Ed Westwick: Fourth Accuser Files Sexual Assault Report with Police

Last year, actress Kristina Cohen shared her #MeToo story, and accused Ed Westwick of rape.

Then another woman came forward. And then another. And then another. Each story about Westwick was horrifying.

The fourth woman to accuse him, Haley Freedman, has taken the next step and filed a police report.

Haley Freedman was the fourth to come forward about Ed Westwick.

Us Weekly reports that they can confirm that Freedman has now filed a report with police.

A statement that they received from a representative for Freedman states:

“I can confirm Haley filed a police report on Wednesday, regarding allegations that Ed Westwick raped her.”

The statement goes on to describe the next step in her quest for justice.

“She will be meeting with the district attorney next week.”

Kristina Cohen accused Ed Westwick of rape.

In addition to reporting it to police, Cohen bravely came forward with her story of napping in his guest room during a social visit … only to wake up with him on top of her.

Aurelee Wynn is a former actress. She was a friend of a girl who was dating Westwick’s roommate at the time, and she was invited over.

Though she included fewer graphic details than Cohen did, Wynn’s accusation against Ed Westwick involved him allegedly holding her down and tearing the one-piece that she was wearing in order to assault her.

And then there’s the story of former executive assistant Rachel Eck, who accused the Gossip Girl actor of assaulting her before the 2014 Academy Awards.

She says that he was pawing at her and trying to kiss her whenever her ex boyfriend left the room at a social gathering, and that he ignored her efforts to brush him off.

Eck says that he later lured her away in an effort to apologize to her, which is when he allegedly forced her onto the bed and violently groped her.

Fortunately, Eck says that she was eventually able to shove him off and leave.

Haley Freedman is a former stylist who accuses Westwick of making her his sex slave by refusing to allow her to leave.

She says that what began as consensual sex escalated when he asked her to treat him violently, because she refused.

When she declined to choke and spit on him, he allegedly became violent with her, giving her that treatment.

Though she says that she wanted to escape, she says that he detained her, delaying her departure so that he could continue to use her for sex.

It’s a horrifying, stomach-churching accusation.

And, again, this is the fourth woman to accuse Westwick of the unforgivable.

However, a source close to Freedman revealed to Us Weekly that, in her quest for justice, she went to the police “prepared with evidence including personal medication information from her doctors to back up her claims against Ed Westwick.”

We can only speculate as to what form that evidence might take, but sexual assault cases often lack physical evidence — which is why so many rapists avoid convictions or even prosecutions.

For those who hope to see Westwick answer for these allegations, this is good news.

“The police report will remain confidential since there is private medical information that Haley handed over.”

The source continues, saying:

“Haley plans on meeting with prosecutors next week and is fully cooperating with authorities.”

Ed Westwick has posted now-deleted denials about these alleged incidents of rape and sexual assault, saying things like:

“I have never forced myself in any manner, on any woman. I certainly have never committed rape.”

He has since deleted this message from social media.

The reason for that deletion is almost certainly on advice from his attorney, Blair Berk.

(This isn’t a traffic violation, folks, so let’s not make any Chuck and Blair jokes, please)

Attorneys rarely want their clients making any statements on social media.

Ed Westwick Made Me His Sex Slave, Former Stylist Alleges

Ed Westwick has once again been accused of rape.

The former Gossip Girl star, who was first alleged to have committed this heinous act back in November, now faces allegations from a woman named Haley Camille Freedman.

Per TMZ, Freedman writes in a new lawsuit that she attended a gathering at Westwick’s home in 2014.

She was among a large group of people at the time, but remained behind after everyone else left for the evening.

Freedman acknowledges that she and the actor started having consensual sex, but that she grew hesitant when he asked her to strangle him, spit on him and slap him.

After she refused to do so, Freeman says Westwick did these things to her.

And that’s not all…

Freedman goes on to explain that she fell asleep after this awkward encounter and spent the night at Westwick’s residence.

She was taking a shower in the morning when Westwick entered the bathroom and forced himself upon her sexually.

The legal documents detail how Freedman was groggy and out of it for two days, stranded at Westwick’s house and unsure where she was.

She says she did not have cell phone service.

Westwick allegedly promised to drive Freedman to her car, but then kept delaying this favor so that he could keep having sex with her, resulting in bruising and bleeding, according to the lawsuit.

But here’s where things get even weirder…

Freedman is NOT suing Westwick.

Her legal beef is with ex-business partner who she says cut her off as an aspiring stylist because she wanted to make these allegations public three years ago.

Freedman claims she even gave an interview to a media outlet, but Westwick’s team managed to stop it from being published.

How so?

By painting her, via a series of text messages as “unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous.”

She adds in the lawsuit that Westwick threatened to sue her, alleging he had proof she was lying because he had loved ones in town visiting his house at the time she claims she was being held captive.

It’s a weird story, to be sure.

But it’s actually the third time now that a woman has come out with sexual assault allegations against the actor.

He is under investigation for at least one of these incidents and said the following after the second charge was leveled, by an actress named Aurélie Wynn:

“I do not know this woman. I have never forced myself in any manner, on a woman. I certainly have never committed rape.”

We’ll update this story when/if more news breaks.

Ed Westwick Responds to Second Rape Charge

Ed Westwick has once again issued a statement of denial in regard to a disturbing allegation of rape.

In a Facebook post she shared online yesterday, former actress Aurélie Wynn alleged that the ex-Gossip Girl sexually assaulted her at his rental residence in July of 2014.

Using the hashtag “#metoo” to signify that she could relate to other women who have been victims of sexual assault, harassment or misconduct, Wynn wrote the following on Wednesday.

She started the post by referencing Kristina Cohen’s rape accusation against Westwick

“In July 2014, I went through a very similar ordeal with Ed Westwick.

“I was ubered by Ed to the Glendower Estates where he was renting following an invite from a girl friend of mine who was dating his roommate a cast member on Glee…

“We all hung out until 5am, sun was starting to rise since it was summer so we all decided to get a few hours of shut eye since we all had events and things to do the next day and there are plenty of bedrooms.”

Just like Cohen claims, Wynn writes that she told Westwick “no” when he got aggressive with her, but…

“He pushed me face down and was powerless under his weight. I was wearing a one piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock.”

Wynn says she was dating former Glee star Mark Salling at the time; told Salling about the incident; and he brushed her off, prior to quickly dumping her.

ed accusation

(For whatever it’s worth, Salling has been pleaded guilty to multiple counts of child pornography.)

“I am so incredibly thankful all of this is finally coming to light and that there is justice in the world,” concluded Wynn on Facebook.

“I believe you Kristina Cohen and thank you for speaking up so eloquently and really encompassing what young female actresses have to go through at the hands of men like Ed Westwick.

“Without you I would not have had the strength to speak up publicly about my ordeal.”

In response to Cohen’s rape charge, Westwick issued the following statement:

I do not know this woman. I have never forced myself in any manner, on a woman. I certainly have never committed rape.

He is currently under police investigation.

In response to Wynn’s rape charge, Westwick says the following:

It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct.

I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.

Ever since a bombshell New York Times article that shined a light on producer Harvey Weinstein’s years of sexual misconduct, more and more women have found the courage to share their stories.

Some have come forward and accused Weinstein of assault.

Others have pointed a finger at stars such as Kevin Spacey, Charlie Sheen, Steven Seagal and Dustin Hoffman.

Ed Westwick: Another Actress Accuses Him of Sexual Assault

In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein rape accusations that have come to light, more and more people are coming together to share their #MeToo stories … and to name names and try to break the culture of silence that allows sexual predators to operate.

Earlier this week, Gossip Girl actor Ed Westwick was accused of rape by an actress.

Actress Kristina Cohen came forward and named Ed Westwick, accusing him of having raped her in 2014.

At the time, Kristina was dating a producer who was friends with Ed Westwick.

When they joined him for dinner, she felt uncomfortable when Westwick allegedly suggested that they all have sex.

(It’s unclear if he was joking at that time, though sexual predators have been known to use “humor” to get a feel for someone, always with the plausible deniability of “hey, just kidding!” if they get called out on it)

Kristina Cohen then describes how she said that she was tired and wanted to leave, but her producer friend wanted to stay for another 20 minutes to be polite, so Ed Westwick suggested that she take a nap in the guest room.

Kristina recounts how she woke up with Westwick’s fingers inside of her.

She accuses Westwick of holding her down with his weight, grabbing her face and shaking her head, and raping her.

She says that the producer whom she was dating blamed her and also warned her against speaking out, both shaming and silencing her.

If you find that story as disturbing as we do, you should be happy to know that police are investigating Ed Westwick for rape.

Aurelie Wynn has found the courage to share her #MeToo story … and you’ll find her story familiar and disturbing.

“In July 2014, I went through a very similar ordeal with Ed Westwick, I was ubered by Ed to the Glendower Estates where he was renting following an invite from a girl friend of mine who was dating his roommate a cast member on Glee.”

The Glee actor involvement? That’s important. We’ll get to that.

“We all hung out until 5am, sun was starting to rise since it was summer so we all decided to get a few hours of shut eye since we all had events and things to do the next day and there are plenty of bedrooms.”

This is sounding all too familiar.

Now, Aurelie skips some details here. The specifics of a sexual assault can be very difficult to write down, especially on social media.

We imagine that she intends for us to read between the lines, based upon Kristina Cohen’s account and common sense. If she takes this to police, she’ll have to fill in the blanks.

“And like Kristina, I said no and he pushed me face down and was powerless under his weight. I was wearing a one piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock, I am also very tiny.”

One, this is awful and horrifying.

Two, we can confirm that Aurelie is tiny, just based upon her social media photos. She takes selfies with short people and still looks short beside them. She’s very petite.

“When it was over I got my cellphone and found that the girl that had invited me had left or got kicked out. I had terrible service in the estate without access to the wifi and had to get another friend to get me an Uber out of there while Ed was passed out.”

Awful and frightening.

Aurelie Wynn continues.

“I told the guy I was seeing that I got raped, Mark Salling, and when he found out by who he pretended not to know him, then blamed me for it and broke it off with me.”

A little over a month ago, Glee actor Mark Salling plead guilty to child porn charges. He’s gross, even beyond the victim-blaming that Aurelie describes.

It’s worth noting that, though the case fell through, Mark Salling was also accused of rape. (That case was thrown out because of how much time had passed — don’t even get us started on that)

Aurelie continues to describe the bitter aftermath:

“My other friends and people around me told me it was best not to say anything, to not be ‘that girl’ and that no one would believe me and think I was just out trying to get my 10 seconds of fame.”

That closely mirrors what Kristina has described after her own alleged rape.

Sadly, too many people — not just those in the entertainment business — would prefer to not know or not believe that evil walks among us, ruining lives and still being adored by fans and friends.

“And so I kept quiet and soon got to see and hear how prevalent sexual assault and intimidation goes on in this industry…to the point where I questioned how much I really wanted to be in entertainment as I didn’t see it getting better.”

She reached her conclusion.

“I’ve since moved on from acting and wanted just to reenforce Kristin Cohen’s claim[s] as I believe them to be true.”

It is so sad that she got chased out of pursuing her dream by such a nightmarish experience.

But it’s astoundingly brave for her to speak up now and lend her voice to Kristian Cohen’s accusation.

Aurelie continues:

“I believe you Kristina Cohen and thank you for speaking up so eloquently and really encompassing what young female actresses have to go through at the hands of men like Ed Westwick.”

She credits Kristina and her story for encouraging her to share her own.

“Without you I would not have had the strength to speak up publicly about my ordeal. #metoo

There are too many #MeToo stories, and yet we know that millions of women have yet to share theirs.

We need to make this world a better, safer place.

Ed Westwick: Under Police Investigation for Rape

The Los Angeles Police Department has opened an investigation into Ed Westwick.

Specifically, the Los Angeles Police Department has opened an investigation into Ed Westwick in relation to accusations against the actor of rape.

These troubling charges were leveled against the ex-Gossip Girl star by actress Kristina Cohen, who shared a lengthy Facebook post on Monday.

In her social media message, Cohen said she met Westwick at the actor’s house during a dinner party she attended with her boyfriend three years ago.

The boyfriend was a producer and was friends with Westwick.

Cohen alleges she was woken up from a nap in a guest bedroom by Westwick, writing in upsetting detail:

[He] on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to fuck me.

I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move.

He held me down and raped me.

cohen accusation

Cohen went on to say her boyfriend pressured her to keep quiet about the incident, but she has finally come forward with the accusation now because she’s been inspired by all the women who have done the same against Harvey Weinstein.

(The veteran movie producer has been accused over the past few weeks of assault and sexual misconduct by over 50 actresses.)

Concluded Cohen on Facebook:

I hope my coming forward will help others to know that they are not alone, that they are not to blame, and it is not their fault.

Just as the other women and men coming forward have helped me to realize the same.

I hope that my stories and the stories of others help to reset and realign the toxic environments and power imbalances that have created these monsters.

In response to this rape claim, Westwick issued the following statement:

“I do not know this woman. I have never forced myself in any manner, on a woman. I certainly have never committed rape.”

Cohen, meanwhile, did more than just write on Facebook; she filed a police report on Tuesday.

The LAPD would not confirm Cohen’s identity, but public information officer Tony Im told People Magazine that Westwick was named as a suspect in the report.

“Suspect forced victim to have sexual intercourse inside his residence … three years ago,” the report reads, according to Deadline, which broke the news of this investigation.

Westwick is best known for his lead role on The CW’s Gossip Girl.

Cohen appeared on the series Ladies Like Us from 2013 through 2015.

We’ll update this story with more details if or when more news breaks.

Ed Westwick: Gossip Girl Actor Accused of Rape

Actor Ed Westwick is the latest Hollywood star to be accused of appalling acts of sexual assault.

In a Facebook post published last night, actress Kristina Cohen claims that Westwick–who is best known for his work on the 2007-2012 CW series Gossip Girl–raped her in 2014.

“The last month has been incredibly difficult,” Cohen begins.

“Like so many women I too have a story of sexual assault, and the outpouring of stories have been both triggering and emotionally exhausting.

“I was sexually assaulted three years ago. It was a dark time in my life. My mom was dying of cancer and I didn’t have the support system or time to process and deal with the aftermath of the rape.”

“I buried my pain and guilt to make space for the onslaught that came after my mom’s death, just three months later.”

From there, Cohen goes into detail and identifies Westwick as her attacker:

“I was briefly dating a producer who was friends with the actor Ed Westwick,” she writes. “It was this producer who brought me up to Ed’s house where I met Ed for the first time. I wanted to leave when Ed suggested ‘we should all f-ck.’

“But the producer didn’t want to make Ed feel awkward by leaving. Ed insisted we stay for dinner. I said I was tired and wanted to leave, trying to get out of what was already an uncomfortable situation.

“Ed suggested I nap in the guest bedroom. The producer said we would stay for just another 20 more minutes to smooth everything over, and then we could leave.”

Cohen adds:

“So I went and laid down in the guest room where I eventually fell asleep, I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong.

“I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to f-ck me. I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me.

“It was a nightmare, and the days following weren’t any better,” she writes.

From there Cohen tells a tale of systemic abuse and repression that’s all too familiar to so many women in Hollywood:

“The producer put the blame on me, telling me I was an active participant,” she writes.

“Telling me that I can’t say anything because Ed will have people come after me, destroy me, and that I could forget about an acting career. Saying there’s no way I can go around saying Ed ‘raped’ me and that I don’t want to be ‘that girl.’

“And for the longest time, I believed him. I didn’t want to be ‘that girl.’

Cohen says she was inspired to share her story not only by the dozens of women who come forward in recent weeks with allegations about Harvey Weinstein and other powerful men in Hollywood, but also by the adoration and respect that Westwick continues to receive from the public.

“I hope my coming forward will help others to know that they are not alone, that they are not to blame, and it is not their fault,” she writes.

“Just as the other women and men coming forward have helped me to realize the same. I hope that my stories and the stories of others help to reset and realign the toxic environments and power imbalances that have created these monsters.”

Westwick has yet to publicly respond to Cohen’s allegations.

We will have further updates on this story as more information becomes available.

Blake Lively, Ed Westwick Gossip Girl Audition Tapes: Revealed!

The roles of Gossip Girl’s Serena van der Woodsen and Chuck Bass could’ve gone to other actors … but Blake Lively and Ed Westwick slayed their auditions.

Fans are obsessing over the newly resurfaced audition tapes from the series co-stars, and for good reason. Check out both of them trying out below!

In the clips, the then-virtual unknown actors act out two separate scenes from the pilot episode, which aired all the way back in September 2007.

In Lively’s scene as Serena, she tries to make amends with her bestie Blair (a role ultimately won Leighton Meester) over a drink at Chuck’s hotel.

Westwick’s Chuck audition features him trying to seduce Serena in both an American and his native British accent for the hedonistic playboy heir.

The series ultimately decided to make him a born-and-raised New Yorker, which he played so well that fans didn’t know he was British for years.

“It was all about beauty and glamour, but being approachable and Blake was the ultimate It Girl,” CW casting director David Rapaport recently said.

Of Westwick, Rapaport added, “On a network like The CW, where beauty does come first a lot, and you’re selling the fantasy of this world.”

“It was a lot about the looks, so we had to balance that out with the guys and Ed Westwick wasn’t as traditionally handsome as Chace Crawford.

“But I found him much sexier and darker and edgier.”

Anyone who has listened to him say “I’m Chuck Bass” even once will no doubt agree. What are these two and the rest of the Gossip Girl cast up to now?

Check out the gallery below and find out!
