Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez: Engaged?!
For ages, fans have longed to know if a Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez wedding is on the way.
They’ve been official for more than a year and a half.
Now, fans believe that they’ve spotted J Lo sporting a massive diamind ring. Take a look, below:
The ring made its debut on Alex Rodriguez’s Instagram in a video set in the stands of a baseball stadium.
“Alright, here we are at Fenway,” Alex says.
“After four and a half… two to one, Dodgers!” he says.
Then he asks: “Jennifer, what’s the sign?”
She gestures, as you’re about to see, as if making a ruling on the game.
“Alright, there you have it,” he says. “Looks like a hit and run, back to you, Joe!”
Fans and followers were less interested in his pretend sports commentary than they were in that whopper of a diamond ring.
“Yoooooo did somebody get their ring?!” asked a fan.
That fan continued: “Forget the finals, tell me this is real!”
“That’s a big rock for Jenny from the block!” quipped another commenter.
“What is that bling @jlo,” another asked. “Are you love birds engaged?”
After more than a year and a half of officially dating, it would not be a surprise.
Now, some folks very wisely pointed out that this may have been bait or that these hopeful fans may have been jumping the gun.
After all, the ring appears to be on J Lo’s right hand — not, traditionally speaking, where one wears a ring.
But some very observant followers noticed that, in comparison to other phtoos, she and Alex’s positions seemed to be reversed.
In other words, that the video was mirrored.
“She’s actually on opposite side,” a commenter writes. “Watch her video, it’s on her left and she’s sitting to the right of him.”
If that comment is correct, she’s wearing a huge diamond ring on her left ring finger.
A pal of Alex made a very blunt comment.
The comment reads: “The sign I see is engagement!”
Those words were followed by three diamond emojis.
Curiously, Alex chose to respond.
“Hi Kimberly!” he wrote back. “Miss you guys!”
He followed his words with a thumbs up emoji.
Out of everything, Alex’s comment-without-commenting seems like the strongest indicator.
Sometimes, celebrities leak their own news in a way that gives them plausible deniability about it.
They drop hints and build up hype before they’re ready to make things official.
In the mean time, sometimes celebrities play pranks on their fans when those fans are hoping for something.
It’s weird, we know.
Finally, sometimes people don’t even think about their jewelry or what it might signify. Yes, even public figures.
These two didn’t go public until March of 2017, but were believed to be dating before that.
It may be that they have now taken the next step and are simply engaged in plain sight.
No matter what fans may hope to hear, it is perfectly alright for them to simply enjoy their time as a couple.
Sometimes, you want to try things out before you make a big announcement. Just to be sure.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians Recap: Welcome... Alex Rodriguez?!?
As evidenced by the Kim Kardashian sex tape, at least one cast member on Keeping Up with the Kardashians knows a thing or two about how to handle a rod.
This was relevant on Sunday night because former Major League Baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez, often referred to by the nickname “A. Rod,” made an unexpected cameo on the popular reality series.
Can’t say we saw that coming.
Also the boyfriend of Jennifer Lopez, Rodriguez was on hand to help the ladies with their baseball skills in anticipation of a charity game that was held to raise money for the Watts Community Center.
This is an interest in which Kris Jenner has often decided to devote her time and interest.
The big and very poorly-played game pitted the Kardashian family — including Kim, Kourtney, a then-pregnant Khloe, Kris and Kendall — against family pal Tito Jackson and his loved ones.
The Kardashians called themselves the Calabasas Peaches due to the movie A League of Their Own… and they were very much in a league of their own terriblenesss.
“The Jacksons have to go down,” Rodriguez said in an attempt to coach the women up, adding:
“Dear God, let us all play like New York Yankees.”
(Editor’s Note: The Yankees just lost a playoff game by a score of 16-1 and a series to their hated rival, the Boston Red Sox, so perhaps playing like the most recent version of the Bronx Bombers was not a great idea.)

In the end, the Jacksons thrashed the Kardashians, with Kim going down on strikes faster than she went down on Ray J in the aforementioned sex tape.
“We should just hand over the check now because we suck,” she later said.
Still, the game raised $ 15,000 for a charity that helps underprivileged kids.’
“I can’t wait to celebrate all the hard work that was put into the community center,’ said Kris as the family toured the kitchen, sports facilities and computer center at the facility.
Elsewhere, Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian played a pretty dumb prank on Kris by pretending that a talented artist named Art Vandelay had made some paintings.
They then dropped these paintings off at Jenner’s house and watched as she wandered around her house, wondering where to hang them.
So much for her so-called expertise in the world of expensive art, right?!?
Disick and Kardashian were intent on embarrassing their snobby loved one, but soon realized they had maybe gone too far.
“We have to break it to her that we’re completely lying…and basically giving her fraudulent paintings,” Disick noted in a confessional.
Over dinner at Nobu that evening, they allowed Kris to schmooze with the fake artist before they dropped the bombshell that she had been had.
“What? No!” Kris yelled upon learning that the paintings had been created by Khloe in her garage.
“You are pieces of sh-t…you had me this time!” Jenner boomed.
Finally, because the writers are truly out of storyline material, Kourtney ordered a DNA test.
“Oh my God I’m Middle Eastern and North African!’ said Kourtney, who was also “4.5 percent French.”
“I’m so white,” complained Kendall, while Khloe added:
“I’m 41.5 percent Middle Eastern.”
Fascinating, right?

Alex Rodriguez vs. Michael Strahan: Unexpected Feud Alert!
What does the most-hated man in the New York sports world have in common with one of its most-beloved figures?
Well, as it turns out, they’re both on TV, and they both can’t stand each other!
Yes, according to Radar Online, Michael Strahan and Alex Rodriguez are locked in a heated competition for airtime.
“Alex Rodriguez is everywhere!” an insider tells the site.
“Michael is feeling overshadowed — even though he’s six-foot-five!”
Yes, it seems Strahan is concerned about the possibility of Rodriguez edging him out as the TV world’s most in-demand former athlete.
Apparently, Michael was okay with Alex calling baseball games but now feels the disgraced ex-Yankee is trampling on his turf.
Sources claim Strahan was not happy when Rodriguez landed a spot on ABC’s Shark Tank and was seriously pissed off when the boyfriend of Jennifer Lopez was hired by Good Morning America.
Strahan, of course, has been a regular on GMA since 2016, and it seems he feels the show simply isn’t big enough for two retired jocks.
“Michael was irate,” a source spilled.
“He immediately felt threatened that Alex is being groomed to replace him.”
Part of the problem, it seems, is that Strahan and Rodriguez have remarkably similar personalities:
“They both have massive egos,” the insider says.
“Michael is seething that all anybody talks about is A-Rod.”
In addition, Strahan reportedly doesn’t believe the scandal-plagued Rodriguez deserves a second shot at stardom.
“Michael can’t believe the image renovation Alex has gotten on TV,” the source claims.
“He used to be hated. Now Michael is telling pals Alex is set to replace him!”
Frankly, we have a hard time believing this story.
Not because of how chill Strahan seems on TV.
Any seasoned media vet can fake a persona, and the man obviously has a competitive streak inside him, so it’s not hard to imagine him clashing with a younger up-and-comer.
No, the reason we’re not buying that Strahan feels threatened is that dude is on TV more than Big Bang Theory reruns.
We literally have no idea how the hell he sleeps.
The man is up at 5 am for Good Morning America; he films random crap like $ 100,000 Pyramid in the afternoons, and all football season he has to pretend to laugh at Terry Bradshaw’s jokes while doing Fox’s NFL pre-game show.
Besides, even if Strahan and A-Rod are really in direct competition with one another, at least they can both take comfort in the fact that they’re not Joe Buck.
Truly, there’s no worse fate than that.
