Jenelle Evans Posts Drone Pic of Fence 100 Feet From Pool, Threatens to Sue Radar Online
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans hit back at reports that she’s a bad parent and possibly breaking the law for not installing a pool fence.
Tweeting a photo that allegedly proves her argument, the Carolina Hurricane threatened legal action against one celebrity gossip site.
If you watch Teen Mom 2 or read any celebrity gossip at all, you know Evans failing at parenting is a commonplace occurrance.
In this case, though, it is much, much worse.
It’s potentially illegal and life-threatening.
Last year, after building a house on The Land atop of a sinkhole, Jenelle decided to get a pool for her rapidly-expanding brood.
She’s shared a lot of pictures of it on social media, because that’s what she does, but those photos revealed a glaring omission:
A fence around the in-ground swim hole.
Her legion of obsessive, vocal social media followers have been all over this alleged oversight, dating back to last fall in fact.
All the way back in September, she tweeted that “of course” she put a fence around it, with “a pull lock like at public pools.”
This is obvious, dude. “To get your permit approved,” the MTV star insisted, you have to get a fence, also to protect wildlife.”
Good answer, except it’s summer now, and as she posts more photos and videos than ever … there’s still a lack of fence.
Right? WRONG, says Jenelle, who took to Twitter to post this EXCLUSIVE evidence and threaten to sue Radar Online:
According to Jenelle, this drone pic absolves her of any wrongdoing, because open your eyes. There’s a fence, haters. See?!
Yes, laugh-cry emoji and all.
We’re laugh-crying alright, but not for the reason she thinks. The fence, while existing, covers pretty much the entire backyard.
By little kid standards, this is around 3.5 miles from the pool, with ample room to romp directly in and around it as they see fit.
(Also, the David Eason shirtless cameo represents a proud moment for redneck husbands normally confined to above-ground pools.)
But back to the lecture at hand: North Carolina building codes state that pools must have barriers that meet certain standards.
There are specific measurements that barriers must have, but it’s all academic, as there’s clearly nothing constituting a “barrier” here.
Will anything come from this scandal? Probably not. Does Evans’ fence, as it stands now, in the next town over, pose any real threat?
Probably not.
But the idea that she’s sticking it to a celebrity news outlet and proving the haters wrong with this tweet is nothing if not hilarious.
Are sites like Radar and THG making a bigger deal out of something than necessary? There’s an argument to be made there.
Are we wrong, though? And are we doing anything beyond analyzing her own photos and her own fans’ remarks online? Hardly.
It pales in comparison to many previous Jenelle scandals, to be fair. But not because the lack of a fence isn’t worth mentioning.
We’re just talking about a girl who’s done heroin, abused animals, stolen her mother’s credit cards and had DCS show up 20 times.
It’s all relative.

Joy-Anna Duggar Admits to Pre-Wedding Cold Feet!
Last week, Joy-Anna Duggar married Austin Forsyth in one of the massively-attended gala ceremonies that we’ve come to expect from the usually modest Duggars.
Friends since childhood, Joy-Anna and Austin breezed through their courtship, reportedly violating the family’s strict ban on pre-marital physical contact many times along the way.
So it was widely assumed that the young couple had no reservations about their decision to tie the knot.
But now it seems that even a bride as enthusiastic as Joy-Anna isn’t immune to a mild case of the pre-wedding jitters.
Though they were tight-lipped before the ceremony (The Duggars even posted a fake wedding registry for Joy-Anna in order to keep the real date a secret.), Joy-Anna and Austin are now opening up about their final hours as an engaged couple,
In a video shot the night before the wedding and uploaded to the Duggars’ official website today, the Fortsyths are remarkably candid in their comments in expressing their mixed emotions about saying “I do” in the morning.
“I’m sure I’m gonna start getting nervous,” Joy-Anna told fans.
“I think he’s more nervous than I am at this point,” she added, gesturing to Austin.
She added:
“I think I’m gonna be pretty emotional on our wedding day. It’s a lot to commit to someone for the rest of your life.’
Ultimately, however, Joy-Anna and Austin both seemed more eager than anything.
“I think I’m just excited to marry my best friend,” an elated Joy-Anna told the camera.
Joy-Anna being a Duggar, she concluded by promoting the Forsyth’s “wedding special,” which will apparently debut on TLC on June 12.
Nutpial-based narratives are obviously a huge part of the Counting On appeal, but hopefully we’ll just get one episode devoted to Joy-Anna and Austin’s nuptials, instead of an entire season, like we did with Jinger.
As for how the couple is faring in their early days as a married couple, Jim Bob and Michelle say it’s all good in the Forsyth hood:
“Austin and Joy are loving married life!” the family reported on Facebook.

Meghan Markle: Getting Cold Feet About Marrying Prince Harry?!
To hear the British tabloids tell it, you’d think the whole thing is a foregone conclusion:
Prince Harry will marry Meghan Markle at some point, they’ve been telling us. It’s just a matter of when.
The press has cast the Suits actress in the role of Waity Kate 2.0, a princess-in-the-making who’s only missing that all-important ring.
But what if Meghan isn’t so sure about giving up her life in the States and the career she worked so hard for, just to spend the rest of her days as a figurehead’s bride?
Yes, we know it’s tough to imagine anyone passing up a shot at becoming royalty, especially someone who’s most famous for a part on a long-running series that receives most of its ratings from being left on in hospital waiting rooms.
But there are reports that Meghan is in the midst of a career renaissance as a result of her relationship with Harry
According to Radar Online, Markle is being offered the sort of scripts that she spent most of her career dreaming about.
Specifically, the site claims that filmmakers Tyler Perry and Lee Daniels have planned a series of “leading lady” roles that they feel would take her career to the next level.
Apparently, this isn’t Madea Learns About Flag Day stuff, but meaty, dramatic roles that could finally give the Meghan the opportunity to show off her chops.
“Meghan knows there’s no going back once the engagement’s announced so to have these incredible scripts land on her plate has really upset the apple cart,” a source tells Radar.
“She’s worked for all her life trying to succeed as an actress and getting these plum roles offered to her has unsettled things.”
Apple carts! Plum roles! The whole situation is both difficult and deliciously fruit-flavored.
The news comes just as several British tabloids announced that a Harry-Meghan engagement announcement should be coming any day now.
Is it possible that Meghan would turn down an actual prince in order to maintain her independence?
If so, forget about the rinky-dink Tyler Perry stuff.
Meghan needs to sell her life story to an especially woke bunch Disney animators ASAP.

Derick Dillard: Jill Duggar Has the Same Feet as Her Stillborn Sister! #ProLife!
Jill Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard, is under scrutiny for the bizarre way he reacted to Jill’s recent photo of her stillborn sister Jubilee.
Derick compared the tiny corpse’s feet to those of his wife … then explicitly stated that the deeply religious family will always be pro-life.
On Friday, Derick linked to article about Jubilee Shalom Duggar, the baby Michelle Duggar lost in 2011, that included a picture of her body.
The Duggars rarely mentions the baby, but earlier this week, Jill Duggar posted a tribute to Jubilee that included controversial photos.
Jill’s Instagram post included a touching message and was accompanied by images of the stillborn fetus’ tiny feet and hands (below).
Not surprisingly, seeing the images, which were first published in 2011, provoked a dramatic range of reactions, both good and bad.
The 25-year-old Jill wrote:
“5 years ago today my mom gave birth to my youngest little sister, Jubilee Shalom Duggar and Jesus welcomed her home to Heaven!”
“She is a testimony to every life being beautiful; at 18 weeks gestation, she was a beautiful baby with little blue eyes, 10 fingers & 10 toes!”
“She weighed 4 oz. and was 6 inches long. We miss you Jubilee and look forward to meeting you one day in Heaven!”
Long before the Duggars were as famous as they are now, Jim Bob and Michelle were accused of using Jubilee’s death for publicity.
They were also criticized for trying to have a 20th child in the first place; Michelle, now 50, was already 45 with 19 biological children.
That controversy eventually passed, however, and Jill’s post was flooded with positive responses from other mothers who have miscarried.
While the images were provocative and some people weren’t hugely supportive, by and large her fans found it inspiring and uplifting.
Derick’s more recent tweet, on the other hand?
“I never got to meet my youngest sister-in-law, but I know she has my wife’s foot. The Dillards will always be #prolife… from womb to tomb,” he wrote.
Really? Jill has the same feet as Jubilee?
Derick’s Twitter followers wondered why he was using a miscarriage his future mother-in-law suffered five years ago to promote his views.
Others called for him to focus on raising his son Israel instead of spending time on Twitter telling women what to do with their bodies.
“What does pro life have to do with miscarriage? Why use [this] to push your agenda? #lifeisnotanagenda #staahpalready,” one fan wrote.
The fan was far from alone in that viewpoint.
“Why not let her rest in peace instead of using her for cheap political propaganda? You have a beautiful child … celebrate him,” another tweeted.
Derick’s wife responded by … posting a declaration of admiration for her husband on Instagram and not mentioning any of the controversy.
Sounds about right for Jill, doesn’t it?
She called Derick “the most encouraging, sweet, Godly guy in the whole world,” and “#besthubbyever” alongside a photo of them kissing (above, top).
It’s been a controversial couple of weeks for the Dillards, who are also accused of lying to fans about a possible return to Central America.
Jill and Derick originally said that they would go back there in the fall, but now they’ve decided to stay home, at least through Christmas.
Fans are wondering if what they’re doing can truly me considered missionary work if they spend more time at the Duggar family compound.
Obviously, that’s their business, but when coupled with the fact that they routinely ask fans to help fund their efforts, it’s a little suspicious.
As for the reports that Jill is pregnant with her second child, the couple has yet to confirm or deny those exciting rumors … this week.

Vanderpump Rules Recap: Who Has Cold Feet? Who Gives Good Dome?
With the recent, saddening news of a Scheana and Mike Shay divorce, those who watch Vanderpump Rules online have to be wondering:
Will Tom and Katie suffer a similar fate?
On Vanderpump Rules Season 5 Episode 5, Schwartz and Maloney decided that, issues aside, they wanted to go on and get hitched ASAP.
Should their fans be concerned?
Lisa Vanderpump, for one, was. The SUR boss took issue with the nuptials and told them to sort out their problems before it’s too late.
And they have problems, boy.
Tom became visibly stressed when the wedding budget started creeping upward, but one wonders if that’s all he’s really worried about.
When car shopping for Lisa (which was obviously a thing that happened), he joked that instead of a wedding, they should buy a Porsche.
Katie then flipped the f–k out on him.
“You don’t even joke about not having a wedding to a girl three months away from her own wedding,” she said, clearly not taking the joke.
She stormed off, making a comment about Schwartz’s “d–k that doesn’t work,” which might be a bigger issue than their wedding budget.
“I’m not getting cold feet,” Tom insisted later.
“They’re a little chilly, but they’re not cold.”
Sure thing. Anyone who knows Tom Schwartz knows that he is the human embodiment of cold feet … in general. Not just about weddings.
Saying that he’s afraid of commitment is like saying James Kennedy is a douche. Do you even need to make such an obvious statement?
Speaking of James, he received this helpful advice from Tom Sandoval: “Sometimes a good j–k-off in the mirror is good after you get fired.”
No word if he took that message to heart.
James said that his girlfriend, Raquel Leviss, knew all about the sex rumors that led to his firing, but insisted that he is in fact innocent.
Another SURver revealed to Lala Kent that she had also slept with James, however, and she had the pictures to prove her side of the story.
Naturally, Scheana Shay invited James’ rumored lover, Ellie, to dinner to dish on the alleged cheating and show off the risque evidence.
Ellie told Scheana she took and time stamped the pics of the hookup because she knew James would try to deny it and call her “crazy.”
It’s like she’s inside the guy’s head!
“Yeah, it is a little weird that Ellie took a selfie in bed with James, but I kind of see where she’s coming from,” Scheana told the cameras.
Meanwhile, the blame game for James’ firing continued as Kristen Doute confronted Ariana Madix about her friendship with the DJ.
The gulf between Ariana and her former friends continued to widen, while Lala found herself the subject of some scandalous gossip too.
Given her displays of wealth on her modest salary, staff members assumed that she must be dating a rich guy … who is also married.
Confronted by her boss, Kent denied it, but Lisa noted.
“You look like you’re going a little shade of pink.”
Lala Kent: Fantastic body. Terrible poker face.
Lala said she only blushed because Lisa, a “mother figure” to her, was asking about a touchy subject, but again denied banging a married man.
“I have a guy who definitely spoils me rotten, but he’s not the married guy they’re talking about,” she claimed before telling the cameras:
“He likes to reward me because I give good dome.”
If you’re not clear on what that means, based on the context and the fact that it’s Ms. Kent boasting about it, look it up on Urban Dictionary.
We have zero doubt that this is a true statement Lala is making, but other co-stars remained unconvinced that she has nothing to hide.
Stassi Schroeder told Kristen and Scheana that she knew exactly who Lala’s boyfriend is, and that his marital status is not a secret.
Schroeder revealed this to her co-workers:
“I found out yesterday that the way the wife found out [about Lala] is she went through his phone and found sex tape videos of them.”
“Every time I think shadier s–t can’t get more shady, it gets worse,” she said of the fact that a Lala Kent sex tape may be in existence.
To which, all we can say is … *gulp*
Stassi’s clearly right about one thing:
Just when you think this Bravo show can’t get any more ridiculous, something or someone manages to take it to another level entirely.
