According to the police report, Carter and Michael Rae Papayans, 27, acted “agitated and aggressive” to staff at the Hog’s Breath Saloon on Wednesday night when bartenders refused to serve the “heavily intoxicated” men. When they were tossed from the establishment, Carter punched a bouncer. The has-been singer has a history of alcohol-related troubles. He was arrested for driving under the influence in 2005, and later spent three months in rehab. In his 2013 memoir, Facing the Music and Living to Talk About It, Carter admitted he’s till “not perfect” post-treatment. “I still slip up when it comes to drinking,” he confessed. You’re kidding.
