractually obligated to do the show.”
As for reports that she first flew to Vegas with a camera crew in tow, the insider does not refute that, but says she’s done filming now.
For now long? That remains to be seen, but Khloe is treating this like an indefinite hiatus as she rides this thing on out with her husband.
“The rest of the family is also very concerned that Khloe is putting her life on hold for Lamar,” a second source added of the reality star.
“This recovery could take months. There are commitments Khloe is obligated to do; she just can’t not show. It’s causing a lot of stress.”
In addition, Jenner has already expressed concern that the emotionally reeling Khloe is shelling out big bucks on Lamar’s recovery.
That chopper ride to L.A. reportedly set her back six figures (!) and the cost of Lamar’s ongoing rehab is going to be astronomical.
For now, that’s all trivial to Khloe.
Taking it one day at a time and leaning on her faith, as well as support from family, friends and fans, she’s focused solely on Odom.
