Stevie J vs. Joseline Hernandez: Custody Battle on Tap!
Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez appear to be at peace these days.
It’s miraculous, but true, despite all the ups and downs (and then further ups and more intense downs) the former couple has experienced over the past few years.
Just consider the following photo Joseline shared on Instagram over the weekend:
Look at that!
It’s an actual photo of Stevie and Joseline with their daughter, Bonnie Bella, posing like an actual family.
This is a stunning development for those who watch Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta online and/or have followed the crazy insults and allegations hurled back and forth between Stevie and Joseline since they last broke up.
She’s accused him of being a dead beat child molester.
He’s accused her of taking drugs while pregnant and not being stable enough to raise a child.
It’s gotten very ugly, but Stevie came right out in January and said he was ready to squash the beef with his latest baby mama, who gave birth to little Bonnie in December.
Speaking to TMZ at the time, Stevie said he really wants him and Joseline to “come together” and act as the “best parents” they can be to their daughter.
And, as you can see above, that’s exactly what’s been happening. Hooray!
All this said, however, Stevie and Joseline are about to go from friendly exes to bitter enemies in court this summer.
Attorneys for both Stevie and Joseline have reportedly failed to agree on terms of a deal that would have allowed the ex-lovers to avoid a courtroom.
Therefore, according to NFG-TV, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Jane Barwick has set a June date for the beginning of a custody battle between the reality stars.
It’s unclear exactly what will be at stake, but it’s safe to assume visitation rights and time spent with Bonnie will be the main topic at the center of the trial.
Hernandez may also want to get legal documentation of what Stevie will pay her in child support.
The multi-time father hasn’t always held up his end of this sort of bargain; in January, prosecutors wanted to jail Stevie for $ 1.3 million in unpaid child support.
Overall, Stevie J has fathered six children with five women: Rhonda Henderson, Felicia Stover, Carol Antoinette Bennett, Mimi Faust and Joseline.
Those are a lot of mouths to feed, and there’s no reason to believe that Leave It to Stevie will be renewed by VH1 for a second season.
In other words: it’s unclear how Stevie will keep earning enough money to keep up his child support demands.
He may be posing happily with Joseline and his latest daughter in the social media photo above.
But would anyone be surprised if these two were back to beefing in a matter of seconds days months?

Faith Evans on Stevie J: He Ain"t My Boo!
Faith Evans has a message for anyone who thought she and Stevie J would get married, have lots of babies and live happily ever after together.
And that message goes something like this:
What the heck have you been smoking?!?!?!?!?!?!?
During a radio interview this week with The Breakfast Club, one of the show’s hosts referred to the VH1 reality star as Faith’s “boo,” a denomination that was quickly shot down by the singer.
“He’s not anymore,” Evans replied, confirming that she and Stevie had been lovers at one point.
But the romance is very clearly a thing of the past.
This reply shouldn’t come as a major shock to anyone who has been following Stevie J’s turbulent love life.
In December, Stevie welcomed a baby girl with ex-girlfriend Joseline Hernandez, someone with whom he’s enjoyed a roller coaster relationship that would make Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez appear stable.
Last fall, however, rumors of Stevie boinking Evans made the Internet rounds…
… only for rumors of Stevie cheating on Evans to almost immediately follow suit.
Then, in January, there was talk that Stevie was taking trips to Pound Town with someone named Candice Boyd.
Stevie and Faith have been friends for over a decade.
Evans acknowledges that they took that friendship to a naked level at some point last year, but also says there was never any real chance that it would go anywhere.
Why not?
“I just don’t like the drama, and I think he might be a little bit addicted to the drama,” she says in the following clip.
Would anyone care to argue with that point?
Evans also says Stevie told her on numerous occasions that he “loved” her. It’s unclear whether or not she reciprocated those feelings.
But, yes, the two most definitely had sex, she admits in the interview we’ve posted above.
And, hey, Stevie never had any complains in that department!
As a result of his entertaining womanizing Stevie ended up with his very own VH1 reality series, Leave It to Stevie.
It will likely be canceled after one season.
But you can watch Love & Hip Hop Atlanta online any time you wish in order to see this player back in action.
The series returned with new episodes on March 6, and they are yet to let us down.

Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 8 Recap: Did Stevie J Really Cheat On Faith Evans?
Stevie J has been trying to make his relationship with Faith Evans work, but that was thrown into question on Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 8.
As the episode got underway, Stevie was in the studio recording a music video for Alexis. You could tell he was ecstatic that she was pretty sure to become a success.
However, Tommie showed up, wondering why Stevie was not focusing on her career and dropped the bomb that she was being accused of murdering a dog.
This shocked Stevie, who revealed that he was going to Yung Joc’s party. Tommie felt like Stevie was going to screw up his relationship with Faith if he went.
Stevie shrugged her concerns off and went to the party. Things quickly got out of hand when the ladies stripped down and went in the hot tub. Stevie was all over them, while telling the camera he should get out.
The next morning, Savannah read the riot act to Stevie, who denied anything happened. He changed his tune when Savannah revealed that she was sent videos.
She said that her father had issues with lying and that he had probably screwed up his relationship with Faith. Stevie understood that he had screwed up, but was too scared to call his girl.
After that, Savannah threw a surprise party for Sade and it showed us just how far these sisters have come from the days of their constant bickering.
Sade then quizzed her father about the car she was meant to get. He played a joke on her and gave her a toy car. She was not impressed, but she did see the funny side of things.
Later, Stevie met Faith with a horse and carriage and tried to get her to move to Atlanta be with him.
Faith shut it down pretty much off the bat and revealed that she knew Steve was not faithful to her and stormed off, saying that she was not being played.
Stevie continued to try and talk to her, but Faith said she was not silly and felt like he was trying to use her. In the end, she decided that they were over for good.
She agreed to remain friends with Stevie, but there was no way she would stick with Stevie to be hurt again. They kissed it out and parted ways.
Stevie returned home and revealed to Sade and Savannah that he got them new cars. The pair were glad and went to see them. Sadly, they were not impressed that Faith ended things with Stevie.
The kids left and Stevie revealed that he still had a lot of growing up to do before he could settle down with someone he loved.
Will that person be Faith, or will it be someone new entirely?
Faith does seem over it, but we’ll never really know if she does not appear again.

Stevie J: Going to Prison For $1.3M in Unpaid Child Support?!
If you watch Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta online, you know Stevie J is always at the center of drama, on and off the smash hit VH1 show.
Crazily, he’s in so deep when it comes to his previous child support arrangements that his recent baby drama with Joseline feels tame.
He just had another kid with Joseline (and is possibly expecting another with Ms. Jackson), even as he’s struggling to support his others.
Stevie J’s unpaid child support stands at $ 1.3 million (!) and he’s so far behind, a federal prosecutor wants him to pay – with hard time.
U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara says the reality star’s track record of ignoring his child support responsibilities has been flagrant and disrespectful.
In court documents, Bharara points out that the music producer (real name Steven Jordan) has already gotten plenty of “second chances.”
Whether he fails drug tests or simply doesn’t learn his lesson, the situation has not improved, and Bharara is ready to throw the book at him.
The prosecutor wants him locked up for at least six months.
Given that’s he’s admitted flaking on child support payments and has a history of other legal lapses, Stevie is facing serious jail time.
Last fall, he confessed skipping child support payments for two of his kids, spanning 1999-2015 and totaling approximately $ 1.3 million.
Compounding the troubled reality TV personality’s issues is the fact that he also recently came clean about using drugs while on parole.
That would be a major no-no by any measure.
In his final statement with the New York District Court where the Stevie J child support trial is ongoing, Bharara requested that he do time.
TMZ cites a source stating that because the government believes he “repeatedly screws up” with no remorse, he deserves what he gets.
That may be, but if he’s scared about being sent away, you wouldn’t know it by Stevie J’s twitter, where he continues to be pretty upbeat.
Reading those inspirational words is interesting.
On the plus side for Stevie, he’s trying to squash his beef with Joseline, and remains on good terms with recent baby mama Mimi Faust.
On the negative side … well, everything else.
He’s certainly swimming through troubled waters, but not a lot of people we know would be so optimistic under these kinds of circumstances.
That or the man is blissfully clueless.
Somehow we think that when it comes to prosecuting deadbeats, the U.S. and its representatives can swim fairly well in this metaphor.
Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 7 Recap: Ambushed
Did Stevie J get to spend some time with Faith?
That was his plan on Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 7 when it became clear that he was missing his girlfriend because of them being in a long distance relationship.
Stevie knew he had just 12 hours with Faith, so he planned everything out so they would make the most of their time.
We kicked off with Stevie going out looking at cars with Savannah. Savannah seemed to want only the most expensive car, but Stevie quizzed her about how she would be paying for it.
Savannah wanted her mother and father to be the ones to pay for the car, but Stevie was having none of it. Maybe he was worried about that $ 1.3 million he allegedly owes in child maintenance.
Savannah got wind of the date and decided to return the favor and crash his date. If you watch Leave It To Stevie online, you will probably know that Stevie crashed Savannah’s date recently.
The date turned into a family day, with Stevie and Faith painting with Sade and Savannah. Clearly, Faith was enjoying herself, but Stevie made it clear he wanted some time alone with his girlfriend.
Faith felt like it was a good thing the girls wanted to spend time with her. However, all Stevie wanted to do was spend the day with his girl… without his children.
Later, Savannah found herself in an awkward situation when Stevie Jr. met her for lunch and tried to hit on the waitress. The waitress shut it down by saying she did not want to give him her number.
The dude seemed pretty desperate and that’s what made him seek help from his father in the lady department. Stevie took his son to the gym to show him to hit on the ladies.
The first lady was more shocked than pleased with the way Jr. approached her. It was pretty damn awkward.
Eventually, when Jr. managed to get his confidence in check, he managed to get one phone number. Hey, he seems like a nice enough person, but he’s pretty much a younger version of his father.
After that, Stevie was putting on a showcase for Alexis so that she could perform for a crowd, but disaster struck when the band were stranded in Chicago.
Alexis refused to get on stage because she did not want to embarrass herself, but Stevie managed to save the day by playing every single instrument and looping them.
It was a surprising turn of events, but it proved that Stevie really knew what he was doing.
It then allowed Alexis to perform her set to the crowd and they really enjoyed it. However, Stevie should have a backup band on tap in the event that the band was lost.
Now, we just have one episode left of the season. It’s been surprisingly decent so far, but will Stevie cheat on Faith?

Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 6 Recap: Fear Itself
Was Stevie J acting too protective over Savannah?
She certainly seemed to think so on Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 6 when her father seemed to get in between her new relationship with Vante.
As the episode got underway, Stevie, Scrappy and Yung Joc went out to try and get rid of their fears, but Yung Joc seemed to want to make fun of his friends.
They were not amused as they tried to get rid of their fear of heights.
Stevie then went to meet up with Sade and Savannah for lunch and Sade dropped the bomb that Savannah had a thing for a guy named Vante and she was meeting with him.
After asking Stevie for money, Savannah was annoyed to learn that Stevie would be accompanying her on a date with Vante. They went on trampolines.
Yeah, you would never believe that Savannah was nearly eighteen-years-old. Vante was shocked when Stevie showed up because he apparently had no idea that he was Savannah’s father.
Stevie kept getting in the middle of them so that they could not get closer, so they made an escape to the sidelines for a chat.
Steve caught them and got in between them again. This did not sit well with Savannah, who grilled her father about it later on.
She felt that she was being treated like a child and that Stevie should take a step back because he would not have a say in her life when she went off to college.
This definitely hit a nerve and Stevie gave her his blessing to see what was out there with Vante, but Stevie also seemed concerned at his daughter moving off for college.
Savannah was fuming with Sade for revealing her date to Stevie, but did this mean the two siblings were going back to bickering?
Thankfully, no.
Later, Stevie and Scrappy went out to conquer their next fear, but Stevie was under the impression they were going to a bar. Stevie revealed that he would get his “sleaze on.”
That’s a but much when you consider the fact that he was in a relationship with Faith. I mean, how the heck is she going to react when she watches the episode?
Thankfully, Scrappy was actually taking Steve to ride a horse. This was all due to Steve being so scared of them. Scrappy was being very crude with the horse when he was describing what Steve was going to do to it.
It was pathetic, but Steve managed to get rid of another fear. It’s amazing what people will do if there’s a camera following them. Right?
Finally, Scrappy and Stevie got Yung joc in the studio to get him back. Their plan was to bring a clown in so there would be nowhere for him to run.
Their plan worked, but Yung Joc then picked up a chair to hit the clown with and the whole thing sort of fell apart.

Stevie J to Joseline Hernandez: Let"s Squash Our Beef!
Fatherhood can really change a man.
Even when that man is Stevie J.
The reality star and occasional rapper spent the last few months slamming former lover Joseline Hernandez in every conceivable fashion.
He accused his ex of taking drugs while pregnant… he accused her of physically assaulting him… and he asked a judge to force Hernandez to undergo a psychological evaluation.
Stevie also filed a defamation lawsuit against Joseline after she repeatedly charged that the VH1 star molested his daughter, an accusation she hurled against Stevie while announcing her pregnancy.
Her pregnancy by Stevie, we ought to add.
We think it’s safe to say these two have an unconventional relationship.
But might there be hope for them yet?
Perhaps not as a romantic item, but at least as civil human beings capable of raising a child together?
According to TMZ, Stevie was due in court on Wednesday for a hearing related to the aforementioned defamation lawsuit he brought against Joseline several weeks ago.
But he didn’t show up.
Might he have simply forgotten? It’s possible
However… might he be walking away from this lawsuit as a peace offering to Joseline? As a sign that he wants to squash their beef?
This is what we’re choosing to believe.
Hernandez, after all, gave birth to a girl named Bonie Bella in late December.
Both halves of this unstable former couple shared pictures of the newborn on social media, clearly excited over their existence.
Is she enough to turn their relationship around?
We think so. The miracle of life is enough to mend all fences, even fences that have previously been broken by allegations of child molestation and rampant drug use.
Earlier this week a little more than a week after becoming a father once again, Stevie was asked about Joseline.
He didn’t slam her. He didn’t say anything negative about her at all.
The reality star went as far as to acknowledge that the pair must “come together” in order to be the “best parents” they can be.
Sage words, huh? Not the kind you would expect from Stevie J. See what he had to say about the situation below:

Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 5 Recap: Facing the Music
Did Stevie J really change the sound of his music?
That was his plan on Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 5 after his daughters had some harsh words for him.
We picked up with Stevie taking Savannah out to test drive cars, but she was less than impressed with Stevie because he kept trying to drive all of the cars instead of letting her test them out.
Stevie then put on his latest track for his daughter to hear, but she was highly critical about it. She seemed to think an artist should prove that they can change their sound up and still be relevant.
This struck a chord with Stevie, who then realized he should try to do something to stay relevant, but his plan was a shocker.
He told Tommie to have Sade and Savannah at a dive bar so he could showcase some new music, but this was from a genre his daughters knew nothing about.
That genre was Country and it definitely worked out for Stevie. If you watch Leave It To Stevie online, you will know that Stevie J has a great voice, but it was odd to see him stray from his roots.
The kids were on the fence about the song, but Tommie was loving it. She knew she had to support Stevie because of the level of support he gave her when she was worried about her music career, or lack thereof.
Meanwhile on this hit reality series, Stevie’s ex-girlfriend, Mimi was on tap to ask a favor. She was holding a father-daughter charity event and thought it would be a good idea for Stevie to go along and dance with Eva.
Stevie was shocked to the core because he knew he was a terrible dancer and worried about making a mess of it. Mimi, however, was having none of it and told Stevie to be there for their daughter.
As Stevie weighed up his options, he knew he had to go to the dance or he would be in a whole lot of trouble. Just like his new sound, he aced the dance and you could tell Mimi and Eva were ecstatic that he decided to be the bigger person.
Also, Stevie told Tommie about his new relationship with Faith. The thing that shocked Faith was because she was wife material and she felt that Stevie was in a serious relationship.
When Stevie struggled with his sound, Tommie told him to write songs about his love for Faith because that should come naturally to him, apparently.
At first, Tommie seemed like she was going to be a villain, but she’s emerging as one of the best parts of the show. All of her scenes are hilarious and she seems to know how to help people when they really need it.
Hopefully, there is a bigger focus on her in future episodes.

Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 4 Recap: Did Stevie J Find Love?
Stevie J is trying to move on with his life in the aftermath of his split with Joseline Hernandez.
He did so on Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 4 when he continued to pursue Faith.
If you watch Leave It To Stevie online, you probably already know that Faith comes across as a sweet girl.
Faith, however, was very conflicted about getting into a relationship with Stevie.
Most of her reservations seemed to stem from what would happen if the relationship did not work out.
She met up with her friend, Kellie, who had a lot to say about the potential pairing.
While she did reveal that it was probably a bad idea because of the whole friendship thing, she did say that maybe Faith would come to regret it if she did not see what was on the horizon for them.
This gave Faith a lot of food for thought and she got in contact with Stevie to arrange a dinner date for them.
Now, we all know that when the drama takes place in restaurants, they are probably closed to the public.
Faith made a comment about the restaurant being the only one opened did not make sense.
Why would she have called him in the middle of the night to go for dinner?
Could she not have just went overt to his place? It just seemed very unnecessary of her to comment on the time. It was odd.
Either way, Stevie was ecstatic when he learn that Faith was actually into him and said she would not regret giving him a chance.
For now, it appears like things are looking up for Stevie, but there’s always drama on the horizon for happy couples.
Elsewhere, Stevie met up with Tommie, who seemed to think she could make it in the music business.
Stevie was floored when he learned that she had only been a singer for weeks.
This prompted Tommie to fly off the handle, saying she wanted to be taken seriously.
Stevie decided to give her a chance and organized a day for them to go over some songs.
Sometime later, Stevie went to the studio and was shocked to find Tommie arguing with trolls on social media.
She then posted a video of her yelling at her fans about having Stevie involved in her career.
Stevie then took her to get rid of her her demons and she did admit that she needed to dial the drama back, but she was not impressed with the place Stevie took her to.
Finally, Stevie was serious about starting his own brand of supplements, but he needed someone to be the face of the company.
Lil Scrappy and Yung Joc competed through a rigorous training regime in order to become the face of the line.
When it came to choosing, Stevie was shocked when he realized that Yung Joc had painted abs on. Seriously, they looked real, so it was $ 50 well spent.
After that, Stevie said he was not picking straight away and the guys would need to keep working out to be in with a chance.

Stevie J to Joseline Hernandez: Let"s Give Peace a Chance!
Leave it to Stevie J to put family first.
The VH1 reality star spent more of the past several months slamming the living heck out of Joseline Hernandez.
He filed legal documents that questioned Joseline"s sanity. He accused her of taking drugs while pregnant. He denied being the father of her impending child.
But then Hernandez went ahead and gave birth to a girl named Bonnie Bella and, to his credit, Stevie J has apparently come to realize what"s important.
Stopped in a parking lot this week by TMZ, Stevie J shrugged off his many conflicts with his occasional ex-lover, saying he and Joseline were "homies first before the love thing."
He thinks they need to now "come together" and "be the best parents" they can be.
What about all those court documents and requests?
What about the ankle monitor he still must wear?
What about all the times he railed against Joseline as a terrible person and dangerous mother?

Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 3 Recap: Sisters At War
Stevie J does not like any animosity in his family. That probably explains why he’s not with Joseline Hernandez right about now.
Yeah, she recently gave birth to their baby, but that does not mean they are getting back together.
On Leave It To Stevie Season 1 Episode 3 Stevie was upset at just how far apart Savannah and Sade have become and set out to try and bring them closer together for the sake of the family.
On a shopping trip with Savannah, Stevie revealed that he did not like feeling like an ATM when she wanted something and she should be doing things to earn her clothing.
Savannah was blindsided, but she kind of felt like she should work for her money, so she decided to cook dinner for the family.
Stevie got talking about the state of Sade and Savannah’s relationship and it was revealed that the two siblings are just a little too different to get on with each other.
Stevie did not want this to be the case, so he told Savannah the dinner would be great idea.
However, when dinner was served, Sade was nowhere to be found.
This rubbed Savannah the wrong way as she felt like making the dinner was her way of extending the olive branch.
Sade showed up over an hour later, with a lot of shopping bags.
Savannah was quick to go on the offensive and the pair started bickering.
It got to the point were Stevie had to admit that both of them were in the wrong and that he was disgusted the pair were wishing harm on each other.
Sade’s main issue with Savannah stemmed from the fact that Savannah does nothing with her life, aside from sitting around and having everything paid for her.

Stevie knew he would need to do something quickly to get things resolved, so he reeled in his younger daughter, Eva.
They set up a Princess themed tea party.
The girls knew what he was up to, but Savannah respected the gesture and revealed that she thought she and Sade were sitting a bad example for Eva and they would need to right the ship in order to have harmony within the family.
Both Stevie and Eva seemed ecstatic at the news, but how long will it last?
Elsewhere, Stevie’s stand-up comedy did not go down a storm with the audience.
His new assistant took him to a lesbian night at a night club and absolutely no one thought he was funny.
It got so bad that one of the women asked if he was trying to be funny.
That was more than enough to knock Stevie’s confidence down a few pegs.
He turned to his friend to open as his support act at the real event to warm the audience up.
It worked, and Stevie, very surprisingly, managed to make the audience laugh along with him.
