Jenelle Evans: Will David Eason Be in Jail for Their Wedding?!
Jenelle Evans has dedicated a lot of time this summer to getting ready for her September wedding to David Eason.
When you consider that she used to spend her summers smoking weed with Kieffer, doing heroin with Courtland Rogers, or screaming at Nathan Griffith, it’s a big step forward.
She’s picked out her wedding dress, she’s got all the wedding attire for the kids — her flower girls will be Maryssa, David’s daughter, and Ensley, the daughter they share.
Her son Jace will also be in the wedding party, and while we haven’t seen little Kaiser in his tux, we assume he’ll be in on the festivities, too.
The big day is on September 23rd — we learned that when she shared her “save the date” photos.
She’s also shared many other wedding details in various interviews given over the past few months.
That’s how we know that she’s not inviting her mother, Barbara Evans, nor is she inviting any of her fellow Teen Mom stars.
Sounds like she’s got everything squared away right?
Except there may be one small issue …
Her groom may have to miss the wedding.
Because hey, remember all that stuff about David’s scary criminal history?
(And no, not the bit about him being cellmates with Jenelle’s first husband, Courtland Rogers, though that still is an amazing story.)
In 2014, he was arrested for allegedly assaulting and threatening to kill his ex, who may or may not have been heavily pregnant with their son at the time.
According to court documents, he assaulted the woman “by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, ‘I will will you, bitch."”
He was ultimately found not guilty, but she was granted a restraining order against him.
The order also pertained to their son, and David violated it back in March of 2016 when he saw the little boy at a grocery store and approached him.
And sure, that doesn’t sound like a huge deal by itself, but the boy did have a protective order against David, and David broke the law by disregarding it.
Also, the boy’s mother didn’t get the order just for fun, you know?
In October, David was sentenced to 60 days in jail after being found guilty, but he filed an appeal, and the sentence got thrown out.
But we just learned that he’s got a new trial date set: September 5th.
Which means there’s a chance he could be found guilty and sentenced to jail time again … just in time to miss the wedding!
What could be more fitting for our favorite Teen Mom trainwreck?!

Abby Lee Miller: I May Die in Jail!
We will likely never see Abby Lee Miller on Dance Moms ever again.
The bully of a host quit this Lifetime reality series in March, accusing producers of not showing her enough support and making life extremely difficult for her over the years.
In an upcoming interview, however, Abby Lee Miller confesses to an even bigger fear than never being seen on television again:
Never being seen on the planet Earth ever again.
“I made lots of mistakes,” Miller tells Jedediah Bila on a special titled Dance Moms: Abby Tells All that will air on July 25, adding:
“I probably won’t survive.”
ABC aired a promo for this ridiculous special on Tuesday and it features Miller crying her eyes out, playing the victim and reciting her resume in light of her much-deserved jail sentence.
(Last year, Miller pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud, admitting that she lied to the government about the amount of money she was making for promotional appearances and via other avenues.)
"I panicked,” she says in the following sneak peek. “I gave kids a new life. No one can take that away from me. No one.”
Ever since pleading guilty and then receiving a prison sentence of 366 days, Miller has been on a self-serving promotional tour, attempting to garner sympathy and taking little responsibility for the crimes she committed.
In October 2015, the dance instructor was charged with trying to hide $ 775,000 of income during Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
She was even accused of divvying $ 120,000 and having her friends carry the cash in plastic bags in their luggage in August 2014, which she promised to forfeit in January.
She reported to prison last week.
“I’m afraid of being physically abused or raped,” Miller told People Magazine in April. “I have to stay busy. If I thought about it every day, I’d just sit around and cry."
First off, you"re going to a minimum security prison, Abby. Relax a little bit.
Secondly, you"re going because you"re a liar and you broke the law. There"s only so much sympathy we can garner for you here.
Dance Moms: Abby Tells All airs July 25 and Dance Moms premieres August 1, both at 9/8c on Lifetime.

Danielle Bregoli: Cash Her in JAIL?!
Remember when Cash Me Ousside girl Danielle Bregoli was cited for marijuana possession? Well, that didn’t go away.
In fact, the fourteen-year-old aspiring reality star’s recent court appearance included pleading guilty to marijuana possession as well as multiple other juvenile offenses.
… Howbow dah?
We’re so accustomed to reality stars who deliberately exaggerate their personas for the camera.
Many people assumed that Danielle Bregoli was doing the same for fame.
They didn’t understand that she’s just … like that.
They just saw a young hero insulting Doctor Phil to his face.
(While most of us just make fun of the Walrus Man behind his back)
Danielle was in court to plead guilty to a number of juvenile charges, including marijuana possession.
But also filing a false police report and also grand theft.
She’s been busy, especially for a 14-year-old.
These charges were mostly before she was famous.
For stealing her mother’s car and purse and calling the police to “falsely” accuse her mother of domestic assault.
(We’ll get to that one later)
Ira Meskowitz is Danielle Bregoli’s estranged father, and he’s started a GoFundMe to get custody of Danielle.
He apparently asked the court at Bregoli’s hearing to restrict her internet access (which is kind of out of left field), and that request was denied.
His alleged reasoning was because she posts constantly (like all humans who participate in society) and that her management team encourages her terrible behavior.
That last part doesn’t sound so far off.
Though we suspect that her managers don’t want her to actually get into legal trouble, so they might have a tempering effect on her.
Now, this is interesting, since we’re looking at a father who didn’t seem at all interested before his child became famous and started raking in money.
Anyone else reminded of Justin Bieber?
Except that she skipped the “teen with the voice of an angel” thing and dove directly into inflammatory statements and legal problems.
Usually, our first instinct is to be wary during custody disputes.
After all, we don’t know anything about Danielle’s father.
We don’t know if he has Danielle’s best interests at heart as he claims and we don’t know what sort of parent he would be.
Unfortunately, we know all too much about Danielle’s mother.
You know how sometimes you have a friend growing up whose family seems perfectly nice, but that friend is so messed up that you realize that there must be something seriously wrong in that household?
Well, when it comes to Danielle Bregoli, we unfortunately don’t have to wonder.
There’s years-old video of Danielle Bregoli’s mother Barbara being violent with her daughter, and … it’s not for the faint of heart.
Danielle has dismissed it as the two of them “playing.”
Sadly, she probably believes that this is acceptable behavior.
And, well, it explains a lot.
Barbara’s under investigation for the abusive video, but the justice system was not designed to protect children, so we won’t hold our breath.
Obviously, because the world is terrible, a video of a mother being violent with her child doesn’t preclude anyone from being a reality star.
Just look at Kate Gosselin.
Honestly … I’m of two minds about this.
First of all, she’s been banned for life from Spirit Airlines after punching another passenger and also been involved in a bar brawl.
(Yes, bar brawls are apparently real things and don’t just happen on TV … and apparently even 14-year-old viral stars can participate)
So her behavior is absolutely atrocious.
But we don’t think that she’s one of those ultra-rare kids who are just born with zero impulse control and a host of violent or otherwise negative impulses.
It seems pretty clear that her life so far has led her to be exactly who she is, and we’d guess that her terrible mother is the driving force behind that.
But as bad as her behavior is … she is a viral star, and she should get to reap the benefits.
Not just because she’s earned a reality show by being entertaining, though you could argue that she has.
Imagine how much continued fame could transform her life.
Being a reality star won’t discourage her from bad behavior, sure.
But maybe having a lifestyle worth keeping will make her want to change.
And while she’s no Ariel Winter, maybe she’ll attain some independence from Mommy Dearest sooner rather than later.
We still don’t trust the long-lost-dad scenario where he suddenly cares about her well-being.
It seems more likely that he cares about Danielle Bregoli’s net worth, don’t you think?

Tori Spelling: Headed to JAIL Over Mounting Debt Issues?!
As you may have heard, Tori Spelling is broke.
We don’t mean she’s “forced to sell her yacht to J.K. Rowling, Johnny Depp broke.”
(Fun fact: Johnny Depp literally sold his yacht to J.K. Rowling to cover his debts.)
We mean she’s “sell the house, default on the credit cards, one step away from welcoming you to Wal-Mart broke.”
Tori’s debt is massive, and sources close to the actress say her situation appears to be getting worse by the day.
She and husband Dean McDermott are currently buried beneath six figures in credit card debt and back taxes.
To make matters worse, McDermott owes thousands in back child support to his first wife, Mary Jo Eustace.
Tori and Dean have thus far managed to keep their heads above water, thanks in large part to help from Tori’s wealthy mother.
But child support and federal taxes are two of the worst kinds of debt, and the couple’s financial issues may soon become serious legal woes.
“All their debts, which just keep growing and growing, have put them so deep in the hole that it seems there may be no way out,” a source close to the couple tells Star magazine.
“But what’s truly scary is how much they owe the government. Having their money actually seized shows just how serious their problems are. Tori’s running out of options, and the walls are closing in.”
The tabloid spoke with a New York criminal prosecutor who’s prosecuted numerous cases in which wealthy debotrs wind up incriminating themselves with fraudulent claims:
“Should Spelling continue to default on paying back the back loan in full, plus interest, the courts have discretion on punishments in situations like that,” attorney Brooke Camhi tells Star.
“While not the likely outcome, jail time certainly would be an option afforded to the court. At the moment this is not a criminal case. But if there is any kind of fraud happening, Tori could do time…”
Yes, it seems Tori is not under immediate threat of criminal prosecution, and she’ll likely find a way to keep out of court.
(We really can’t overstate how wealthy Tori’s mother is.)
Her husband’s situation isn’t quite so encouraging.
McDermott’s child support debts have nearly landed him behind bars in the past, and it seems he’s done little to rectify the situation.
“He might have weaseled his way out of jail the first time, but if he doesn’t pay Mary Jo wahat he promised, he could still wind up behind bars,” says one insider.
Whatever the case, it seems the couple will continue to lean very heavily on the generosity of Tori’s mom, Candy Spelling.
“Candy pays [Tori’s] rent, private school tuition for the kids and even stepped up after Tori maxed out her credit cards to buy groceries,” an insider tells Star.
“I hear that Tori’s been begging Candy for a $ 700,000 loan to cover her debts, but she hasn’t agreed to that yet.”
We suppose you have to draw the line somewhere.
