Amber Rose Talks Kim Kardashian Sex Tape: You"re No Better Than Me!

The feud between Amber Rose and Kim Kardashian is a strange one, as Amber seems to have nothing but genuine respect and admiration for Kim.

Their pasts have intersected and their relationships have intertwined in ways that’ll make it difficult for them to ever be friends, but they have a tremendous amount in common – and we’re not just talking about the fact that they both banged Kanye West.

Sadly, as a result of Amber’s comments about Kylie Jenner and a bizarre interview in which Kanye slut-shamed Amber, there wil probably always be tension between these two.

Even so, when Amber talked about the famed Kim Kardashian sex tape in a recent interview, she did so the utmost reverence”

“I said [to Khloe Kardashian], ‘Your sister [Kylie Jenner] has a career because your other sister [Kim Kardashian] made a sex tape and put the whole family on,’” Amber said. “I think it’s f–king awesome that she did a sex tape and made millions of dollars for her family.

“But let’s not forget where we came from. Because I didn’t…She probably had a f–ing blast. And guess what? At the time she was in love with that guy. So don’t think you’re better than me, because we’ve all had trials and tribulations.”

Note how Amber gives props to Kim while subtly flipping the bird to Kanye. We’re guessing dude doesn’t love hearing about how his wife “had a blast” getting boned by Ray J on camera.

Chris Rock to Host 2016 Academy Awards

Over a decade later, Chris Rock is ready to run it back.

The comedian and actor has confirmed that he’ll host the 2016 Academy Awards.

“I’m so glad to be hosting the Oscars,” the 50-year-old, who also emceed the 2005 ceremony, said in a simple statement. “It’s great to be back.”

Added David Hill & Reginald Hudlin, who will produce the event:

“Chris Rock is truly the MVP of the entertainment industry. Comedian, actor, writer, producer, director, documentarian – he’s done it all.

“He’s going to be a phenomenal Oscar host!”

The 2016 Academy Awards will air on February 28 from Los Angeles.

Rock also shared the photo above on Twitter, writing as a caption: “Look who’s back. #Oscars.”

Neil Patrick Harris hosted the 2014 Oscars, with Rock now joining a list of other previous hosts that include Billy Crystal, Jon Stewart, David Letterman and Ellen DeGeneres.

Amy Schumer Goes Makeup-Free; Internet Goes Nuts

Any comedian who’s around long enough will eventually perform a joke that’s similar to another comic’s material. As such, joke stealing controversies are common to the world of standup.

Following her recent HBO special, Amy Schumer was accused of stealing a routine from the late comedian Patrice O’Neil. TMZ recently caught up with Amy and asked her about the allegations, but not surprisingly, the Internet has chosen to fixate on the fact that she wasn’t wearing any makeup while she defended herself:

“I would never take anyone’s joke,” Amy assured the cameraman when asked about the O’Neil situation. “Patrice was my really good friends…I never saw him do those jokes.”

She points out that it would be pretty ridiculous for her to close her first HBO special with stolen material (jacked from her dead friend, no less).

Like everything Amy does, the response was grounded, insightful and relatable. And, as is too often the case with Schumer, Internet jackasses chose to focus on her appearance:

“She need to steal herself some make up,” wrote one commenter.

“She may not be a thief but she is definitely looking like a crazy homeless lady in this pic,” wrote another.

We actually think it’s awesome that Amy showed no shyness about talking to TMZ even though she wasn’t all dolled up.

It’s one thing to talk about body positivity on stage, but it’s another to practice what you preach and show your true self to the world without an ounce of shame.

Zendaya Calls Out Magazine for Photoshop, Aims to Keep It Real

Zendaya Coleman is all about keeping it real.

The young actress, who has never been afraid to speak her mind, has taken issue with the latest issue of Modeliste.

The 19-year old jumped on Instagram early Wednesday to call out the publication for running an edited picture of her inside its cover this month.

“Had a new shoot come out today and was shocked when I found my 19 year old hips and torso quite manipulated,” Zendaya wrote, posting side-by-side comparisons of the two images.

The one on the right, above, is the original version; the one on the left has been Photoshopped.

“These are the things that make women self conscious, that create the unrealistic ideals of beauty that we have,” Zendaya added.

“Anyone who knows who I am knows I stand for honest and pure self love.”

The magazine actually replied to Zendaya’s criticism and removed the pictures, prompting Coleman to write in response:

“Thank you @modelistemagazine for pulling down the images and fixing this retouch issue.”

Zendaya, of course, found herself at the center of another fashion-related scandal back when she wore her hair in braids on the Academy Awards red carpet… and Giuliana Rancic took issue with the look.
