Kim Zolciak: Tight Pants and Loose Lips at LAX

Ah, Los Angeles.  Home of movie studios, fancy cars, and an airport that doubles as a celebrity hotspot.  Flying is glamorous once again, ladies and gentlemen!

While you schlepped your bags to the gate at LAX, only to wait for a middle seat in coach right by the bathroom, Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy had a fine chat with the paparazzi.

Dressed in tight black paneled pants, a white tee, oversized aviators and sporting a small Chanel bag, Zolciak let the paps follow her into the Delta terminal, according to Star Magazine.

The paps, eager to take a mile as soon as you give them an inch, tried to get Zolciak to spill on her recent dinner with Khloe Kardashian.

Two days ago, Zolciak shared an Instagram of dinner with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star at Morton"s in Beverly Hills.

Kardashian and the Biermanns were joined by Kardashian"s best friends, twins Malika Khadijah Haqq.

"I guess I should just move here," Zolciak captioned the photo.

At LAX, one of the paps asked Zolciak how she and Kardashian decide who pays for the meal.

Biermann joked that whoever pulls their wallet out first pays before it was revealed that he picked up the tab ("he"s a gentleman," Zolciak added).

The Don"t Be Tardy stars then cut a bunch of people by hopping in line for security, but continued talking.

The pap commented that Zolciak is spending a lot of time in LA, and she said it was because of her skincare line Kashmere, which launched back in May.

Does Zolciak plan on relocating?

"I don"t know, I feel like I should," Zolciak said.  The pap pressed on and asked if her moving would affect The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

"My show can film anywhere," Zolciak responded.

A few months ago, Zolciak teased that she very well could return for season nine of Atlanta, but since Don"t Be Tardy is going into its fifth season, Zolciak doesn"t have much time to spare otherwise.

The pap would not let it go, asking if she"d join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Annoyed that the guy kept asking about Housewives when she has her own damn show, Zolciak made herself clear.

"I have my own show. Why would I [go on another show]," Zolciak said, wanting so badly to say, "Dude, do your homework."

The People v. O.J. Simpson Recap: The Juice is Loose!

Tuesday night marked the series premiere of FX’s star-studded, 10-part miniseries The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.

It did not disappoint.

The tense episode was 90 minutes of murder, suspicion, intrigue and more big-name actors bringing it to life than you can even count.

To those who remember the 1994 saga, The People v. O.J. Simpson Season 1 Episode 1 will bring back the memories in chilling detail.

If you weren’t old enough to live through it or fully appreciate the scope of the trial, this retelling is enthralling, if somewhat dramatized.

Producer Ryan Murphy set the stage with real footage of the notorious beating of Rodney King by the LAPD, followed by the L.A. riots.

Two years later, retired NFL great O.J. Simpson (Cuba Gooding Jr.) emerged from a house, apologizing to a cab driver for being late.

Soon enough, we first see Nicole Brown Simpson’s slain body along with that of unidentified man, along with a hat, glove and envelope.

While we know how the story unfolds, Murphy’s reenactment was riveting, and some of the details left viewers particularly unsettled.

The scene in which O.J. kisses Nicole Brown Simpson in her casket at the funeral perhaps sparked the most debate on social media.

Did that happen? According to Vanity Fair, Nicole’s mom testified at O.J.’s civil trial that it did indeed, and he kissed his dead wife on the lips.

O.J. actually did contemplate suicide in Kim Kardashian’s bedroom, as well, according to the late Robert Kardashian (David Schwimmer).

He also failed a lie detector test about as bad as you can fail, yet at the same time, O.J. told Robert Shapiro (John Travolta) he didn’t do it.

Needless to say, others were skeptical. While O.J. was screaming about the inaccurate test, others were whispering behind his back.

Kris Jenner (Selma Blair) attended Nicole’s funeral and quietly asked Faye Resnick (Connie Britton) if she thought O.J. really did do it.

Elsewhere, Marcia Clark (Sarah Paulson) got confirmation that DNA evidence – then a relatively nascent concept – implicated Simpson.

He was charged with double murder, after which he flew off the handle, popped a bunch of pills, hastily wrote a will and put a gun to his head.

Friend Al Cowlings (Malcolm-Jamal Warner) went to see him followed by the cops, who came to arrest O.J. after he did not surrender.

By the time authorities arrived, O.J. had escaped out the back of his Brentwood estate, with A.C. driving the infamous white Ford Bronco.

To be continued …

With Copycats Still On The Loose, The Accused Phoenix Highway Sniper Says He"s The Wrong Guy

Innocent until proven guilty, and Leslie Allen Merritt, Jr. is really claiming innocence.

The accused Phoenix highway shooter is adamant that he is not the one who’s been targeting random cars along Interstate 10 in the Arizona city, even though authorities are pretty confident they’ve got their man.

Merritt, speaking in court during his initial appearance one day after his arrest, said to the judge:

“All I have to say is I’m the wrong guy. I tried telling the detectives that. My gun’s been in the pawn shop the last two months. I haven’t even had access to a weapon.”

Merritt, whose bail was set at $ 1 million, told the judge that he has two children, and wouldn’t be able to afford to pay his way out of jail pending trial.

Despite Merritt’s innocence claims, though, Bart Graves, a spokesman for the Arizona Department of Public Safety, feels pretty confident about the state’s case:

“The evidence as you’ll see in the next couple of days speaks for itself. We’re not going to get in a debate about that.”

Guess we’ll all know more very soon.

Arizona Police Believe They"ve Caught At Least One Of The Highway Snipers — But More Suspects Are Still On The Loose

This is (hopefully) a relief!

Arizona police announced on Friday afternoon that they believe they have captured the man responsible for at least four of the seemingly random freeway shootings in Phoenix over the last month.

The man, Leslie Allen Merritt, Jr., was taken into custody outside a Walmart in Glendale, Arizona at about 7pm local time on Friday night, though as of late that evening, he had not yet been formally charged in the shootings.

Frank Milstead, the Director of the Arizona Department of Public Safety, said that Merritt was arrested specifically over the first four shootings, which happened August 29 and 30.

However, Merritt’s father is adamant that his son had nothing to do with the shootings, telling reporters:

“He has way too much value for human life to even take the slightest or remotest risk of actually injuring someone.”

More pressing for police is the fact that there are still half a dozen shootings unaccounted for, and Milstead is worried about more copy cats. At a press conference Friday night, the law enforcement official told media outlets:

“Are there others out there? Are there copycats? That is possible.”

The fact that this case is obviously still so unresolved is pretty scary!

Watch the video of the police press conference regarding Merritt’s arrest (below):

Regardless, it’s a relief that police at least appear to be closing in on the suspect(s) behind these senseless and stupid acts.
