Jessica Biel Teaches 2-Year Old About Sex. But Should She?

Jessica Biel believes in being open and very honest with her young son.

And this belief system has now gotten the actress in trouble with some critics on the Internet.

Speaking at the 2018 MAKERS Conference on Tuesday, Biel sat on a panel with CEO of WCG and CEO of Evofem Biosciences Saundra Pelletier and ex-Teen Vogue Editor-in-Chief Elaine Welteroth.

At one point in their candid conversation, the topics turned to kids, sex and relationships.

“How do parents…pick up where sex education leaves off in the school system?” Welteroth asked the other two women, which prompted some interesting comments from Biel.

“In my household, I have a two and a half year old and we’re starting now,” the actress explained, referencing her husband (someone named Justin Timberlake) and their son, Silas.

She continued:

“We shower together, and [we say], ‘This is what I’ve got. This is what you’ve got.

“We just talk about it. I know it’s really young, but I really believe that if you start this early, there’s no shame.

“I don’t want to tell him, ‘Keep your private parts,’ and this and that. It’s a beautiful thing. You have it and mine is different and it’s cool, man.

“We have to respect ourselves and respect each other.”

Biel also said that she and Timberlake don’t sugar coat the names of their private parts with any silly terms for the sake of their child.

They went him to understand how everything works and what everything is really called.

“I think I still go back to this idea that it doesn’t have to be so serious,” Biel said of sex education, adding:

“If you want to laugh and say vagina and laugh or say penis or whatever, well do it! Laugh and get it out, get the giggles out and then ask the real question that you know you have.

“I think that’s always what happened to me when I was young… you could barely get past the giggles to ask the real question, which was a really probably important question that as a young person you needed to know.”

It’s a fair point.

If parents are not open with their children about this topic, the kids may very well try to find out certain answers on their own.

And it’s not hard to imagine this going very poorly.

However, some trolls out there are aghast that Biel would go anywhere near the subject of sex with her two-year old son.

She’s being called “stupid” and “disgusting” and lots of other mean words.

To wit:

gross comments

As if these remarks weren’t cruel enough, someone else suggested Biel and Timberlake should not even be allowed to have children.

For real:

gross comments

It’s a pretty interesting debate, right?

Not whether Jessica and Justin ought to be parents. That’s unfair, close-minded and downright absurd.

But at what age do you talk sex with your kids? At what age do you give them an idea of what’s going on with their bodies and how they came into the world?

Is Biel being a responsible mother here?

Or is she getting too far ahead of things with young and impressionable Silas?

2-Year Old Meets The Queen, Throws Epic Tantrum

Over the last couple months, fans of Queen Elizabeth II have grown concerned over her failing health.

They"re afraid the beloved monarch will pass away at some point in 2017, with those who spend time with the royal icon wanting to savor every second they possibly can.

Well, most people who spend time with the royal icon, that is.

We can"t exactly make this declaration about a two-year old boy named Alfie.

The little boy is the son of Sergeant Mark Lunn and his wife, Corporal Michele Lunn, both of whom undertook tours of duty in Afghanistan.

He was all set this week to deliver a bouquet of flowers to Queen Elizabeth while being held by his mother…

… except Alfie was clearly not in the mood to do so.

He wasn"t really in the mood to do anything except cry and squirm and create quite the hilarious scene in front of the Queen.

Elizabeth, of course, handled the temper tantrum like the pro that she is, smiling the entire time in her royal blue suit and hat while graciously accepting the flowers that were, eventually, handed over.

She was joined at a memorial service for those who served in Iraq and Afghanistan by Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry.

But Alfie stole the show.

Watch him do so below, an incident made even funnier by the British announcer describing what you"re about to see on video:

2-Year Old Plays Hero, Lifts Fallen Dresser Off Twin

Many two-year olds out there like to dress up as superheroes.

But Brock Shoff just took on the role of an actual superhero.

And he may have saved his twin brother’s life in the process.

In incredible nanny cam footage that has gone viral, we see Brock and his sibling, Bowdy. They’re playing on a dresser in their bedroom.

According Kayli Shoff, the boys’ mother, she and her husband didn"t hear any kind of sound from their baby monitor. They had no idea that tragedy nearly struck until they watched the video below for themselves.

“I usually hear everything. We didn’t hear a cry, we didn’t hear a big thud,” Kayli told an NBC affiliate in Utah.

“So we woke up, looked at the camera like, ‘What’s going on? Are they still sleeping?’ and we saw [the dresser] was all the way down."

But Kayli didn"t notice that Broce was actually trapped under the dresser.

Fortunately, Bowdy not only saw what had happened to his brother, but he managed to push the large piece of furniture right up and off of him.

Pretty incredible for a two-year old.

They do say that true love can give you moments of incredible, almost unexplainable strength.

“We are so grateful for the bond that these twin brothers share," wrote their dad on Facebook. "We know Bowdy was not alone in moving the dresser off of Brock. And feel blessed that he is ok."

Kayli then said that she hopes this harrowing incident and can serve as a lesson.

"Everybody needs to bolt down their dressers to the wall. I mean, we just didn’t think about it,” she said.

“Accidents are going to happen, but we want to spread awareness to this one accident that happened and hope that it doesn’t happen to any other family."

2-Year Old is Devastated to Learn She Doesn"t Have a Boyfriend

The father featured in the following video might as well go ahead and tell his daughter there"s no Santa Claus.

Just go ahead and crush all of her dreams at once, why doesn"t he?

This hilarious footage depicts a two-year old named Kennedy. She"s telling her parents about her boyfriend (some older dude named Jared, who is her uncle"s roommate, according to the YouTube description)… only to be crushed when her father reveals the truth:

She doesn"t have a boyfriend.

Upon being informed of this fact, Kennedy bursts into the cutest tears you"ll ever see.

Although we"re not quite sure why she"s so sad. Dad tells his child that she can date when she"s 50 years old. That"s not even five decades from now!

It will all be okay, Kennedy.
