Taylor Swift Stuns the World, Endorses Two Democrats in Tennessee

She’s sorry, but the old Taylor Swift can’t come to the phone right now.

Why?

Because she’s busy knocking on doors and canvassing neighborhoods in Tennessee to make sure everyone is informed and registered to vote in the 2018 midterm elections.

Indeed, the singer has broken from an often-criticized tradition and done more than merely dip a toe in political waters.

She’s gone right ahead and jumped in with two feet.

On Sunday evening, the beloved solo artist shared the photo above, along with a lengthy Instagram message that endorsed a pair of candidates in the November 6 election for various important offices.

“In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now,” Swift said to open her statement.

She continued:

“I always have and always will cast my vote based on which candidate will protect and fight for the human rights I believe we all deserve in this country.

“I believe in the fight for LGBTQ rights, and that any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender is WRONG.

“I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent.”

In the eyes of many critics, Swift had come under fire many times in the past for never using her famous platform for the greatest good.

While fellow superstars such as Beyonce had not only backed certain candidates, but given speeches and performances on their behalf, Swift had remained out of the political arena entirely.

Some were especially appalled by this decision in 2016 when there was such a clear choice between a candidate who supported women’s rights (Hillary Clinton) and, well… Donald Trump.

“I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent,” Taylor added in this new message.

“I cannot vote for someone who will not be willing to fight for dignity for ALL Americans, no matter their skin color, gender or who they love.”

Why is Swift speaking out now?

Likely because Republican senators just confirmed Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court — despite one notable accusation of sexual assault against him, along with pretty clear temperment concerns.

Perhaps with this in mind, Swift went on to specifically throw her support behind two candidates from her home state.

“Running for Senate in the state of Tennessee is a woman named Marsha Blackburn. As much as I have in the past and would like to continue voting for women in office, I cannot support Marsha Blackburn.

“Her voting record in Congress appalls and terrifies me.

“She voted against equal pay for women. She voted against the Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act, which attempts to protect women from domestic violence, stalking, and date rape. She believes businesses have a right to refuse service to gay couples. She also believes they should not have the right to marry.

“These are not MY Tennessee values.”

In races that appear rather close and which could legitimately impact the country, Swift therefore announced the candidates who have her backing:

“I will be voting for Phil Bredesen for Senate and Jim Cooper for House of Representatives.

“Please, please educate yourself on the candidates running in your state and vote based on who most closely represents your values. For a lot of us, we may never find a candidate or party with whom we agree 100% on every issue, but we have to vote anyway.”

As you might expect, taking a partisan side has elicited mixed reactions on Twitter.

(Editor’s Note: Since Kanye supposedly “ended” Swift by interrupting her speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, the two highest-grossing tours in the world belong to… Taylor Swift.)

This, of course, is the danger of getting involved in politics: you may engender some serious opposition.

But Swift must think it is worth the fight and the criticism in order to speak her mind and espouse her values.

Matt Roloff Wishes Ex-Wife Happy Birthday, Stuns Critics

Matt Roloff has a message for everyone who thinks he and his ex-wife are in an ugly feud.

And he also has a message for that ex-wife herself.

In an Instagram caption that likely came as a shock to some people who believe everything they read online, the Little Poeple, Big World star wished Amy Roloff a happy birthday.

For real!

This really happened, despite critics around the Web often writing that Amy and Matt asre engaged in some kind of rivalry.

“A very Happy Birthday to both Amy and Molly who share the exact same big day. I hope you both have a wonderful amazing Day!!” Matt wrote alongside the image above, which features himself and his daughter.

The reality star included a cake emoji and a balloon emoji and some other emojis along with this caption as well.

Matt and Amy filed for divorce in the spring of 2016, many months after they separated.

They still run Roloff Farm together and they still anchor Little People, Big World together and they still get along pretty darn well, if you ask us.

However, there’s understandable tension at times because Amy is dating Chris Marek and Matt is dating Caryn Chandler and the paths of these couples often cross.

But we challenge anyone reading this to find any negative remarks out there from either Matt in Amy’s direction or vice versa.

Just because Matt didn’t actually celebrate Amy’s birthday this past weekend certainly doesn’t mean anything.

She was taken out to dinner by Marek and it would have been fairly awkward if her ex-husband had tagged along.

For whatever reason, though, many social media users leave critical comments on Matt’s page any time he references Caryn; or on Amy’s page any time she references Chris.

We asked a few weeks ago why fans are so obsessed with stirring up controversy when there is none, considering how smoothly Amy and Matt have continued to run their business in the wake of their divorce.

Moreover, all four of the Roloff children seem totally accepting of these new romantic entanglements.

So why can’t fans of their TLC show also go along for the ride?

For the record, this is what Amy and Matt said in their statement at the time of their official split:

After 27 years of marriage, it is with great sadness that we have come to the difficult decision to file for divorce.

We are proud of what we have accomplished together, including raising our four wonderful children, who have grown to become remarkable adults and building our strong and ongoing successful businesses.

Our kids and our ever-growing family, and the love and support we have for them, will be our priority. We will continue to work together side-by-side in the daily responsibilities for our many current ventures.

We would like to thank our family, friends, and all our fans for their continued support and understanding during this difficult time.

Unlike many other celebrities who break up, they’ve actually managed to stand by these words and keep their family nice and close.

Emmy Rossum Stuns Fans, Announces Departure From Shameless

Emmy Rossum appears to be moving on.

The veteran actress, who has portrayed the main character of Fiona on Showtime’s Shameless since the very beginning of this mega hit, shared a lengthy post on Facebook today.

And it certainly makes it sound as if Rossum’s time on the series has come to an end.

“The opportunity to play Fiona has been a gift,” Rossum writes in one section of her message, continuing as follows:

“There are few characters – female or otherwise – as layered and dynamic. She is a mother lion, fierce, flawed and sexually liberated.

“She is injured, vulnerable, but will never give up. She is living in an economic depression, but refuses to be depressed. She is resourceful. She is loyal. She is brave.

“I knew it the second I read the pilot script, this was different, this was special. … Quite simply, the last eight years have been the best of my life.”

Including with her post a photo of many cast and crew member, Rossum made a point to single them out toward the end of her message, writing:

“I can say for certain that this cast and crew, who I’ve been have truly honored to work alongside, are world class. I am proud and I’m filled with gratitude.”

Shameless Season 9 premieres on Sunday, September 9 on Showtime.

It will be comprised of 14 episodes, as opposed to the typical 12, and divided into two parts; part two will debut on January 20, 2019 and include the show’s 100th installment.

Without coming specifically out and confirming her depature in exact words, Rossum – who made headlines recently for slamming Kim Kardashian and for publicizing her weight – concluded her post like this:

“I know you will continue on without me, for now. There is much more Gallagher story to be told. I will always be rooting for my family.

“Try not to think of me as gone, just think of me as moving down the block.”

The Golden Globe-nominated actress did not announce what she’ll be doing next.

And Showtime has not yet commented on this surprising piece of news.

But we’ve posted Rossum’s entire Facebook post on the subject below and we’ll let Shameless fans read it for themselves:

It’s hard thing to put into words, feelings. But I’m going to try.

This business is always an adventure, full of travel and opportunities to tell stories.

Usually as an actor, every few months, you travel to a new place, start a new project, build a new character, learn new rhythms, new inside jokes with your crew, make new friends.

Until “Shameless” came into my life 8 years ago, I led that kind of transient wonderful life of an actor.

And I never realized how much I actually craved the kind of continuity that this show has given me. And given all of us in the crew.

Season after season I’m amazed that our same crew comes back.

And it’s not just because it’s a wonderfully written, wonderfully layered show. There are these real connections, real friendships that bring us back season after season after season.

See, in real life, unlike Fiona, I’m an only child. I never had a big family. Being ensconced in that messy Gallagher family love is something I’d always dreamed of.

But even off set, it feels real. We’ve watched the kids grow up into the strong, talented, independent human beings that they are. I taught Emma to shave her legs. I was there when Ethan learned to drive.

Shanola and Jeremy and Joan and Bill danced at my wedding in New York last year. Our fearless leader John Wells thankfully held Sam and me up on those rickety chairs during the hora.

I’ve spent the Jewish holy days in temple with David Nevins and his wonderful wife and kids.

It really feels like a family.

This kind of stability, this family, has nurtured me and made feel safe enough to stretch and grow creatively.

The way John Wells has shepherded me as an actress, and more recently how he’s encouraged me wholeheartedly as a director and a writer, has been an honor and a privilege.

We have made over 100 hours of television. That’s no small feat.

There’s a new study that says it takes 100 hours to become friends with someone. The Gallaghers have been in people’s living rooms for 100 hours. So, it makes sense.

We can feel your connection to us, to these characters.

In the airport, in restaurants, on the street, when people call out “Hi Fiona” “Oh my god, it’s Lip” or “Screw you Frank!”… it feels good.

The opportunity to play Fiona has been a gift.

There are few characters — female or otherwise — as layered and dynamic. She is a mother lion, fierce, flawed and sexually liberated.

She is injured, vulnerable, but will never give up. She is living in an economic depression, but refuses to be depressed.

She is resourceful. She is loyal. She is brave. I knew it the second I read the pilot script, this was different, this was special.

I tirelessly prepped the audition with my coach Terry Knickerbocker. I walked to the appointment in the rain so I looked disheveled.

During my third audition, when I got the part IN the room, I literally jumped up and down screaming in joyous relief and disbelief.

Quite simply, the last eight years have been the best of my life.

Malcolm Gladwell says it takes 10,000 hours to become truly good at something. To become world class. Well by my calculation, 100 episodes, 7 days per episode (plus Chicago weeks), 12 hour days, we’re just at about 10,000 hours.

So I guess we’re finally good at this.

I can say for certain that this cast and crew, who I’ve been have truly honored to work alongside, are world class. I am proud and I’m filled with gratitude.

I know you will continue on without me, for now. There is much more Gallagher story to be told. I will always be rooting for my family. Try not to think of me as gone, just think of me as moving down the block.

Michael J. Fox Dead? Morbid Hoax Stuns Social Media

If you spent any time on Facebook or Twitter yesterday, then you might have encountered reports of the passing of actor Michael J. Fox.

The rumor was so pervasive that Fox’s name quickly became a worldwide trending topic.

Fortunately, fans can breathe easy, as Fox is not dead, but is instead the latest victim of an obnoxious celebrity death hoax.

Reps for Fox have confirmed that the 57-year-old actor is alive and well, and was just as confused about the apparent prank as anyone else.

Usually, the origin of such nonsense remains mysterious, but this time it looks as though the culprit has been identified.

According to the internet’s sharpest sleuths, news of Fox’s passing originated on a website that was designed to trick users into thinking they had visited Yahoo! News.

A report at the top of the site’s homepage reads as follows: 

“On August 2, Michael J. Fox arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was self-admitted with complications attributed to Parkinson’s Disease. According to Chief Coroner Jonathan Lucas M.D., Fox had developed pneumonia, a common problem occurring in Parkinson’s sufferers in the later stages of the disease.”

“Tragically, Fox died at 11:24 this morning. Doctors confirmed Fox passed away peacefully and was surrounded by friends and family.”

While it’s true that Fox has been battling Parkinson’s Disease for much of his life, the rest of the report is a complete fabrication.

It seems that the hoax spread further and faster than most due to the fact that Fox has been silent on social media in recent weeks.

The photo above, which Fox tweeted on June 1 in support of gun violence victims, constitutes his most recent social media activity.

“It’s made me stronger,” Fox once said of his diagnosis.

“A million times wiser. And more compassionate, I’ve realized I’m vulnerable, that no matter how many awards I’m given or how big my bank account is, I can be messed with like that.

“The end of the story is you die. We all die. So, accepting that, the issue becomes one of quality of life.”

Hopefully, Fox’s story won’t come to an end for many years.

Chelsea Houska Stuns in This Gorgeous New Maternity Pic!

It’s been a rough summer so far for the Teen Mom crew.

And that’s putting it lightly.

So many things have happened to so many cast members on the shows, it’s hard to know where to start.

Ryan Edwards was just arrested after being found with heroin, which is disappointing, since he and his pregnant wife have been going on and on about how hard he’s working on his recovery.

As far as we know, he’s still in jail right now.

Jenelle Evans is facing a whole lot of criticism after last night’s episode of Teen Mom 2 — you know, that whole thing where she followed a man home during a road rage incident and pulled a gun on him while her son was in the car.

There’s also a good chance she’s done with the show, since reports claim she still hasn’t signed her contract for the new season.

Farrah Abraham isn’t on Teen Mom OG anymore, but let’s be real, she’ll always be included in this group, and her whole entire life is falling apart!

She’s facing up to eighteen months in jail for assaulting a hotel employee, a lot of people think her kid killed her dog, one of her businesses shut down and the rest are almost sure to follow.

Leah Messer hasn’t been charged with any crimes or anything, but she’s dealing with her daughter’s increasing health problems, which is undoubtedly the most hearbreaking development for any of the cast.

There’s just a whole lot of tough stuff going on for these people, you know?

But not for Chelsea Houska!

Nope, Chelsea is living the dream — she’s got a super handsome husband, Cole DeBoer, and two happy, healthy children, Aubree and Watson.

She’s also got another one on the way!

She announced the pregnancy in March, and she announced the gender then, too.

That was when we learned that Aubree and Watson are getting a little baby sister!

Chelsea is due on September 11th, but she’s said that she probably won’t make it that long, since her first two children were born early.

That means that she’s nearing the end of her pregnancy, and judging by this new photo of her and her baby bump, we can definitely tell!

LOOK HOW GORGEOUS!

She’s pretty anyway, obviously, but this photo is just absolutely stunning, isn’t it?

And it’s even better when you learn that Cole was the one who shared it!

“Honestly cannot pack anymore beauty into this photo!!” he captioned his post. “I love you @chelseahouska One Hotttttt Momma!!!”

Is that not so sweet and precious and amazing?

There’s a reason why basically every other comment on this post is “goals.”

Of course, some people always have to have something to say, and that’s why over on Twitter, one person commented “Beautiful photo but what’s up with her hand?!?”

Someone said that it was probably just extra veins popping up during the pregnancy, and Chelsea confirmed that it was.

“Yep … one of the beautiful symptoms of being pregnant!” she replied. “You should see my boobs and legs.”

In another reply, she revealed “I’ve got a few varicose veins with this pregnancy! I’ve never had them before and they hurt!”

“My dr said they should go away after I give birth.. but anyways, I’m just vein central over here.”

Veins or not, Chelsea is just super, super beautiful, and we can’t wait to see that new baby of hers!

Kylie Jenner Ditches Lip Fillers, Stuns Social Media

Kylie Jenner is a brand new woman.

Actually, to be more accurate, we should say the following:

For the first time in a long time, Kylie Jenner is going back to old self.

In a move that has stunned a wide segment of the Internet, the 20-year old shared two photos on her Instagram page yesterday that featured her rocking a tight black dress and standing next to some friend named Stassie Karanikolaou.

As you can see above and below, Jenner is barely madeup in these images; she’s not even using any hair extensions.

She actually looks quite a bit younger, in our opinion, and we weren’t the only ones to think this apparently.

In response to a follower saying Jenner looked like the “old Kylie” in these snapshots, the relatively new mother explained why this is the case:

“I got rid of all my filler,” she wrote back.

Jenner, of course, denied for years that she had done anything to her lips.

Despite rather clear photographic evidence to the contrary (they were just so darn plump!), Kylie insisted over and over when the topic was broached that every inch of her was all natural.

But then she finally made the confession in May of 2015, stating at the time that her “insecurity” led her to take the lip filler route.

We never judged her for this decision. We just got annoyed that she denied the obvious for such a long period of time.

On a subsequent Life of Kylie (LOL, remember that show?!?) episode, Jenner delved further into the topic.

“I was 15 and I was insecure about my lips … I [had] really small lips,” the star told a therapist on the show back then, adding that she “took it hard” when some guy told her she was a bad kisser.

That guy sounds like a loser.

Fast forward all these years and we’re glad Kylie has overcome this insecurity.

She doesn’t need to impress any new guys, of course, as she’s basically tethered to Travis Scott now that the two have had a baby together.

More good news?

In a recent video Q&A, Jenner said her daughter has NOT inherited this feature from her mother.

“She has the most perfect lips in the whole entire world. She didn’t get those from me,” Jenner happily told fans.

Kylie took a short break from sharing snapshots of her child this summer, not really explaining why at the time.

We assume she was sick and tired of trolls leaving rude comments, though.

Or she just figured her baby deserved some privacy.

But the young mother is back to posting pictures once again, much to the delight of her many millions of followers.

She’s also back to posing in a seductive manner on Instagram, as documented in the photo collection below:

Lauren Swanson Sports Short Skirt, Stuns Duggar Fans

It’s been three months since Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson got engaged, but thus far, the couple has managed to keep a tight lid on their wedding plans.

The upside of all that secrecy is that the young lovebirds won’t have to worry about party crashers whenever they tie the knot.

The downside is that it’s got fans obsessing over the couple’s every move even more than usual.

And it seems the situation is particularly burdensome or Lauren, who’s not accustomed to the sort of scrutiny that’s been a part of Josiah’s life since childhood.

Josiah posted the above photo to his Instagram page, and it quickly attracted a surprising amount of attention.

“I didn’t know badminton could make me break a sweat… until I played Lauren!” he captioned the pic.

So the soon-to-be newlyweds got in a round of badminton on his family’s compound.

Sounds innocent enough right?

(Well, except for the “compound” part. That’s just a sinister-sounding word.)

But as many fans were quick to point out, this pic is downright pornographic by Duggar standards.

If you’re familiar with the infamous Duggar dress code, then we probably don’t need to tell you what the issue here is.

Lauren’s skirt might not be short by the rest of the world’s standards, but in Duggarland, it doesn’t pass muster.

Until they’re married (at which point, their husbands decide what sort of attire is permissible), Duggar women are required to wear long skirts at all times, even when playing sports or engaging in other outdoor activities.

Fans quickly zeroed in on the violation, with many pointing out that Lauren gets by on a technicality — she’s not a Duggar …. yet.

But she has been approved by Jim Bob and Michelle, and she probably wouldn’t have passed that test if she didn’t share the majority of their fundamentalist values.

Of course, there have been reports about Josiah rebelling against his parents, so perhaps they had little say in his choice of life partner.

Whatever the case, it seems Josiah and Lauren’s wedding might be coming up much sooner than expected.

Despite rumors that the nuptials had been delayed until December, one commenter in a Duggar-related Reddit forum claims to have firsthand knowledge that the couple will be exchanging vows in the very near future:

“I met Jim Bob and Michelle yesterday, and Michelle mentioned a few times that Josiah’s wedding is in two weeks!” the user wrote.

We’d say Lauren better rock those short skirts while she can, but something tells us this couple won’t be eager to fall in line with Jim Bob’s rules.

Jill Duggar Stuns Fans With Scandalous Swimsuit Pic!

These days, it’s not uncommon for Duggar children to rebel against the constraints of their ultra-strict upbringing.

In particular, Jim Bob’s offspring have been flouting the rules of the strict Duggar dress code by daring to wear pants — and now it seems Jill is raising the bar even further by showing off a little shoulder skin.

Jill posted the above photo on her Instagram page over the weekend with a caption reading:

“Nothing says summer like a relaxing family day at the pool! What do you enjoy doing with friends & family on summer days?”

We don’t know about you, but our answer is obviously “sit inside and devote far too much time and attention to Duggar Instagram posts.”

Anyway, you might not notice anything out of the ordinary about Jill’s attire here.

But if you’re a longtime fan of her family’s, then you’re probably aware that Duggar swimwear used to be much, much more conservative.

Like, imagine the leotard-like getups those old-timey mustachioed barbell guys used to sport in the ’20s.

Then throw a t-shirt on top, and you’ve got a pretty good idea of how Duggar women used to dress for the beach.

For the most part, fans were overjoyed that Jill is allowing herself (or being allowed by her husband) to dress like she’s going swimming, not scuba diving,

“Love the fact that Jill is wearing a swimsuit!!” commented one follower.

“Absolutely no judgment. Just a question. I think we’d love to hear your journey from skirts and wholesome wear swimsuits to pants and sleeveless suits,” wrote another fan.

The ultra-conservative swimwear that Jill and her sisters used to sport was not the result of personal choice, of course, but rather a consequence of their ultra-strict upbringing:

“The reason why we wear modest swimwear is we always want to be modest,” Jana once explained on Counting On.

“A lot of swimwear nowadays is exposing parts that shouldn’t be exposed.”

Of course, Jill is a Duggar, so it’s safe to assume she had an agenda in mind when she posted this pic.

But it probably had nothing to do wiith whipping fans into a frenzy, and everything to do with rumors that her children are “sickly” and pale and seldom play outside.

We’re guessing this pic is Jill’s way of putting those rumors to bed — and showing off a little upper arm while she’s at it!

Duggar Family: Response to Arkansas Abortion Law Stuns Fans

Earlier today, the Supreme Court cleared the way for the nation’s most restrictive anti-abortion law to go into effect.

The justices declined to hear an appeal against the Arkansas law, which would severely limit the ability of doctors to provide medication-induced abortions to their patients.

The law has been the subject of intense debate on social media, and many are wondering what the state’s most famous abortion opponents have to say.

But surprisingly, thus far, the Duggars have been silent on the matter.

Yes, despite previously comparing abortion to the Holocaust and spearheading fundraising efforts for anti-choice protesters, not one of the Duggars has commented on today’s developments.

The silence, of course, speaks volumes, and both fans and critics alike are wondering when and how the family will finally make a statement.

The Duggars have a long history of political engagement, and they’ve gone on record as saying they won’t be satisfied until abortion is prohibited on a federal level.

So while they likely don’t view today’s ruling as a total victory, they almost certainly see it as a major step in the right direction.

Most surprising of all is the fact that Jill Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard, has not yet spoken out on the matter.

Dillard’s controversial political views have made him a divisive figure in recent months.

In November of 2017, Dillard was fired from the Duggar’s reality show, Counting On, after making statements that many construed as transphobic on Twitter.

Jill quit the show as a gesture of solidarity, and Derick’s views have lurched even more to the far-right in the time since his business relationship with TLC came to an abrupt end.

It was widely expected that Derick would have much to say about today’s events, but thus far, he’s keeping his views to himself.

In the meantime, others are making their voices heard on the matter.

“Arkansas is now shamefully responsible for being the first state to ban medication abortion,” Dawn Laguens, executive vice president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, said in a statement issued this afternoon.

“This dangerous law also immediately ends access to safe, legal abortion at all but one health center in the state. If that’s not an undue burden, what is?” she added.

“This law cannot and must not stand. We will not stop fighting for every person’s right to access safe, legal abortion.”

Laguens points out that if the law is permitted to take effect, two of the three facilities that perform abortions in Arkansas would likely be forced to close.

On the other side of the political spectrum is Family Council Executive Director Jerry Cox, who issued a statement in support of the law:

“This is very good news for people who care about the safety of women in Arkansas,” Cox said adding:

“This is a pro-life victory not only for the women of Arkansas, but for women across the nation. I’m sure other states will be looking at Arkansas and considering following our example.”

Today’s development comes on the heels of attempts by Arkansas lawmakers to institute a ban on abortions after the 12-week mark of a pregnancy.

That effort was blocked by a federal appeals court.

Meghan Markle Stuns (And We Mean STUNS!) in Wedding Reception Dress

Here comes the bride, ladies and gentlemen.

For the second time in just a few hours.

Indeed, not long after getting married in front of millions of people around the world, and then proceeding around London in a horse and carriage, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry embarked on Saturday evening for a special reception in their honor.

It was hosted by Prince Charles and cameras caught the newlyweds as they embarked for a wild night of celebration.

Harry looked perfectly handsome in his tuxedo, of course, but all eyes were on Markle, who changed out of her Givenchy wedding dress and into a smoking hot and sleek white gown.

This one was designed by Stella McCartney and it featured a bespoke, lily white high neck and was made of silk crepe.

As you can maybe make out a little bit in the images above and below, Markle also donned matching white pumps from Aquazurra made in silky satin, with nude mesh and baby blue soles.

She looked simply gorgeous.

Back in 2011, both Prince William and Kate Middleton also changed outfits for the night-time portion of their big day.

Elsewhere, keen eyes spotted a somewhat subtle tribute to Princess Diana as part of Markle’s look:

She actually wore Princess Diana’s aquamarine ring on her right hand for this evening out.

It was visible to fans and photographers while she waved at everyone in the passenger’s seat of the silver-blue Jaguar E-Type Concept Zero Harry was driving.

Diana famously wore the emerald cut Aquamarine beauty to an auction of her own clothes at Christie’s in 1997

For those who missed a couple key notes from the Royal Wedding, Kensington Palace made official Harry and his wife’s new titles via the following statement:

“The Queen has today been pleased to confer a Dukedom on Prince Henry of Wales.

“His titles will be Duke of Sussex, Earl of Dumbarton and Baron Kilkeel.

“Prince Harry thus becomes His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex, and Ms. Meghan Markle on marriage will become Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex.”

The couple also kissed for the first time as husband and wife on the chapel steps, following a ceremony that lasted approximately one hour.

Jinger Duggar STUNS Family With Plans to Move to LA!

Jinger Duggar has long had a reputation as being the most rebellious member of her famous family.

Even before Jinger began wearing pants in direct violation of her parents’ strict dress code, it was clear that she wouldn’t spend her adult years adhering to the lifestyle and belief system that’s been foisted upon her siblings.

Shortly after marrying Jeremy Vuolo, Jinger became the first of her sisters to leave Arkansas, relocating with her new husband to Laredo, Texas.

Now, it looks like Jinger and Jeremy are on the move yet again, and this time, they’re bound for Jesus might be your savior, but he’s also your barista.

According to Jeremy’s Instagram page, he and his pregnant wife will soon be residents of the City of Angels.

Vuolo posted an acceptance letter from the divinity program at the Master’s Seminary in Los Angeles.

Jeremy did not say whether or not he plans to attend the program, but he certainly seemed excited about the opportunity.

“I am so grateful to the Lord, as well as to Pastor John MacArthur and @revaustintduncan, for giving me the incredible opportunity to begin theological and pastoral studies at @mastersseminary,” he captioned the photo.

Longtime fans of the Duggar clan might recall that this is not the first time Jinger has flirted with the idea of building a life in one of America’s great bastions of coastal liberalism.

When Jinger vaguely referenced plans to move to New York City back in 2015, her family went into damage control mode, swiftly assuring conservative Duggar fans that she 

“Jinger didn’t mean she wanted to move to New York City,” Michelle Duggar told Radar at the time.

“She meant that she wants to live closer to a city. We’re talking right near a city, but not New York City. Jinger meant she wanted to live 15 minutes from Walmart. New York City is way above what we would ever consider a city where she should move.”

Relax, Michelle.

She said she wants to move to New York, not vote for Bernie Sanders.

Of course these days, Jinger joining the population of a large, left-leaning city is small potatoes in terms of Duggar scandals.

Hell, the family might even support Jinger and Jeremy’s move to LA.

After all, Jinger’s siblings all earn the majority of their income in the entertainment field.

They might consider it an asset to finally have boots on the ground in Hollywood.

Cardi B Stuns With Makeup-Free Selfie and Natural Hair

Cardi B is talented and beautiful. So beautiful, in fact, that fans don’t mind learning the position in which she got knocked up.

But though she’s known for her carefully manicured looks, she’s showing fans another side of her that few have seen.

Take at look below at her make-up free, natural haired selfie. She’s gorgeous.

Though she had appeared in the past on Love & Hip-Hop: New York, Cardi B was catapulted to becoming a household name with her hit single, “Bodak Yellow.”

After being entranced by her music — the lyrics, the hook, everything — a lot of people were drawn in by her looks.

Cardi B is hot. She just is. You can tell from the photos.

When someone’s looks are tied to their brand, as is so often the case, they seldom let people see them with their guard down.

Like a growing number of celebrities, Cardi B plays by a different set of rules.

Take a look at her makeup-free look and her big, natural hair.

She looks great!

She looks different, but certainly not unrecognizable, which means that she’s doing right by herself when she does her makeup.

Cardi B captioned this photo:

“Knock me down 9 times but i get up 10 bitch!”

From the flow, that actually sounds like it would be a perfect lyric for “Bodak Yellow.”

But the line is actually from another song of hers, “Get Up 10.”

(Logistically, one assumes that Cardi B got up once before any of the nine knockdowns occurred, which would explain in the discrepency between how many times she is knocked down and how many times she arises)

Showing herself with her natural hair — well, straightened to some degree, but mostly natural — is actually a big deal, in a way that sharing a makeup-free snap is not.

Because women of color living in the Western world have had their appearances critiqued and controlled for centuries, forced by white supremacy to conform to European beauty standards.

Cardi B may play that game with her public appearance, but this photo is a powerful and important reminder that she has a lot of hair, and that she has to put in a great deal of work to make it appear as it does in public.

(When she isn’t wearing a wig, that is)

Recently, Cardi B announced her pregnancy.

She is pregnant by her fiance, Offset.

Initially, many of her fans grew concerned when she became engaged so quickly after skyrocketing to fame.

They wondered if Offset was hitching himself to her before it really hit home for her what an incredible future her career has in store.

(Doubts were magnified when a woman came forward claiming to be Offset’s baby mama … and Offset’s refusal to take a paternity test)

Many of those concerns have vanished as fans are enthusiastic for Cardi B to become a mom.

Cardi B’s selfie is inspirational and we’re so glad that she elected to share it.

That does not mean that we don’t like any of her other looks.

Like all women, and also all other folks, she is entitled to be the author of her own appearance. That means that she can wear as much or as little makeup as she likes.

So long as she keeps churning out excellent music, we’ll keep listening.

Speaking of which, if you’ll excuse us, we need to listen to “Bodak Yellow” one or ten times.
