We have some very sweet news concerning Kandi Burruss:
The reality star is a mother once again!!!!!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member welcomed her first child with husband Todd Tucker on Wednesday morning, with Tucker sharing a picture taken inside the hospital soon before the blessed event.
“Getting ready for Baby Tucker 1.6.16!” he wrote on Instagram. “I can’t wait to meet my little man!”
The little boy came into the world at 8:42 a.m. and weighed 7 pounds, six ounces at birth.
His name has not yet been released.
“Todd and I have been waiting so long for his delivery and he is so very perfect,” Burruss told People Magazine of her latest child.
This is the couple’s first kid together.
Burruss – who was open about her struggle to get conceive her second child on her popular Bravo reality program – is also mom to 13-year-old daughter Riley, while Tucker is father to a 19-year-old daughter named Kaela.
She started the process of in-vitro in hopes of expanding her family last spring.
“Just pray for us that everything is great and we get a healthy baby!” Kandi told E! News in April.
“My family definitely, they definitely want a baby for me and Todd.”
And now they have one!
