Tomi Lahren Actually Thinks This Costume is Patriotic

Tomi Lahren is a conservative commentator who thinks it"s very easy to respect your country:

Just deck yourself out in the colors of the flag, right?

WRONG, many critics have pointed out after taking a look at Lahren"s costume below.

So wrong, in fact, that the outspoken Republican is actually violating the code of the U.S. Flag and acting in a very inappropriate manner.

1. Wrote Lahren as a Caption to This Photo:

“Oh LA get ready to find your safe spaces! What am I? Well if you’re a conservative, I’m American AF. If you’re a lib, I’m “offensive.” Let’s go. #TeamTomi #halloween #MAGA #Merica #makeHalloweenGreatAgain.”

2. Controversy Over the Flag

As you likely know, there’s been a major controversy for weeks about this topic, considering many NFL players are kneeling during the national anthem, a significant offense to critics.

3. So, Lahren is Clearly Honoring America, Right?

Many people would say so. Others would say this is a pathetic case of exploition and a million times worse than kneeling for the national anthem. The U.S. Flag Code? It would state what you see above.

4. Yes, There’s a Flag Code

If we’re really debating this, why not look up some facts on the matter, right?

5. The Internet Was Quick to Point This Out

It’s almost like folks took pleasure in doing so.

6. She Seemed to Sort of Acknowledge SheWas Wearing It in Ironic Fashion?

Boomer Phelps Sports USA Pants, Might Be Most Patriotic Baby On Earth

By know, most of us know Boomer Phelps as that adorable little chunker who snoozed through most of his dad’s Olympic races.

Boomer is just over three months old, and has replaced Kate Middleton as the most popular celebrity at any Olympic Games ever. 

Last night, Boomer got decked out to watch dad Michael Phelps go for the gold once again, one upping his outfit game from the night before when dad won his 20th and 21st Olympic gold medals.

“Wait to go daddy!!!” the caption for the photo read, earning over 76,000 likes and a slew of positive comments. Boomer has has own verified Instagram account, with over 277,000.

The Olympic swimmer did prep everyone for Boomer’s sartorial splendor.

“He’s going to have some cool outfits on, that’s for sure. You’ve got to check him out,” Michael told reporters before his August 9th races.

“I’ve gotten some photos of him — Boomer will be dressed to impress in the stands, that’s for sure.”

Boomer’s mom is former Miss California Nicole Johnson.  She and Michael got engaged in February 2015 after 8 years of dating on and off.  

Boomer was born May 5th of this year.

“It’s been a really fun journey over the last couple of years, and a journey that I think has made me the person who I am and helped me transform to me just being me,” Michael told USA Today a few months after their engagement.

“Nicole and I are so stoked.”

U.S. Swimmers Take Carpool Karaoke to Olympic Heights

“I said to a couple of my friends if I ever had the chance to get her back, that would be it,” Phelps said Wednesday, a day before competing in the Arena Pro Swim Series here. “She was the one I loved the most.”

Michael’s gold medal tally in Rio is at three for  Men’s 4x200m freestyle relay, Men’s 200m butterfly, and Men’s 4x100m freestyle relay.

Tonight, he’ll swim in the Men’s 200m individual medley.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has debuted two new shades from her strangely popular Kylie Jenner Lip Kit, both of which are variations of blue and both of which will be available by July Fourth.

Above, for example, Kylie is modeling “Freedom,” a deep navy shade with silver undertones.

Yes, she is really calling it “Freedom.”

There’s also “Skylie,” an electric light blue that matches Jenner’s Ferrari.

Yes, she is really calling is “Skylie.” And she is explaining why as follows, via a Snapchat video:

“My car gave me a little inspo for this exclusive Fourth of July color that I love so much.”

After giving followers these early glimpses at the colors, Jenner shared a social media photo that depicted each one, adding as a caption:

“My new children, Freedom and Skylie.”

Jenner, of course, is constantly updating her catalog of colors.

Last month, she released KyMajesty and Dead of Knight, which are both black matte glosses, though KyMajesty has a metallic finish.

Donald Trump: Listen To My Patriotic Jam, It"s Got Freedom Girls

There are certain things you can"t unsee.

At a January 13th Pensacola rally, three girls in patriotic costumes performed "The Official Donald Trump Jam" as part of the candidate"s campaign.

The aforementioned jam was a remix of the wartime song, "Over There" and – if I"m not mistaken – Blondie"s "Heart of Glass?"

Here are the lyrics I picked up:

 "Cowardice, are you serious?"

"Apologies for freedom, I can"t handle this!"

"When freedom rings, answer the call!"

"On Your Feet! Stand up tall!

"Freedom"s on our shoulders, USA!"

"Enemies of freedom face the music.  Come on boys, take "em down!"

Comments from the post on Jezebel"s The Slot, summed up my feelings quite perfectly:
