Derick Dillard Trolls Universe with Bizarre Pro-Life Tweets

As Counting On fans know, Jill Duggar’s husband Derick Dillard loves to use social media as a platform to troll pretty much everyone.

His latest missive was certainly no exception.

Yes, the man who calls out transgender teens and regularly comes up with new ways to scam fans for money still doesn’t know when to quit.

Derick, who was fired by TLC in late 2017, isn’t letting that slow him down – if anything, he seems more emboldened than ever.

Never one to back down from his views or defending them, the father of two has become downright antagonistic on Twitter of late.

On Friday, the staunchly pro-life Arkansan shared an article about a pro-life bill in Iowa that would ban abortion very early in pregnancy.

This state law would prohibit the procedure as soon as an embryo has a detectable heartbeat, and Derick couldn’t be happier about it.

Derick wrote in celebration of this news:

“This is great! Laws country-wide are getting closer to making ALL murder illegal. Progress IS being made. Equality for all!”

Now that is some serious trolling.

Twitter users immediately seized on the controversial star’s word choice of “equality,” given his, um, history of intolerance.

Specifically, Derick’s hateful and repeated transphobic comments about Jazz Jennings, which led to his firing from TLC.

“Hypocrisy at its finest,” one fan wrote.

The fan continued with this question:

“I’m wondering … does ‘equality for all!’ include transgender people, Derick? Just curious where your ‘for ALL’ line is drawn.”

Another Twitter responded that abortions should not be illegal because this could claim lives, not save them as Derick posits.

Terminating a pregnancy could save the life of the mother in certain situations, and banning the practice could be fatal to the mother.

His confusing response to that?

“What about all the people in this world who rely on somebody else to live??” Derick shot back. “Should we just kill all those people??!”

Other irate fans noted that Derick is a man, and thus is in no position to talk about abortions and female reproductive rights.

Not only that, but someone told him:

“You were literally a virgin up until about [two years] ago. Pretty sure your opinion about my uterus and my body is a moot point!!!!!”

Derick, of course, subscribes the well-documented Duggar family doctrine of chaperoned dates and side-hugging before marriage.

Der Tweet

Dillard married Jill in June 2014, so he’s been boning for almost four years if you want to get technical, but the fan’s point was made.

In response, Derick … tried to invoke religion to try to establish some correlation between one’s virginity and ability to form an opinion.

Yeah, we’re as confused as you are. He wrote:

“Pretty sure Jesus Christ was a virgin his whole life, and the western world bases its calendar system on the man’s life.”

“And while we’re talking about moot points.”

Derick’s endgame is a mystery. It’s hard to understand what he’s going for with his scorched earth social media campaign.

If Dillard’s goal is to make headlines and remain relevant by burning every remaining bridge he can find, then well done sir.

Well done.

Lara Trump Loved Joy Villa"s "Pro-Life" Dress at the Grammys

Donald Trump took a beating at the 2018 Grammy Awards — but his family did find one silver lining on the show … singer Joy Villa’s pro-life dress! Joy — who turned heads Sunday in her red carpet attire — tells TMZ she spoke with Eric Trump’s…

Joy Villa Dons Fetus Dress, Makes Pro-Life Statement at the Grammys

Joy Villa did not win any Grammy Awards on Sunday night.

But the little-known artist did win many headlines following the event, considering the very unusual dress she chose to wear on the red carpet.

That’s what happens when your attire features a fetus.

Yes, a fetus.

One year after surprising attendees by strolling around the Grammys in a Make America Great Again outfit, Villa once again turned head via her strong fashion statement.

In Sunday night’s case, it featured a hand-pained “Choose Life” purse, along with a white gown on which a rainbow was drawn in the shape of a womb.

On Villa’s head was a crown and inside the womb was an unborn child.

She told Fox News that she painted the designs herself and then explained her motivation for this ensemble on Instagram.

“I believe in loving the child and the mother, and I am proudly #ProLife,” Villa said, adding:

“There is so much pain out there, but I choose to spread love and hope.

“I hand painted my @pronovias gown with a hand painted (by me) recreation of my daughter portrait I painted in 2007 at 20 years old 8 months pregnant with my beautiful daughter, whom I adopted out to a wonderful family.”

Yes, Villa says she got pregnant and then gave the baby up for adoption.

“I’m incredibly blessed to have given life, and I hope to encourage anyone in a similar situation to choose adoption,” she continued.

Since posing on the Grammys red carpet a year ago in her pro-Donald Trump outfit, Villa has visited the White House and appeared as a Fox News contributor.

She has used her platform to espouse her conservative values and plans on doing so as long as she can.

(The artist also sued ex-Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski in December, alleging that he smacked her twice on the butt at a Washington, D.C, event in November.)

Speaking to the aforementioned cable news network about the event and about her stance in general, Villas said yesterday:

“I’m a pro-life woman. This year I chose to make a statement on the red carpet like I always do. I’m all about life.”

Regarding Trump and his first year in office?

“I love what he is doing; unemployment is down. I am totally for President Trump, and it’s only been one year. I can’t wait for the next seven years!”

What do you think of this outfit?

What do you think of Villa’s decision to use red carpets in this manner?

Wrong time and wrong place?

Or this is the epitome of America, one having the freedom to express one’s views at any time and place without legal repercussions?

Derick Dillard: Jill Duggar Has the Same Feet as Her Stillborn Sister! #ProLife!

Jill Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard, is under scrutiny for the bizarre way he reacted to Jill’s recent photo of her stillborn sister Jubilee.

Derick compared the tiny corpse’s feet to those of his wife … then explicitly stated that the deeply religious family will always be pro-life.

On Friday, Derick linked to article about Jubilee Shalom Duggar, the baby Michelle Duggar lost in 2011, that included a picture of her body.

The Duggars rarely mentions the baby, but earlier this week, Jill Duggar posted a tribute to Jubilee that included controversial photos.

Jill’s Instagram post included a touching message and was accompanied by images of the stillborn fetus’ tiny feet and hands (below).

Not surprisingly, seeing the images, which were first published in 2011, provoked a dramatic range of reactions, both good and bad.

The 25-year-old Jill wrote:

“5 years ago today my mom gave birth to my youngest little sister, Jubilee Shalom Duggar and Jesus welcomed her home to Heaven!”

“She is a testimony to every life being beautiful; at 18 weeks gestation, she was a beautiful baby with little blue eyes, 10 fingers & 10 toes!”

“She weighed 4 oz. and was 6 inches long. We miss you Jubilee and look forward to meeting you one day in Heaven!”

Long before the Duggars were as famous as they are now, Jim Bob and Michelle were accused of using Jubilee’s death for publicity.

They were also criticized for trying to have a 20th child in the first place; Michelle, now 50, was already 45 with 19 biological children.

That controversy eventually passed, however, and Jill’s post was flooded with positive responses from other mothers who have miscarried.

While the images were provocative and some people weren’t hugely supportive, by and large her fans found it inspiring and uplifting.

Derick’s more recent tweet, on the other hand?

“I never got to meet my youngest sister-in-law, but I know she has my wife’s foot. The Dillards will always be #prolife… from womb to tomb,” he wrote.

Really? Jill has the same feet as Jubilee?

Derick’s Twitter followers wondered why he was using a miscarriage his future mother-in-law suffered five years ago to promote his views.

Others called for him to focus on raising his son Israel instead of spending time on Twitter telling women what to do with their bodies.

“What does pro life have to do with miscarriage? Why use [this] to push your agenda? #lifeisnotanagenda #staahpalready,” one fan wrote.

The fan was far from alone in that viewpoint.

“Why not let her rest in peace instead of using her for cheap political propaganda? You have a beautiful child … celebrate him,” another tweeted.

Derick’s wife responded by … posting a declaration of admiration for her husband on Instagram and not mentioning any of the controversy.

Sounds about right for Jill, doesn’t it?

She called Derick “the most encouraging, sweet, Godly guy in the whole world,” and “#besthubbyever” alongside a photo of them kissing (above, top).

It’s been a controversial couple of weeks for the Dillards, who are also accused of lying to fans about a possible return to Central America.

Jill and Derick originally said that they would go back there in the fall, but now they’ve decided to stay home, at least through Christmas.

Fans are wondering if what they’re doing can truly me considered missionary work if they spend more time at the Duggar family compound.

Obviously, that’s their business, but when coupled with the fact that they routinely ask fans to help fund their efforts, it’s a little suspicious.

As for the reports that Jill is pregnant with her second child, the couple has yet to confirm or deny those exciting rumors … this week.

Give it time.
