Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez: Is The Divorce Off?

After filing for divorce back in October 2015, estranged couple Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez look to be giving their marriage another try.

A courthouse clerk has notified both parties that if they don’t make a move with proceedings, their case will be thrown out, according to TMZ.

Friends of both actors say they’re in “no rush” to divorce, and are “fine with staying married.”

Berry reportedly isn’t convinced that she and Martinez shouldn’t be together, despite the French star’s obvious anger management issues.

Martinez was sued for $ 5 million in 2015 after video footage revealed that he shoved LAX employee Ronaldo Owens to the ground with a car seat.

“At the time of the incident Ronaldo was employed at LAX and was lawfully in the area,” lawsuit documents obtained by People Magazine at the time read.

“Thereafter, and without any provocation or justification Martinez abruptly turned towards Ronaldo, and brutally and intentionally charged at Ronaldo using an empty child’s car seat he held in his hands as a weapon, striking Ronaldo to the ground with the seat, and causing Ronaldo humiliation and injury.”

Berry was accused of doing nothing to stop the attack.

Right now it seems that Berry and Martinez are “getting along great,” and while they are just friends and co-parents at this point to Maceo, 3, and Nahla, 8 (dad is Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry), there is a chance that they’ll get back together.

After filing, a source close to the couple said at the time that they “spent a lot of time working on their marriage,” which has been “a roller coaster from the start.”

Martinez “loved being married,” a source close to him pointed out.  “A divorce was never in the plan.”

Earlier this year, another source told People that things were going well.

“Lately, Halle and Olivier are getting along much better,” the source said in March.

“They both came to their senses and are doing what’s best for the kids. They are enjoying spring break in [Mexico].

The divorce is still being finalized, and there is no change for now.

“But there seems there might be a slim chance that they decide to stay married. There is still a lot of love between them.”

Jill Duggar FINALLY Talks Pregnancy Plans!

Last week, after months of rumors and speculation, Jessa Duggar announced that she’s pregnant with her second child.

Duggar fans were overjoyed by the news (Procreation is what made this family famous, after all.), but some still suspected the family was withholding information.

We can see why they were suspicious, as Jessa and Jill Duggar had talked about getting pregnant at the same time on several occasions.

And with Jill freshly back from Central America (where she wisely refrained from getting knocked up, presumably due to concerns over the Zika virus), the time seemed right for a double Duggar pregnancy.

Fortunately, on last night’s episode of Counting On, Jill finally addressed the rumors that she and Derick are expecting a second child.

Unfortunately, she did so in the most vague way possible.

Check out this clip from Jill and Derick Dillard’s date night, on which they were joined by their toddler son, Israel.

We guess when you don’t drink and you live in a foreign country, it’s easier to just include your child when you’re going out to eat.

Hey, whatever works:

“It’s been a while since I got to get dressed up and go on a dinner date with my hubby,” Jill tells producers.

“Jill looks great,” Derick remarks, still looking very much like an extra from a movie about the grunge era in Seattle.

Cementing their relationship as reality TV’s most boring couple, Jill and Der proceed to fill us in on why they enjoy buffets.

(For one thing, you don’t have to “clean and wash all the vegetables” yourself!)

They then move on to their “goals for the year.”

“Have another baby? Israel definitely needs a sibling – so he doesn’t think the world revolves around him.”

Jill later tells the camera:

“Israel is definitely ready to be a big brother. I think it’ll be good for him, too.”

Finally, a producer asks Jill point-blank if she’s already knocked up, as so many fans suspect.

She evasively answers:

“Lots of people ask. We are looking forward to having another baby soon.”

Back at dinner, Derick speculates that he and Jill will expand their family in the next year.

So is the couple already expecting and simply playing coy?

Is Jill pregnant but she hasn’t told Derick yet?

Hopefully, there will be more talk of salad preferences!

Jules Wainstein: NOT Returning to The Real Housewives of New York

Her divorce has taken its toll, so much that Jules Wainstein is not coming back to The Real Housewives of New York.

After just one season, the willowy brunette has decided to focus on her personal life, which at the moment is in turmoil.

Though neither Jules herself nor Bravo has confirmed the departure, a source told E! News that the Modern Alkeme founder has decided to put her energy towards her children.

“Jules is going good through a divorce and is putting her family first,” her rep told the site, careful to avoid confirming her exit.

Jules, 35, filed for divorce from husband Michael back in June, and since then the cops have been called to the couple’s apartment at least twice.

Last month, Jules was granted a temporary restraining order from Michael, whom she has allegedly said she feels “threatened” by.

“She is a great mom who is just focused on her kids right now,” a source close to Jules told E! News.

“With the ongoing drama starting to take its toll, the source says Jules is “trying take the high road.”

The couple’s eight-year marriage ended because Jules believed Michael was unfaithful several times.  Most recently, Michael has been spotted holding hands with psychologist Elyse Bensusan.

The Daily Mail published photos of the two shopping at Homegoods and heading to an apartment that they are believed to be moving into.

Michael is eight years older than Jules, whom he has known since they were young.  Like a lot of Housewives marriages before them, Jules and Michael’s began to unravel on the show.

Jules was asked by friend and fellow castmate Dorinda Medley, whom she met at a wedding five years ago, to join the franchise.

“She called me up one day, and she was like, ‘Would you be interested in being a Housewife?’ For me, it was kind of perfect timing,” Jules told the New York Post.

“I love attention.  Imagine having your hair and makeup professionally done all the time, and then people, like, staring at you through a lens.

“It’s fun.”

At the time, Jules was ready to become a star, unaware that reality TV was a nasty beast that would chew her up and spit her out.

“I kind of get high off of taking risks. So I couldn’t say no,” Jules continued.

“My whole life, everyone said, ‘You need your own reality show.’ But I never thought it would actually happen,” she said.

“It’s still like a dream.”

Oh, gurl.

Counting On Season 3 Episode 3 Recap: Duggars Gone WILD!

On Counting On Season 3 Episode 3, Jill and Derick addressed some issues in their relationship, and meanwhile, the gang went wild.

As in on an adventure, into the wild. As in the wilderness.

If you watch Counting On online, you know Jinger Duggar didn’t want to be a part of this charade since it meant being apart from Jeremy Vuolo.

Well, that wasn’t the only drawback, it turned out.

“It’s just a personal conviction in our life that we wear skirts because it’s more modest,” Joy explained of the non-traditional hiking attire.

Jana, the eldest Duggar daughter, acknowledged that others might raise their eyebrows at the girls’ apparel choices, but shrugged it off thusly:

“We just do things a little differently.”

Floor-length skirts and flip flops certainly aren’t what you envision when you head off on a wilderness adventure, but hey, it’s the Duggars.

Given the recent engagement of Jeremy Vuolo and Jinger Duggar, the outdoor trek was definitely the hardest on her of all the ladies.

“I don’t know how long Jinger’s going to last without cell service, but it’s good to have her back,” Joy-Ann laughed to the TLC cameras.

Jinger conceded that she might be “driving people nuts with it,” but she added, “It’s just when you’re in love, everybody knows about it.”

In other words, she can’t help it, so deal.

Meanwhile, Jill and Derick attempted to visit a romantic hotel in honor of their second anniversary – with their son Izzy along for the ride.

Quite a way to set the mood.

The El Salvador missionaries got to enjoy air conditioning, hot water, a bathtub and a security guard – not to mention full. Frontal. Hugs.

And kissing. Oh, the kissing.

“We’ve gotten better at it,” he said of that romantic act, which they first experienced on their wedding day, two years ago that morning.

Weeks later, they got pregnant with Israel, so clearly they got better at kissing and then some in a hurry. As for making baby number two?

“Lots of people ask that,” she said, asked point blank by a producer if she’s pregnant. “We are looking forward to having another baby soon.”

As for how many Duggar babies are on the way, it looks like just one right now – Jessa and Ben Seewald are expecting their second.

We didn’t know that at this point in the filming process, but she was already thinking about number two, that much was abundantly clear.

While dropping off some clothes that Spurgeon had already outgrown, she mused that “we should have another baby sometime soon.”

Ben seems game, challenging as it is.

“It would be totally different though,” she said.

“Double the work, double the diapers.”

Still, she said, “we’re looking forward to whatever’s next,” and clearly they got over the reservations pretty quick because, well …

Jessa Duggar is pregnant again.
