Jill Duggar and Lauren Swanson: Unexpected Feud Alert!
It’s only been a few weeks since Lauren Swanson married Josiah Duggar, but it seems the newest member of reality TV’s favorite fundamentalist family is already clashing with her in-laws.
Yes, it seems the latest Duggar wedding didn’t quite go according to plan — and Lauren may feel that one of Josiah’s many siblings is partially to blame.
The speculation that Jill Duggar and Lauren Swanson are not exactly getting along began when Jill posted a link on her Instagram page promising “New pics and videos up! link in bio!!”
Jill promptly deleted the link without explanation, leading fans to theorize that she was instructed to do so by Lauren.
Of course, pics and videos from the wedding are everywhere on the internet.
So why would Lauren lay the smackdown on Jill in such public fashion?
Well, that’s where this story gets interesting.
As we said earlier, Josiah and Lauren were not able to get hitched without a hitch.
In fact, it sounds like the wedding was more or less a disaster.
Guests described the event as a “chaotic,” disorderly affair that seemed to have been thrown together at the last minute.
Now given how many times Josiah and Lauren’s wedding date changed, it’s possible that it was thrown together at the last minute, but that’s a conversation for another time.
At this point, you might be thinking:
So the wedding was a mess. What does that have to do with Jill?
Well, possibly nothing. But possibly everything.
Jill is the oldest married Duggar woman of her generation.
As such, she assumes certain responsibilities, among them — you guessed it — assisting with wedding planning.
In the past, Jill has proven up to the task, but this time it seems she may have dropped the ball.
Another theory holds that Jill rushed to post the pics so that she could cash in on the ensuing traffic.
You see, Jill quit Counting On after her husband, Derick Dillard, was fired from the show last year.
Since then, money has been tight around the Dillard household (as will happen when you have two kids and no income) , and some fans think Jill tried to score a little extra cash by being the first to link to her brother’s wedding pics.
It’s also possible that TLC put the kibosh on Jill’s efforts, as they no longer have a working relationship with Jill.
Whatever the case, it’s an interesting situation.
Duggar feuds are nothing new, but a newcomer like Lauren coming after an OG like Jill?
Now, that could make for some entertaining television.

Alex Rodriguez vs. Michael Strahan: Unexpected Feud Alert!
What does the most-hated man in the New York sports world have in common with one of its most-beloved figures?
Well, as it turns out, they’re both on TV, and they both can’t stand each other!
Yes, according to Radar Online, Michael Strahan and Alex Rodriguez are locked in a heated competition for airtime.
“Alex Rodriguez is everywhere!” an insider tells the site.
“Michael is feeling overshadowed — even though he’s six-foot-five!”
Yes, it seems Strahan is concerned about the possibility of Rodriguez edging him out as the TV world’s most in-demand former athlete.
Apparently, Michael was okay with Alex calling baseball games but now feels the disgraced ex-Yankee is trampling on his turf.
Sources claim Strahan was not happy when Rodriguez landed a spot on ABC’s Shark Tank and was seriously pissed off when the boyfriend of Jennifer Lopez was hired by Good Morning America.
Strahan, of course, has been a regular on GMA since 2016, and it seems he feels the show simply isn’t big enough for two retired jocks.
“Michael was irate,” a source spilled.
“He immediately felt threatened that Alex is being groomed to replace him.”
Part of the problem, it seems, is that Strahan and Rodriguez have remarkably similar personalities:
“They both have massive egos,” the insider says.
“Michael is seething that all anybody talks about is A-Rod.”
In addition, Strahan reportedly doesn’t believe the scandal-plagued Rodriguez deserves a second shot at stardom.
“Michael can’t believe the image renovation Alex has gotten on TV,” the source claims.
“He used to be hated. Now Michael is telling pals Alex is set to replace him!”
Frankly, we have a hard time believing this story.
Not because of how chill Strahan seems on TV.
Any seasoned media vet can fake a persona, and the man obviously has a competitive streak inside him, so it’s not hard to imagine him clashing with a younger up-and-comer.
No, the reason we’re not buying that Strahan feels threatened is that dude is on TV more than Big Bang Theory reruns.
We literally have no idea how the hell he sleeps.
The man is up at 5 am for Good Morning America; he films random crap like $ 100,000 Pyramid in the afternoons, and all football season he has to pretend to laugh at Terry Bradshaw’s jokes while doing Fox’s NFL pre-game show.
Besides, even if Strahan and A-Rod are really in direct competition with one another, at least they can both take comfort in the fact that they’re not Joe Buck.
Truly, there’s no worse fate than that.

June Shannon Makes Like Marilyn Monroe: See the Unexpected Photos!

Matt Lauer Receives Unexpected Support From...
Matt Lauer doesn’t have many friends at the moment.
How could he, considering the former Today Show anchor is accused of horribly inappropriate actions against ex-colleagues that might even include rape?
But one unexpected individual has actually come out in Lauer’s defense.
Nancy Alspaugh – who was married to the embattled journalist from 1981 through 1988 – spoke to Entertainment Tonight about her ex-husband’s scandal and actually sounded supportive.
Very supportive, in fact.
“I was shocked because he’s been such a stalwart at that network and in that job,” television producer Alspaugh said of her reaction when she learn Lauer had been fired.
She added:
“He’s been the best person that’s ever held that job and I couldn’t imagine that anything that he would have done – that would have been so out of character for him – that would have caused that reaction.”
Lauer and Alspaugh did not split up on bad terms.
But the latter did tell The National Enquirer at one point that she was NOT surprised when rumors started to circulate that Lauer cheated on his second wife.
As you’ve likely read about by now, it was announced Wednesday that Lauer had been terminated from his position as longtime host of the NBC morning program after NBC received a “detailed complaint from a colleague about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace.”
That is how executives framed the accusation against Lauer, which was made by a former network staffer.
Savannah Guthrie opened the show on Wednesday by reading a statement from NBC News Chairman Andrew Lack, in which he stated the following:
“While it is the first complaint about his behavior in the over twenty years he’s been at NBC News, we were also presented with reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident.”
In the hours since, details came out that painted Lauer as a creep at best… and a sexual predator at worst.
Sources say he gifted co-workers with sex toys and dropped in pants in front of one woman at least, demanding sexual favors.
“I never saw him as a power monger or somebody who would abuse his position in any way,” Alspaugh told ET about Lauer.
She adds that she has reached out to her ex-husband, but is yet to hear anything back.
She does give Lauer her support, “one hundred percent” of it, and says:
“He’s just a very giving person and charming and I think a lot of this stuff is obviously going to come to light, whether it’s true or not, and some of the things that are being stated may not be true.
“We have to find that out, you know?
“As time goes on here, people should be aware there’s a family involved here.
“There are three children and that’s – I think it’s important to be aware that this can destroy a family.
“Reporting on accusations before they know whether they’re real or not.”
On Thursday, Lauer released the following statement in response to the allegations swirling around him:
There are no words to express my sorrow and regret for the pain I have caused others by words and actions.
To the people I have hurt, I am truly sorry. As I am writing this, I realize the depth of the damage and disappointment I have left behind at home and at NBC.
Some of what is being said about me is untrue or mischaracterized, but there is enough truth in these stories to make me feel embarrassed and ashamed.
I regret that my shame is now shared by the people I cherish dearly.
Repairing the damage will take a lot of time and soul searching, and I’m committed to beginning that effort. It is now my full time job.
The last two days have forced me to take a very hard look at my own troubling flaws. It’s been humbling. I am blessed to be surrounded by people I love.

Jill Duggar & Jinger Duggar: Unexpected Feud Alert!
The Duggars generally don’t give much away in terms of their emotions.
But in a family that size, there’s bound to be some discord.
And with how much scrutiny the family is under 24/7, sibling vs. sibling feuds are bound to come to light eventually.
Duggar obsessives don’t just watch the family’s reality show and follow their favorites on social media.
They piece together information they receive from both to try and get a sense of what the J-squad’s lives look like off camera.
Generally, what goes on behind the scenes isn’t all that surprising, but sometimes, putting the family under a microscope reveals that the self-consciously wholesome Duggars are far more flawed than they’d have us believe.
The latest revelation isn’t anywhere near as shocking as the Josh Duggar sex scandals that were unearthed in 2015, but still serves as a reminder that the version of the Duggars we see on our screens is often far from an accurate representation of the family in real life.
Fans are now under the impression that Jill and Jinger Dugagr are locked in some sort of feud after realizing that Jill doesn’t follow Jinger or her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, on Instagram.
That may not sound like such a big deal, but the Duggar women aren’t allowed to have social media accounts until they get engaged, and they’ve stated that as a result, they place tremendous importance on Instagram and other platforms as communication tools.
This is especially true in Jinger’s case, as she moved to Laredo, Texas with Vuolo after she got married, becoming the first in her generation to permanently relocate outside of Arkansas.
Jill Duggar only follows nine other accounts on Instagram, and her sister’s isn’t one of them.
Neither is her sister’s husband.
It’s not hard to see why fans think that’s strange.
What’s more, Jill’s husband, Derick Dillard, appears to share her negative opinion, as he also doesn’t follow either account.
These days, the couple is back in the States, as Jill prepares to welcome her second child.
But Jill and Derick can often be found in Central America, where they perform missionary work for months at a time.
The fact that they’re so often abroad makes the sisters’ neglect of one another on social media that much more curious.
Fans have taken note of the apparent rift and speculated about its causes:
“Perhaps Jill is actually jealous of Jinger and Jeremy, but will never admit it,” wrote one Facebook user on the family’s official page.
Maybe. But we’d wager there something more going on here than mere jealousy.

Harry Styles vs. Liam Payne: Unexpected Feud Alert!
Things are going pretty well for Harry Styles these days.
Harry is about to embark on his first world tour as a solo artist; his debut album is receiving near-universal acclaim from critics; and he recently started dating Tess Ward.
We don’t know much about her, but she’s hot and she’s a professional chef, so we’re gonna say Harry did alright for himself.
But when you’re at the top of your game, haters tend to come out of the woodwork, and the former One Direction heartthrob is currently learning that lesson the hard way.
Harry’s cover of a Kanye West song drew a deafening chorus of boos from the Internet this week.
His reference to a “baby mama” in a song lyric had detractors slamming Harry for everything from shameless attention-seeking to misogyny.
For the most part, the reaction to Harry’s first solo endeavor has been positive, but sometimes one critical voice can seem louder than 1,000 compliments.
Especially when the trash talk is coming from a supposed friend.
Asked for his thoughts on Harry’s new single, Liam Payne didn’t hide his distaste for his former band mates debut.
“Harry’s song I heard, and I’ll be honest with you, it’s not my sort of music,” he admitted.
“It’s not something I’d listen to, but I think he did a great job of doing what he wanted to do. That’s the way I’d put it best, I think.”
Now, Liam defenders will be quick to point out that Payne did say Styles “did a great job.”
But that one compliment was buried under a heap of what can only be described as the shadiest shade.
Liam appears to have realized what his comments sound more than a little harsh, and he attempted to walk back the statement by speculating that Harry wouldn’t like his solo stuff either:
“And I think the funny thing is, [Harry] would say the same thing about me because he doesn’t really listen to hip-hop music, where it’s like my song’s more [like Tyga’s] ‘Rack City,’” Payne said.
“And his song is more of a different era to something I’d listen to, I guess.”
Nice try with the self-deprecation, but comparing yourself to Tyga won’t get you out of this one, Liam.
Also, have some respect for yourself, man. Tyga?!

Donald Trump Tweets Two Letters, Starts Unexpected Movement
The Donald Trump Twitter account is typically filled with vitriol, lies and vitriolic lies.
But something unusual happened on Saturday, May 13.
Something strange, something unexpected, something confusing and exciting and prime fodder for a witty and creative social media universe:
The President simply Tweeted the word "We." That was it.
The unfinished message was then sent to his millions of Twitter followers before being deleted.
But nothing is ever really deleted on the Internet, meaning an endless number of people either saw it originally or saw screen captures of it later on … and then had the chance to put their own spin on whatever Trump was trying to see.
As you"ll see below, they did not disappoint…

Danielle Bregoli vs. David Spade: Unexpected Feud Alert!
You may not recognize the name Danielle Bregoli, but you’re almost certainly familiar with her antics.
Better known as the Cash Me Ousside Girl, Bregoli became an Internet sensation by bullying her mother and calling a group of women “hoes” on The Dr. Phil Show.
Because we live in the darkest timeline, Bregoli will soon star in a reality show, and these days, she seems to spend most of her time hob-nobbing at LA hotspots.
Of course, you can only spend so much time getting your hobnob on in SoCal before you cross paths with former Farley foil and unexpected ladies man David Spade.
Spade and Bregoli crossed paths at Catch in Los Angeles recently, and the comic documented the iconic moment on his Instagram page.
He captioned the above pic:
“How bow dis. (@bhadbhabie is slightly underwhelmed to meet me). Unfortunately she stopped being famous 5 minutes before this was taken.”
Not the most original burn, but a fair acknowledgment of the fact that Bregoli has been in her 16th minute for quite some time now.
Of course, Bregoli didn’t get to where she is by shying away from beef, so she clapped back, as the kids say, with a surprisingly competent return burn:
“No lie, I thought dis guy was the waiter,” Bregoli commented on the pic.
Not exactly Don Rickles (rest in peace, you evil genius), but pretty impressive for a 14-year-old to hold her own with a professional comedian who’s been insulting people for a living since her parents were in high school.
In fact, some are declaring Bregoli the victor in this unexpected and oddly depressing war or words.
We’re not sure if we’d go that far, but Spade had to know he was in for a lose-lose situation from the moment he smack-talked a teenage girl on social media.
He’s suffering the dual embarrassment of having been roasted at the hands of a high school freshman and having helped Bregoli cling to relevancy for another day.
And we thought Joe Dirt 2 was the lowest he could sink.

Farrah Abraham vs. Kendra Wilkinson: Unexpected Feud Alert!
When we first learned that Farrah Abraham would appear on Marriage Boot Camp, our initial reaction could be summed up with the letters “W,” “T,” and “F.”
After all, Farrah’s not married, and she’s currently not even in a relationship (though the fact that she was single didn’t stop her from appearing on VH1’s Couple’s Therapy).
Then we found out that this was the “family edition” of the show, and we went from confused to way too excited.
You see, Farrah’s family is almost as messed up as Farrah herself.
For starters, her parents spend an inordinate amount of time together despite being divorced.
On top of that, Farrah’s mother, Debra Danielsen wants to be a rapper, while her father, Michael Abraham, is basically a human doormat.
Michael and Debra can’t quite rise to Farrah’s level of insanity, but they make a noble effort, and we commend them for it.
Of course, in order to get a feel for just how emotionally unstable a person is, you have to get them out of their comfort zone and put them in the presence of someone who will call them on their bullsh-t.
Enter Kendra Wilkinson.
Kendra has plenty of messed-up marriage experience, but she’s appearing on Marriage Boot Camp in order to sort out her issues with her mother – and to lock horns with Farrah.
In a recent interview, Kendra opened up about her time on set with the Abrahams, and she’s not shy about admitting that she wanted absolutely nothing to do with them.
(Which is, of course, the perfect reaction to being forced to spend time with Farrah and her family.)
“I respect everybody and their situation and their problems. But, I don’t know, I didn’t really – their whole little thing, I wanted to not be in the same room with them,” Kendra told People magazine.
The shade-throwing continued when Kendra basically pulled a Mariah, claiming she didn’t know anything about Farrah before they shot Marriage Boot Camp together:
“I don’t watch her or anything so I wanted to start from scratch when it came to meeting other celebrities from the house,” she explained.
“I don’t like coming from judgment, I like to just know people – starting from scratch, not who they are, what they do on TV.”
Kendra proceeded to drop the mic by basically saying the Abrahams faked their drama for the cameras:
“I didn’t trust it,” Wilkinson said. “I like real and raw. They were cool, I just kind of stayed away.”
That’s some grade-A trash talk.

Nick Viall vs. William Shatner: Unexpected Feud Alert!
As The Bachelor this past season, Nick Viall had to overcome drunk women, surprise announcements and the criticism that came along with having slept with, like, 37 past franchise contestants.
But that was nothing.
Viall handled it well.
He’s now up against a far stronger foe than anything he faced on The Bachelor: William Shatner.
For hilarious reasons that remain unknown, the beloved ex-Star Trek actor has made it his mission to get Viall kicked off Dancing with the Stars.
Prior to the Season 24 premiere airing on Monday night, Shatner Tweeted the following:
“My goal for #DWTS is to knock Bachelor Nick out ASAP. Who is with me?”
He later added: “Whoever your favorite is – just not Nick- make the 10 phone calls for them.”
Was Shatner on Team Rachel Lindsay or Team Raven Gates and is angry that Viall proposed instead to Vanessa Grimaldi on The Bachelor finale?
It’s unclear.
Along with partner Peta Murgatroyd, Viall earned a surprisingly decent a score of 24 out of 40 from the judges on Monday evening.
He then told Us Weekly after the show that Grimaldi has been “very supportive” throughout the journey.
The same can most definitely NOT be said about Shatner, however.
“How do we get #BachelorNation to not vote for Nick?” he Tweeted after the premiere.
When a fan said that Nick actually ought to win so that he doesn’t return on future seasons – a reference to the four Bachelor franchise programs he’s already appeared on – Shatner replied:
“No! He needs to go next week.”
The guy is not messing around.
And he apparently uses the Internet to watch The Bachelor online every week or his television set to watch it during regular hours.
Shatner is clearly well aware of Viall’s history and reputation.
Shatner also referred to Viall as “Vile,” asked for his elimination to be Shatner’s “birthday present” and denied that he was bullying the reality star in any way.
As for Peta?
Shatner has no problem with her.
“Peta, you know I love you. Congratulations on becoming a mommy,” he wrote at one point. “Just can’t cheer you on this season. Love to Maks & Shia.”
What was left for Viall to say about this onslaught? Not much.
So he just went with a sad face emoji in response:

We somehow doubt Viall will win Dancing with the Stars, or even come close, so Shatner can probably sit back, relax and just enjoy the show.

Donald Trump vs. One Direction: Unexpected Feud Alert!
It’s not all that surprising that Donald Trump doesn’t like One Direction:
After all, they’re members of two groups he openly despises: foreigners and people who haven’t publicly kissed his ass.
But it seems the Donald’s ire for 1D isn’t the general sort of disdain that he showers upon most of humanity, but a specific hatred stemming from an incident that took place before he entered the political arena.
According to Liam Payne, he and his bandmates had an ugly encounter with Trump several years ago:
“Donald Trump kicked us out of his hotel once. You wouldn’t believe it.”
“It was about [meeting] his daughter. He phoned up our manager and we were asleep. He said ‘Well wake them up’ and I was like ‘No’ and then he wouldn’t let us use the underground garage.”
That may not sound like a big deal, but this was Manhattan at the height of 1D mania.
The band needed to be able to make a low-key getaway or they’d be mauled in Hard Day’s Night-style frenzy.
Donnie would have known that by forbidding them to use the underground garage, he would be forcing them to find a new hotel, and it seems that’s exactly what they did:
“Obviously in New York we can’t really go outside. New York is ruthless for us. So he was like ‘Okay, I don’t want you in my hotel.’ So we had to leave,” Liam concluded.
It’s not clear which daughter was the one who was so desperate to meet 1D.
Based on their ages, it was probably Tiffany Trump, 23, not Ivanka, 35.
But that raises a whole slew of new questions, chief among them:
Since when does Donald care what Tiffany wants?
During his time in office, Trump has attempted to enact a non-constitutional Muslim ban, introduced a budget that would gut life-saving federal programs, falsely accused a former president of spying on him, and been implicated in his administration’s collusion with Russia.
But now he’s really done it.
Now Trump has pissed off One Directioners.
The next he goes to Manhattan to visit Melania and Barron, it will be Donald who’s forced to run from flocks of crazed 1D fans.
Just kidding.
Donald will never go to Manhattan to visit Melania and Barron.

Nick Viall vs. Jax Taylor: Unexpected Feud Alert!
Sometimes people who have the most in common have trouble getting along for the simple reason that they each see their worst qualities reflected in one another.
It’s probably why Quentin Tarantino has beef with fellow fast-talking movie geek Spike Lee.
It might even be have something to do with the fact that Donald Trump hates fellow rage-aholic white guy Alec Baldwin so much more than all the other comics who roast him.
And it’s definitely the reason that Vanderpump Rules’ resident d-bag Jax Taylor can’t get along with fellow reality douche Nick Viall:
As you probably know by now, Viall got engaged to Vanessa Grimaldi on last night’s season finale of The Bachelor.
But while Vanessa may have fallen head-over-heels for Nick, it seems Jax would rather give him a heel to the head.
It seems the famous-ish bros butted heads at a recent event to promote a mutual friend’s new hotel/nightclub venture.
According to Taylor, he asked Viall to pose for a pic to help promote the business, and Nick rudely refused.
“I go, ‘First of all, buddy, don’t toot your own horn, I have no f—ing idea who you are,’” Jax recently told Bravo’s Daily Dish blog.
Hilariously, Jax proceeded to go off on Viall for, of all things, starring on a “disposable reality show”:
“I know you’re on The Bachelor — okay, good for you, great,” Taylor said.

Jimmy Fallon vs. Stephen Colbert: Unexpected Feud Alert!
With his affable, Guy Smiley-esque demeanor and fondness for silly party games, it’s hard to imagine Jimmy Fallon as a cutthroat competitor, but one doesn’t climb the ladder of late night success without an abundance of ambition.
Of course, the same could be said of Fallon’s top rival, Stephen Colbert, who made a name for himself satirizing right wing blowhards, but is now letting his nice-guy charm shine on CBS’ Late Show.
Given the genial natures of the late nights current kings and Fallon’s consistent dominance in the ratings, no one expected that Coblert’s transition to a major network would result in a Letterman vs. Leno-like battle for supremacy, but it seems that’s exactly what’s happening thanks to Colbert’s latest ratings boost.
Yes, the “Colbert bump” that Stephen used to joke about on his Comedy Central show has happened in reverse, as the election of Donald Trump appears to have turned viewrrs away from Fallon’s apolitical capering straight toward Colbert’s more topical monologues.
Colbert is no firebrand, and that seems to be working to his advantage, as there’s no shortage of politically-charged outrage these days.
What the 52-year-old offers is a sort of throwback alternative – reasoned takedowns of Trump and company at a time when the outrages of the administration seem to have caused some comics to sacrifice wit in favor of blunt force.
By contrast, Fallon has chosen to stick to the pop cultural observations and and celebrity brown-nosing that have long made him the safe choice in late night.
The host is still smarting from the now-infamous Trump hair tousling interview that many believe helped humanize the candidate at a critical stage in the election cycle, and some feel Fallon’s reluctance to riff on Trump signals a sort of tacit endorsement.
Now, it seems that Fallon’s decision to stick to innocuous escapism may be costing him dearly, as The Late Show has now edged out The Tonight Show in total viewership for five weeks running.
“[Fallon] is feeling the pressure. I mean, Stephen Colbert is now beating him in a big way and he has to change his format to keep up because he’s losing viewers,” a source tells Page Six.
“They had to figure out a way to get Trump [into his routine] because he’s too weak on Trump, and viewers are going elsewhere. [He’s been] uncomfortable talking about politics, and that’s not what the people want.”
Colbert’s audience has grown an astonishing 29 percent from this time last year, and his sudden rise in popularity seems to have everything to do with his willingness to embrace the political madness of 2017.
It’s worth noting that Fallon still has the upper-hand in the all-important 18-49 demographic, but insiders say the ultra-competitive SNL alum is still fretting his current ratings slump.
“He freaks out over this. He has to be on top,” says one source.
Now it seems that in order to reclaim his crown, Fallon may have to venture into territory that seems to make him uncomfortable.

Martin Shkreli vs. Lil Wayne: Unexpected Feud Alert!
You didn’t think you would get out of 2016 without the universe once again testing the limits of believability and forcing you to seriously consider your stoner friend’s theory that the Matrix was a documentary, did you?
Well, that’s just silly.
The Year From Hell may be coming to a close, but the reign of the bad guys it brought to power has just begun.
Our guess is that some time in early 2017, Trump and Putin will sit down with a Risk game board and a Sharpie, and circle the parts of the world doomed for nuclear annihilation, while this aspiring supervillain serves refreshments and takes notes:
In case you’ve somehow remained blissfully unaware of his existence, that’s former pharmaceutical exec turned professional troll Martin Shkreli.
Shkreli first gained fame for jacking up the price of a life-saving medication used by by AIDS and cancer patients by roughly 5,000 percent (not a typo) during his time as CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals.
He gained the sort of viral fame that’s not supposed to outlive one 24-hour news cycle, but Shkreli beat the odds by taking douche-baggery to previously unimagined extremes.
One of the 32-year-old asshat’s strangest techniques for remaining semi-relevant is screwing with rappers (What could go wrong?) by obtaining the rights to their music and either releasing it or not releasing, depending on what will piss them off more.
Shkreli’s first experiment with antagonizing guys who boast about violence for a living came when he purchased a $ 2 million Wu Tang Clan album, seemingly so that he could experience the joy of not streaming it for anyone else.
Shkreli wound up feuding with Ghostface Killah, and continues to draw breath for reasons that remain unclear.
Martin must have really enjoyed his near-death experience, because he’s been buying and stealing unreleased hip hop music ever since.
Sometimes it works out for him, and he’s able to piss of millions of people, which we assume is the only way he can achieve sexual climax, but sometimes it doesn’t go so well, such as the time some hero stole $ 15 million from Shkreli while he was trying to obtain the exclusive rights to Kanye West’s latest album.
Moments ago, Shkreli decided to kick off a beef with Lil Wayne by streaming portions of the rapper’s unreleased Tha Carter V album:
“He’s talking about me in that song,” Shkreli tells the camera in the clip above, pointing to himself for emphasis.
“Weezy. Cash Money.”
Yeah, we get it, Martin.
Did someone let this kid have sugar? You know how he gets!
if you’re a hip hop fan, you’re probably aware that the highly-anticipated album was scheduled to be released back in October of 2014, but has seen more than two years in delays due to ongoing legal battles between Wayne and his former label boss Birdman.
Shkreli wasn’t a thing back then (how we long for those times), so if he really is name-checked in a verse, then Wayne has clearly been tinkering with Carter V.
Thus far, there’s no confirmation on whether or not the track is actually about Shkreli, but multiple sources have verified that Wayne is pissed and planning legal action.
So there’s hope for justice in the new year yet.
Not only is Shkreli set to be sued and possibly marked for assassination by Weezy F. Baby, he’s also scheduled to face trial for conspiracy to commit securities fraud.
Here’s hoping Marty ends up in Riker’s and they give him Wayne’s old cell.

Jimmy Fallon vs. James Corden: Unexpected Feud Alert!
The late night network landscape is positively overrun by Jameses these days.
Sure, Stephen Colbert and Seth Meyers enjoyed bumps due to their election coverage, but they may have to photoshop their birth certificates if they want to continue to compete.
(Come to think of it, America seems primed for a late night birther controversy, at the moment!)
Kimmel, of course, is the O.G. Jimmy (We suppose that should be the O.J., but we can’t do that to the man.), having held down his time slot on ABC since back in 2003.
Next came Fallon, beginning with a 12:30 spot on NBC in 2009, and taking over the revered Tonight Show at 11:30 in 2014.
Late to the party (Or should we say late, late to the party?) was James Corden, who took over The Late, Late Show last year.
Corden seemed an odd choice at first, as he was a virtual unknown to American audiences and he doesn’t tell jokes, so much as he … drives around and sings songs with celebrities?
We don’t really get his appeal, but against all odds, the self-deprecating Brit has found himself an audience.
But like the Beatles before him, Corden isn’t content to just croon a few bars for a notoriously fickle demo.
No, sources say he wants to launch a full-scale invasion, and he’s got his sights set on everyone’s favorite king of party games and hair-tousling:
Yes, according to Radar Online, Corden thinks Fallon is vulnerable, not because of his controversial softball interview with Donald Trump, but because of the other well-publicized issue that’s given Jimmy more than his share of press headaches.
Rumors about Fallon’s drinking problem have plagued the beloved comic for years.
Sources say his boozing has resulted in injuries (including two falls that resulted in hospitalizations), problems at home, and frequent friction with his bosses.
NBC execs issued a statement on Fallon’s drinking back in January and claimed they had no real concerns, but many remain unconvinced.
And where NBC might see a potential crisis, Corden reportedly sees an opportunity.
“He sees Jimmy as a loose cannon and it’s just a matter of time before he screws up,” a source close to the situation tells Radar.
“They couldn’t be more polar opposites — James lives a sober life off-camera and is careful about not partying with his staff.”
The insider adds that Corden is hungry for an 11:30 time slot, and he sees Fallon as being far less reliable than his own network’s Colbert – a trait he believes will eventually lead NBC to seek new talent elsewhere.
“James has every intention of knocking Fallon off his pedestal when the time is right and he’s playing a slow and studied game to make it happen,” says the source.
“James studies Jimmy’s program to make sure they haven’t copied his funniest bits, while Jimmy tends to crash James’ interviews at events.”
Frankly, if this is really Mr. Corden’s plan, we think he’s out of luck.
Not only will NBC put up with all manner of Fallon shenanigans so long as his ratings remain steady, Corden isn’t the only backup looking for a chance to start.
Seth Meyers has been crushing it lately, and he’s been a favorite at NBC since his days on SNL.
Looks like for now, James should probably just stay in his lane – the carpool lane.
