Heather Morris Gets DWTS Boot, Twitter Gets Very Angry

Nope, that was not a Best Picture moment on Dancing with the Stars last night.

The wrong named was not called out. Heather Morris really was eliminated from the competition, despite having achieved a perfect score just minutes earlier.

WHAT? HUH? HOW?!?

That"s what social media is asking in the wake of this shocker, as documented in the following collection of Tweets…

Morris and Maksim Chmerkovskiy did the Rumba to “Waterfalls” by TLC, garnered the first 40/40 of the season… and then got sent home.

Steve Bannon: Getting the Boot From Donald Trump?

If you’ve been following American politics over the past year, then you’re no doubt familiar with the name Steve Bannon.

Bannon, a former executive chair at Breitbart News, emerged seemingly from nowhere to become a shadowy fixture during the 2016 campaign and the early months of Donald Trump’s presidency, exerting a tremendous amount of influence from behind the scenes.

In the media, the-investment-banker-turned-political-Svengali has been portrayed as the Emperor Palpatine to Trump’s Darth Vader, ant it’s not uncommon to hear him referred to as President Bannon.

It’s been said that Trump owes his meteoric rise more to Bannon than to any other individual.

(There are those who argue that Vladimir Putin deserves that dubious honor, but that’s a conversation for another time.)

However, a change in the Trump-Bannon dynamic took place around the time the current administration began to suffer its first public setbacks (the blocking of the controversial Muslim ban, the resignation of national security adviser Michael Flynn amidst allegations of collusion with Russia, etc.).

Reports from the White House indicate that Trump blamed his staff for the failures, at one point openly lashing out at Bannon, and abruptly canceling plans to have Bannon and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus join him at Mar-aLago for the weekend.

Now, the divide between Trump and Bannon appears to have deepened, as several media outlets are reporting today that Bannon has been ousted from the National Security Counsel, per Trump’s request.

Bannon’s appointment to the counsel – reportedly the result of an executive order that Trump signed without reading in full – was a controversial and unprecedented move by the White House.

Not only does Bannon have no experience in national security, and his appointment was accompanied by the removal of key members, which resulted in the political neophyte carrying more clout than some of our nation’s top-ranking military brass.

It’s not entirely clear why Trump made his decision today, but NBC News is reporting that Bannon’s role within the counsel was to monitor Gen. Flynn (possibly due to Flynn’s ties with Russia).

With Flynn gone, his replacement, General H.R. McMaster, and other high-ranking members of the counsel were reportedly able to convince Trump that Bannon’s presence was no longer needed.

We’ll have further details on this developing story as more information becomes available.

Dancing With the Stars Results: Who Got the Boot?

Who got the boot on Dancing with the Stars, and who lived to dance another week after some good, bad and ugly Vegas Week performances?

As always, it came down to the wire as the contenders are starting to distance themselves from the pretenders of the Season 24 crew.

Not going home? Heather Morris, the former Glee star and Beyonce backup dancer who has critics saying Dancing with the Stars is rigged.

It’s not, but she is quite good.

With per partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy out at least a week due to an injury, she and sub Alan Burston did not miss a beat on Monday.

The two performed a tango to Britney Spears’ “Toxic,” which had the judges (and those who remember the classic music video) floored.

Heather and Alan earned a 33 out of 40, tying them with Nancy Kerrigan and Artem Chigvintsev, who performed a samba to Ricky Martin.

Kerrigan is breaking a leg, but only in the figurative sense, so far; Nick Viall, on the other hand, has yet to find a post-Bachelor groove.

Nick and Peta Murgatroyd struggled in rehearsals, and while the judges offered some kind comments, their score was a modest 26.

Tying that total were Bonner Bolton and Sharna Burgess, who went down faster than his hand on her waist during the infamous premiere.

They were tied with Simone Biles last week, so falling back into a tie with Nick and Erika Jayne, who also scored a 26, was not ideal.

At the very bottom of the scoreboard, though, were two other celeb couples: Mr. T and Kym Herjavec, along with Charo and Keo Motsepe.

Mr. T’s foxtrot was a hit, but not a scoring hit, and while Charo threatened to quit last week, she may get her wish as both scored 24.

Last to dance Monday night?

Normani Kordei and Valentin Chmerkovskiy, whose foxtrot earned them two 8s and two 9s, and sole possession of first place with 34.

Rashad Jennings and Emma Slater, David Ross and Lindsay Arnold, and Simone Biles and Sasha Farbery, all performed solid routines.

Solid, but not great, landing them in the middle of the pack. Simone, in particular, struggled to bring the personality to match her athleticism.

The two couples in jeopardy:

Charo and Keo , along with Nick and Peta. No Bachelor star has ever gone home this fast (Melissa Rycroft is the only one to win it).

History was on Nick’s side as Charo and Keo were eliminated from DWTS, after which she replied “Bruno, I’ll see you in the parking lot!”

Farrah Abraham, Kendra Wilkinson Flip Out on Their Moms in Marriage Boot Camp Trailer!

Marriage Boot Camp has officially reached the point in its run where producers have decided to completely 86 the premise and just become that show where reality stars scream obscenities at each other, regardless of the nature of their relationship.

Fortunately, they picked some of the most bonkers reality stars in the business, so we"re not complaining.

Farrah Abraham, Kendra Wilkinson, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson all apparently has serious beefs with their families, and they"ve confusingly come to the Marriage Boot Camp house to work things out.

Yes, it"s Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition, aka Marriage Boot Camp: Let"s Be Honest, We Weren"t Fixing Any Marriages Anyway.

We figured the show had peaked with Tara Reid"s drunken antics last year, but it turns out you can always ramp up the crazy by simply adding Farrah to the mix.

"You"re a stupid, dumb bitch," Farrah yells at Debra Danielsen during one particularly therapeutic scene.

The Farrah-Debra relationship has always been a toxic one, but the upside of that is they can usually be counted on to be the most batsh-t reality stars on any show about batsh-t reality stars.

This time, however, it looks like Kendra and Patti may be able to give them a run for their money.

"No mother wants their mother to be a whore," Kendra"s mother tells her in a scene that reminds us we"re watching a serious show about serious therapy.

Eh, who are we kidding?

We can make fun of this show til the cows come home, but with a cast like that, we"ll be front and center to watch the fireworks on April 28.

Farrah Abraham: Coming to Marriage Boot Camp!!!

We have some really terrific news to share — or terrible news depending on your outlook.

If you enjoy trashy reality show drama, then you"re in luck! And if you don"t … well, please gain some perspective and in time you"ll see that this is a wonderful development.

See, Marriage Boot Camp, that delightful show that"s brought us so many gifts, has developed a new spinoff called Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition.

And Farrah Abraham is going to be there with her parents in tow.

We have the teaser at the bottom here, but go ahead and check out this shot from the show that Farrah shared:

See her on the left there? She"s standing beside Kendra Wilkinson and her mother, who are also on the show, and that"s another glorious bit of news on its own.

Remember, the last time Kendra was on Marriage Boot Camp she screamed at her mother that "The devil has eaten your soul!", so you know it"s going to be good.

There"s also Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino with one of his brothers (he"ll have another on the actual show), and not pictured is Chad "Ochocino" Johnson and his mother.

OK, now go ahead and watch the teaser to see gems like The Situation"s brother telling Farrah that she"s "had every man" in her.

Amy Duggar: Cheating and Fighting on Marriage Boot Camp?!

That Amy Duggar can sure pack a lot of drama into a day, huh?

We"ve been talking about her a lot lately: she"s on Marriage Boot Camp with her husband, Dillon King, and while they have a boatload of issues of their own, Amy has also been opening up about her rough childhood.

She"s told stories about abuse she suffered at the hands of her father, and it"s just been so sad and upsetting to hear.

But while she"s got plenty of family problems, and plenty of marriage problems, it looks like she"s tacking a few more onto the list.

Yep, she"s somehow managed to cross her fellow Marriage Boot Camp attendee, Mob Wives star Renee Graziano.

In this new sneak peek, we see that Renee"s boyfriend Joe has been flirting with Amy, blowing her kisses and who knows what else.

He tries to have a conversation with Amy about it, but Renee sees him talking to her. And she loses her dang mind.

"End the conversation," Renee yells at them, but of course things don"t wrap up that easily.

Joe and Renee get into a screaming match, and Amy looks extremely uncomfortable. She even apologizes to Renee at one point, but Joe tells her that"s unnecessary.

But then Renee turns on Amy. And it is scary.

Marriage Boot Camp: Meet the New Cast!

We hope you are sitting down, The Hollywood Gossip readers.

Because Marriage Boot Camp is prepared to blow your mind wide open.

WE tv has released the first promo for new episodes of this reality series, first teasing the drama to come via a number of heated arguments.

In one scene, a cast member threatens the life of her partner.

In another scene, another cast member says she once stabbed her partner.

As for those who will actually be attending Marriage Boot Camp starting in October?

There will be Jade and Tanner  from Bachelor in Paradise… Karen and Storm from Mob Wives… Keke and Michael from R&B Divas: Atlanta… and Jim and Amber from The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

But that"s not all. And this is where the shocking part comes in.

The following preview says we"re about to have our lives changed forever by the program"s first-ever THROUPLE.

Oh, yes, that"s a couple that is actually a trio because three people comprise the relationship.

The network is yet to reveal the identity of those at the center of this unusual arrangement.

But take your best guess as you check out the upcoming footage below.

It looks like this will be the craziest season yet!

The Bachelorette Promo: Will Luke Pell Get the Boot After All?

It"s a dramatic, two-night special event.

The Bachelorette returns Monday, July 25 for the back half of its final four cliffhanger, then continues with the annual Men Tell All filler.

Let"s begin with this evening"s portion.

Will the final three men, as predicted by The Bachelorette spoilers months ago, advance to the Fantasy Suite portion of this epic season?

After the rose ceremony cliffhanger that ended last Monday"s show, we"ve been waiting a full week to see Luke Pell gets the boot or not.

JoJo Fletcher seemed fairly sure of that decision, but did she change her mind when he pulled her aside and told her that he was in love?

Or did the producers just masterfully break up the episodes to make it look like that was a possibility and hype up this two-night EVENT?

Our bet would be squarely on the latter, but that"s just us.

Whomever gets the axe, JoJo will go on one-on-one dates with all three of her suitors in Thailand, as they vie for the Fantasy Suite key.

How many men will JoJo invite there, and who among the final three move on to the season finale one week from tonight (August 1)?

From where we sit now, it"s hard to see anyone but Jordan Rodgers and Robby Hayes – despite their baggage – surviving tonight"s episode.

Yes, the jocks have come under heavy scrutiny for their past relationships and actions, and plenty of doubts have been raised about both.

We just see a Jordan-Robby final as inevitable, however.

As for the Men Tell All special, airing Tuesday night … Bachelorette host Chris Harrison calls it the most anticipated reunion show ever.

Which may actually be true. The bar is set low, but still.

There are plenty of questions to be answered when the most talked about men of the season reunite. Such as:

– How does Derek feel after leaving Argentina in tears?

– Is James Taylor still heartbroken after being dumped?

– Is Chad Johnson about to f–king flip out on people?

Gonna say yes to all three. Again, we don"t know that for a fact, but it feels like a safe bet. How do you think all of this will play out?

Tara Reid: WASTED on Marriage Boot Camp! Watch!

Last week, Tara Reid snapped at Jenny McCarthy during an appearance on McCarthy’s Sirius radio show.

It was supposed to be an uneventful interview to promote Reid’s upcoming Sharknado film (Yes, they made another one.), but things turned ugly in a hurry when McCarthy asked Reid about her time filming the current season of Marriage Boot Camp.

It seems that was a topic Reid wasn’t too keen to discuss – and now we know why.

No, it wasn’t because she appeared on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars despite the fact that she’s neither married not a reality star.

(Tara hasn’t appeared in anything resembling reality in looooong time.)

It’s because she was apparently unable to refrain from getting absolutely sh-tfaced while the cameras were rolling:

That’s a clip from an upcoming episode of the WE TV series, and it’s enough to make anyone worry about the 40-year-old’s wellbeing.

Sadly, considering the last time we checked in on Tara before the McCarthy debacle, she was drunk in a tattoo shop, this doesn’t come as much of a surprise.

As you can see, this isn’t one of those “slight slur, is she-or-isn’t-she?” scenarios.

Tara is so drunk that her boyfriend, Dean May, is forced to acknowledge her alcoholism in a conversation with his castmates.

Here’s hoping Reid eventually gets the help she so clearly needs.

And in the meantime, it may be a good idea for her to stop doing reality shows.

It’s bad enough having a problem without having a bunch of producers cashing in on your suffering.

Marriage Boot Camp Trailer: Which Couples Are in Trouble?

We hope you"re sitting down, readers.

Because the following trailer for a new season of Marriage Boot Camp makes one thing abundantly clear:

Not every relationship in Hollywood is on safe ground.

We know this comes as a shock, but there"s ample evidence to be found in the following preview.

It features the following, sort of famous couples

• Tara Reid and Dean May (Taradise & Big Brother UK)


• Lisa D’Amato and Adam Friedman (America’s Next Top Model)


• Michelle and Cody Sattler (Bachelor in Paradise)


• Toya and Memphitz Wright (Toya Family Affair)


• Brittish Williams and Lorenzo Gordon (Basketball Wives LA)

Over the course of 90 seconds, we see lots of yelling… accusations of infidelity… references to divorce… kicking… punching… and lots more yelling.

Husband and wife duo Jim and Elizabeth Carroll – along with co-directors Ilsa Norman and David Bishop – will oversee the couples’ journeys, pushing all of the stars to the brink with physically, mentally and emotionally-draining exercises.

It sounds tough! 

But marriage is worth fighting for.

Dancing With the Stars Results: Who Just Got the Boot?

Following the (not-at-all) shocking departures of Geraldo Rivera and Mischa Barton, which celebrity would be shown the door this week?

Would we be treated to some truly surprising Dancing With the Stars results, or would the contenders and pretenders continue to separate?

It was Disney night on Dancing with the Stars Monday, which meant a heavy dose of Zootopia from the broadcast’s parent company.

It also meant Jodie Sweetin found herself in the bottom two, which was a bit surprising and more than a little upsetting to Full House Nation.

Fortunately for Jodi, and for Donald Trump, Marla Maples was sent home. She was not a bad dancer, but definitely one of the lower tier.

What can you do. No big surprises through three eliminations.

Dancing With the Stars Results: Did Barton Get the Boot?

With Geraldo Rivera eliminated last week, and Mischa Barton narrowly escaping the same fate, all eyes were on her this week on DWTS.

Following two sub-par performances and rumors that Mischa is the worst contestant in Dancing with the Stars history, would she survive?

She would not. The third time was not the charm for Barton.

Mischa was voted off Dancing with the Stars, yet on the plus side, she did tally a season high 18 points, so she leaves on a high note.

Also, she seemed more relieved than anything else, so …

Meanwhile, the celebrities all celebrated and honored the most memorable years of their lives on this emotional, moving broadcast.

Paige VanZant and Wanya Morris did well, as did Jodie Sweetin of Fuller House, but another star leap frogged them both to the top.

The Bachelor Sneak Peek: Will Olivia Caridi Get the Boot?

We were prepared for what would happen, "cause we read The Bachelor spoilers like it"s our job here at THG (okay, it is our job). 

But to the average viewer, Olivia Caridi has defied the odds so far this season … by not being sent home the second she arrived.

When we watch The Bachelor online this coming Monday, will we witness the end of the line for the First Impression rose winner?

In this new sneak preview clip, it"s no surprise that the ladies have had enough of Olivia"s antics, but what about Ben Higgins?

"When will Ben wake up and smell the Olivia?"

That question is asked verbatim in this teaser, but according to Olivia, he won"t, as she confidently says, "Olivia is here to stay."

Justin Bieber Gets the Boot from Mexican Ruins

Oh, Justin Bieber.

We really thought you had cleaned up your act and had decided to just focus on your love life for awhile.

But while the singer has been busy allegedly hooking up with Kourtney Kardashian and has definitely been kissing Hailey Baldwin, he’s still somehow found time to act like a doofus again.

South of the border this time.

According to TMZ insiders, the artist and his friends were acting like obnoxious tourists on Thursday when visiting some Mayan ruins in Cancun.

While taking in the sights of the famous Tulum pyramids, initial reports indicated that Bieber ran afoul of the temple gods when he pulled down his pants and actually mooned those below him.

It’s now unclear, however, whether or not this actually took place.

But we can confirm that local authorities were called to the scene by employees who were upset that Bieber and his entourage were walking around with open bottles of beer.

The crew left before police arrives, but not before cursing off the staff members.

Bieber should maybe make it a point to avoid famous landmarks going forward.

Marriage Boot Camp Sneak Peek: Benzino vs. Althea!

DING! DING! DING!

It is about to be on between Benzino and Althea.

Those who watch Marriage Boot Camp online are well aware that tension runs high between these stars (yes, we just called Benzino and Althea "stars"), but it appears as if it will come to a head on Friday"s new episode.

As featured below, the Love & Hip Hop cast members go at it while two counselors sit nearby, one of whom is clearly attempting to be Dr. Phil.

But issues are clearly not getting resolved; quite the opposite in fact, considering that the exchange ends with Benzino getting up and getting right in Althea"s face before storming away.

Elsewhere on the installment, an unusual spouse swap will focus on a sexy tango competition … that spirals into a jealous rampage.

Because that"s pretty much what always happens on this show.

Also, Sundy goes commando (if you know what we mean!), while Catherine’s jealousy from sharing Sean with other women on The Bachelor reignites.

Will it ever go away?

That question is for another day.

Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars: Here Comes Trouble!

Court will soon be in session on WE tv.

The obscure cable network, which has risen to some sort of national prominence by giving Kendra Wilkinson and other Z-Listers a platform, has released a new trailer for the new season of Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars.

It teases the presence of Judge Toler from Divorce Court, as she"ll apparently be playing a key role in helping various couples save their marriages or their relationships.

Among the couples to be featured this winter will be: Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici from The Bachelor… Benzino and Althea Heart from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta… Sundy Carter & Cedric from Basketball Wives: Los Angeles and Sarah Oliver and Jimmy “Inkman” Coney from Bad Girls Club.

Oh, and also Mama June and Sugar Bear from Here Comes Honey Boo!

The latter tandem is the focus of the following preview, which makes it appear as if the other couples are really shocked and excited to see them enter the home for some reason

June, of course, is the mother to young reality star Honey Boo Boo, while Sugar Bear is her stepfather.

They seemingly split up at the very beginning of the year (because Sugar Bear was too horny), but they clearly can"t stay away from each other.

Will an appearance on this reality TV show help save their romance?

Or will June Shannon just give up on men and focus on some girl-on-girl action instead? Gross. We know. Sorry.
